本申请公开了一种便携式美容仪,包括:壳体,包括接触待处理皮肤的端部和侧部;电极,包括:第一电极,第一电极的一部分位于所述壳体的所述端部,剩余部分位于所述壳体的所述侧部;第三电极,设于壳体的所述端部或所述侧部;第三电极包括C组电极,所述C组电极的每一个电极可与相邻的所述第一电极形成电极对,以产生微电流。本申请通过在壳体端部和侧部的连接区域设有第一电极,第一电极可与端部或侧部的第三电极配合形成电极对,使得美容仪既能利用第一电极对某块局部皮肤进行放电,又能利用第三电极对另一块皮肤进行放电,此外第一电极的设置还可以增加美容仪的电极数量,扩大美容仪电流可辐射的皮肤范围,增强美容仪的美容效果。

便携式美容仪 技术领域
本申请实施例涉及电子设备技术领域,特别涉及一种便携式美容仪。
背景技术
随着科技进步和时代发展,人们越来越注重对皮肤的保养,并且在注重皮肤保养效果的同时,对于保养皮肤时的体验也越来越重视。其中有一种皮肤保养方式是利用射频或微电流的便携式美容仪对皮肤进行处理。
市面上的美容仪往往只能针对平坦部位的大面积皮肤进行处理,无法针对某些面积较小的边缘皮肤进行局部处理,导致工作模式比较单一。
申请内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本申请提供了一种便携式美容仪,既能实现对平坦部位的大面积皮肤进行处理,又能针对面积较小的边缘皮肤进行局部处理,丰富了便携式美容仪的工作模式。
为了实现上述的目的,本申请采用了如下的技术方案:
一种便携式美容仪,包括:
壳体,包括接触待处理皮肤的端部和侧部;
电极,包括:
第一电极,所述第一电极的一部分位于所述壳体的所述端部,剩余部分位于所述壳体的所述侧部;
第三电极,设于所述壳体的所述端部或所述侧部;
所述第三电极包括C组电极,所述C组电极的每一个电极可与相邻的所述第一电极形成电极对,以产生微电流。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述电极包括两个所述第一电极,所述第一电极为沿所述壳体的边缘延伸的弧形的电极条,两个所述第一电极分别位于所述壳体的所述端部的两相对侧。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述C组电极包括两个电极,所述C组电极设于所述壳体的所述端部,并位于两个所述第一电极之间,每个所述第一电极分别与相邻的所述C组电极的电极配合形成电极对。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述第三电极还包括可单独工作产生微电流或射频电流的B组电极,所述B组电极的各电极沿所述第一电极的长度方向间隔排布。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述第三电极整体呈三角分布,所述C组电极两个电极分别位于所述B组电极的两侧。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述电极还包括:
第二电极,设于所述壳体的所述端部,各所述第二电极配合形成可对皮肤放电的电极对。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述壳体的外侧表面具有第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域的面积大于所述第二区域的面积,所述第二电极设置于所述第一区域,所述第三电极设置于第二区域。

电路板,设置于所述转接板与所述端部之间;
若干光疗灯,设置于所述电路板朝向端部的一侧,且通过所述电路板连接至所述处理电路;
其中,所述端部具有对应所述光疗灯的透明区域,所述透明区域被配置 为在所述光疗灯不发光时遮挡外界视线,在所述光疗灯发光时可透过至少部分光线。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述便携式美容仪包括:
安装架,设置于所述转接板与所述部之间,具有若干定位孔或定位槽,且所述定位孔或定位槽周围具有遮光区域;
导光件,设置于所述安装架和所述转接板之间,所述导光件包括连接架和若干导光柱,所述连接架连接于所述若干导光柱之间;
所述定位孔或定位槽、所述导光柱、所述光疗灯一一对应设置。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述便携式美容仪包括:
导电件,连接至少两个所述电极和处理电路。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述便携式美容仪还包括连接述处理电路的选通电路,所述电极包括第二电极;
所述导电件包括第一导电件和第二导电件,所述选通电路连接于所述第一导电件和所述第二导电件之间,所述第二电极的至少两个电极连接至所述第一导电件;
所述第三电极的至少两个电极连接至所述第二导电件,所述处理电路通过所述选通电路驱动所述第二电极、所述第三电极,或同时驱动所述第二电极和所述第三电极。
本申请通过在壳体端部和侧部的连接区域设有第一电极,第一电极可与端部或侧部的第三电极配合形成电极对,使得美容仪既能利用第一电极对某块局部皮肤进行放电,又能利用第三电极对另一块皮肤进行放电,此外第一电极的设置还可以增加美容仪的电极数量,扩大美容仪电流可辐射的皮肤范围,增强美容仪的美容效果。

在本申请中,术语“设置”、“设有”、“连接”应做广义理解。例如,可以是固定连接,可拆卸连接,或整体式构造;可以是机械连接,或电连接;可以是直接相连,或者是通过中间媒介间接相连,又或者是两个装置、元件或组成部分之间内部的连通。对于本领域普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅 仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
用户在使用美容仪对皮肤进行美容时,需要将美容仪的电极与皮肤接触面完全贴合,电极才可以放电刺激皮肤。为了增强电流对皮肤的美容作用,通常将电极设置于美容仪的端部,在需要使用美容仪对局部小面积的目标区域的皮肤美容时,很难把控与皮肤接触放电的电极数量和接触面积,从而导致电极会作用于位于该目标区域周围的无关的皮肤。另外针对位于边缘部位的一些生物部位,例如鼻翼,美容仪的电极可能很难与该之贴合,从而导致有些生物部位并不能被美容仪的电流刺激到。因此,本申请提出以下实施例,能够实现扩大美容仪电流辐射的生物部位面积。
