本申请涉及计算机技术领域,具体涉及一种子任务创建方法、装置、设备及介质。
协作场景下时常会遇到同一内容的任务需要指派给多人分别完成,如“提交本月出勤表”等。如何能快速地将一项任务拆解成多个子任务是急需解决的技术问题。

有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种子任务创建方法、装置、设备及介质,以实现快速地批量创建子任务,提升用户使用体验。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供的技术方案如下:

响应于在第一任务的页面中触发的预设操作,显示第一页面,所述第一页面包括第一控件,所述第一控件用于批量创建子任务;
响应于对所述第一控件的触发操作,创建针对所述第一任务的多个子任务。

目前,在为某一父任务创建多个子任务时,需要重复多次子任务的创建操作,导致创建效率低,影响用户使用体验。
基于此,本申请提供了一种子任务创建方法,当接收到用户在第一任务的页面中触发的预设操作后,显示第一页面,该第一页面包括第一控件,该第一控件用于批量创建子任务。响应于对第一控件的触发操作,创建针对第一任务的多个子任务。即,本申请可以通过一次创建操作为父任务创建多个子任务,提高子任务的创建效率,进而提升用户使用体验。
为便于理解本申请实例提供的技术方案,下面将结合附图进行说明。
参见图1,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种子任务创建方法流程图,该方法可以由子任务创建客户端执行,该子任务创建客户端可以安装在电子设备中。其中,电子设备可以包括移动电话、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑、车载终端、可穿戴电子设备、一体机、智能家居设备等具有通信功能的设备,也可以是虚拟机或者模拟器模拟的设备。如图1所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
S1101:响应于在第一任务页面中触发的预设操作,显示第一页面。
本实施例中,当检测到某一用户在第一任务的页面中触发的预设操作后,则显示第一页面,该第一页面包括第一控件,该第一控件用于批量的创建子任务。其中,第一任务的页面可以为创建第一任务的页面,或者为第一任务对应的详情页面。
其中,在第一任务的页面中触发的预设操作可以包括以下操作:
在一种实现方式中,响应于在第一任务页面触发的子任务创建操作,显示第一页面,该第一页面用于创建的子任务。其中,第一页面的表现形式可以为多种,只要其可以创建子任务即可,例如第一页面可以为一个子任务选择一个负责人的页面,也可以是一次性创建两个子任务的页面。其中,子任务创建的时机可以是在父任务(第一任务)创建时,创建子任务;也可以是在父任务创建完成后,再为该父任务创建子任务。因此,在第一任务的页面触发子任务创建可以是在第一任务的创建页面触发子任务的创建,或者是在第一任务对应的详情页面触发子任务的创建。
例如图2a所示的,在第一任务的创建页面显示有关于第一任务的相关信息,例如任务标题、负责人、协作人、截止时间,还显示有添加关注人控件1201、和添加子任务控件1202。其中,添加关注人控件1201用于为第一任务添加关注人、添加子任务控件1202用于为第一任务添加子任务。当对添加子任务控件1202触发操作时,将提示用户输入子任务的标题,以及显示时间控件1203和负责人添加控件1204。其中,时间控件1203用于为所添加的子任务设定截止时间,负责人添加控件1204用于为所添加的子任务添加负责人。当用户触发负责人添加控件1204后,可以显示第一页面,该第一页面用于为即将创建的子任务选择一个负责人,显示有选择框、根据预设规则筛选出的部分用户标识以及批量指派任务控件1205(第一控件)。
其中,如果用户在未填写子任务标题的情况下,触发负责人添加控件1204,将显示“请输入任务标题后重试”的提示信息,以便在输入子任务标题的情况下,基于用户对负责人添加控件1204的触发操作,显示第一页面。即,响应于在第一任务的页面触发的子任务创建操作且输入子任务对应的任务标题,显示第一页面。如果用户未通过时间控件1203设定截止时间,则该子任务对应的截止时间与第一任务的截止时间相同。在图2a所示的应用场景下,用户通过选择框还可以搜索所需的用户标识,并为所创建的子任务添加负责人。其中,通过选择框只能选择一个负责人。当用户通过选择框选择负责人后,便完成一个子任务的创建。
在另一种实现方式中,响应于在第一任务的页面触发的关于协作人的查看操作,显示第一页面。其中,第一页面用于展示第一任务对应的协作人的用户标识。其中,第一任务的页面可以为第一任务对应的详情页面,用户通过第一任务的详情页面可以触发关于协作人的查看操作。
