为实现上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案是:提供一种用于遮阳伞的升降装置,遮阳伞包括安装架、遮阳布、支撑机构,以及设置在所述安装架上的升降装置,所述支撑机构包括设置在所述安装架的顶部的定支撑件、滑动设置在所述安装架上的动支撑件,以及分别与所述定支撑件和所述动支撑件连接且用于展开或闭合所述遮阳布的支撑组件,其特征在于:所述升降装置包括驱动电机、与所述驱动电机连接且用于驱动所述动支撑件相对所述安装架升降运动的传动机构,以及用于控制所述驱动电机启停的控制组件。
在一个实施例中,所述传动机构包括与所述驱动电机固定连接的绕线轴、用于驱动所述动支撑件相对所述安装架升降运动的传动组件,以及缠绕在所述绕线轴上且用于连接所述传动组件的主线。
在一个实施例中,所述传动组件包括子线和设置在所述安装架上且位于所述动支撑件的上方的滑轮,所述子线的一端与所述主线连接,另一端绕过所述滑轮并与所述动支撑件连接。
在一个实施例中,所述传动组件的数量为多个,多个所述传动组件沿所述动支撑件的周向均匀布设,所述传动机构还包括用于连接所述主线和所述子线的分线器,所述分线器上开设有供所述主线和所述子线穿透的穿透孔,所述主线的端部和所述子线的端部均设置有与所述分线器抵接的接线套。
在一个实施例中,所述传动机构还包括设置在所述接线套和所述分线器之间的缓冲组件,所述缓冲组件包括与所述接线套抵接的支撑片和设置在所述分线器与所述支撑片之间的弹性件。
在一个实施例中,所述升降装置还包括设置在所述安装架上且与所述驱动电机电性连接的上限位件和下限位件,用于限制所述动支撑件在所述安装架上的滑动区间。
在一个实施例中,所述上限位件和/或所述下限位件为凸设在所述安装架上且用于限制所述动支撑件移动的限位凸起,所述驱动电机上设置有过载监测模块。
在一个实施例中,所述上限位件和/或所述下限位件为位置传感器。
在一个实施例中,所述控制组件包括控制壳、与所述控制壳可拆卸连接的电池,以及设置在所述控制壳上且与所述驱动电机电性连接的功能键。

本申请提供的用于遮阳伞的升降装置的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本申请的升降装置用于遮阳伞,遮阳伞包括安装架、遮阳布、支撑机构,以及设置在安装架上的升降装置,支撑机构包括设置在安装架的顶部的定支撑件、滑动设置在安装架上的动支撑件,以及分别与定支撑件和动支撑件连接且用于展开或闭合遮阳布的支撑组件,通过安装架将遮阳伞稳固地支撑在地面上,将遮阳布固定连接在支撑组件上,并将支撑组件分别连接设置在安装架的顶部的定支撑件和滑动设置在安装架上的动支撑件,利用动支撑件相对安装架升降运动,实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合;升降装置包括驱动电机、与驱动电机连接且用于驱动动支撑件相对安装架升降运动的传动机构,以及用于控制驱动电机启停的控制组件通过传动机构连接驱动电机和动支撑件,实现利用驱动电机驱动动支撑件相对安装架升降运动,从而实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合;用户可通过操作控制组件,即可实现启停驱动电机,从而实现驱动动支撑件相对安装架升降运动,进而实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合,利用驱动电机驱动的方式代替人工驱动,操作省力,能够有效避免用户在使用过程中被遮阳伞碰伤,为用户使用提供便利,提升用户体验。
本申请的目的在于提供一种遮阳设备,以解决现有技术中存在的用户在使用遮阳伞时较为费力,且在使用过程中容易被伞架碰伤,给用户使用造成不便的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案是:提供一种遮阳设备,包括安装架、遮阳布、支撑机构,以及设置在所述安装架上的上述的升降装置;所述支撑机构包括设置在所述安装架的顶部的定支撑件、滑动设置在所述安装架上的动支撑件,以及分别与所述定支撑件和所述动支撑件连接且用于展开或闭合所述遮阳布的支撑组件。
在一个实施例中,所述支撑组件包括与所述遮阳布固定连接的主支撑杆、与所述动支撑件固定连接的副支撑杆,以及连接支架,所述连接支架设置在所述副支撑杆的远离所述动支撑件的端部,且所述连接支架与所述主支撑杆滑动连接。