图1示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪的结构示意图;图2示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪的侧面剖视图。
如图1和图2,该便携式美容仪包括:壳体10、电极500和处理电路L1,壳体10包括用于接触待处理皮肤的端部和侧部;电极500设置于壳体10的端部和侧部的区域,用以放出电流以刺激皮肤,从而改善皮肤;处理电路L1位于壳体10内,连接电极500,以驱动电极500放电。
电极500包括第一电极510、第二电极520和第三电极530,第一电极510设置于壳体10的端部和侧部的连接区域,第二电极520设置于壳体10的端部,第三电极530设置于壳体10的端部或侧部。第三电极530可以产生射频电流或微电流,与第一电极510配合形成第一电极对,产生电流刺激皮肤,改善皮肤。此外,第二电极520的数量至少为二,各第二电极520配合形成第二电极对。第一电极对和第二电极对可以独立地分别对皮肤放电,或者同时对皮肤放电。使用者可以调整美容仪的模式,以控制放电的电极对数量,从而控制美容仪的美容强度。
第一电极510、第二电极520放出电流作用于皮肤,扩大美容仪电流可辐射的生物部位范围。例如,用户手持美容仪的侧部,将美容仪的端部与皮肤接触,即可利用第二电极520和第一电极510贴合皮肤而对皮肤放电;若用户想要刺激鼻翼及周围的生物部位,可以将美容仪倾斜,使得第一电极510贴合鼻翼。再例如,若用户只想使用美容仪处理某一块面积较小的局部皮肤,可以倾斜美容仪,将第一电极510贴合皮肤以刺激局部皮肤。
在一个实施例中,端部和侧部具有小于120度的夹角,端部和侧部的连接区域为端部和侧部之间的弯折区域。示例性地,第一电极510的数量为二,两个第一电极510分别位于端部的两相对侧,每个第一电极510均沿着该弯折区域的弯折线延伸,即第一电极510沿端部的边缘延伸,每个第一电极510的一部分位于端部,一部分在弯折线,剩余部分位于侧部。当然,若忽略弯折线,也可以认为每个第一电极510的一部分位于端部,剩余部分位于侧部。例如美容仪的端部和侧部的夹角是可以是110度,70度。在本实施例中,端部和侧部之间的夹角小于120度,在使用美容仪美容一些具有弯折角度的皮肤时,例如鼻翼,能够更好地贴合该部位的皮肤以实现紧致的效果。
当然,在其他实施例中,第一电极510可以是点状电极,不一定沿着弯折 区域的弯折线延伸。
在美容仪的使用过程中,电极500可以产生微电流,微电流作用于皮肤上并刺激皮肤,从而达到提拉和紧致皮肤、有效抗老的效果。其中,第一电极510有两个位于壳体10的端部和侧部的连接区域的弧形的电极条,由于第一电极510为弧形的电极条,此设计可以使电极条更加贴合面部线条,特别是在面部法令纹凹陷处,因此,提拉、紧致肌肤的效果更好。
在此实施例中,通过控制电极500产生微电流,可以刺激肌肤,改善皮肤,比如实现快速提拉肌肤、强效抗老、皮肤嘭弹紧致、3分钟V脸、淡化法令纹、紧塑眼周、强韧肌肤屏障、嫩滑透亮等的至少一种效果。
图3示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪的第一电极的组装方式示意图。
请参考图3,该便携式美容仪包括:固定件512。其中,壳体10在该连接区域设有通孔,第一电极510朝向壳体10内的一侧具有固定部511,通过将固定件512从壳体10内穿过壳体10的通孔并连接第一电极510的固定部511,可以将第一电极510固定于壳体10。
第一电极510固定方式为:找到第一电极510在壳体10上对应的安装位置,将第一电极510的固定部511穿过壳体10上预留的通孔,再从壳体10内找到穿过通孔的固定部511,将固定件512安装到固定部511上,即可将第一电极510固定在壳体10上。本实施例通过设置固定件512,将固定件512从壳体10内穿过通孔,并固定到第一电极510的固定部511,从而将第一电极510固定于壳体10上,使得第一电极510可以稳固固定在所设定的区域,不会由于外力的作用而偏移松动。
可选的,密封圈1900套设于固定部511或固定件512,以密封固定部511和通孔内壁之间的缝隙,或密封固定件512和通孔内壁之间的缝隙。
由于固定部511或固定件512与通孔的接触可能是刚性的接触,其形变量可能不足以封堵由于加工误差等原因造成的固定部511或固定件512与通孔之间的缝隙。本实施例通过利用密封圈1900套设于固定部511或固定件512,能够增强美容仪的密封防液体渗入的性能。例如密封圈1900可防止护肤水或美容凝胶等从固定部511和通孔内壁之间的缝隙,或从密封固定件512和通孔内壁之间的缝隙进入壳体10。
可选的,壳体10在该连接区域设有安装槽,安装槽的形状与第一电极510适配,安装槽的槽深与第一电极510高度匹配,第一电极510嵌设于安装槽内,通孔设置于安装槽的槽底,密封圈1900位于第一电极510与槽底之间。
由于第一电极510与槽底的接触可能是刚性的接触,其形变量可能不足以封堵由于加工误差等原因造成的第一电极510与槽底之间的缝隙;且第一电极510与皮肤直接接触时,美容仪可能会搭配一些液体(例如护肤水或护肤凝胶)一起使用,这些液体可能会通过第一电极510与槽底之间的缝隙进入美容仪内部,从而影响美容仪的性能。因此将密封圈1900设置于第一电极510与槽底之间,能够增强美容仪接触皮肤的区域的密封防液体渗入的性能。例如密封圈 1900可防止护肤水或美容凝胶等从固定部511和通孔内壁之间的缝隙,或从密封固定件512和通孔内壁之间的缝隙进入壳体10。
此外,密封圈1900除了可以防止液体渗入以外,还可以使得第一电极510更好与壳体10装配,使得第一电极510在使用过程中不会移动,提高美容仪的使用舒适度,使用者使用方便。
图4示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪的中框结构示意图。
