La pièce de liaison, en matière plastique ou combustible fibreuse, est rivetée et/ou collée sur la partie haute de l'étui. La munition est donc réalisée en deux parties assemblées incluant chacune une partie du chargement propulsif. Il est aussi possible, selon un autre procédé, d'effectuer le chargement des grains de poudre via des orifices sur le fond arrière de la munition préconstituée avec son étui et projectile. Le culot de la munition est ensuite mis en place et assure la fermeture des orifices de chargement. Pour ce type de munition par exemple, on comprend que les relais d'allumage constitués de cordeaux, proposés par l'art antérieur, rendent complexe les opérations de montage de la munition. Il est nécessaire de prendre des précautions de façon à éviter de déplacer/détériorer les cordeaux disposés au cœur de l'étui et/ou sur la paroi de l'étui et/ou de l'empennage ainsi que leur connexion au dispositif d'allumage. Lorsque la munition est composée de deux parties assemblées, la partie de la munition supportant les cordeaux se limite à l'étui et ne couvre pas la zone de la pièce de liaison. De façon générale, les cordeaux distribuent l'allumage du chargement propulsif localement sur leur ligne de fonctionnement et/ou dans seulement une partie de la hauteur du chargement. La demande de brevet FR2802918 présente un chargement propulsif d'une munition ou un étui combustible incorporant une charge comprenant un oxyde métallique avec liant en cire, polyuréthane ou cellulosique à titre d'additif anti-érosif. Le brevet US4098193 incorpore entre l'étui et le chargement propulsif un manchon combustible textile incorporant un agent anti-érosif. Dans tous les cas, ces modes d'incorporation des additifs dégradent les performances propulsives globales de la munition. Cette cage cylindrique [14] renferme une seconde partie du chargement propulsif [7b]. La partie libre haute [10] de l'étui combustible est destinée à recevoir l'empennage de la flèche [11] supportant autour d'elle la cage cylindrique [14]. La flèche empennée [11] munie de la cage sur son empennage est solidarisée avec la partie haute de l'étui au moyen de la pièce de liaison combustible [13]. La pièce de liaison, également en matière combustible fibreuse, est collée sur la partie haute de l'étui. La munition est donc réalisée en deux parties assemblées incluant chacune une partie du chargement propulsif (figures 3a et 3b).
