本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动性信息上报方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
近年来,对以无人机为基础的服务的兴趣在全球范围内急剧增加。包括对多种无人机的操作、飞行体验的个人娱乐、货物投递等。作为这些服务的基础,远程控制和数据传输能力是增强的关键方面,这些也是服务提供商、运营商以及无人机制造商所感兴趣的。
相关技术中,目前对无人机(uncrewed aerial vehicles,UAV)的研究中,UAV通过地面蜂窝系统连接的可行性和所需的增强已经得到了验证。在长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)中,对上行(uplink,UL)和下行(downlink,DL)干扰以及移动性方面均进行了相应增强。
在LTE UAV中,速度信息往往包含在位置信息中,与UE的位置信息一起上报到网络。但是由于UE隐私安全等问题的考虑。位置信息上报需要满足用户许可(user consent)才能发送。因此,目前并不支持速度信息的单独上报。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种移动性信息上报方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种移动性信息上报方法,方法应用于终端,包括:确定用于指示终端发送移动性信息的配置信息;基于配置信息,发送移动性信息。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种移动性信息上报方法,方法应用于网络设备,包括:接收终端基于配置信息发送的移动性信息;基于移动性信息为终端进行配置。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供一种移动性信息上报装置,装置配置于终端,包括:确定模块,用于确定用于指示终端发送移动性信息的配置信息;发送模块,用于基于配置信息,发送移动性信息。

本公开所涉及的通信方法可以应用于图1所示的无线通信系统100中。该网络系统可以包括网络设备110和终端120。可以理解的是,图1所示的无线通信系统仅是进行示意性说明,无线通信系统中还可包括其它网络设备,例如还可以包括核心网络设备、无线中继设备和无线回传设备等,在图1中未画出。本公开实施例对该无线通信系统中包括的网络设备数量和终端数量不做限定。
进一步可以理解的是,本公开实施例的无线通信系统,是一种提供无线通信功能的网络。无线通信系统可以采用不同的通信技术,例如码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、时分多址(Time Division Multiple Access,TDMA)、频分多址(Frequency Division Multiple Access,FDMA)、正交频分多址(Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access,OFDMA)、单载波频分多址(Single Carrier FDMA,SC-FDMA)、载波侦听多路访问/冲突避免(Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Avoidance)。根据不同网络的容量、速率、时延等因素可以将网络分为2G(英文:Generation)网络、3G网络、4G网络或者未来演进网络,如第五代无线通信系统(The 5th Generation Wireless Communication System,5G)网络,5G网络也可称为是新无线网络(New Radio,NR)。为了方便描述,本公开有时会将无线通信网络简称为网络。
进一步的,本公开中涉及的网络设备110也可以称为无线接入网络设备。该无线接入 网络设备可以是:基站、演进型基站(evolved Node B,eNB)、家庭基站、无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,WIFI)系统中的接入点(Access Point,AP)、无线中继节点、无线回传节点或者传输点(Transmission Point,TP)等,还可以为NR系统中的gNB,或者,还可以是构成基站的组件或一部分设备等。当为车联网(V2X)通信系统时,网络设备还可以是车载设备。应理解,本公开的实施例中,对网络设备所采用的具体技术和具体设备形态不做限定。
进一步的,本公开中涉及的终端120,也可以称为终端设备、用户设备(User Equipment,UE)、移动台(Mobile Station,MS)、移动终端(Mobile Terminal,MT)等,是一种向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备,例如,终端可以是具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、车载设备等。目前,一些终端的举例为:智能手机(Mobile Phone)、口袋计算机(Pocket Personal Computer,PPC)、掌上电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、可穿戴设备、或者车载设备等。此外,当为车联网(V2X)通信系统时,终端设备还可以是车载设备。应理解,本公开实施例对终端所采用的具体技术和具体设备形态不做限定。
