本申请实施例涉及计算机应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息显示方法、信息处理方法、设备及系统。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,使得人们可以采用线上形式使用资源来换取产品。在提供产品交换的一些线上系统中,为了方便用户了解产品进而进行产品交换,系统往往针对每个产品会提供对应的产品详情页面,以介绍该产品的相关信息,并提供一些产品处理控件,以供用户触发相应操作。
实际应用中,一个产品往往包含多个单品。为了方便用户选择,系统还可以提供属性选择页面,供用户选择属性参数以定位到某个单品上,用户在属性选择页面可以触发针对已选单品的产品交换操作,从而基于用户触发的产品交换操作,可以生成交换确认页面以供用户确认是否交换,用户确认无误之后可以触发交换确认操作,从而响应于交换确认操作,可以生成结算提示页面以供用户执行结算操作以完成产品交换流程。
由上文描述可知,目前的产品交换流程较为复杂,影响产品交换效率。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种信息显示方法、信息处理方法、设备及系统,用以解决现有技术中产品交换流程较为复杂,产品交换效率低的技术问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例中提供了一种信息显示方法,包括:
显示目标产品的产品详情页面;
响应于在所述产品详情页面触发的属性选择操作,显示属性选择页面;
在所述属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息;
在所述属性选择页面显示交换决策信息;
响应于在所述属性选择页面触发的交换确认操作,显示结算提示页面。
第二方面,本申请实施例中提供了一种信息显示方法,包括:
显示目标产品的产品详情页面;
在所述产品详情页面提供属性选择区域;
在所述属性选择区域显示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息;

接收用户端针对目标产品发送的页面显示请求;

第六方面,本申请实施例中提供了一种计算机系统,包括处理组件以及存储组件;所述存储组件存储一个或多个计算机指令;所述一个或多个计算机指令用以被所述处理组件调用执行;以实现如上述第三方面所述的信息处理方法或者如上述第四方面所述的信息处理方法。
本申请实施例中,响应于在产品详情页面触发的属性选择操作,显示属性选择页面,在属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息、第一单品的单品相关信息以及交换决策信息,响应于在属性选择页面触发的交换确认操作,显示结算提示页面。通过在属性选择页面显示 属性选择提示信息、第一单品的单品相关信息以及交换决策信息,基于上述信息,用户触发属性选择页面的交换确认操作即可显示结算提示页面,通过将交换决策信息与属性选择提示信息等进行整合显示,无需经过交换确认页面,即可以触发显示结算提示页面,以可以执行结算操作,从而缩短了产品交换流程,提高了产品交换效率,减少用户流失,以此提高了产品转化率。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
在本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的描述的一些流程中,包含了按照特定顺序出现的多个操作,但是应该清楚了解,这些操作可以不按照其在本文中出现的顺序来 执行或并行执行,操作的序号如101、102等,仅仅是用于区分开各个不同的操作,序号本身不代表任何的执行顺序。另外,这些流程可以包括更多或更少的操作,并且这些操作可以按顺序执行或并行执行。需要说明的是,本文中的“第一”、“第二”等描述,是用于区分不同的消息、设备、模块等,不代表先后顺序,也不限定“第一”和“第二”是不同的类型。
本申请实施例的技术方案可以应用于产品交换处理的应用场景中,比如目前的电子商务场景,用户可以使用货币购买商品等。
其中,本文中所述产品可以是指有形物品或者无形服务等。
目前提供产品交换的系统中,一个产品往往是由多个单品构成的单品组合,在电子商务场景中,单品又可以表示为库存计量单位(SKU),产品又可以表示为标准产品单元(SPU)。比如一个产品可以具有不同规格等属性参数,如尺码、颜色、形状等等,一个单品可能对应一个或多个属性参数。目前从产品详情页面触发的产品交换流程较为复杂,用户需要浏览产品详情页面,打开属性选择页面,选择合适的属性参数之后,触发交换确认页面,并在确认无误之后触发结算提示页面,执行结算操作。通过交换确认页面可以辅助用户进一步做出产品交换决策,保证用户对产品交换系统的信任度,以促成产品交换,完成从用户流量到产品交换的转化,保证产品转化率。然而,发明人在实现本申请的过程中发现,在产品交换流程中,每多一个环节,就可能会流失一部分用户,因此,复杂的产品交换流程,不仅会影响产品交换效率,也会影响产品转化率。