请参阅图1和图4,在一个实施例中,便携式美容仪包括中框100,中框100具有沿第一方向延伸的第一安装板110和沿第二方向延伸的第二安装板120,第一安装板110具有相背设置的第一侧边111和第二侧边112,以及连接在第一侧边111和第二侧边112之间的第三侧边113(被第二安装板120遮挡),第二安装板120具有相背设置的第一表面121和第二表面122,第二安装板120通过第二表面122连接于第一安装板110的第三侧边113。
本申请通过中框形成美容仪的基本框架,结构简单、合理。使用者使用美容仪进行皮肤美容时,手部活动幅度可以较小,适应人体工程力学,使用者使用方便、省力,提高了使用舒适度。另外,本申请通过中框形成安装电极和侧壳的结构,以及容纳零件的容置空间,结构简单、合理。
请一并参阅图1、图2和图4,壳体10包括前壳组件40、第一侧壳200和第二侧壳300。前壳组件40包括前壳400,电极500设于前壳400上,一部分设置于前壳400中,并至少部分露出于前壳400外。第一侧壳200和第二侧壳300分别安装于在第一安装板110的相背两侧,并且分别与第一安装板110、第二安装板120围成被第一安装板110分开的第一容置空间1500和第二容置空间1600。处理电路L1设置于第二容置空间1600。
前壳400正对第二安装板120的第二表面122设置,并且与第二安装板120围成第三容置空间1700,前壳400包括上述的端部和侧部。
本申请通过将壳体10划分成前壳400、第一侧壳200和第二侧壳300,前壳400、第一侧壳200和第二侧壳300与中框100分别形成第三容置空间1700、第一容置空间1500和第二容置空间1600,在每个容置空间设置对应的零部件,将美容仪内的众多零部件实现分区,结构合理紧密,便于安装。
如此,便携式美容仪存在三个容置空间,第一安装板110、第一侧壳200和第二安装板120围成第一容置空间1500,第一安装板110、第二侧壳300和第二安装板120围成第二容置空间1600,前壳400和第二安装板120围成第三容置空间1700,而第一电极510处于前壳400的端部和侧部的连接区域,同时,处理电路L1、储能电路、充电组件等则置于第一容置空间1500、第二容置空间1600或第三容置空间1700中。
该实施例通过中框100将第一侧壳200、第二侧壳300拼合在一起,可以使美容仪组装便捷化,且第一侧壳200、第二侧壳300壳体形状大致相同,从而使美容仪的壳体为较规则的形状,以便于用户更好的进行抓取。
图5示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪的前壳内部的结构示意图。
请参阅图2和图5,在本实施例中,前壳400的连接区域的内表面向第三容 置空间1700延伸出固定柱513,该固定柱513相对于前壳400的端部以倾斜的方向斜向延伸出,通孔轴向贯通固定柱513,固定件512插设于通孔内。固定件例如可以是螺钉。通过固定件512和固定柱513的配合,可以将电极500锁紧在前壳,使得电极500可以稳固固定在所设定的区域,不会由于外力的作用而偏移松动。
可选的,处理电路L1包括电路板3110,电路板3110对应固定柱513的位置形成避让槽3113,使得固定柱513穿过避让槽3113而与电路板3110固定在一起,从而使得前壳400与电路板3110固定,不因外力的作用而偏移松动。
可选的,在本申请另一实施例中,该便携式美容仪包括弹针组件,壳体10在连接区域设有通孔,通孔邻近壳体10内的一端的孔径大于通孔邻近壳体10外的一端的孔径,第一电极510具有与通孔形状适配的形状,并由壳体10内插入通孔而被限位,弹针组件设置于第一电极510与处理电路L1之间,以电连接第一电极510和处理电路L1。
如此,通过弹针组件即可将前壳400和电路板3110固定在一起,并且第一电极510和处理电路L1通过弹针组件进行电连接。
在本实施例中,第一电极510是可插拔的。可选的,使用者可以将第一电极510拔出,并将清洁布/纸覆盖在美容仪的端部,将第一电极510插回凹槽,如此便可将清洁布/纸固定在美容仪的端部,使用者可以使用该便携式美容仪进行面部清洁。
可选的,在本申请又一实施例中,该便携式美容仪包括磁体,壳体10在连接区域设有凹槽,第一电极510嵌设于凹槽,磁体位于第一电极510或壳体10内,以将第一电极510吸附于凹槽。第一电极510和壳体10通过磁力连接和固定。
通过将磁体设置于第一电极510或壳体10内,使得便携式美容仪可以增加清洁功能。将清洁布/纸夹持于第一电极510和前壳400之间,使用者可以使用便携式美容仪来清洁皮肤部位。例如还可以将具有特定功效的布/纸夹持于第一电极510和前壳400之间。特定功效的布/纸可以是面膜,可以将面膜夹持在第一电极510和前壳400之间,加速深层皮肤部位吸收面膜的水份达到保湿美白的效果。
可选的,在本申请另一实施例中,第一电极510包括环绕壳体10端部的环电极。通过设置环绕壳体10端部的环电极,在使用过程中,使用者不用特意调整美容仪的角度都能使得美容仪的第一电极510能接触到皮肤,如此,在使用过程中,使用者手部活动幅度可以更小,适应人体工程力学,使用者使用方便、省力,提高了使用舒适度。同时,由于手部活动减少,便携式美容仪晃动减少,使得美容时用户皮肤部位感受更佳,提高了用户体验。
图6示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪的电极分布示意图;图10示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪的内部结构示意图。
请参阅图6和图10,在一个实施例中,该便携式美容仪包括:壳体10、第二电极520、第三电极530和处理电路L1,壳体10包括用于接触待处理皮肤的 端部和侧部,端部的外侧表面具有第一区域010和第二区域020,第一区域010的面积大于第二区域020的面积;第二电极520设置于第一区域010,第三电极530设置于第二区域020;处理电路L1位于壳体10内,并连接第二电极520和第三电极530。
示例性地,第一电极510沿第一方向延伸,第二电极520、第三电极530沿第一方向依次布置。