本申请提供的遮阳设备的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本申请遮阳设备包括安装架、遮阳布、支撑机构,以及设置在所述安装架上的上述的升降装置;所述支撑机构包括设置在所述安装架的顶部的定支撑件、滑动设置在所述安装架上的动支撑件,以及分别与所述定支撑件和所述动支撑件连接且用于展开或闭合所述遮阳布的支撑组件,通过安装架将遮阳设备稳固地支撑在地面上,将遮阳布固定连接在支撑组件上,并将支撑组件分别连接设置在安装架的顶部的定支撑件和滑动设置在安装架上的动支撑件,利用动支撑件相对安装架升降运动,实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合;升降装置包括驱动电机、与驱动电机连接且用于驱动动支撑件相对安装架升降运动的传动机构,以及用于控制驱动电机启停的控制组件通过传动机构连接驱动电机和动支撑件,实现利用驱动电机驱动动支撑件相对安装架升降运动,从而实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合;用户可通过操作控制组件,即可实现启停驱动电机,从而实现驱动动支撑件相对安装架升降运动,进而实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合,利用驱动电机驱动的方式代替人工驱动,操作省力,能够有效避免用户在使用过程中被遮阳设备碰伤,为用户使用提供便利,提升用户体验。

请一并参阅图3至图5,作为本申请实施例提供的用于遮阳伞的升降装置3的一种具体实施方式,在遮阳伞的安装架1上设置有用于安装升降装置3的固定支架,利用固定支架将驱动电机31和控制组件33稳固地安装在安装架1上;此处对固定支架与安装架1之间的连接方式不作限定;可选地,可采用可拆卸连接或不可拆卸连接等连接方式将固定支架安装在安装架1上;可选地,通过螺纹连接的方式将固定支架安装在安装架1上,便于组装和拆卸,便于作业人员进行检修或更换配件,有利于降低遮阳伞的使用成本。
可选地,升降装置3的传动机构32包括与驱动电机31固定连接的绕线轴321、用于驱动动支撑件22相对安装架1升降运动的传动组件323,以及缠绕在绕线轴321上且用于连接传动组件323的主线322,将绕线轴321可转动设置在安装架1上并与驱动电机31的输出轴固定连接,利用驱动电机31驱动绕线轴321转动,将缠绕在绕线轴321上的主线322松开或者将主线322缠绕在绕线轴321上,从而带动与主线322连接的传动组件323,进而利用传动组件323带动动支撑件22相对安装架1升降运动,实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合,利用驱动电机31驱动的方式使用户在使用遮阳伞时更为省力。
可选地,传动组件323包括子线3231和设置在安装架1上且位于动支撑件22的上方的滑轮3232,子线3231的一端与主线322连接,另一端绕过滑轮3232并与动支撑件22连接。通过子线3231连接主线322和动支撑件22,并利用设置在动支撑件22的上方的滑轮3232作为支点,当驱动电机31驱动绕线轴321转动并将缠绕在绕线轴321上的主线322松开时,主线322与子线3231之间的连接点随之相对安装架1向上移动,子线3231相对滑轮3232移动并使得与子线3231的另一端连接的动支撑件22相对安装架1向下滑动,从而增大定支撑件21和动支撑件22之间的间距,进而使遮阳布闭合;当驱动电机31驱动绕线轴321转动并将主线322缠绕在绕线轴321上时,主线322与子线3231之间的连接点随之相对安装架1向下移动,子线3231相对滑轮3232移动并使得与子线3231的另一端连接的动支撑件22相对安装架1向上滑动,从而缩小定支撑件21和动支撑件22之间的间距,进而使遮阳布展开。
可选地,传动组件323的数量为多个,多个传动组件323沿动支撑件22的周向均匀布设,使得传动组件323在拉动动支撑件22时,动支撑件22受力更为均匀,保障动支撑件22在垂直于水平面的方向上相对安装架1升降运动,有利于降低动支撑件22在滑动过程中与安装架1的外壁之间的摩擦力,使得遮阳伞在展开或闭合过程中更为平稳,有利于提升用户体验。可选地,传动组件323的数量为两个,两个传动组件323对称设置在安装架1的相对两侧,保障动支撑件22在相对安装架1滑动的过程中受力均匀的同时,有效控制遮阳伞的生产成本。
可选地,传动机构32还包括用于连接主线322和子线3231的分线器324,分线器324上开设有供主线322和子线3231穿透的穿透孔,主线322的端部和子线3231的端部均设置有与分线器324抵接的接线套325,通过在主线322的端部和子线3231的端部均设置有接线套325,将主线322和子线3231穿过分线器324上的穿透孔,并使接线套325与分线器324抵接,从而实现将驱动电机31输出的动力通过主线322传动至多个子线3231,利用多个子线3231拉动动支撑件22相对安装架1升降运动,实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合。