如图2b所示的第一任务的详情页面,在该详情页面可以显示第一任务的任务标题、负责人信息、截止时间,以及所对应的4个子任务的任务标签、负责人信息以及截止时间,还包括协作人查看控件1206。响应于用户对该协作人查看控件1206的触发操作,显示第一页面,在该第一页面显示第一任务对应的7个协作人的用户标识和名称以及一键派发控件1207(第一控件)。
其中,当用户在第一任务页面触发协作人查看操作时,需要确定查看人是否具有查看权限,在查看人具有查看权限的情况下,显示第一页面。具体地,响应于在第一任务页面触发的协作人的查看操作且查看人对第一任务具有编辑权限,显示第一页面。其中,对第一任务具有编辑权限的人具有协作人查看权限,可以包括第一任务对应的创建人、负责人以及协作人。
S1102:响应于对第一控件的触发操作,创建针对第一任务的多个子任务。
当接收到针对第一控件的触发操作后,将为第一任务创建多个子任务。其中,针对第一控件的触发操作可以为单个操作,也可以为多个操作的组合,本实施例在此不做限定。
其中,当S1101中在第一任务页面中触发的预设操作为在第一任务的页面触发的子任务创建操作时,则响应于对第一控件的触发操作,创建针对第一任务的多个子任务,包括:响应于对第一控件的触发操作,显示第二页面,该第二页面用于展示多个用户标识;响应于在第二页面上完成选择多个用户标识的操作,为所选择的多个用户标识分别创建子任务,获得针对该第一任务的多个子任务。具体地,可以为所选择的多个用户标识中每个用户分别创建一个子任务,也可以为一个子任务对应多个用户,也就是一个子任务分配给多个用户,实现创建多个子任务。其中,第二页面可以用于从所展示的多个用户标识中选择多个负责人,以便在完成选择多个负责人的操作后,为所选择的多个负责人分别创建子任务,从而获取针对第一任务的多个子任务。也就是,当第二页面用于选择多个负责人时,响应于在第二页面完成选择多个负责人的操作,可以为所选择的多个负责人分别创建一个子任务,即,每个子任务对应一个负责人,从而获取针对第一任务的多个子任务。
其中,用户可以在任务中心触发关于第一任务的子任务创建操作,也可以在目标应用中触发关于第一任务的子任务创建操作。其中,任务中心是协作套件中的任务应用,用户可以中任务中心查看与自己有关的所有任务,目标应用是指除任务中心之外的其它应用,可以包括会话、云文档等。
若在任务中心中触发子任务创建操作,则第二页面包括第一用户列表,该第一用户列表用于展示根据预设规则选择的用户标识。其中,预设规则可以包括最近联系的用户标识、具有特定关联关系的用户标识等。例如,图2c所示,当对图2a中的批量指派任务控件1205触发操作,显示第二页面,则第二页面所显示的第一用户列表为最近联系的用户标识。用户在第二页面可以选择多个用户,对于已选择的用户标识,在未触发确认操作之前,还可以进行删除。另外,在第二页面中还可以显示用户已选择的人数为2人。
若在目标应用中触发创建子任务的操作,第二页面可以不仅包括第二用户列表,还包括第一用户列表。其中,第二用户列表用于展示与目标应用相关的用户标识。具体地,若目标应用为会话,则第二用户列表展示会话中成员的用户标识;若目标应用为云文档,则第二用户列表展示云文档所关联的协作人的用户标识;若目标应用为音视频会议,第二用户列表展示参与音视频会议的用户的用户标识。
其中,为提升用户选择效率,当在目标应用中触发创建子任务操作时,第二页面还可以包括第二控件,该第二控件用于实现一键选择第二用户列表中所有用户标识。例如,图2d所示的在会话中触发子任务的创建操作,当对图2a中的批量指派任务控件1205触发操作,显示第二页面,则第二页面所显示的第一用户列表为最近联系的用户标识以及第二用户列表为会话内成员的用户标识。第二页面中还可以显示第二控件1208,用于一键选择会话内38位成员。当用户触发第二控件1208后,第二页面将标记会话内所有成员被选择以及所选择的人数为40人。
当S1101中在第一任务页面中触发的预设操作为在第一任务的页面触发的关于协作人的查看操作时,响应于对第一控件的触发操作,创建针对第一任务的多个子任务,包括:响应于对第一控件的触发操作,为第一页面所显示的至少部分协作人创建子任务,获取第一任务对应的多个子任务。具体地,可以为第一页面所显示的所有协作人分别创建子任务,也可以在第一页面中触发协作人选择操作,响应于在第一页面上触发的协作人选择操作,确定所选择的协作人;为所选择的协作人创建子任务,获取第一任务对应的多个子任务。例如,在图2b中用户可以通过触发一键派发控件1207直接为第一页面所显示的全部协作人分别创建子任务,或者,用户可以先通过第一页面中各协作人所对应的复选框进行协作人选择操作,当用户触发一键派发控件1207后,为处于选中状态的协作人创建子任务。即,通过第一控件直接为至少部分协作人所创建的子任务的任务标题、截止时间可以与第一任务的任务标题、截止时间相同。