其中,第二电极520包括中心电极520a和若干周边电极520b,该若干周边电极520b围绕中心电极520a设置。中心电极520a为圆环状电极,周边电极520b为圆弧段形状的电极,各周边电极520b以中心电极520a为中心,等间距间隔地分布于一个设定圆的圆周。
由于周边电极520b的大小会影响电极之间的相互作用,不同大小的周边电极520b会产生不同程度的刺激。例如,周边电极520b的直径比较小,则周边电极520b与皮肤接触的部分过小,用户难以感觉到电刺激。如果周边电极520b的直径比较大,则结构也会因此变大,周边电极520b间的距离也会变得很难保持,局部刺激的效果也会变差。因此,周边电极520b的大小应该根据实际情况合理地设置,这样,即使周边电极520b的输出功率小也容易使用户切身感受到,提高美容效果。另外,即使抑制周边电极520b的功率输出,用户也能得到强烈的刺激,因此也能实现省电的效果。
示例性地,在一些实施例中,中心电极520a的直径可以为8mm至12mm,周边电极520b的直径可以为2mm至6mm的范围内。
由于本申请的周边电极520b为圆弧段形状,相比于以往的平面电极,圆弧段形状的电极与皮肤的接触面积更大,电流更容易侵入人体皮肤,因为圆弧状流动的电流容易到达皮肤内部,所以周边电极520b的电流能够直接流向皮肤内部。也就是说,本申请采用圆弧段形状的周边电极520b,可以有效地将电流施加到皮肤内部。
在一些实施例中,周边电极520b的数量可以为4个、5个、6个或者8个。可选地,本申请的周边电极520b的数量为5个。
在一些实施例中,第三电极530可以包括B组电极530a和C组电极530b,其中,第三电极530中的B组电极530a和上述的第二电极520一样,可以产生射频电流和微电流。示例性地,第三电极530整体呈三角分布,如图6,B组电极530a的各电极沿第一电极510的长度方向间隔排布,C组电极530b的各电极分别设于B组电极530a的两侧,B组电极530a的两侧的C组电极530b分别靠近一个弧形的第一电极510,C组电极530b的两个电极、B组电极530a的其中一个电极将B组电极530a的另一个电极包围于其中。
在一些实施例中,该便携式美容仪还可以设置如图6所示的第一电极510。其中,第一电极510为弧形的电极条,可以更加贴合凹陷面部区域,特别是在面部法令纹凹陷处,因此,提拉、紧致肌肤的效果更好。
在一个实施例中,该第一电极510被第三电极530间隔开,和/或,被第二电极520隔开。如图1中,沿垂直于第一安装板110的方向,两个第一电极510 分别位于壳体10的两侧边缘,第二电极520、第三电极530位于两个第一电极510之间,且沿第一电极510的延伸方向,第二电极520位于第三电极530的一端。
示例性地,C组电极530b可以与第一电极510的弧形的电极条配合工作,其中,C组电极530b可以全部是正极或者其中一个为正极;而弧形的电极条可以全部是负极或者其中一个为负极。也就是说,C组电极530b的每一个可以和相邻弧形的电极条形成新的电极对,用于产生微电流。
例如,第二电极520所占范围较大,可作用于大块的较为平坦区域,如面部区域,提高美容仪工作效率,第二电极520通过产生射频电流和微电流,可以向面部肌肉发出柔和的电波来刺激面部肌肉的活力并促进胶原蛋白再生或者通过对肌肉进行刺激以使皮肤收紧效果;第三电极530所占范围较小,而且整体呈三角分布,更加适合进行精细化工作,例如第三电极530中的B组电极530a单独工作,产生的微电流或者射频电流可以作用于眼周等区域;而第一电极510为弧形的电极条,此设计可以使电极条更加贴合凹陷面部区域,特别是在面部法令纹凹陷处。另外,第一电极510可以与第三电极530中的C组电极530b相互组合,产生微电流,通过产生低频率的电流深层传入肌肤,刺激凹陷面部区域的肌肉(尤其是下颌区域的肌肉)运动,使肌肉收缩,因此,第一电极510与C组电极530b相互组合,对凹陷面部区域的皮肤提拉和紧致肌肤有比较好的效果。
结合上述实施例,美容仪可以同时设置多个电极组,不同的电极组既可以分开独立工作也可以一起工作,且多个电极组之间也可以有多种不同的组合方式,以使电极产生微电流或者射频电流,作用于皮肤上,刺激皮肤从而达到提拉和紧致皮肤、有效抗老的效果。
本实施例通过设置多组既可以独立工作也可以组合工作的电极组,以针对不同的皮肤部位有不同的处理方式,不同组合的电极组所对应的工作模式和输出的能量也不一样,通过控制电极产生微电流和射频电流刺激肌肤,使得用户可以根据自身情况选择射频美容或微电流美容,以改善皮肤,比如快速提拉肌肤、强效抗老、皮肤嘭弹紧致、3分钟V脸、淡化法令纹等中至少任一美容效果。并且当多个电极组共同工作时,还可以提高美容仪工作效率,为用户节省时间。
图7示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪的内部结构示意图;图8示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪的电极的一个结构分解示意图;图9示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪的电极的另一个结构分解示意图。
请参阅图1、2、4及图6~9,在一个实施例中,该便携式美容仪包括转接板L0,转接板L0位于壳体10内且邻近端部设置,转接板L0具有对应第二电极520、第三电极530的若干连接端子,端部具有对应第二电极520、第三电极530的第一通孔101,第二电极520、第三电极530通过第一通孔101电连接若干连接端子,若干连接端子连接至处理电路L1。
如此,第一通孔101位于壳体10的端部上,第二电极520、第三电极530通 过第一通孔101与壳体10的端部固定,并通过转接板L0上的若干连接端子连接至处理电路L1。
示例性地,若干第一固定件201具有导电性,转接板L0对应连接端子的部位设有第二通孔102,第二电极520、第三电极530朝向转接板L0的一侧具有第一固定部301,第一固定件201自转接板L0背向第二电极520、第三电极530的一侧穿过第二通孔102并固定于第一固定部301,进而将第二电极520、第三电极530电连接至转接板L0。