为了提高产品交换效率,发明人在实现本申请中的过程发现,目前的产品详情页面用来帮助用户了解产品详细信息,属性选择页面供用户选择想要的单品。交换确认页面,用以呈现包括配送信息在内的产品决策信息,辅助用户进一步决策是否交换产品,进而在此基础上做出确认操作,以调出结算提示页面执行结算操作。实际应用中,交换确认页面也即订单确认页面,用户针对所选单品触发的产品交换操作可以触发下单请求,系统可以基于所选单品生成订单供用户进一步确认。由于交换决策信息主要用来供用户进一步确认,发明人想到,可以将交换决策信息进行整合,以缩短产品交换流程,因此,创新地提出了本申请的技术方案,在本申请实施例中,在产品详情页面触发属性选择操作显示属性选择页面,在属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息、第一单品的单品相关信息以及交换决策信息,响应于在属性选择页面触发的交换确认操作,显示结算提示页面。本申请实施例中属性选择页面可以直接触发交换确认操作显示结算提示页面,通过将交换决策信息与属性选择提示信息进行整合显示,无需经过交换确认页面,即可以触发显示结算提示页面,以可以执行结算操作,从而缩短了产品交换流程,提高了产品交换效率,可以有效减少用户流失,以此提高了产品转化率。
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例的技术方案可以适用于图1所示的信息处理系统中,实际应用中,该信息处理系统即可以为提供产品交换的产品交换系统,或者也可以是与产品交换系统连接的其它处理系统等。该信息处理系统可以包括用户端101以及服务端102。
其中,用户端101可以为浏览器、APP(Application,应用程序)、或网页应用如H5(HyperText Markup Language5,超文本标记语言第5版)应用、或轻应用(也被称为小程序,一种轻量级应用程序)或云应用等,用户端101可以部署在电子设备中,需要依赖设备运行或者设备中的某些app而运行等,电子设备例如可以具有显示屏并支持信息浏览等,如可以是个人移动终端如手机、平板电脑、个人计算机等客户终端等,为了便于理解,图1中主要以设备形象表示用户端。在电子设备中还可以配置各种其它类应用,如搜索类、即时通信类等。
服务端102可以是提供各种服务的一个或多个服务器,也即其可以实现成多个服务器组成的分布式服务器集群,也可以实现成单个服务器,此外也可以为分布式系统的服务器,或者是结合了区块链的服务器,也可以是云服务器,或者是带人工智能技术的智能云计算服务器或智能云主机等。
客户可以通过用户端101与服务端102实现交互,以接收或发送消息等,在本申请实施例中的应用场景中例如可以实现获取不同产品相应信息的目的,并感知客户相应操作发送相应处理请求以实现对产品进行处理的目的。
比如,在本申请实施例中,可以由服务端102将产品推荐页面发送至用户端101,用户端101感知用户在产品推荐页面针对目标产品的获取操作,可以向服务端102发送获取请求,服务端102可以将产品详情页面发送至用户端101,用户端101可以显示产品详情页面,用户端101感知用于在产品详情页面触发的属性选择操作,可以向服务端102发送属性选择请求,服务端102可以将属性选择页面发送至用户端101,用户端101可以显示属性选择页面,并在属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息、第一单品的单品提示相关信息以及交换决策信息。用户端101可感知用户在属性选择页面的交换确认操作,可以向服务端102发送交换确认请求,服务端102可以将结算提示页面发送至用户端101,用户端101感知用户在结算提示页面的结算操作,可以向服务端102发送结算请求,服务端102响应请求,完成结算。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提供的信息显示方法一般由用户端执行,信息处理方法一般由服务端执行,但是,本申请的其它实施例中,用户端可以与服务端具有相似功能,从而也可以执行本申请实施例所提供的信息处理方法的方案。
以下将对本申请实施例的技术方案的事先细节进行详细阐述。
图2为本申请实施例提供的一种信息显示方法一个实施例的流程图,本实施例的技术方案可以由用户端执行,该方法可以包括以下几个步骤:
201:显示目标产品的产品详情页面。
产品详情页面用来描述目标产品的产品相关信息,在目标产品包括多个单品情况下, 在产品详情页面中可以详细描述目标产品所包含的多个单品的相关信息,例如可以采样图文或视频等形式,介绍各个单品的价格、产地、特征等等。
其中,目标产品可以是指产品交换系统所提供的任意一个产品,当然也可以是符合特定要求的一个产品,在下文实施例中会详细进行介绍。
202:响应于在产品详情页面触发的属性选择操作,显示属性选择页面。
作为一种可选方式,可以是在产品详情页面中叠加显示属性选择页面;产品详情页面与属性选择页面可以同时显示。
作为另一种可选方式,显示属性选择页面的显示方式可以是由产品详情页面切换至属性选择页面,产品详情页面可以不再继续显示。