本公开实施例中,网络设备110与终端120可以采用任意可行的无线通信技术以实现相互传输数据。其中,网络设备110向终端120发送数据所对应的传输通道称为下行信道(downlink,DL),终端120向网络设备110发送数据所对应的传输通道称为上行信道(uplink,UL)。可以理解的是,本公开实施例中所涉及的网络设备可以是基站。当然网络设备还可以是其它任意可能的网络设备,终端可以是任意可能的终端,本公开不作限定。
近年来,全球对以无人机为基础的服务的兴趣急剧增加,例如包括多种无人机操作,飞行体验的个人娱乐、货物投递等。作为这些服务的基础,远程控制和数据传输能力是增强的关键方面,这些也是服务提供商、运营商以及无人机制造商所感兴趣的。
相关技术中,例如版本(release)15中进行了关于UAV的研究,根据这些研究,UAV通过地面蜂窝系统连接的可行性和所需的增强已经得到了验证。LTE在UL和DL干扰以及移动性方面均进行了相应增强。
例如,在LTE UAV中引入了基于高度的测量上报事件和高度上报:
事件(event)H1(UE高度大于阈值);
Event H2(UE高度小于阈值);
在NR中,适用于UAV的应用更加多样化,对于UAV的终端具有更低的时延和传输速率要求。因此对于NR UAV需要在LTE UAV的基础上进行增强。
但是,UAVUE的移动性不仅仅只收到UAVUE的高度影响。相关研究表明,UAV UE的移动性性能收到了移动速度的影响。移动性性能例如可以包括:服务小区切换的数目、 无线链路失败(radio link failure,RLF)的数目以及大于失步门限(Qout)的占比等。当移动速度增加时,UAV UE的切换频率增加、RLF发生率增加、失步占比增加。这会严重影响UAV UE的性能和业务连续性。特别是对于NR UAV UE而言,其对业务联系性具有更高的要求。
在R18UAV中,为了更好的进行无线资源管理(radio resource management,RRM)和移动性配置,还需要支持高度信息、速度信息和位置信息的上报。在LTE UAV中,速度信息往往包含在位置信息中,可以和UE的位置信息一起上报到网络设备。但是,考虑到UE的隐私安全等问题,位置信息上报需要特定的用户许可。没有用户许可则不支持位置信息上报,进而速度信息、高度信息也无法上报至网络设备。
在相关技术中,速度信息包含在UE的位置信息中。如果网络设备需要获取UE的速度信息,只能通过请求UE进行位置信息上报。位置信息上报需要UE的用户许可。对于没有用户许可的UE而言,无法进行UE位置信息的上报,网络设备也就无法获取UE的移动速度。
对于UAVUE而言,UE的速度信息是很重要的,不同的移动速度(特别是垂直速度)会使得UAV UE的无线环境快速变化。而且,UE的速度信息并不会对UE的隐私造成影响。网络设备也无法根据UE的速度信息确定出UE的具体位置。所以即使没有用户许可,也应该支持网络设备请求UE进行速度信息的上报,速度信息不应与位置信息存在必然的绑定。
因此,本公开提供了一种移动性信息上报方法,通过配置信息对应的指示,进行移动性信息的上报,实现支持无需用户许可的情况下将移动性信息上报至网络设备。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种移动性信息上报方法流程图。如图2所示,方法应用于终端中,可以包括以下步骤:

    接收网络设备发送的所述配置信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置信息包括:
    用于触发所述终端发送所述移动性信息的移动性事件的配置信息;或,
    指示信息,其中所述指示信息用于触发所述终端发送所述移动性信息;或,

  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端的速度信息还包括时间戳,所述时间戳用于表示测量得到所述终端的速度信息的时间。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端的高度信息,包括以下至少一项:
    终端与海平面的高度差;
    终端与预先配置的参考高度的高度差。
  18. 一种移动性信息上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于网络设备,包括:
    接收终端基于配置信息发送的移动性信息;
    基于所述移动性信息为所述终端进行配置。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    发送所述配置信息,所述配置信息用于指示所述终端发送所述移动性信息。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置信息包括:
    用于触发所述终端发送所述移动性信息的移动性事件的配置信息;或,
    指示信息,其中所述指示信息用于触发所述终端发送所述移动性信息;或,
    用于触发所述终端发送所述移动性信息的移动性事件的配置信息,以及所述指示信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置信息包括用于触发所述终端发送移动性信息的移动性事件的配置信息;
    所述接收终端基于配置信息发送的移动性信息,包括:
    响应于满足所述移动性事件的配置信息中对应的移动性事件,接收所述终端发送的所述移动性信息。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置信息包括指示信息;
    所述指示信息指示所述终端发送所述移动性信息,或所述指示信息指示所述终端不发送所述移动性信息。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端基于配置信息发送的移动性信息,包括:
    接收所述终端基于接收到所述指示信息所发送的所述移动性信息。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述终端基于所述指示信息所发送的所述移动性信息,包括:
    接收所述终端基于接收到所述指示信息,且所述指示信息指示所述终端发送所述移动性信息所发送的所述移动性信息。
  25. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置信息包括用于触发所述终端发送所述移动性信息的移动性事件的配置信息,以及所述指示信息;
    所述接收终端基于配置信息发送的移动性信息,包括:
    响应于满足所述移动性事件的配置信息对应的移动性事件,且所述指示信息指示所述终端发送所述移动性信息,接收所述终端发送的所述移动性信息。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性事件的配置信息中包括所述指示信息。
  27. 根据权利要求25、22-26中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示信息中包括用于指示所述终端发送所述移动性信息的第一比特值,或包括用于指示所述终端不发送所述移动性信息的第二比特值。
  28. 根据权利要求18-27中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端基于配置信息发送的移动性信息,包括:
    接收所述终端发送的测量报告,所述测量报告包括所述移动性信息。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于测量上报的触发类型为事件触发类型,且触发所述测量上报的事件为所述移动性事件,所述测量报告中设置有用于描述所述移动性信息的新增字段和/或重定义字段。
  30. 根据权利要求20-29中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性事件,包括以下至少一项:
    终端的速度大于预设的第一速度阈值;
    终端的速度小于预设的第二速度阈值;
    终端的速度变化量大于预设的速度变化量阈值;
    终端的高度大于预设的第一高度阈值;
    终端的高度小于预设的第二高度阈值;
    终端的高度变化量大于预设的高度变化量阈值;
    终端的服务小区测量结果大于预设的第一服务小区测量阈值;
    终端的服务小区测量结果小于预设的第二服务小区测量阈值;
    终端的邻小区测量结果大于主服务小区测量结果;
    终端的邻小区测量结果大于主辅服务小区测量结果;
    终端的邻小区测量结果大于预设的第一邻小区测量阈值;
    终端的主服务小区测量结果小于预设的第一主服务小区测量阈值,以及终端的邻小区测量结果大于预设的第二邻小区测量阈值;
    终端的主辅服务小区测量结果小于预设的主辅服务小区测量阈值,以及终端的邻小区测量结果大于预设的第三邻小区测量阈值;
    终端的邻小区测量结果大于任意一个辅服务小区测量结果;
    终端的异系统邻小区测量结果大于预设的第四邻小区测量阈值;
    终端的主服务小区测量结果小于预设的第二主服务小区测量阈值,以及终端的异系统邻小区测量结果大于预设的第五邻小区测量阈值。
  31. 根据权利要求18-30中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性信息包括以下至少一项:
    终端的速度信息;
    终端的高度信息。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端的速度信息,包括以下至少一项:
    终端的垂直速度信息;
    终端的水平速度信息;
    速度对应的移动方向信息。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端的速度信息还包括时间戳,所述时间戳用于表示测量得到所述终端的速度信息的时间。
  34. 根据权利要求31所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端的高度信息,包括以下至少 一项:
    终端与海平面的高度差;
    终端与预先配置的参考高度的高度差。
  35. 一种移动性信息上报装置,其特征在于,所述装置配置于终端,包括:
    确定模块,用于确定用于指示所述终端发送移动性信息的配置信息;
    发送模块,用于基于所述配置信息,发送所述移动性信息。
  36. 一种移动性信息上报装置,其特征在于,所述装置配置于网络设备,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收终端基于配置信息发送的移动性信息;
    配置模块,用于基于所述移动性信息为所述终端进行配置。
  37. 一种移动性信息上报设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:执行权利要求1至17中任意一项所述的方法。
  38. 一种移动性信息上报设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:执行权利要求18至34中任意一项所述的方法。
  39. 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由终端的处理器执行时,使得所述终端能够执行权利要求1至17中任意一项所述的方法。
  40. 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由网络设备的处理器执行时,使得所述网络设备能够执行权利要求18至34中任意一项所述的方法。