第二通孔102位于转接板L0上,第一固定件201自转接板L0背向第二电极520、第三电极530一侧穿过第二通孔102,第二电极520、第三电极530朝向转接板L0一侧的第一固定部301再与第一固定件201连接,使得第二电极520、第三电极530与转接板L0固定,进而第二电极520、第三电极530电连接至转接板L0。
可选地,在本申请另一实施例中,第二电极520中的至少两个电极通过连接线电连接,然后连接线连接至转接板L0,处理电路L1这样可以减少电极和转接板L0的连接操作,降低工艺难度。比如,将第二电极520的所有周边电极520b用连接线和/或连接环和/或连接件连接起来后,再连至转接板L0上的一个连接端子。
可选地,在本申请另一实施例中,第三电极530中的至少两个电极通过连接线电连接,且连接线连接至处理电路L1。
在本申请另一实施例中,该便携式美容仪包括若干密封圈(图未示)。其中,第一通孔101为阶梯孔,第二电极520的每个电极形状与阶梯孔匹配,且自端部外侧插入阶梯孔并抵止于阶梯孔,密封圈套设于第二电极520,密封第二电极520与第一通孔101之间的缝隙。
在一些实施例中,密封圈的形状可以根据第一通孔101的形状具体设置,比如说第一通孔101的形状为环形的,则密封圈的形状可以对应设置为O型。
在一些实施例中,密封圈可以采用橡胶材质,由于橡胶不吸水也不透水,因此,采用橡胶材质的密封圈可以堵住第二电极520与第一通孔101之间的贴合面存在的较小的气体或者液体通道,防止水从第二电极520与第一通孔101之间的缝隙进入壳体10,进而损坏电路板等组件,造成美容仪无法正常工作。
同样地,第三电极530上也可以设置有密封圈,以防止水从第三电极530与第一通孔101之间的缝隙进入壳体。
其中,第三电极530套设的密封圈的材料可以选用紫外线防水胶。由于紫外线防水胶固化速度快,粘接强度高,密封性能好,耐水及耐冷热性优异,并且安全无毒,可以有效防止水、凝胶或其他杂质从第三电极530与第一通孔101之间的缝隙进入壳体,使第三电极530具有良好的防水性能。并且,第三电极530套设的密封圈也可以辅助固定第三电极530,增加第三电极530与端部之间连接的稳定性。
可以理解是,密封圈的材料也可以是其他材料,关于密封圈的具体形状和材质,本申请在此不做严格限定。
请结合图2、6和图7,在一个实施例中,该便携式美容仪包括:电路板3110、若干光疗灯2500,电路板3110设置于转接板L0与端部之间,若干光疗灯2500设置于电路板3110朝向端部的一侧,且通过电路板3110连接至处理电路L1。
其中,壳体10的端部具有对应光疗灯2500的透明区域,处理电路L1为电极提供射频输出以及为光疗灯2500提供驱动信号,端部的透明区域被配置为在光疗灯2500不发光时遮挡外界视线,在光疗灯2500发光时可透过至少部分光线,可以在一定程度上防止光线太过刺眼,弱化光线,使用户看到更加柔和的光线。
本实施例的光疗灯2500可以通过端部的透明区域发射出光线,处理电路L1则为光疗灯2500提供驱动信号,并且光疗灯2500可以发出不同的光线,不同的光线作用也不相同。光线既可以加速皮肤的血液循环,促进新陈代谢,提高细胞活性,帮助组织修复;也可以抑制油脂分泌,抑制皮肤炎症,调节角化层。
在一个实施例中,如图4,第一安装板110可以包括第一板体115和两第一侧板116,两第一侧板116分别连接第一板体115的相对的左右两侧,第一侧板116的宽度方向的两端均具有第一侧边111,第二侧边112的宽度方向的两端均具有第二侧边112。
在一个实施例中,第一方向和第二方向垂直。示例性地,第一方向平行于便携式美容仪的中轴线,第二方向垂直于便携式美容仪的中轴线。
在一个实施例中,第一安装板110、第二安装板120可以是大致的板体,也可以是具有凹凸结构的架体,还可以是镂空的结构。
可选的,第一安装板110的第三侧边113连接于第二安装板120的中间位置。
结合图1、2、4和图8、9,在一些实施例中,该便携式美容仪还包括环形壳900和若干第二固定件202,前壳组件40除了包括前壳400外,还包括环形壳900,前壳400、环形壳900、第二安装板120围成第三容置空间1700。环形壳900位于前壳400与第二安装板120之间以连接前壳400、第二安装板120,环形壳900内设有隔板1400;其中,壳体10的端部朝向转接板L0的一侧设有若干第二固定部302,转接板L0对应若干第二固定部302的位置设有第三通孔103,隔板1400对应第三通孔103的位置设有第四通孔104,第二固定件202自隔板1400背向转接板L0的一侧依次穿过第四通孔104、第三通孔103后固定于第二固定部302,进而将壳体10的端部、转接板L0和环形壳900固定。
如此,若干第二固定件202穿过转接板L0上的第三通孔103和隔板1400的第四通孔104,与端部朝向转接板L0一侧的若干第二固定部302一一对应连接,将端部、转接板L0和环形壳900固定。
可选的,参阅图2,便携式美容仪包括处理电路L1、储能电路L2、充电组件L3等,处理电路L1、储能电路L2、充电组件L3置于第一容置空间1500和第二容置空间1600中,转接板L0设置于第三容置空间1700,且转接板L0连接电极,处理电路L1通过转接板L0传输微电流和射频电流到电极500。
在此实施例中,通过处理电路L1配合电极,产生微电流和射频电流,从而刺激肌肤,或通过光疗灯发出光线照射肌肤等方式,可实现快速提拉肌肤、强效抗老、皮肤嘭弹紧致、3分钟V脸、淡化法令纹等效果。
本实施例通过将不同的组件放置在便携式美容仪的不同的容置空间,既可以防止在工作过程中组件温度升高,从而影响其他组件的正常工作的情况,也可以使每个组件更好地固定在便携式美容仪内部。
在一些实施例中,该便携式美容仪还包括若干第三固定件203,其中,隔板1400朝向第二安装板120的一侧设有若干第三固定部303,第二安装板120对应若干第二固定部302的位置设有第五通孔105,第三固定件203自第二安装板120背向隔板1400的一侧穿过第五通孔105并固定于第三固定部303,进而将前壳400、转接板L0、环形壳900、中框100固定。
本实施例通过在中框100的第二安装板120上设有第五通孔105,第三固定件203穿过第五通孔105后,与隔板1400朝向第二安装板120的一侧设置的第三固定部303一一对应连接。因此,通过第二固定部302和第三固定部303可将前壳400、转接板L0、环形壳900、中框100固定。