其中,产品详情页面可以包括属性选择控件,响应于在产品详情页面触发的属性选择操作,显示属性选择页面的触发方式可以是响应于针对属性选择控件的触发操作,显示属性选择页面。其中,属性选择控件可以显示第一单品对应的属性参数的参数提示信息。
作为另一种可选方式,产品详情页面中还可以包括产品交换控件,例如实际应用中的商品购买控件,在产品详情页面触发的属性选择操作可以是针对该产品交换控件的触发操作,因此,可以是响应于针对产品交换控件的触发操作,显示属性选择页面。
203:在属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息以及第一单品的单品相关信息。
单品相关信息例如可以包括单品价格、单品图片/视频、文字描述信息等单品描述类型信息,属性选择提示信息可以用于提示目标产品对应的至少一个属性参数,以供用户进行选择或确认等,属性参数可以包括大小、式样、性能参数等,不同属性参数组合可以命中一个单品。
其中,第一单品可以是在属性选择页面基于被选中的属性参数而命中的一个单品。第一单品的确定可以多种实现方式:
作为一种可选方式,第一单品可以基于用户所选择的属性参数而确定。其中,属性选择提示信息可以包括多个属性参数控件,在属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息的方式可以是:在属性选择页面显示多个属性参数控件;响应于针对多个属性参数控件的选择操作,确定被选中属性参数控件对应的目标属性参数,以及目标属性参数对应的第一单品;在属性选择页面显示第一单品的单品相关信息。
其中,被选中的属性参数控件可以标记为选中状态,例如可以通过在属性参数控件显示选中提示信息如显示特定符号或特定颜色等来表示选中状态。
作为另一种可选方式,第一单品可以是目标产品包含的多个单品中满足推荐要求的第一单品。
可选地,在属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息的方式可以包括:确定目标产品包含的多个单品中满足推荐要求的第一单品;在该属性选择页面显示多个属性参数控件,并将第一单品对应的属性参数控件标记为选中状态;在该属性选择页面显示第一单品的单品相关信息。
其中,确定满足推荐要求的第一单品可以有多种可能的实现方式:
作为一种可能的实现方式,可以根据多个单品分别对应的库存量、销售量、价格以及配送范围中的一个或多个因素,确定满足推荐要求的第一单品。
比如,可以从多个单品中的库存量大于零、且配送范围覆盖用户所在配送区域的单品中,选择销售量最高和/或单价最低的单品作为第一单品。
也即可以从库存量大于零、且配送范围覆盖用户所在配送区域的单品中,选择销售量最高或者单价最低的单品作为单品,或者选择销售量最高且单价最低的单品作为第一单品,
其中,选择销售量最高且单价最低的单品包括如下几种情况:1、销售量最高的单品包括多个时选择单价最低的一个单品;2、单价最低的单品包括多个时选择销售量最高的一个单品作为第一单品等。
此外,在国际贸易场景中,一个单品对应不同国家的销售量可能不同,因此销售量可以具体是指用户所在国家对应的销售量,价格可以具体是指用户所在国家对应的单价等。
比如,可以是以从多个单品中的库存量大于零、且配送范围覆盖用户所在配送区域的单品中,选择用户所在国家对应的销售量最高和/或单价最低的单品作为第一单品。
作为另一种可能的实现方式,可以从多个单品中确定与用户单品偏好特征匹配的第一单品,也即该推荐要求为与用户单品偏好特征匹配。其中,用户单品偏好特征例如可以包括偏好的属性参数类型等。用户单品偏好特征可以根据用户历史行为数据确定,比如对单品的历史购买行为数据所确定,可以根据历史购买次数大于一定次数的单品的属性参数,确定用户偏好的属性参数类型。
此外,其它可能的实现方式,也可以从多个单品中,确定与历史执行行为次数大于一定次数的单品的相似单品作为第一单品等。
作为又一种可选方式,该第一单品可以是预先设置的单品,产品提供方可以针对其提供的目标产品进行配置,以在属性选择页面中默认显示预先设置单品的单品相关信息等。
可选地,在属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息的方式可以包括:确定目标产品中预先设置的第一单品;在该属性选择页面显示多个属性参数控件,并将第一单品对应的属性参数控件标记为选中状态;在该属性选择页面显示第一单品的单品相关信息。
此外,在属性选择页面所显示的第一单品的单品相关信息,可以根据用户对属性参数 控件的重新选择或者调整而进行更新。
此外,属性选择提示信息中还可以包括单品数量控件,以方便用户选择单品数量等。
204:在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息。