其中,响应于对第一控件的触发操作,为至少部分协作人创建子任务,获取第一任务对应的多个子任务,包括:响应于对第一控件的触发操作,显示第二页面,该第二页面用于为第一页面所展示的所有协作人分别创建子任务;响应于在第二页面上触发的创建操作,为第一页面所展示的协作人创建子任务,获取第一任务对应的多个子任务。例如,当用户触发图2b中一键派发控件1207后,显示图3a所示的第二页面,该第二页面用于显示所要派发的子任务的相关信息,例如子任务的标题、截止时间、派发人数、取消控件和创建控件。
其中,当用户触发第一控件进入第二页面后,第二页面所展示的子任务的标题和截止时间均为父任务对应的任务标题和截止时间。即默认将子任务的任务标识截止时间填写为父任务的任务标识和截止时间,提升子任务创建效率。其中,所派发的所有子任务的任务标题和截止时间均相同。
当用户想要修改子任务的,响应于在第二页面触发的编辑操作,获取所创建的子任务对应的任务标题和截止时间。其中,所派发的多个子任务对应的任务标题和截止时间均相同。例如,用户在图3a所示的场景下,可以单击任务标题的输入框,对任务标题进行修改,或者单击截止时间的相关位置,以重新确定截止时间。如3b所示的编辑示意图,用户可以重新编辑子任务的任务标题和截止时间。
另外,在第二页面还可以包括提示信息,以通过该提示信息提示用户将为第一页面所展示的协作人分别创建一个子任务。如图3a和图3b底部显示“将为7位协作人派发子任务”,将为每位协作人分别派发一个子任务,每位协作人作为子任务的负责人。
在一些实施方式中,响应于对多个子任务中任一子任务的触发操作,控制子任务处于可编辑状态;
响应于完成编辑操作,对子任务进行更新。其中,在可编辑状态下可对子任务的任务标题、截止时间以及负责人进行修改。即在创建完第一任务对应的多个子任务后,可以对其中任一子任务进行编辑,以重新编辑该子任务对应的任务标题、截止时间以及负责人等信息,从而获得更新后的子任务。
在一些实施方式中,响应于在第一任务对应的详情页面对多个子任务触发的排序操作,更新多个子任务在详情页面的展示顺序。即在第一任务对应的详情页面中可以对其对应的多个自认的展示顺序进行调整,以方便查看者查看与自身相关的任务。
在一些实施方式中,响应于在第一任务对应的详情页面对多个子任务中任一子任务触发的删除操作,删除子任务。即,用户可以根据实际情况在第一任务对应的详情页面中删除子任务。
在一些实施方式中,还可以自动将所创建的多个子任务对应的负责人添加为第一任务的协作人,从而便于用户了解父任务所对应的协作人。
可见,为实现批量创建子任务,响应于在第一任务的页面中触发的预设操作,显示第一页面,该第一页面包括用于批量创建子任务的第一控件。当触发第一控件后,创建针对第一任务的多个子任务。可见,通过本申请提供的技术方案,可以快速批量创建多个子任务,提升子任务创建效率以及用户使用体验。
在一些实施方式中,当为父任务(第一任务)创建多个子任务后,父子任务存在关联关系,为使得用户在查看父任务或子任务时,能够了解与其相关联的其他任务的任务信息,本实施例提供了一种实现方案,具体为:响应于对子任务触发了预设触发操作,则显示子任务对应的任务详情页面;获取该子任务对应的第一任务的状态信息,该状态信息可以反映第一任务的状态;在任务详情页面显示第一任务的状态信息。即,可以在子任务的任务详情页显示父任务的状态信息,从而便于用户在查看子任务的信息时获取父任务的状态信息,无需跳转到父任务的相关页面进行查看,提升用户使用体验。
在一些实施方式中,为便于用户快速了解子任务的相关信息,还可以在父任务对应的相关页面中显示子任务的相关信息,无需跳转到子任务的详情页面,提升用户使用体验。具体地,获取第一任务所对应的子任务数量以及子任务完成数量;在第一任务对应的目标页面上显示子任务数量以及子任务完成数量。其中,目标页面可以为第一任务对应的任务详情页面、任务中心页面、或者是包括第一任务的目标应用页面,例如会话界面、云文档界面等。其中,第一任务在会话界面或云文档界面中可以以卡片形式展示。另外,在目标应用页面中还可以显示第一任务对应的各子任务的任务标题、负责人以及截止时间等信息。
具体地,还可以根据子任务数量以及子任务完成数量在第一任务对应的目标页面上显示进度条,以通过该进度条展示子任务完成的进度。通常情况下,在第一任务对应的任务详情页面或包括第一任务的目标应用页面显示进度条。
通过上述实施例可知,在创建父任务或子任务时,可以为所创建的任务添加负责人,从而当需要针对任务进行更复杂的协作时,能够通过负责人实现上述协作,满足复杂协作需求,提升用户使用体验。具体地,当进行任务创建时,在任务创建页面中显示有负责人添加控件,以通过该负责人添加控件为所创建的任务添加负责人。其中,响应于对负责人添加控件的触发操作,显示负责人选择页面,该负责人选择页面用于展示多个用户标识;响应于在多个用户标识中触发的选择操作,将所选择的用户标识添加为所创建任务的负责人。其中,可以在任务中心触发任务创建操作,也可以在其他应用中触发任务创建操作,该其他应用可以为会话、云文档等。