上述实施例中,通过通孔、固定件和固定部的配合,可以方便美容仪各个组件的安装和拆卸。
可选地,在本申请另一实施例中,该便携式美容仪包括:蓝宝石(图未示出)、半导体制冷件(图未示出),蓝宝石设置于端部,且暴露于端部外侧;半导体制冷件设置于蓝宝石内侧,且与蓝宝石热耦合并连接至处理电路L1,处理电路L1用于驱动半导体制冷件工作,为蓝宝石、第二电极520和/或第三电极530制冷或制热。
在一些实施例中,该便携式美容仪还可以设置散热件,示例性地,该散热件可以热耦合半导体制冷件和/或蓝宝石。
其中,半导体制冷件一侧热耦合于皮肤接触元件,皮肤接触元件可为:蓝宝石、第二电极520和/或第三电极530。当半导体制冷件制热时,使皮肤接触元件升温,并在皮肤接触元件接触皮肤后,让皮肤感觉舒服不至于冰冷;当半导体制冷件制冷时,使皮肤接触元件降温,以在皮肤过热时降低皮肤表面温度。
虽然上述的第二电极520、第三电极530和第一电极510可以产生电流,通过电流刺激人体的肌肉,使肌肉被动运动达到提拉、紧致肌肤的效果,但是为了进一步强化美容效果,可以在便携式美容仪上设置一些震动组件。
例如,在一实施例中,该便携式美容仪的第三容置空间1700内还可以设置震动组件(图未示),震动组件位于端部朝内一侧,且连接处理电路L1。
震动组件的震动可以使皮肤底层的细胞受到震动,从而达到皮肤保养提高细胞活性的作用。并且震动组件的震动频率较高,所包含的能量也比较多,可以有效地按摩皮肤的细胞,将护肤品中的营养物质打成细小的分子,使皮肤能够更好的吸收,也即依靠震动频率将护肤品更好地导入皮肤,给皮肤按摩,促进血液循环,改善血管的循环功能,从而使皮肤呈现出更加健康的状 态。
在一些实施例中,震动组件的震动频率是可以调节的,因此用户可以打开美容仪的震动功能,选择适合的震动频率将护肤品更好地导入皮肤,给皮肤按摩。例如,可以设置每分钟8600rpm转速的高频震动,帮助护肤品中的有效成分顺利进入肌肤深层发挥作用。
在一些实施例中,由于晚上皮肤的肤感相对比较差,因此,用户在晚上使用美容仪的时候,可以打开美容仪的震动功能,使美容仪顺着用户的脸部线条打圈震动,帮助护肤品中的有效成分顺利进入肌肤深层发挥作用。
可选地,在本申请另一实施例中,该便携式美容仪,第二电极520和/或第三电极530突出壳体10的端部外侧或与端部外侧平齐。
为了便于电极的安装和校正,一般情况下,可以将第二电极520和第三电极530同时突出端部外侧,如本申请图6所示。
示例性地,第二电极520和/或第三电极530突出壳体10的端部外侧的高度可以是在2mm~3mm。
在其他实施例中,也可以是第二电极520与壳体10的端部外侧平齐,而第三电极530突出壳体10的端部外侧或者是第二电极520突出端部外侧,而第三电极530与壳体10的端部外侧平齐。
在其他实施例中,也可以是第二电极520和第三电极530同时与壳体10的端部外侧平齐。
关于第二电极520和第三电极530与端部位置的具体设置关系,本申请在此不做限定。
图10示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪中导电件与电路的连接示意图。
请参阅图10,在一些实施例中,该便携式美容还可以设置选通电路L11和导电件。其中,导电件包括第一导电件L12和第二导电件L13,选通电路L11连接于第一导电件L12和第二导电件L13之间,第二电极520的至少两个电极连接至第一导电件L12,第三电极530的至少两个电极连接至第二导电件L13,处理电路L1连接选通电路L11,并通过选通电路L11驱动第二电极520、第三电极530或同时驱动第二电极520和第三电极530。
在一些实施例中,导电件可以为导线、弹针、导电板或电路板。
因此,通过选通电路L11和导电件的作用可以减少电极和转接板L0之间的连接点,并且在处理电路L1连接选通电路L11时,还可以通过选通电路L11单独驱动第二电极520、第三电极530工作或同时驱动第二电极520和第三电极530工作。因此,不同的电极组既可以分开独立工作也可以一起工作,针对不同的皮肤部位有不同的处理方式,所对应的工作模式和输出的能量也不一样。如果多个电极组共同工作的情况下,可以提高美容仪工作效率,为用户节省时间。
图11示出了本申请一实施例的便携式美容仪一实施例的部分空间内部结构示意图。
请参阅图11,在一些实施例中,该便携式美容仪还可以包括设于第三容置空间1700内的安装架2600和导光件2700,安装架2600设置于转接板L0与壳体10的端部之间,具有若干定位孔或定位槽2601,并且定位孔或定位槽2601周围具有遮光区域;导光件2700设置于安装架2600和转接板L0之间,其中该导光件2700包括第一导光部2701和第二导光部2702,每一导光部都具有连接架2703和若干导光柱2704,连接架2703连接于若干导光柱2704之间;转接板L0上设置有若干光疗灯2500,且该光疗灯2500通过转接板L0连接至处理电路L1;其中,端部具有对应光疗灯2500的透明区域,定位孔/或定位槽2601、导光柱2704、光疗灯2500一一对应设置,处理电路L1为电极提供射频输出以及为光疗灯提供驱动信号。
由于安装架2600上的定位孔和/或定位槽2601与导光件2700上的导光柱2704以及转接板L0上的光疗灯2500一一对应设置,所以当安装架2600上的三个固定孔2602与电极固定的同时,将设置于安装架2600和转接板L0之间的导光件2700压合在转接板L0上,使得安装架2600上的定位孔或定位槽2601与导光件2700上的导光柱2704以及转接板L0上的光疗灯2500对应并压合,导光柱2704的顶部插入对应的定位孔或定位槽,以使当处理电路L1为电极提供射频输出以及为光疗灯2500提供驱动信号时,导光件2700可以将光疗灯2500散发出的光进行聚合,并且由于安装架2600上的定位孔和/或定位槽2601周围具有遮光区域,可以进一步起到遮光的作用。
在一些实施例中,安装架2600的材料可以采用硅胶材料。
在一个实施例中,该便携式美容仪包括:前壳400、若干电极500、中框100、后壳400B、环形壳900、处理电路L1、导电件1610(参阅图13),后壳400B(参阅图1)用于握持,前壳400用于接触皮肤,若干电极500设置于前壳400。