由于在属性选择页面中,可以显示第一单品的单品相关信息,包含了价格相关信息。因此,交换决策信息中主要可以包括配送信息,配送信息可以包括配送地址和/或用户标识信息。实际应用中,在产品交换系统提供的产品需要采用物流配送方式进行配送时,配送信息中可以包括配送地址或者配送地址以及用户标识信息等。在产品交换系统提供的产品需要通过用户标识类信息进行核销时,该配送信息可以包括用户标识信息等,用户标识信息例如可以包括用户名称、通信号码、或身份标识等。
此外,交换决策信息中还可以包括配送服务类型,例如是否免费配送、配送费用等。
此外,交换决策信息中还可以包括基于第一单品的单价、交换数量、以及优惠信息等所生成的结算费用。其中,优惠信息例如可以包括电子红包、系统提供的优惠凭证如折扣券、和/或产品提供方提供的电子折扣券等。
需要说明的是,交换决策信息可以在属性选择页面的输出时刻即可以在属性选择页面中进行显示,当然,也可以是在第一单品被选中之后再在属性选择页面中显示对应的交换决策信息。本申请对此不进行限定。
205:响应于在属性选择页面触发的交换确认操作,显示结算提示页面。
其中,结算提示页面中可以显示结算价值信息、结算账户信息以及结算决策控件等,便于用户确认结算价值、选择结算账户,并通过结算决策控件执行结算操作。
结算价值信息中可以包括用于交换第一单品的结算费用,其可以根据第一单品的单价以及交换数量、优惠信息等确定。
本实施例中,在属性选择页面还显示交换决策信息,用户进行单品选择或确认的同时,即可以同时对交换决策信息进行确认,从而在属性选择页面触发的交换确认操作,可以触发显示结算提示页面,无需经由交换确认页面,从而可以减少产品交换流程,提高了产品交换效率,并可以减少用户流失,以此提高产品转化率。
此外,为了进一步提高产品转化率,减少产品交换流程带来的用户流失,发明人在实现本申请的过程中进一步发现,传统方式中复杂的产品交换流程,是为了提升用户对产品交换系统的信任度,从而促成产品交换,以此保证产品转化率,然而对于某些用户来讲,可能过多的流程步骤反而会引起用户反感而导致用户流失。因此,在一个可能的实现方式中,在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息可以包括:
若用户特征符合第一显示条件,在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息。
作为一种可选方式,用户特征可以包括用户注册时长、用户总浏览时长、和/或产品交换总次数等,该第一显示条件可以是指用户注册时长大于第一预定时长、用户总浏览时长大于第二预定时长,和/或用户的产品交换总次数大于预定次数;
也即可以是在用户注册时长大于第一预定时长、用户总浏览时长大于第二预定时长,以及用户的产品交换总次数大于预定次数中至少一个成立的情况下,在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息。
用户注册时长大于第一预定时长、用户总浏览时长大于第二预定时长,以及用户的产品交换总次数大于预定次数中至少一个成立表明用户为经常使用产品交换系统的用户,可以认为用户对产品交换系统的信任度是较高,对于此类用户,更希望提升产品交换效率,而不用将时间浪费在复杂流程上,因此,对于此类用户,可以将交换决策信息整合在属性选择页面中进行显示,从而无需经由交换确认页面进行二次确认,即可以快速完成产品交换。
此外,作为另一种可选方式,用户特征也可以包括用户属性信息,例如性别、年龄、职业等,第一显示条件例如可以是用户特征符合预设特征,该预设特征可以预先设定,或者结合对产品交换系统的信任度较高用户的用户特征而设定。其中,对产品交换系统的信任度可以结合用户注册时长、用户总浏览时长、和/或产品交换总次数等来确定等。
此外,为了进一步提高产品转化率,在又一个可能实现方式中,在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息可以是:根据用户特征预测用户信任度,以及在用户信任度满足信任度要求的情况下,在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息。可选地,可以是根据用户特征,利用预测模型预测用户信任度,若用户信任度大于预定数值,则可以在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息。
其中,预测模型可以预先利用样本用户的用户特征,及其对产品交换系统的用户信任度进行训练获得。用户信任度可以由人工标记获得等。
此外,由于不同产品对应的属性选择页面所呈现的属性选择提示信息的显示规格可能不同,为了进一步提高产品交换效率以及产品转化率,一些实施例中,在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息可以包括:若属性选择提示信息符合第二显示条件,在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息。
其中,该第二显示条件可以用于评估属性选择提示信息在属性选择页面的占用面积,在属性选择提示信息符合第二显示条件的情况下,可以保证无需过多翻页或滚动操作,即可以实现快速查找交换决策信息与属性选择提示信息的目的。
