本实用新型涉及智能护理设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种尿不湿智能监测设备。
背景技术
尿不湿是一种常见的护理产品,可用于婴幼儿或者丧失自理能力的特殊人群,监护人仅能凭借尿不湿使用者的反映或者按对尿不湿的使用状况进行监测。这导致尿不湿使用者容易出现湿疹、溃疡等疾病。
而现有的尿不湿监测设备基本是尿点位单点监测,在尿量大、便便少的情况下,设备会出现漏报、误报、体验差的状况,对于多次尿尿、屁屁或者便便不能实时监测,也存在监测精度低的问题。

基于此,有必要针对上述技术问题,提供一种尿不湿智能监测设备。

主机,放置于尿不湿主体的尿点处,所述主机包括卡槽母座和第一感测组件,所述第一感测组件用于获取所述尿点处的第一感测信息;

在一个实施例中,提供了一种如图1所示的智能监测设备,以该设备应用于尿不湿主体为例进行说明,所述监测设备包括主机100、尾板组件120和柔性电路尾板130。
主机100,放置于尿不湿主体的尿点处,所述主机100包括卡槽母座160和第一感测组件170,所述第一感测组件170用于获取所述尿点处的第一感测信息。
尾板组件120,放置于尿不湿主体的便点处,所述尾板组件120包括第二感测组件140,所述第二感测组件140用于获取所述便点处的第二感测信息。
柔性电路尾板130,所述柔性电路尾板130的一端设有导电触片150,所述导电触片150用于插接所述卡槽母座160,所述柔性电路尾板130的另一端用于连接所述尾板组件120,所述柔性电路尾板130用于经所述导电触片150和所述卡槽母座160将所述尾板组件120获取的所述第二感测信息传输至所述主机100。
在本实施例中,智能监测设备设置有主机100、尾板组件120和柔性电路尾板130,将主机100放置在尿不湿主体的尿点处,在主机100中设置第一感测组件170用以检测尿点处的第一感测信息,在尾板组件120中设置第二感测组件140用以检测便点处的第二感测信息,通过两点式的检测方式,能够更加灵活准确地监测尿不湿的使用情况。
在一个实施例中,主机100还包括数据处理单元,所述数据处理单元与所述卡槽母座160连接。所述第一感测组件170包括第一温湿度传感器,所述第一温湿度传感器与所述数据处理单元连接;所述第一感测信息包括尿点处的第一温湿度信息。所述数据处理单元用于接收所述第一感测信息。具体地,第一 温湿度传感器实时采集尿不湿尿点处当前的第一温湿度信息,并将获取的第一温湿度信息发送到蓝牙主控的数据处理单元,数据处理单元对所述第一温湿度信息进行处理,本实施例中,数据处理单元接收所述第一温湿度信息,提高了信息的处理效率,为进一步得出准确的数据分析结果做出准备。
在一个实施例中,所述主机还包括蓝牙通信单元,所述蓝牙通信单元与所述数据处理单元连接,数据处理单元和蓝牙通信单元可以集成为蓝牙主控,即,具有蓝牙通信功能的主控制器。所述第二感测信息包括便点处的气体信息和便点处的第二温湿度信息;所述尾板组件120包括:气体传感器142,与所述数据处理单元连接,所述气体传感器142用于实时采集的便点处的气体信息;第二温湿度传感器141,与所述数据处理单元连接,所述第二温湿度传感器141用于实时采集所述便点处的第二温湿度信息;其中,所述数据处理单元还用于接收所述第二温湿度信息,并对所述第二感测信息和所述第一感测信息进行综合处理分析;所述蓝牙通信单元用于将所述数据单元综合处理分析后的结果发送至终端。
具体地,当尿不湿使用者在进行第二次尿尿时,伴随着与第一次尿量的变化,所述第二感测组件140中的第二温湿度传感器141将采集到的便点第二温湿度信息发送到蓝牙主控中的数据处理单元,数据处理单元会综合尿点处的第一温湿度信息通过蓝牙通信单元发送到终端的应用程序中,此时,当第一温湿度和第二温湿度信息达到应用程序中的预设预警值时,会以应用程序弹窗、短信通知或者语音警报的方式通知监护人。而便点处的气体传感器和所述第二温湿度传感器141的共同检测结果能够判断出尿不湿中是否存在屁屁或者便便,气体传感器在便点处采集到气体信息,将所述气体信息发送至蓝牙主控中的数据处理单元,与在便点处采集到的第二温湿度信息结合,通过蓝牙通信单元发送至终端的应用程序中,终端的应用程序发出便便警告,以提示监护人更换尿不湿,本实施例中,所述终端可以是手机端,终端内应用程序会记录当前采集到的尿点的第一温湿度信息。在本实施例中,监护人可在终端实时监测到尿不湿尿点处的第一温湿度信息,使得监护人能够及时、高效地了解尿不湿使用者的排泄情况,提高了监护质量。
在本实施例中,为了进一步提高监测精度,还可在柔性材料电路尾板130或尾板组件120的任意位置安装任意个数的不同监测类型的传感器。根据在尾板组件120中设置的第二感测组件140检测便点处的第二温湿度信息和气体信息,能够准确地检测尿不湿中的排便情况,及时通过手机终端中的应用程序提醒监护人更换尿不湿,提高了监护人的检测质量。