其中,后壳400B至少部分包围第一安装板110,并与第一安装板110之间形成容置空间,处理电路L1位于该容置空间内;导电件1610连接电极500的至少两个电极和处理电路L1。
可选的,便携式美容仪存在两个容置空间,后壳400B包围的第一安装板110围成第二容置空间1600,前壳400和第二安装板120围成第三容置空间1700,而电极500设置于前壳400。
可选的,便携式美容仪包括处理电路L1、储能电路L2、充电组件L3等,处理电路L1、储能电路L2、充电组件L3设置于第二容置空间1600中,电极500、转接板L0等设置于第三容置空间1700中,且转接板L0连接电极500,处理电路L1通过转接板L0传输微电流和射频电流到电极500。
可选地,若干电极500包括正电极和负电极,负电极的数量至少为二,且负电极均连接至导电件,正电极连接处理电路L1。
请参阅图10~13,该便携式美容仪包括选通电路L11。其中,电极500包括第二电极520和第三电极530,导电件包括第一导电件L12和第二导电件L13,选通电路L11连接于第一导电件L12和第二导电件L13之间,第二电极520的至少两个电极500连接至第一导电件L12,第三电极530的至少两个电极500连接 至第二导电件L13,处理电路L1连接选通电路L11,并通过选通电路L11驱动第二电极520、第三电极530或同时驱动第二电极520和第三电极530。
在此实施例中,导电件可以是第三导电件,例如导线,用于连接电极500和转接板L0。其中,第三导电件1610连接的电极为第二电极520的正电极,并接入至转接板L0上;第三导电件1620连接的电极为第二电极520的负电极,并接入至转接板L0上;第三导电件1630连接的电极为第三电极530的正电极,并接入至转接板L0上;第三导电件1640连接的电极为第三电极530的负电极,并接入至转接板L0上。通过导电件即可将电极500属性相同的电极500连接在一起,减少电极500和转接板L0之间的连接点。并且在处理电路L1连接选通电路L11时,还可以通过选通电路L11单独驱动第二电极520、第三电极530工作或同时驱动第二电极520和第三电极530工作。例如:处理电路L1控制选通电路L11驱动第三导电件1610和第三导电件1620,使第二电极520工作;或处理电路L1控制选通电路L11驱动第三导电件1630和第三导电件1640,使第三电极530工作;或处理电路L1控制选通电路L11驱动第三导电件1610、第三导电件1620、第三导电件1630和第三导电件1640,使第二电极520和第三电极530同时工作。因此,不同的电极组既可以分开独立工作也可以一起工作,且针对不同的皮肤部位有不同的处理方式,所对应的工作模式和输出的能量也不一样。如果多个电极组共同工作的情况下,可以提高美容仪工作效率,为用户节省时间。
在此实施例中,当前壳400和皮肤接触时,正负电极实现导通,电极产生微电流和射频电流,可以刺激肌肤,改善皮肤,比如实现快速提拉肌肤、强效抗老、嘭弹紧致、3分钟V脸、淡化法令纹、紧塑眼周、强韧肌肤屏障、嫩滑透亮等中至少任一美容效果。
请参阅图1及图14~17,在一个实施例中,该便携式美容仪中,后壳400B包括第一侧壳200和第二侧壳300,第一侧壳200和第二侧壳300分别安装于在第一安装板110相背两侧。第一安装板110相背两侧均设有第一卡合部710,第一侧壳200和第二侧壳300朝向第一安装板110的内侧均设有第二卡合部720,第一侧壳200和第二侧壳300通过第二卡合部720卡合于第一卡合部710。
其中,第一侧壳200和第二侧壳300卡合方式不一样,第一侧壳200为圆形嵌入式与第一安装板110卡合,第二侧壳300为方形卡扣式与第一安装板110卡合。
因此,本实施例以中框100为主干,第一侧壳200、第二侧壳300、前壳400拼合在中框100不同位置,第一侧壳200、第二侧壳300、前壳400与第一安装板110露出的第一侧边111和第二侧边112、第二安装板120露出的侧边一起构成便携式美容仪的外壳。
请参阅图2,第一侧壳200、第二侧壳300统称为后壳400B,两侧壳具有两相背的凹陷,也就是第一侧壳200、第二侧壳300各具有一个凹陷,同时前壳400邻近后壳400B处具有环槽,凹陷和环槽符合人体工程学,利于用户在使用过程中对美容仪进行握持,避免脱手。
请结合图18,该便携式美容仪包括转接板L0,转接板L0位于前壳400与环形壳900之间,转接板L0具有连接端子,前壳400具有对应若干电极500的第一通孔101,至少两个电极500通过第一通孔101电连接导电件,导电件通过转接板L0上的连接端子连接至处理电路L1。
如此,处理电路L1通过转接板L0的连接端子输出射频电流或者微电流,再通过导电件传输至到电极500。
请参阅图15和图19,在一个实施例中,第一侧板116设有充电槽2400,第一板体115邻近充电槽2400的位置设有避让槽2500C,避让槽2500C用于安装充电板,充电板连接至充电槽2400。
在一个实施例中,第一侧板116设有连接充电板的充电电极116B,充电电极116B暴露于第一侧板116的外表面。
如此,便携式美容仪在第一侧板116上有两种充电接口,可以提供两种充电方式,第一种为:将充电槽2400与数据线连接,数据线的电流从充电槽2400进入充电板,实现充电板的充电。第二种,美容仪正确放置在美容仪的充电底座时,此时充电底座的电流通过充电电极116B传输至充电板,实现充电板的充电。
可选地,在本申请另一实施例中,该便携式美容仪中第一侧板116设有连接充电板的无线充电线圈。只需将美容仪的无线充电线圈与充电面板的无线充电线圈正确对应,当充电面板上通过固定频率的变化电流,美容仪和充电面板之间会产生磁场,美容仪的无线充电线圈会产生感应电流,即可实现充电板的充电。
可选地,在本申请另一实施例中,该便携式美容仪中电极500与前壳400一体成型,且电极500暴露于前壳400外表面。
当电极500与前壳400一体成型时,可防止水从电极500与前壳400之间的安装缝隙进入前壳400内部。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种便携式美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,包括接触待处理皮肤的端部和侧部;