可选地,该第二显示条件例如可以包括:属性参数控件个数在指定范围内、和/或属性选择提示信息在属性选择页面所对应的显示面积小于预定面积。
也即可以是在属性参数控件个数在指定范围内,属性选择提示信息在属性选择页面所 对应的显示面积小于预定面积,或者属性参数控件个数在指定范围内以及属性选择提示信息在属性选择页面所对应的显示面积小于预定面积的情况下,在属性选择页面可以显示交换决策信息。
此外,作为又一个实施例,可以是在用户特征符合第一显示条件以及属性选择提示信息符合第二显示条件的情况下,在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息。
可以首先判断用户特征是否符合第一现实条件,在用户特征符合第一显示条件的情况下,再判断属性选择提示信息是否符合第二显示条件,若属性选择提示信息也符合第二显示条件,则可以在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息。
当然,也可以先判断属性选择提示信息是否符合第二显示条件,判断结果为是的情况下,再判断用户特征是否符合第一显示条件;也可以是同时判断在用户特征是否符合第一显示条件以及属性选择提示信息是否符合第二显示条件,均为是的情况下,再在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息等,具体判断顺序本申请对比不进行限定。
其中,若用户特征不符合第一显示条件或者属性选择提示信息不符合第二显示条件的情况下,则可以不在属性选择页面显示交换决策信息,而采用传统方式,属性选择页面可以仅展示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息,基于在属性选择页面触发的交换操作,可以首先显示交换确认页面以显示交换决策信息,基于在交换确认页面触发的确认操作,再显示结算提示页面。
一些实施例中,该属性选择页面可以包括第一区域以及第二区域:
可以是在第一区域显示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息;在第二区域显示交换决策信息。
其中,第一区域以及第二区域可以上下布局或者左右布局,或者至少部分重叠等,本申请对具体布局方式不进行限定。可选地,可以优先展示第一区域,例如在属性选择页面上,第一区域位置排列在第二区域位置之前,以优先暴露给用户查看。
由上文描述可知,交换决策信息可以包括配送信息;由于一个用户可能设置多个配送信息,因此,在上述一个或多个实施例中,该方法还可以包括:
响应于针对配送信息的更新操作,显示信息选择列表;基于被选择的配送信息更新交换决策信息。
该信息选择列表中可以展示该多个配送信息,以供用户进行选择等。
在上述一个或多个实施例中,显示目标产品的产品详情页面可以包括:在产品推荐页 面显示目标产品对应的产品推荐信息,响应于针对产品推荐信息触发的获取操作,显示该目标产品的产品详情页面。
其中,产品推荐页面可以是系统提供的用于进行产品推广的页面,结合实际情况,系统可以提供多种不同推广类型的产品推荐页面。

作为另一种可选方式,产品推荐页面可以基于用户触发操作而输出并显示,目标产品可以是指任一个与用户匹配的产品:

其中,目标产品以及第二单品的确定可以由服务端执行,此外作为其它可选方式,目标产品以及第二单品也可以由用户端确定,因此,可选地,该方法还可以包括:确定目标产品所包含的多个单品;从多个单品中确定满足推荐要求的第二单品。此外,还可以确定目标产品中满足推荐要求的第二单品,基于第二单品生成目标产品所对应的产品推荐信息,从而可以再在产品推荐页面中显示该产品推荐信息。
其中,产品推荐信息即用于提示该第二单品的相关信息,例如可以包括第二单品对应的单品图片/视频,以及第二单品对应的单品描述信息,如价格等,当然还可以包括一些必要的文字描述信息等,这些可以与传统方式并无差异,本申请对此不做过多赘述。
产品推荐页面的产品推荐信息通常具有索引功能,可以链接至目标产品的产品详情页面,因此,针对该目标产品的产品推荐信息触发的获取操作,可以显示目标产品对应的产品详情页面。

在一个实际应用中,本申请实施例的技术方案可以应用于使用货币资金购买商品的电子商务场景中,在电子商务场景中,产品交换系统为电子商务系统,产品即为电子商务系统提供的商品。
为了便于理解,下面以产品交换系统为电子商务系统,产品为电子商务系统提供的商品为例,图6a、图6b、图6c、分别示出了电子商务场景下的用户端可能的显示界面示意图。
图6a为商品详情页面60的显示示意图,在商品详情页面中可以显示属性选择控件61,响应于针对该属性选择控件61的触发操作,可以显示属性选择页面70,如图6b中所述,属性选择页面70可以叠加在商品详情页面60上进行显示,至少覆盖商品详情页面的部分内容。此外,商品详情页面60还可以显示商品购买控件62,基于针对商品购买控件62的触发操作,也可以显示属性选择页面70。
如图6b中所示,该属性选择页面70中可以显示第一单品的单品相关信息71、属性选择提示信息72和交换决策信息73。例如,假设目标产品为鞋子,该鞋子具有的属性参数例如可以包括黑色、白色等颜色参数和鞋码等尺寸参数,不同类型的属性参数的具体参数值可以确定一个单品,每个单品至少具有价格、图片/视频、和/或文字等区别性描述信息。