在一些实施方式中,为便于协调任务,通常情况下,一个任务只添加一个负责人,从而便于该负责人进行工作协调,提升工作协同能力。
在一些实施方式中,在创建任务时,除了为任务添加负责人之外,还可以为任务添加协作人,即为添加任务参与人。和/或,在创建任务时,还可以为该任务添加关注人,该关注人是指关注任务进展的用户。
具体地,任务创建页面还可以包括协作人添加控件和/或关注人添加控件,响应于用户对协作人添加控件的触发操作,将所选择的用户标识添加为该任务的协作人,和/或,响应于用户对关注人添加控件的
触发操作,将所选择的用户添加为该任务的关注人。
另外,当父任务存在子任务时,将该子任务对应的负责人添加为父任务的关注人。即,子任务的负责人会自动添加为父任务关注人。
通过前述可知,一项任务可以包括创建人、负责人、协作人以及关注人,不同角色其对应的权限不同。其中,任务的创建人和负责人可以编辑任务、执行任务以及删除任务,任务的协作人可以编辑任务、执行任务,任务的关注人可以查看任务、评论任务。
基于上述方法实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种子任务创建装置和电子设备,下面将结合附图进行说明。

具体地,协作场景下时常会遇到同一内容的任务需要指派给多人分别完成,如“提交本月出勤表”等,因此需要将一项任务拆解成多个子任务以便多人协作完成。在实际使用过程中,父子任务存在关联关系,如何使得用户在查看父任务或子任务时,能够了解与其相关联的其他任务的任务信息是急需解决的技术问题。
为满足用户更复杂的办公协作场景,开发了子任务的能力,以帮助用户进一步拆解任务的需求。然而,对于存在父/子任务的应用场景,当用户需要了解父任务的状态信息时,需要进入父任务对应的相关页面中进行查看,查看操作繁琐,影响用户使用体验。
考虑到在实际使用过程中,父子任务存在关联关系,可以在父任务对应的子任务相关页面上展示父任务的状态信息,无需用户跳转到父任务相关页面进行查看。具体地,在子任务对应的任务详情页面上显示父任务的状态信息,从而使得用户在查看子任务的相关信息时,可以查看父任务的状态信息,进而使得用户可以获取更多上下文,降低用户理解成本,提升用户使用体验。

在本实施例中,在显示有子任务的任一页面中触发预设触发操作,均可触发显示该子任务对应的任务详情页面。例如,在包括子任务的会话中、云文档中以及任务中心中均可触发显示子任务的任务详情页面。具体地,当会话或云文档中包括有子任务时,当其触发了预设触发操作后,可以在当前应用的界面中直接显示子任务的任务详情页面,也可以从当前应用跳转到任务中心,进而在任务中心中显示该子任务的详情页面。其中,任务中心可以是协作套件中的任务应用,用户可以通过任务中心查看与自己有关的所有任务。具体地,响应于对子任务的预设触发操作,在包括子任务的目标应用所对应的页面显示任务详情页面;或者响应于对子任务的预设触发操作,跳转至任务中心,并在任务中心显示任务详情页面。
其中,子任务的任务详情页面中包括子任务对应的标识(ID)、任务标题、负责人、截止完成时间、备注信息以及所添加的关注人的信息。进一步地,当该子任务对应有一个或多个二级子任务时,在该子任务的详情页面中,还可以显示每个二级子任务的任务标题、负责人以及截止完成时间。
S2102:获取子任务对应的父任务的状态信息。
其中,父任务的状态信息用于反映父任务的相应状态,例如父任务尚未完成、父任务已被完成、父任务已被删除等等。通过父任务的状态信息,可以使得用户获取与父任务关联的子任务的状态。例如,当父任务的状态为已被完成时,则表明其对应的各子任务也已被完成;当父任务的状态为已被删除时,则对于未完成的子任务也无需进行处理,从而避免用户进行不必要的处理。
S2103:在任务详情页面显示父任务的状态信息。
在获取到父任务的状态信息后,在子任务对应的任务详情页面显示该父任务的状态信息,从而使得用户在查看子任务的相关信息时,也可以获取父任务的状态信息,无需跳转到父任务对应的任务详情页面进行查看,提升用户使用体验。
其中,可以预先设定显示位置,以便在子任务的任务详情页面的预设位置显示父任务的状态信息。其中,预设位置可以为任务详情页面的顶部区域或底部区域。例如,在图6a所示的应用场景中,在子任务的任务详情页面的顶部区域显示父任务的状态为“该任务的父任务已被完成”。同时在该子任务的任务详情页面中还显示父任务标题2201、二级子任务标题2202(父任务对应的子任务)以及三级子任务标题2203(二级子任务对应的子任务)。以及二级子任务对应的负责人、截止完成时间以及该二级子任务对应的子任务(三级子任务)的人数数量2以及各三级子任务对应的负责人和截止完成时间。另外,用户可以通过添加关注人控件为该子任务添加关注人,以及通过添加子任务控件为该子任务继续添加其对应的子任务(三级子任务)。其中,二级子任务和三级子任务均是相对于父任务来定义的,实际上三级子任务为二级子任务所关联的子任务。
