Abstract

In the field of maintenance of building products, the invention consists of an additional drip formed by adjacent modular elements, applicable to the vertical face of the stringers of a balcony or facade, or below the abachines of cornices, having a profile such as to be able to totally convey the drops of runoff of rainwater thanks to the presence of drainage channels (9') in order to avoid the runoff and the consequent degradation of said fronts. Built in plastic materials having such a lightness as to be applicable for gluing on the thickness of the marbles and not to constitute a danger to people in the event of detachment caused by bad weather, gluing made tenacious thanks to the possibility of gluing on two perpendicular planes: that of the horizontal plates (10) and that of the vertical face (2.P), said plates (10) spaced out to form drainage channels (9').

Description

ADDITIONAL LAMINAR DRIPPER
TECHNICAL FIELD: The invention relates to maintenance of building products.
BACKGROUND ART: Due to construction defects, many sills or currents ("marbles") of balconies or cornices have no drip, and this causes the washing away of parts of the facades of the buildings, followed by deterioration and collapse of fragments, which might cause serious accidents. Maintenance and repair costs are very high. Until now, the restoration of balconies with degraded or at risk of deterioration gables is carried out by the removal of the old marble stringers and their replacement with elements with sufficient overhang and grooved drip.
In the case of defective cornices, this is done by replacing the slate slabs that characterize the abachines in most of the existing cornices. All this takes place with significant expenses, as there are no industrial products that can solve the problem. This is one of the causes of the deterioration of the artistic building heritage. In some cases, sheet metal drippers are made and fixed with screws to the upper face of the marble. This solution has the drawback of making a rise on the marble which hinders the outflow. Furthermore, the presence of the screws creates perforations which contribute, over time, to increasing deterioration and the risk of detachments. The present application integrates and completes my patent n.102017000021674 in which the type of additional dripper described presents difficulties for industrial production.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION: : The invention in question allows rainwater to drip in order to avoid the washout of parts of the facades of a building, remedying construction defects of the window sills, the currents of the balconies or the cornices, realizing an easy and economic prevention of deterioration and collapse. It consists of a longitudinal modular element (1) which can be applied, in several adjacent specimens, to the existing and malfunctioning window sills or stringers of the balconies on their vertical front (11') and to the cornices so as to correct their profile by generating the capacity to drip a distance from rainwater, thus avoiding washout and the consequent degradation of the fronts. A series of such adjacent elements creates an effective guide for correct dripping of the water.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS:

Fig 2) shows a partially exploded axonometric view of the additional laminar drip (1) applied to a balcony (12)
Fig 3) shows the laminar drip (1) in the previous figure in section.
Fig 4) shows a perspective view of the laminar drip (1) of the previous figure.
Fig. 5) shows a different application geometry of the laminar drip (1), i.e. on the lower face (18') of an abachin (18) of a cornice (19).
Fig 6) shows the laminar drip (1) in the previous figure in section.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION:
Fig 1) shows a laminar drip module (1) in an axonometric view. It is formed by: a) a first sheet (2) approximately rectangular, of elongated shape, having a first (2.1) and a second (2.2) long side, having a front face (2.F) and a rear face (2.P) which can be glued to the front (11") of a marble (11) balcony or sill; this face (2.P) can have holes and roughness for a better hold of the glue, not shown in the figure for greater clarity; b) a second lamina (3) adjacent to said first long side (2.1) of said first lamina (2) and inclined at an obtuse angle with respect to it, projecting into the space adjacent to said front face (2.F) to move away the rainwater dripping; c) a plurality of plates (10) placed on said second long side (2.2), protruding with their body (10) into the space adjacent to said rear face (2.P) which can be glued to the upper surface (11') of the marble ( 11) of a balcony or a windowsill; and protruding with their thickness (10') from said second long side (2.1) of the first lamina (2) so as to generate a plurality of spaces between them which will give rise to small drainage channels (9') having as their bottom the corresponding part of said upper surface (11') these small channels (9') allow a complete outflow of the waters present on a balcony. In fact, the second long side (2.2) of the first lamina (2) does not exceed the level of the upper face (11') of the marble (11) and therefore the outflow can occur completely (see Fig. 4) d) a lateral connection element 6) placed on each end of said modular element for connection with the modules to be placed adjacent.
Fig 2) shows a partially exploded axonometric view of the additional laminar drip (1) applied to a balcony (12) made up of: a) some marble currents (11) without the prescribed grooved drip; b) the beginning of the pavement behind it (13); c) the bearing slab (14) with its face (14'). At the vertical front (11") of the marble stringer (11) there is a laminar drip element (1), object of the present invention, arranged to glue said front (11") of the marble stringer (11) to the rear face (2.P) of said first lamina (2) of the drip (1). In particular, the small drainage channels (9') can be noted. In the prior art similar devices appear, but without such spaces, which causes the presence of a continuous rise which retains a certain thickness of water. On the other hand, in the present invention the presence of the small drainage channels (9') allows the complete outflow of all the water that has fallen on the floor of the balcony, as indicated by the double arrows in the drawing.
In the corner areas of the balcony, special pieces based on the same geometry can be applied, or the plates can be suitably cut to form a corner with the next module.
The drip tray (1) is rotated with respect to the position previously shown. Therefore the drip is applied on the lower face (18') of the sink (18), providing a guide for the runoff. In this case, the presence of the plates (10) in the overturned position does not affect the water outflow, which is in any case made possible by the presence of the spaces between adjacent plates.
Fig 6) shows the laminar drip (1) in the previous figure in section.
Present description discloses only some way to realize the present invention, which is better defined by the following claims.