第一单品的单品相关信息71可以包括单品价格、单品图片/视频、文字描述信息等单品描述类型信息。该第一单品可以是预先设置的单品,例如可以是产品提供方针对其提供的目标产品进行配置,默认显示预先设置单品的单品价格、单品图片/视频、文字描述信息等。
属性提示信息72可以包括多个属性参数控件,示意图中例如目标产品有3个颜色参数控件和4个尺码参数控件,第一单品可以为被选中属性参数控件对应的目标属性参数所对应的单品,可以将第一单品对应的属性参数控件标记为选中状态,用户可以对属性参数控件的重新选择或者调整,第一单品及其单品相关信息可以相应更新。示意图中还可以包括推荐的属性参数的文字提示信息,该文字提示信息可以是基于用户偏好特征得出。此外,属性提示信息72还可以包括数量选择控件,以供用户选择第一单品的交换数量。
交换决策信息73中主要可以包括配送信息,配送信息可以包括配送地址和/或用户标识信息。示意图中以用户名称如“陈怡”作为用户标识信息,此外,配送信息还可以包括配送服务类型,例如是否免费配送、是否提供运费险等。交换决策信息还可以包括基于第一单品的单价、交换数量、以及优惠信息等所生成的结算费用。此外,交换决策信息还可以包括交换确认控件,例如示意图中的提交订单按钮。
针对交换确认控件的触发的交换确认操作,即可以显示结算提示页面,如图6c示出了结算提示页面的显示示意图。该结算提示页面可以显示结算价值信息、结算账户信息以及结算决策控件等。示意图中结算价值信息例如可以是结算费用,用户确认结算费用后,可以选择结算账户,通过确认付款这一结算决策控件执行结算操作。
本申请实施例,可以在属性选择页面显示直接触发交换确认操作以显示结算提示页面,通过将交换决策信息与属性选择提示信息进行整合显示,无需经过交换确认页面,即可以 触发显示结算提示页面,以可以执行结算操作,从而缩短了商品交换流程,提高了商品购买效率,可以有效减少用户流失,以此提高了商品转化率。

实际应用中,该计算机系统可以实现为如图1中所示的服务端,其可以包括一个物理设备或多个物理设备或者云计算平台提供的一个或多个弹性计算主机等,此时计算机系统 即可以是指云服务端,上述处理组件、存储组件等可以是从云计算平台租用或购买的基础服务器资源,上述处理组件、存储组件可以部署在一个或分别部署在不同弹性计算主机。
此外,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被计算机执行时可以实现上述图4或图5所示实施例的信息处理方法。该计算机可读介质可以是上述实施例中描述的计算设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该计算设备中。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序被计算机执行时可以实现如上述如图4或图5所示实施例的信息处理方法。
在这样的实施例中,计算机程序可以是从网络上被下载和安装,和/或从可拆卸介质被安装。在该计算机程序被处理器执行时,执行本申请的系统中限定的各种功能。
前文相应实施例中所涉及的处理组件例如可以包括一个或多个处理器来执行计算机指令,以完成上述的方法中的全部或部分步骤。当然处理组件也可以为一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
存储组件被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在终端的操作。存储组件可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
显示组件可以为电致发光(EL)元件、液晶显示器或具有类似结构的微型显示器、或者视网膜可直接显示或类似的激光扫描式显示器。
计算机可读存储介质例如可以是但不限于电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory,EPROM)、闪存、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本申请中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的 部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种信息显示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    显示目标产品的产品详情页面;
    响应于在所述产品详情页面触发的属性选择操作,显示属性选择页面;
    在所述属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息;
    在所述属性选择页面显示交换决策信息;