    电极,包括:
    第一电极,所述第一电极的一部分位于所述壳体的所述端部,剩余部分位于所述壳体的所述侧部;
    第三电极,设于所述壳体的所述端部或所述侧部;
    所述第三电极包括C组电极,所述C组电极的每一个电极可与相邻的所述第一电极形成电极对,以产生微电流。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,所述电极包括两个所述第一电极,所述第一电极为沿所述壳体的边缘延伸的弧形的电极条,两个所述第一电极分别位于所述壳体的所述端部的两相对侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,所述C组电极包括两个电极,所述C组电极设于所述壳体的所述端部,并位于两个所述第一电极之间,每个所述第一电极分别与相邻的所述C组电极的电极配合形成电极对。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,所述第三电极还包括可单独工作产生微电流或射频电流的B组电极,所述B组电极的各电极沿所述第一电极的长度方向间隔排布。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,所述第三电极整体呈三角分布,所述C组电极两个电极分别位于所述B组电极的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,所述电极还包括:
    第二电极,设于所述壳体的所述端部,各所述第二电极配合形成可对皮肤放电的电极对。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,所述壳体的外侧表面具有第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域的面积大于所述第二区域的面积,所述第二电极设置于所述第一区域,所述第三电极设置于第二区域。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,沿所述第一电极的延伸方向,所述第二电极位于所述第三电极的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,所述第二电极包 括中心电极和若干周边电极,所述若干周边电极围绕所述中心电极设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,所述中心电极为圆环状电极,所述周边电极为圆弧段形状的电极,各所述周边电极以所述中心电极为中心,等间距间隔地分布于一个设定圆的圆周。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
    处理电路,位于所述壳体内,并连接所述电极;
    转接板,位于所述壳体内且邻近所述端部设置,所述转接板具有对应所述第二电极、所述第三电极的若干连接端子,所述端部具有对应所述第二电极、所述第三电极的第一通孔,所述第二电极、所述第三电极通过所述第一通孔电连接若干连接端子,所述若干连接端子连接至所述处理电路。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
    若干第一固定件,具有导电性;
    所述转接板对应所述连接端子的部位设有第二通孔,所述第二电极、所述第三电极朝向所述转接板的一侧具有第一固定部,所述第一固定件自所述转接板的背向所述第二电极、所述第三电极的一侧穿过所述第二通孔并固定于所述第一固定部。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,所述第二电极的所有所述周边电极通过连接线和/或连接环和/或连接件连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
    固定件;
    所述壳体的所述端部与所述侧部的连接区域设有安装槽和设置于所述安装槽的槽底的通孔,所述第一电极朝向所述壳体内的一侧具有固定部,所述固定件从所述壳体内穿过所述通孔并连接所述固定部;
    密封圈,套设于所述固定部或所述固定件,并位于所述第一电极与所述槽底之间,以密封所述固定部和所述通孔内壁之间的缝隙,或密封所述固定件和所述通孔内壁之间的缝隙。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
    电路板,设置于所述转接板与所述端部之间;
    若干光疗灯,设置于所述电路板朝向端部的一侧,且通过所述电路板连接至所述处理电路;
    其中,所述端部具有对应所述光疗灯的透明区域,所述透明区域被配置为在所述光疗灯不发光时遮挡外界视线,在所述光疗灯发光时可透过至少部分光线。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
    安装架,设置于所述转接板与所述部之间,具有若干定位孔或定位槽,且所述定位孔或定位槽周围具有遮光区域;
    导光件,设置于所述安装架和所述转接板之间,所述导光件包括连接架和若干导光柱,所述连接架连接于所述若干导光柱之间;
    所述定位孔或定位槽、所述导光柱、所述光疗灯一一对应设置。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
    导电件,连接至少两个所述电极和处理电路。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的便携式美容仪,其特征在于,还包括连接述处理电路的选通电路,所述电极包括第二电极;
    所述导电件包括第一导电件和第二导电件,所述选通电路连接于所述第一导电件和所述第二导电件之间,所述第二电极的至少两个电极连接至所述第一导电件;
    所述第三电极的至少两个电极连接至所述第二导电件,所述处理电路通过所述选通电路驱动所述第二电极、所述第三电极,或同时驱动所述第二电极和所述第三电极。
