Abstract

本申请涉及空调器技术领域,特别是涉及一种房车空调、房车空调的排水预警方法及预警装置。
随着人们对于生活质量的追求,房车在人们日常生活以及旅游休闲之中扮演着越来越重要的角色。现有房车空调主要在多变的室外环境下使用,室外环境会导致异物灰尘等累积在空调器的底盘处,进而阻塞空调器的排水口,影响排水速度。同时冷凝水以及雨水汇集较多时,可能会对电器件造成损坏,甚至出现水流倒灌至房车内的情况。相关技术中,通过在空调器内增加排水口以改善排水结构,但是这种措施不能预防事故的发生。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决相关技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种房车空调,通过多个双位液位传感器和多个流速传感器获取空调器本体内的水位信息和流速信息;根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息。在保证房车空调结构改进较小的情况下,预防事故的发生,提升了房车的防水性能及安全性。
本申请还提供了一种房车空调的排水预警方法。
本申请还提供了一种房车空调的排水预警装置。
根据本申请第一方面实施例提供的房车空调,包括:
空调器本体,所述空调器本体的侧部设有出风口;
多个双位液位传感器,多个所述双位液位传感器同高度设置于所述空
调器本体内,且相邻两个所述双位液位传感器之间具有间距;每个所述双位液位传感器均包括低位检测端和高位检测端,所述低位检测端、所述高位检测端以及所述出风口的高程依次增加;
多个流速传感器,设置于所述空调器本体内,且多个所述流速传感器一一对应设置于多个所述双位液位传感器的所述低位检测端和所述高位检测端之间。

相关技术中,通过在空调器内增加排水口以改善排水结构,但是这种措施不能预防事故的发生。
根据本申请第一方面实施例提供的房车空调,包括空调器本体、双位液位传感器以及流速传感器。
空调器本体为房车空调的室内机部分,且安装在房车的内壁上。空调器本体通过管路与室外机连通,进行冷媒以及热量的传递。空调器本体的侧部设有出风口,出风口在车体内沿水平方向设置。房车空调的室外机设置在房车外部,降雨容易沿着管路边缘进入空调器本体中。
多个双位液位传感器设置在空调器本体内,且连接于空调器本体内的底盘或者侧壁。多个双位液位传感器的高度一致,且相邻两个双位液位传感器之间具有间距。以两个为例,两个双位液位传感器分别设置在空调器本体内的两端,或者位于空调器本体内的其它合适位置。每个双位液位传感器均包括低位检测端和高位检测端,多个低位检测端的高度一致,多个高位检测端的高度一致。其中,低位检测端、高位检测端以及出风口的高程依次增加。
为了方便描述,双位液位传感器的数量和流速传感器的数量均以两个为例,两个双位液位传感器分别记为第一双位液位传感器和第二双位液位传感器,两个流速传感器记为第一流速传感器和第二流速传感器。
两个流速传感器设置于空调器本体内,且两个流速传感器一一对应设置于两个双位液位传感器的低位检测端和高位检测端之间。即第一流速传感器位于第一双位液位传感器的低位检测端和高位检测端之间,第二流速传感器位于第二双位液位传感器的低位检测端和高位检测端之间。
在一些实施例中,双位液位传感器包括双位霍尔液位传感器。
根据本申请实施例提供的房车空调,通过多个双位液位传感器和多个流速传感器获取空调器本体内的水位信息和流速信息;根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息。房车空调的结构不需要做较大的改进,就能够提前预防事故的发生。
在一些实施例中,高位检测端与出风口之间具有第一安全高度。
可以理解的是,房车在运行时,空调器本体内的底部逐渐汇集来自蒸发器的冷凝水以及来自房车外部的雨水等,如果排水口出现堵塞,水位逐渐上涨,水流有可能沿着空调器本体的出风口流出。高位检测端与出风口之间具有第一安全高度,在水位上涨至高位检测端时,及时确定排水风险状态,在水流溢出空调器本体的出风口前,提前形成预警信息和/或控制空调器停止运行,增加了房车空调的安全性。在一些实施例中,第一安全高度至少为1cm。
与此同时,低位检测端与空调器本体内的最低位置之间具有第二安全高度。在空调器本体内正常形成冷凝水,且冷凝水的水位不超出第二安全高度时,不需要启动排水预警措施。在一些实施例中,第二安全高度至少
为1cm。
需要说明的是,房车空调还包括控制单元和提示组件等,提示组件、两个双位液位传感器以及两个流速传感器均信号连接于控制单元。控制单元接收来自双位液位传感器的水位信息,以及接收来自流速传感器的流速信息,并根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,然后根据排水风险状态发送预警信息。