再例如,图6b所示的应用场景中,在子任务的任务详情页面的顶部区域显示父任务的状态为“该任务的父任务已被删除”。
在一些实施方式中,为便于用户快速了解子任务的相关信息,还可以在父任务对应的相关页面中显示子任务的相关信息,无需跳转到子任务的详情页面,提升用户使用体验。具体地,获取任务所对应的子任务数量以及子任务完成数量;在父任务对应的目标页面上显示子任务数量以及子任务完成数量。其中,目标页面可以为父任务对应的任务详情页面、任务中心页面、或者是包括父任务的目标应用页面,例如会话界面、云文档界面等。其中,父任务在会话界面或云文档界面中可以以卡片形式展示。另外,在目标应用页面中还可以显示父任务对应的各子任务的任务标题、负责人以及截止时间等信息。
例如图7a所示,用户可以在任务中心中选择不同的标签,例如,“我负责的”标签、“我创建的”标签以及“我关注的”标签,以在任务中心页面显示该标签对应的各个任务的信息。图7a显示的是“我负责的”标签下的各个父任务的信息,其中,任务1对应有4个子任务,均未完成,则显示0/4;任务2对应有4个子任务,其中有2个子任务已完成,则显示2/4。同时,还显示各个父任务对应的负责人以
及截止时间。
具体地,还可以根据子任务数量以及子任务完成数量在父任务对应的目标页面上显示进度条,以通过该进度条展示子任务完成的进度。通常情况下,在父任务对应的任务详情页面或包括父任务的目标应用页面显示进度条。
例如,图7b所示,在父任务对应的任务详情页面显示进度条2300、子任务总数量4和未完成子任务数量为0。同时,在父任务的任务详情页面还可以显示4个子任务分别对应的任务标题、负责人以及截止时间。
另外,当子任务完成数量发生变化时,还可以根据子任务数量以及子任务完成数量确定任务完成进度;并根据任务完成进度更新进度条。例如图7c所示,当父任务对应的4个子任务中有2个子任务完成,则更新进度条。可见,当子任务数量较多时,通过在目标页面中所显示的子任务数量、子任务完成数量以及任务完成进度,可以使得用户能够一目了然的了解整个任务的完成节奏,提升用户使用体验。
当父任务对应的子任务还存在下一级子任务时,则可以在子任务的详情页面显示下一级子任务的任务数量、完成数量以及进度条。具体地,获取子任务对应的二级子任务数量和二级子任务完成数量;根据二级子任务数量以及二级子任务完成数量在子任务对应的目标页面显示进度条。其中,进度条用于展示二级子任务完成的进度,子任务对应的目标页面包括子任务对应的任务详情页面、任务中心页面、或者是包括子任务的目标应用页面等。例如图6a和图6b所示,二级子任务还包括2个三级子任务,则显示三级子任务数量为2、完成数量为0以及进度条。
可见,响应于对子任务触发了预设触发操作,则显示子任务对应的任务详情页面。同时,获取该子任务对应的父任务的状态信息,该状态信息可以反映父任务的状态。在任务详情页面显示父任务的状态信息。即,通过本申请提供的技术方案,可以在子任务的任务详情页显示父任务的状态信息,从而便于用户在查看子任务的信息时获取父任务的状态信息,无需跳转到父任务的相关页面进行查看,提升用户使用体验。
在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:为父任务批量创建多个子任务,以提高子任务的创建效率。具体地,响应于在父任务的页面中触发的预设操作,显示第一目标页面,该第一目标页面包括用于批量创建子任务的第一控件。当触发第一控件后,为父任务创建多个子任务。其中,父任务的页面可以为创建父任务的页面,或者为父任务对应的详情页面。
其中,在父任务的页面中触发的预设操作可以包括以下情况:
第一种是,响应于在父任务的页面触发的子任务创建操作,显示第一目标页面,该第一目标页面用于创建子任务。其中,第一目标页面的表现形式可以为多种,只要可以创建子任务即可。例如第一目标页面可以为一个子任务选择一个负责人的页面,也可以是一次性创建两个子任务的页面。
在该情况下,响应于对第一控件的触发操作,为父任务创建多个子任务,包括:响应于对第一控件的触发操作,显示第二目标页面,该第二目标页面用于展示多个用户标识;响应于在第二目标页面上完成选择多个用户标识的操作,为所选择的多个用户标识分别创建子任务,获得针对该父任务的多个子任务。
在实际应用中,可以为所选择的多个用户标识中每个用户分别创建一个子任务,也可以为一个子任务配置多个用户,也就是一个子任务分配给多个用户,实现创建多个子任务。其中,第二目标页面可以用于从所展示的多个用户标识中选择多个负责人,以便在完成选择多个负责人的操作后,为所选择的多个负责人分别创建子任务,从而获取针对父任务的多个子任务。