    响应于在所述属性选择页面触发的交换确认操作,显示结算提示页面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述属性选择页面显示交换决策信息包括:
    在用户特征符合第一显示条件的情况下,在所述属性选择页面显示交换决策信息;
    或者,
    根据所述用户特征预测用户信任度,以及在所述用户信任度满足信任度要求的情况下,在所述属性选择页面显示交换决策信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户特征符合第一显示条件包括:用户注册时长大于第一预定时长、用户总浏览时长大于第二预定时长、和/或产品交换总次数大于预定次数。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述属性选择页面显示交换决策信息包括:
    在所述属性选择提示信息符合第二显示条件,在所述属性选择页面显示交换决策信息;
    所述属性选择提示信息包括多个属性参数控件;所述属性选择提示信息符合第二显示条件包括:属性参数控件个数在指定范围内、和/或属性选择提示信息在所述属性选择页面所对应的显示面积小于预定面积。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属性选择提示信息包括多个属性参数控件;所述在所述属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息包括:
    在所述属性选择页面显示多个属性参数控件;
    响应于针对所述多个属性参数控件的选择操作,确定被选中属性参数控件对应的目标属性参数,以及所述目标属性参数对应的第一单品;
    在所述属性选择页面显示所述第一单品的单品相关信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属性选择提示信息包括多个属性参数控件;所述在所述属性选择页面显示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息包括:
    确定目标产品包含的多个单品中满足推荐要求的第一单品;
    在所述属性选择页面显示多个属性参数控件,并将所述第一单品对应的属性参数控件标记为选中状态;
    在所述属性选择页面显示所述第一单品的单品相关信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示目标产品的产品详情页面包括:
    在产品推荐页面显示目标产品对应的产品推荐信息;
    响应于针对所述产品推荐信息触发的获取操作,显示所述目标产品的产品详情页面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在产品推荐页面显示目标产品对应的产品推荐信息包括:
    确定所述目标产品中满足推荐要求的第二单品;
    在产品推荐页面显示基于所述第二单品生成的产品推荐信息。
  9. 一种信息显示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    显示目标产品的产品详情页面;
    在所述产品详情页面提供属性选择区域;
    在所述属性选择区域显示属性选择提示信息及第一单品的单品相关信息;
    在所述属性选择区域显示交换决策信息;
    响应于在所述属性选择区域触发的交换确认操作,显示结算提示页面。
  10. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收用户端针对目标产品发送的页面显示请求;
    将产品详情页面发送至所述用户端;
    基于所述用户端发送的属性选择请求,将属性选择页面发送至所述用户端;所述属性选择页面包括:属性选择提示信息、第一单品的单品相关信息和交换决策信息;
    基于所述用户端发送的交换确认请求,将结算提示页面发送至所述用户端。
  11. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收用户端针对目标产品发送的页面显示请求;
    将产品详情页面发送至所述用户端,所述产品详情页面包括属性选择区域;所述属性选择区域包括:属性选择提示信息、第一单品的单品相关信息和交换决策信息;
    基于所述用户端发送的交换确认请求,将结算提示页面发送至所述用户端。
  12. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括存储组件、显示组件以及处理组件;所述存储组件存储一条或多条计算机程序指令;所述一条或多条计算机程序指令以供所述处理组件调用并执行,以实现如权利要求1~8任一项所述的信息显示方法或者如权利要求9所述的信息显示方法。
  13. 一种计算机系统,其特征在于,包括处理组件以及存储组件;所述存储组件存储一个或多个计算机指令;所述一个或多个计算机指令用以被所述处理组件调用执行;以实现如权利要求10所述的信息处理方法或者如权利要求11所述的信息处理方法。