根据本申请第二方面实施例提供的房车空调的排水预警方法,请参阅图1,包括以下步骤:
S100、获取空调器本体内的水位信息和流速信息。
S110、根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息。
可以理解的是,第一流速传感器位于第一双位液位传感器的低位检测端和高位检测端之间,第二流速传感器位于第二双位液位传感器的低位检测端和高位检测端之间。通过双位液位传感器可以获取空调器本体内的水位,当水位上涨至低位检测端或者高位检测端时,双位液位传感器产生感应信号,可以作为水位到达的信号。根据水流在空调器本体内不同位置处的流速情况以及水位到达多个低位检测端或者多个高位检测端的时间差,来判断空调器本体内的排水风险状态.为了方便描述,双位液位传感器的数量和流速传感器的数量均以两个为例,详细描述房车空调的排水预警方法的步骤:
在两个低位检测端同时检测到水位,流速传感器未检测到流速,且两个高位检测端均未检测到水位时,说明排水平稳,排水口不存在堵塞情况,排水风险状态为排水正常状态。
在两个低位检测端同时检测到水位,两个流速传感器检测到相同的流速,且两个高位检测端均未检测到水位时,说明排水流量较大,但是仍处于平稳排水状态,排水风险状态为排水正常状态。
在两个低位检测端同时检测到水位,两个流速传感器检测到相同的流速,且两个高位检测端同时检测到水位时,排水管存在堵塞情况,排水风险状态为排水危险状态。
需要说明的是,排水风险状态至少包括排水正常状态、排水异常状态
以及排水危险状态等。空调器根据排水风险状态向用户发出预警信息,提醒用户及时关闭空调器或者及时清理排水管。
在双位液位传感器的数量和流速传感器的数量为三个及以上时,基于同样的原理,水位以及流速的监测更加准确,房车空调的排水预警更加准确、有效。
房车空调的提示组件包括显示屏组件、扬声器组件或者灯光组件中的至少一个,可以提醒用户注意排水风险状态。
根据本申请的一个实施例,获取空调器本体内的水位信息和流速信息的步骤,具体包括:
S101、确定水位到达第一低位检测端,则第一时长开始计时;
S102、确定水位到达第二低位检测端,则第二时长开始计时;
S103、确定水位到达第一高位检测端,则第三时长开始计时;
S104、确定水位到达第二高位检测端,则第四时长开始计时;
S105、通过第一流速传感器获取第一流速,通过第二流速传感器获取第二流速;
S106、根据第一时长、第二时长、第三时长以及第四时长确定空调器本体内的水位信息,根据第一流速和第二流速确定空调器本体内不同位置处的流速信息。
在水位到达第一低位检测端时,控制器开始从0计时,计算水位达到第一低位检测端后的第一时长。第一时长为0时,说明排水速度较快,排水管不存在阻塞。
在水位到达第二低位检测端时,控制器开始从0计时,计算水位达到第二低位检测端后的第二时长。
在水位到达第一高位检测端时,控制器开始从0计时,计算水位达到第一高位检测端后的第三时长。第三时长为0时,说明排水管不存在阻塞,能够正常排水。
在水位到达第二高位检测端时,控制器开始从0计时,计算水位达到第二高位检测端后的第四时长。第四时长为0时,说明排水管不存在阻塞,能够正常排水。
可以理解的是,可以根据第一时长、第二时长、第三时长以及第四时
长确定空调器本体内的水位信息,根据第一流速和第二流速确定空调器本体内的流速信息。
需要说明的是,流速信息反映了空调器本体内水位上涨的速度。
根据本申请的一个实施例,根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息的步骤,具体包括:
S111、在第一时长等于第二时长,第一流速等于第二流速,且第三时长等于第四时长时,确定排水风险状态为排水危险状态,并发出第一提示指令。
可以理解的是,在第一时长等于第二时长,第一流速等于第二流速,且第三时长等于第四时长时,表明空调器本体底盘处的排水管堵塞,水位同步上涨至两个低位检测端和两个高位检测端,且水位上涨的速度相同。在这种情况下,水位会继续上涨至出风口处,然后沿着出风口灌入房车内,导致房车内电子设备以及生活用品的损坏。因此,此时的排水风险状态为排水危险状态,控制器发出第一提示指令,提醒用户房车内存在水流倒灌的风险。
根据本申请的一个实施例,根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息的步骤,具体包括:
S112、在第一时长不等于第二时长,第一流速等于第二流速,且第三时长不等于第四时长时,确定排水风险状态为排水危险状态,并发出第一提示指令。