可选地,传动机构32还包括设置在接线套325和分线器324之间的缓冲组件326,利用缓冲组件326缓冲驱动电机31启动时的冲击力,能够对驱动电机31和传动机构32起到保护作用,有利于延长遮阳伞的使用寿命;可选地,缓冲组件326包括与接线套325抵接的支撑片3261和设置在分线器324与支撑片3261之间的弹性件3262,利用设置在分线器324上的支撑片3261与接线套325抵接固定,防止主线322和/或子线3231在外力作用下脱离分离器,同时利用弹性件3262的弹力缓冲驱动电机31启动时的冲击力,对驱动电机31和传动机构32起到保护作用。可选地,弹性件3262可为弹簧或弹片。
请一并参阅图1和图5,在本实施例中,升降装置3还包括设置在安装架1上且与驱动电机31电性连接的上限位件11和下限位件12,用于限制动支撑件22在安装架1上的滑动区间,当用户需要使用遮阳伞时,利用控制组件33启动升降装置3,驱动电机31驱动动支撑件22相对安装架1滑动,且动支撑件22到达上限位件11时,升降装置3停止运作,驱动电机31利用自身锁紧力拉紧主线322,使遮阳布处于展开状态;当用户需要闭合遮阳伞时,利用控制组件33启动升降装置3,驱动电机31解除自身锁紧力并驱动绕线轴321反方向转动,将主线322缠绕在绕线轴321上,动支撑件22在遮阳布和支撑机构2自身所受重力作用,以及驱动电机31的驱动作用下,相对安装架1向下滑动,当动支撑件22到达下限位件12时,升降装置3停止运作,驱动电机31利用自身锁紧力拉紧主线322,使遮阳布处于闭合状态。此处对安装架1上的上限位件11和下限位件12的具体结构不做限定。可选地,上限位件11和/或下限位件12为位置传感器,当动支撑件22相对安装架1滑动至上限位件11或下限位件12的位置时,驱动电机31停止运作并利用自身锁紧力拉紧主线322,使遮阳布保持展开或闭合状态。可选地,上限位件11和/或下限位件12为凸设在安装架1上且用于限制动支撑件22移动的限位凸起,驱动电机31上设置有过载监测模块,当动支撑件22相对安装架1滑动至与上限位件11或下限位件12抵接时,动支撑件22在上限位件11或下限位件12的限位作用下停止滑动,导致驱动电机31驱动绕线轴321的阻力增大,此时驱动电机31的过载监测模块监测到驱动电机31处于负载超标,并控制其停止运作,同时利用自身锁紧力拉紧主线322,使遮阳布保持展开或闭合状态,结构简单,便于生产。
请进一步参阅图1和图4,在本实施例中,升降装置3的控制组件33包括控制壳331、与控制壳331可拆卸连接的电池333,以及设置在控制壳331上且与驱动电机31电性连接的功能键332,通过设置在安装架1上的固定支架将控制壳331稳固地安装在安装架1上,在控制壳331上设置有用于可拆卸连接电池333的安装部,通过控制壳331上的安装部安装大容量电池333,为升降装置3的作业提供所需的电能,在能够满足用户使用需求的同时,尽量减少充电次数,且能够在特殊情况下将电池333拆下,为用户的移动终端充电,有利于提升用户体验。可选地,控制壳331上的与驱动电机31电性连接的功能键332包括用于指示动支撑件22相对安装架1向上滑动的上升键和用于指示动支撑件22相对安装架1向下滑动的下降键,用户仅需按压功能键332,即可实现驱动动支撑件22相对安装架1升降运动,从而实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合,利用驱动电机31驱动的方式代替人工驱动,操作省力且便捷,能够有效避免用户在使用过程中被遮阳伞碰伤,为用户使用提供便利,提升用户体验。可选地,设置在控制壳331内的控制面板上设置有信号接收端,用户可通过遥控器发送信号至信号接收端,即可实现远程启动升降装置3,驱动动支撑件22相对安装架1升降运动,从而实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合,结构简单,操作省力且便捷,为用户使用提供便利,提升用户体验。