第二种是,响应于在父任务的页面触发的关于协作人的查看操作,显示第一目标页面。其中,第一目标页面用于展示父任务对应的协作人的用户标识。其中,父任务的页面可以为父任务对应的详情页面,用户通过父任务的详情页面可以触发关于协作人的查看操作。
在该情况下,响应于对第一控件的触发操作,为父任务创建多个子任务,包括:响应于对第一控件的触发操作,显示第二目标页面,该第二目标页面用于为第一目标页面所展示的所有协作人分别创建子任务;响应于在第二目标页面上触发的创建操作,为第一目标页面所展示的协作人创建子任务,获取父
任务对应的多个子任务。
在实际应用中,无论上述哪种情况,当用户触发第一控件进入第二目标页面后,第二目标页面所展示的子任务的标题和截止时间均可以为父任务对应的任务标题和截止时间。即默认将子任务的任务标识截止时间填写为父任务的任务标识和截止时间,提升子任务创建效率。其中,所派发的所有子任务的任务标题和截止时间均相同。进一步地,用户可以在第二目标页面中触发针对子任务的编辑操作,以对子任务的任务标题、截止时间等进行修改。
在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:在子任务对应的任务详情页面显示该子任务对应的创建人、负责人、协作人以及关注人中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:在父任务对应的任务详情页面显示该父任务对应的创建人、负责人、协作人以及关注人中的一种或多种。
本实施例中,在创建父任务或子任务时,可以为所创建的任务添加负责人,从而当需要针对任务进行更复杂的协作时,能够通过负责人实现上述协作,满足复杂协作需求,提升用户使用体验。具体地,当进行任务创建时,在任务创建页面中可以显示有负责人添加控件,以通过该负责人添加控件为所创建的任务添加负责人。其中,响应于对负责人添加控件的触发操作,显示负责人选择页面,该负责人选择页面用于展示多个用户标识;响应于在多个用户标识中触发的选择操作,将所选择的用户标识添加为所创建任务的负责人。其中,可以在任务中心触发任务创建操作,也可以在其他应用中触发任务创建操作,该其他应用可以为会话、云文档等。
通常情况下,为便于工作协调,一个任务只添加一个负责人,从而便于该负责人针对任务进行工作协调,提升工作协同能力。
在一些实施方式中,在创建任务时,除了为任务添加负责人之外,还可以为任务添加协作人,该协作人是指任务的参与人。和/或,在创建任务时,还可以为该任务添加关注人,该关注人是指关注任务进展的用户。
在实际应用中,任务创建页面还可以包括协作人添加控件和/或关注人添加控件,响应于用户对协作人添加控件的触发操作,将所选择的用户标识添加为该任务的协作人,和/或,响应于用户对关注人添加控件的触发操作,将所选择的用户添加为该任务的关注人。
另外,当父任务存在子任务时,将该子任务对应的负责人添加为父任务的关注人。即,子任务的负责人会自动添加为父任务关注人。
通过前述可知,一项任务可以包括创建人、负责人、协作人以及关注人,不同角色其对应的权限不同。其中,任务的创建人和负责人可以编辑任务、执行任务以及删除任务,任务的协作人可以编辑任务、执行任务,任务的关注人可以查看任务、评论任务。
基于上述方法实施例,本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理装置和电子设备,下面将结合附图进行说明。

- 一种子任务创建方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:响应于在第一任务的页面中触发的预设操作,显示第一页面,所述第一页面包括第一控件,所述第一控件用于批量创建子任务;响应于对所述第一控件的触发操作,创建针对所述第一任务的多个子任务。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于在第一任务的页面中触发的预设操作,显示第一页面,包括:响应于在第一任务的页面触发的子任务创建操作,显示第一页面,所述第一页面用于创建子任务;所述响应于对所述第一控件的触发操作,创建针对所述第一任务的多个子任务,包括:响应于对所述第一控件的触发操作,显示第二页面,所述第二页面用于展示多个用户标识;响应于在所述第二页面上完成选择多个用户标识的操作,为所选择的多个用户标识分别创建子任务,获得针对所述第一任务的多个子任务。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于在所述第二页面上完成选择多个用户标识的操作,为所选择的多个用户标识分别创建子任务,获得针对所述第一任务的多个子任务,包括:响应于在所述第二页面上所展示的多个用户标识中完成选择多个负责人的操作,为所选择的多个负责人分别创建子任务,获取针对所述第一任务的多个子任务。

- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,若在所述目标应用中触发子任务创建操作,所述第二页面还包括第一用户列表。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,若在所述目标应用中触发子任务创建操作,所述第二页面包括第二控件,所述第二控件用于实现一键选择所述第二用户列表中所有用户标识。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下中的一项或多项:若所述目标应用为会话,所述第二用户列表展示所述会话中成员的用户标识;若所述目标应用为云文档,所述第二用户列表展示所述云文档所关联的协作人的用户标识;若所述目标应用为音视频会议,所述第二用户列表展示参与所述音视频会议的用户的标识。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于在第一任务的页面触发的子任务创建操作,显示第一页面,包括:响应于在第一任务的页面触发的子任务创建操作且输入子任务对应的任务标题,显示第一页面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一任务的页面为创建第一任务的页面或所述第一任务对应的详情页面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于在第一任务的页面触发的预设操作,显示第一页面,包括:响应于在第一任务的页面触发的关于协作人的查看操作,显示第一页面,所述第一页面用于展示所述第一任务对应的协作人的用户标识;响应于对所述第一控件的触发操作,创建针对所述第一任务的多个子任务,包括:响应于对所述第一控件的触发操作,为至少部分所述协作人创建子任务,获取所述第一任务对应的多个子任务。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于对所述第一控件的触发操作,为至少部分所述协作人创建子任务,获取所述第一任务对应的多个子任务包括:响应于对所述第一控件的触发操作,显示第二页面,所述第二页面用于为所述第一页面所展示的协 作人创建子任务;响应于在所述第二页面上触发的创建操作,为所述第一页面所展示的协作人创建子任务,获取所述第一任务对应的多个子任务。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:响应于在所述第一页面上触发的协作人选择操作,确定所选择的协作人;所述为至少部分所述协作人创建子任务,获取所述第一任务对应的多个子任务包括:为所选择的协作人创建子任务,获取所述第一任务对应的多个子任务。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多个子任务对应的任务标题为所述第一任务对应的任务标题、所述多个子任务对应的截止时间为所述第一任务对应的截止时间。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于在所述第二页面触发创建操作之前,所述方法还包括:响应于在所述第二页面触发的编辑操作,获取所创建的子任务对应的任务标题和截止时间,所述多个子任务对应的任务标题和截止时间相同。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二页面还包括提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示将为所述第一页面所展示的协作人分别创建子任务。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于在第一任务的页面触发的协作人的查看操作,显示第一页面,包括:响应于在第一任务的页面触发的协作人的查看操作且查看人对所述第一任务具有编辑权限,显示第一页面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:响应于对所述多个子任务中任一子任务的触发操作,控制所述子任务处于可编辑状态,在所述可编辑状态下可对所述子任务的任务标题、截止时间以及负责人进行修改;响应于完成编辑操作,对所述子任务进行更新。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:响应于在所述第一任务对应的详情页面对所述多个子任务触发的排序操作,更新所述多个子任务在所述详情页面的展示顺序。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:响应于在所述第一任务对应的详情页面对所述多个子任务中任一子任务触发的删除操作,删除所述子任务。