在其中一个实施例中,第一感测组件170可以实时采集预设组数的第一感测信息,与此同时,第二感测组件140可以实时采集预设组数的第二感测信息,实时数据处理单元还可以根据第一感测信息和第二感测信息进行实时运算,进一步自动判断是否需要对尿不湿主体进行更换,并根据所述判断结果通过蓝牙通信单元上传至终端,以提醒监护人对尿不湿进行更换。通过上述方案,能够提高智能监测设备的监测准确度,同时提高监护人的监护质量。
在其中一个实施例中,所述蓝牙通信单元与终端建立双向连接,根据不同尿不湿的码数和尿不湿使用人群的大小,可在终端预设不同等级的尿量预警值。通过上述方案,能够更加灵活、准确地对尿不湿的使用情况进行监测。
在一个实施例中,所述主机100还包括:指示单元(在结构图中未标出),与所述蓝牙通信单元连接,所述指示单元用于指示所述蓝牙通信单元是否与所述终端建立通讯连接。
在本实施例中,所述指示单元可以为LED灯或其他显示组件,可设置于所述主机100中任意位置。实际应用中,不对所述指示单元显示的颜色和闪烁频率做出限定,本实施例中以指示单元为LED灯举例说明,例如当LED灯显示蓝色且按3s/次闪烁时,指示所述智能设备与终端设备通信连接成功,连接成功后,蓝色LED灯不再闪烁。通过指示灯能够直接判断监测设备是否与终端设备建立通信连接,能够便捷地完成通信连接操作。在一个实施例中,所述主机100还包括:电源模块(图中未标出),分别所述数据处理单元、所述蓝牙通信单元和所述指示单元连接,所述电源模块用于为所述数据处理单元和所述蓝牙通信单元以及第一感测组件和第二感测组件供电;其中,所述指示单元还用于指示所述电源模块的电量状态。
具体地,所述指示单元可以是LED灯或其他显示组件,本实施例以指示单 元为LED灯举例说明。可根据LED灯的颜色和闪烁周期预设各情况下指示的信息。例如,当指示单元LED灯3s/次闪烁红灯,则指示所述智能监测设备处于电量低的状态,提醒监护人需对设备进行充电;当所述LED处于红灯常亮时,则说明所述电源设备处于正在充电状态。所述电源模块可根据需要设置于主机110任意位置。在本实施例中,通过指示单元能够快速地知道智能设备的电源状态,有助于监护人更加便捷地使用所述智能设备。
在一个实施例中,所述智能监测设备还包括软胶结构(图中未标出),粘贴于所述导电触片150与所述卡槽母座160插接处,用于加强所述主机100与所述柔性电路尾板130之间的连接。
在本实施例中,可根据需要选择不同材质的软胶结构,所述软胶结构140能够进一步保证尾板组件120中的第二感测组件140感测到的第二感测信息快速、高质量地传输到主机100中的数据处理单元,保证了传输效率,同时也保护了金属触片与卡槽母座160,提高了智能监测设备的使用寿命。
在一个实施例中,所述智能监测设备还包括外壳(图中未标出),用于容纳所述主机100、尾板组件120和柔性电路尾板130。
在本实施例中,所述外壳的材质可以为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,但在实际应用中不对其做出限定,可根据需要采用不同材质的外壳,所述外壳能够保护所述智能监测设备,进一步提高智能监测设备的使用寿命,同时,外壳采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶材质,能够减少智能监测设备在尿不湿中对使用者带来的异物感,提高监护人体验。
在一个实施例中,所述智能监测设备还包括可拆卸固定组件(图中未标出),所述可拆卸固定组件与所述外壳连接,用于将所述外壳可拆卸连接于所述尿不湿主体。
其中,所述可拆卸固定组件可以是魔术贴或其他固定结构,采用魔术贴的方式与尿不湿固定,摒弃捆绑式佩戴带来的束缚感,且外壳、魔术贴采用分离式结构,方便魔术贴因粘性问题而更换使用,提高智能监测设备的重复使用率。
在一个实施例中,智能监测设备的实物内部结构如图2所示,所述智能监测设备还包括拨动开关110和充电接口180。
其中,所述充电接口180可以是type C等任意接口,通过设置所述拨动开关110,能够便捷地控制智能监测设备的开机与关机,简化了启动、关闭设备的操作。使用常规的充电接口便于监护人对所述设备充电,提高使用体验。
在一个实施例中,本申请还提供一种尿不湿,所述尿不湿包括尿不湿主体,所述尿不湿主体具有尿点和便点,用于吸收尿液和粪便;如上述任一实施例所述智能监测设备,所述智能监测设备连接于所述尿不湿主体。
在本实施例中,所述智能监测设备能够分别检测尿不湿主体中便点和尿点的尿液排泄情况和粪便排泄情况,提高了对尿不湿使用情况监测的精确度。
在一个实施例中,本申请还提供一种尿不湿系统,所述尿不湿系统包括上述任一实施例中所述的智能监测设备和终端,所述终端与所述智能监测设备进行蓝牙连接,以获取来自所述智能监测设备的所述第一感测信息和所述第二感测信息。