可以理解的是,在第一时长不等于第二时长,第一流速等于第二流速,且第三时长不等于第四时长时,降雨导致水位上升很快,但由于水位高于底盘,判定排水风险状态为排水危险状态,控制器发出第一提示指令,提醒用户房车内存在水流倒灌的风险。
根据本申请的一个实施例,根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息的步骤,具体包括:
S113、在第一时长不等于第二时长,第一流速不等于第二流速,且第三时长不等于第四时长时,确定排水风险状态为排水异常状态,并发出第二提示指令。
可以理解的是,在第一时长不等于第二时长,第一流速不等于第二流
速,且第三时长不等于第四时长时,冷凝水或降雨导致水位上升,但由于排水阻碍,判定排水风险状态为排水异常状态,控制器发出第二提示指令,提醒用户房车空调存在排水异常。此时房车内虽然不存在水流倒灌的风险,但是不排除进一步恶化的情形,因此也需要进一步关注。
根据本申请的一个实施例,根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息的步骤,具体包括:
S114、在第一时长不等于第二时长,第一流速不等于第二流速,且第三时长等于第四时长时,确定所述排水风险状态为排水异常状态,并发出第二提示指令。
可以理解的是,在第一时长不等于第二时长,第一流速不等于第二流速,且第三时长等于第四时长时,降雨导致水位上升很快,判定排水风险状态为排水异常状态,控制器发出第二提示指令,提醒用户房车空调存在排水异常。此时房车内虽然不存在水流倒灌的风险,但是不排除进一步恶化的情形,因此也需要进一步关注。
根据本申请的一个实施例,根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息的步骤,还包括:
S120、确定排水风险状态为排水异常状态或者确定排水风险状态为排水危险状态,则空调器停止运行。
可以理解的是,根据本申请的实施例可以监测空调器的排水风险状态,包括排水正常状态、排水异常状态以及排水危险状态等。在排水正常状态,房车空调的排水管不存在堵塞的情况,房车可以稳定运行;在排水异常状态,排水管堵塞,房车空调的排水存在异常,此时需要停止空调器的运行,及时检修,避免危害扩大;在排水危险状态,房车内存在水流倒灌的风险,需要立即停止空调器的运行,并对空调器进行检修,避免水流倒灌损坏房车内的电子设备以及生活用品。
根据本申请第二方面实施例提供的房车空调的排水预警装置,请参阅图2,包括:
获取模块200,用于获取空调器本体内的水位信息和流速信息;
控制模块201,用于根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息。
可以理解的是,通过双位液位传感器可以获取空调器本体内的水位,当水位上涨至低位检测端或者高位检测端时,双位液位传感器产生感应信号,可以作为水位到达的信号。与此同时,根据水流在空调器本体内的流动情况,水位到达多个低位检测端或者多个高位检测端时存在时间差,可以根据该区别确定水流的流动情况。
在两个低位检测端同时检测到水位,流速传感器未检测到流速,且两个高位检测端均未检测到水位时,说明排水平稳,排水管不存在堵塞情况,排水风险状态为排水正常状态。
在两个低位检测端同时检测到水位,两个流速传感器检测到相同的流速,且两个高位检测端均未检测到水位时,说明排水流量较大,但是仍处于平稳排水状态,排水风险状态为排水正常状态。
在两个低位检测端同时检测到水位,两个流速传感器检测到相同的流速,且两个高位检测端同时检测到水位时,排水管存在堵塞情况,排水风险状态为排水危险状态。
需要说明的是,排水风险状态至少包括排水正常状态、排水异常状态以及排水危险状态等。根据排水风险状态向用户发出预警信息,提醒用户及时关闭空调器或者及时清理排水管。
图3示例了一种电子设备的实体结构示意图,如图所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器810(processor)、通信接口820(Communications Interface)、存储器830(memory)和通信总线840,其中,处理器810,通信接口820,存储器830通过通信总线840完成相互间的通信。处理器810可以调用存储器830中的逻辑指令,以执行房车空调的排水预警方法,该方法包括:获取空调器本体内的水位信息和流速信息;根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息。
此外,上述的存储器830中的逻辑指令可以通过软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个