- 根据权利要求1-19任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:将所述多个子任务对应的负责人添加为所述第一任务的协作人。
- 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:响应于对子任务的预设触发操作,显示所述子任务对应的任务详情页面;获取所述子任务对应的父任务的状态信息;在所述任务详情页面显示所述父任务的状态信息。
- 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在任务详情页面显示所述父任务的状态信息,包括如下中的一项或多项:若所述父任务被完成,在所述任务详情页面显示所述父任务已被完成;若所述父任务被删除,在所述任务详情页面显示所述父任务已被删除。
- 根据权利要求21或22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述任务详情页面显示所述父任务的状态信息,包括:在所述任务详情页面的顶部区域显示所述父任务的状态信息。
- 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于对子任务的预设触发操作,显示子任务对应的详情页面,包括以下一种或多种:响应于对子任务的预设触发操作,在包括所述子任务的目标应用所对应的页面显示所述任务详情页面;响应于对子任务的预设触发操作,跳转至任务中心,并在所述任务中心显示所述任务详情页面。
- 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标应用包括会话和/或云文档。
- 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:获取所述父任务所对应的子任务数量以及子任务完成数量;根据所述子任务数量以及所述子任务完成数量在所述父任务对应的目标页面上显示进度条,所述进度条用于展示子任务完成的进度。
- 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述父任务对应的目标页面显示所述子任务数量以及所述子任务完成数量。
- 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:若所述子任务完成数量发生更新,根据所述子任务数量以及更新后的子任务完成数量确定任务完成进度;根据所述任务完成进度更新所述进度条。
- 根据权利要求26-28任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标页面包括以下一种或多种:所述父任务对应的任务详情页面、包括所述任务的目标应用页面。
- 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:若所述子任务存在对应的二级子任务,获取所述子任务所对应的二级子任务数量以及二级子任务完成数量;根据所述二级子任务数量以及所述二级子任务完成数量在所述子任务对应的目标页面上显示进度条,所述进度条用于展示二级子任务完成的进度。
- 一种子任务创建装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:显示单元,用于响应于在于第一任务的页面中触发的预设操作,显示第一页面,所述第一页面包括第一控件,所述第一控件用于批量创建子任务;创建单元,用于响应于对所述第一控件的触发操作,创建针对所述第一任务的多个子任务
- 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:第一显示单元,响应于对子任务的预设触发操作,显示所述子任务对应的任务详情页面;获取单元,用于获取所述子任务对应的父任务的状态信息;第二显示单元,用于在所述任务详情页面显示所述父任务的状态信息。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:处理器和存储器;所述存储器,用于存储指令或计算机程序;所述处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述指令或计算机程序,以使得所述电子设备执行权利要求1-30任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当所述指令在设备上运行时,使得所述设备执行权利要求1-30任一项所述的方法。