具体地,所述终端还可以为个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑、物联网设备和便携式可穿戴设备,物联网设备可为智能音箱、智能电视、智能空调、智能车载设备等。便携式可穿戴设备可为智能手表、智能手环、头戴设备等。
在其中一个实施例中,所述终端可以按预设周期,例如日、月、年为单位,对同一尿不湿使用者的尿尿、屁屁、便便进行数据统计,然后根据上述数据进行综合分析、处理并与权威医学文献进行对比,以给出合理的科学意见。有助于提高监测质量。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能监测设备,其特征在于,所述智能监测设备包括:
    主机,放置于尿不湿主体的尿点处,所述主机包括卡槽母座和第一感测组件,所述第一感测组件用于获取所述尿点处的第一感测信息;
    尾板组件,放置于尿不湿主体的便点处,所述尾板组件包括第二感测组件,所述第二感测组件用于获取所述便点处的第二感测信息;
    柔性电路尾板,所述柔性电路尾板的一端设有导电触片,所述导电触片用于插接所述卡槽母座,所述柔性电路尾板的另一端用于连接所述尾板组件,所述柔性电路尾板用于经所述导电触片和所述卡槽母座将所述尾板组件获取的所述第二感测信息传输至所述主机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能监测设备,其特征在于,所述主机还包括数据处理单元,所述数据处理单元与所述卡槽母座连接;
    所述第一感测组件包括第一温湿度传感器,所述第一温湿度传感器与所述数据处理单元连接;所述第一感测信息包括尿点处的第一温湿度信息;所述数据处理单元用于接收所述第一感测信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能监测设备,其特征在于,所述主机还包括蓝牙通信单元,所述蓝牙通信单元与所述数据处理单元连接;所述第二感测信息包括便点处的气体信息和便点处的第二温湿度信息;所述尾板组件包括:
    气体传感器,与所述数据处理单元连接,所述气体传感器用于实时采集的便点处的气体信息;
    第二温湿度传感器,与所述数据处理单元连接,所述第二温湿度传感器用于实时采集所述便点处的第二温湿度信息;
    其中,所述数据处理单元还用于接收所述第二温湿度信息,并对所述第二感测信息和所述第一感测信息进行综合处理分析;所述蓝牙通信单元用于将所述数据单元综合处理分析的结果发送至终端。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的智能监测设备,其特征在于,所述主机还包括:
    指示单元,与所述蓝牙通信单元连接,所述指示单元用于指示所述蓝牙通信单元是否与所述终端建立通讯连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能监测设备,其特征在于,所述主机还包括:
    电源模块,分别所述数据处理单元、所述蓝牙通信单元和所述指示单元连接,所述电源模块用于为所述数据处理单元和所述蓝牙通信单元以及第一感测组件和第二感测组件供电;其中,所述指示单元还用于指示所述电源模块的电量状态。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的智能监测设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    软胶结构,粘贴于所述导电触片与所述卡槽母座插接处,用于加强所述主机与所述柔性电路尾板之间的连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的智能监测设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    外壳,用于容纳所述主机、尾板组件和柔性电路尾板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能监测设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    可拆卸固定组件,与所述外壳连接,用于将所述外壳可拆卸连接于所述尿不湿主体。
  9. 一种尿不湿,其特征在于,包括:
    尿不湿主体,具有尿点和便点,用于吸收尿液和粪便;
    如权利要求1至8任一项所述智能监测设备,所述智能监测设备连接于所述尿不湿主体。
  10. 一种尿不湿系统,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求3至8任一项所述的智能监测设备;
    终端,用于与所述智能监测设备进行蓝牙连接,以获取来自所述智能监测设备的所述第一感测信息和所述第二感测信息。