实施例方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器830(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
进一步地,本申请实施例公开一种计算机程序产品,计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,计算机程序包括程序指令,当程序指令被计算机执行时,计算机能够执行上述各方法实施例所提供的房车空调的排水预警方法,该方法包括:获取空调器本体内的水位信息和流速信息;根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息。
另一方面,本申请实施例还提供一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现以执行上述各实施例提供的房车空调的排水预警方法,该方法包括:获取空调器本体内的水位信息和流速信息;根据水位信息和流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据排水风险状态发送预警信息。

- 一种房车空调,包括:空调器本体,所述空调器本体的侧部设有出风口;多个双位液位传感器,多个所述双位液位传感器同高度设置于所述空调器本体内,且相邻两个所述双位液位传感器之间具有间距;每个所述双位液位传感器均包括低位检测端和高位检测端,所述低位检测端、所述高位检测端以及所述出风口的高程依次增加;多个流速传感器,设置于所述空调器本体内,且多个所述流速传感器一一对应设置于多个所述双位液位传感器的所述低位检测端和所述高位检测端之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的房车空调,其中,所述高位检测端与所述出风口之间具有第一安全高度;和/或,所述低位检测端与所述空调器本体内的最低位置之间具有第二安全高度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的房车空调,其中,所述第一安全高度至少为1cm。

- 根据权利要求5所述的房车空调的排水预警方法,其中,所述获取空调器本体内的水位信息和流速信息的步骤,具体包括:确定水位到达第一低位检测端,则第一时长开始计时;确定水位到达第二低位检测端,则第二时长开始计时;确定水位到达第一高位检测端,则第三时长开始计时;确定水位到达第二高位检测端,则第四时长开始计时;通过第一流速传感器获取第一流速,通过第二流速传感器获取第二流 速;根据所述第一时长、所述第二时长、所述第三时长以及所述第四时长确定空调器本体内的所述水位信息,根据所述第一流速和所述第二流速确定空调器本体内的所述流速信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的房车空调的排水预警方法,其中,所述根据所述水位信息和所述流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据所述排水风险状态发送预警信息的步骤,具体包括:在所述第一时长等于所述第二时长,所述第一流速等于所述第二流速,且所述第三时长等于所述第四时长时,确定所述排水风险状态为排水危险状态,并发出第一提示指令;或者,在所述第一时长不等于所述第二时长,所述第一流速等于所述第二流速,且所述第三时长不等于所述第四时长时,确定所述排水风险状态为排水危险状态,并发出第一提示指令。
- 根据权利要求7所述的房车空调的排水预警方法,其中,所述根据所述水位信息和所述流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据所述排水风险状态发送预警信息的步骤,具体包括:在所述第一时长不等于所述第二时长,所述第一流速不等于所述第二流速,且所述第三时长不等于所述第四时长时,确定所述排水风险状态为排水异常状态,并发出第二提示指令;或者,在所述第一时长不等于所述第二时长,所述第一流速不等于所述第二流速,且所述第三时长等于所述第四时长时,确定所述排水风险状态为排水异常状态,并发出第二提示指令。
- 根据权利要求8所述的房车空调的排水预警方法,其中,所述根据所述水位信息和所述流速信息确定排水风险状态,并根据所述排水风险状态发送预警信息的步骤,还包括:确定所述排水风险状态为排水异常状态或者确定所述排水风险状态为排水危险状态,则空调器停止运行。
- 一种房车空调的排水预警装置,包括:获取模块,用于获取空调器本体内的水位信息和流速信息;控制模块,用于根据所述水位信息和所述流速信息确定排水风险状 态,并根据所述排水风险状态发送预警信息。