请一并参阅图1至图3,本申请实施例还提供的一种遮阳设备,包括安装架1、遮阳布、支撑机构2,以及设置在所述安装架1上的上述的升降装置3;所述支撑机构2包括设置在所述安装架1的顶部的定支撑件21、滑动设置在所述安装架1上的动支撑件22,以及分别与所述定支撑件21和所述动支撑件22连接且用于展开或闭合所述遮阳布的支撑组件23,通过安装架1将遮阳设备稳固地支撑在地面上,将遮阳布固定连接在支撑组件23上,并将支撑组件23分别连接设置在安装架1的顶部的定支撑件21和滑动设置在安装架1上的动支撑件22,利用动支撑件22相对安装架1升降运动,实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合;升降装置3包括驱动电机31、与驱动电机31连接且用于驱动动支撑件22相对安装架1升降运动的传动机构32,以及用于控制驱动电机31启停的控制组件33通过传动机构32连接驱动电机31和动支撑件22,实现利用驱动电机31驱动动支撑件22相对安装架1升降运动,从而实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合;用户可通过操作控制组件33,即可实现启停驱动电机31,从而实现驱动动支撑件22相对安装架1升降运动,进而实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合,利用驱动电机31驱动的方式代替人工驱动,操作省力,能够有效避免用户在使用过程中被遮阳设备碰伤,为用户使用提供便利,提升用户体验。
可选地,支撑机构2的支撑组件23包括与遮阳布固定连接且与定支撑件21固定连接的主支撑杆231、与动支撑件22固定连接的副支撑杆232,以及连接支架233,连接支架233设置在副支撑杆232的远离动支撑件22的端部,且连接支架233与主支撑杆231滑动连接,当动支撑件22在升降装置3的驱动作用下相对安装架1升降运动时,与动支撑件22固定连接的副支撑杆232也随之相对安装架1升降运动,从而使设置在副支撑杆232的远离动支撑件22的端部的连接支架233相对主支撑杆231滑动,动支撑件22和定支撑件21之间的间距随之改变,进而实现控制遮阳布的展开或闭合。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于遮阳伞的升降装置,其特征在于:遮阳伞包括安装架、遮阳布、支撑机构,以及设置在所述安装架上的升降装置,所述支撑机构包括设置在所述安装架的顶部的定支撑件、滑动设置在所述安装架上的动支撑件,以及分别与所述定支撑件和所述动支撑件连接且用于展开或闭合所述遮阳布的支撑组件,所述升降装置包括驱动电机、与所述驱动电机连接且用于驱动所述动支撑件相对所述安装架升降运动的传动机构,以及用于控制所述驱动电机启停的控制组件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于遮阳伞的升降装置,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括与所述驱动电机固定连接的绕线轴、用于驱动所述动支撑件相对所述安装架升降运动的传动组件,以及缠绕在所述绕线轴上且用于连接所述传动组件的主线。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于遮阳伞的升降装置,其特征在于:所述传动组件包括子线和设置在所述安装架上且位于所述动支撑件的上方的滑轮,所述子线的一端与所述主线连接,另一端绕过所述滑轮并与所述动支撑件连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的用于遮阳伞的升降装置,其特征在于:所述传动组件的数量为多个,多个所述传动组件沿所述动支撑件的周向均匀布设,所述传动机构还包括用于连接所述主线和所述子线的分线器,所述分线器上开设有供所述主线和所述子线穿透的穿透孔,所述主线的端部和所述子线的端部均设置有与所述分线器抵接的接线套。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于遮阳伞的升降装置,其特征在于:所述传动机构还包括设置在所述接线套和所述分线器之间的缓冲组件,所述缓冲组件包括与所述接线套抵接的支撑片和设置在所述分线器与所述支撑片之间的弹性件。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的用于遮阳伞的升降装置,其特征在于:所述升降装置还包括设置在所述安装架上且与所述驱动电机电性连接的上限位件和下限位件,用于限制所述动支撑件在所述安装架上的滑动区间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的用于遮阳伞的升降装置,其特征在于:所述上限位件和/或所述下限位件为凸设在所述安装架上且用于限制所述动支撑件移动的限位凸起,所述驱动电机上设置有过载监测模块。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的用于遮阳伞的升降装置,其特征在于:所述上限位件和/或所述下限位件为位置传感器。
  9. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的用于遮阳伞的升降装置,其特征在于:所述控制组件包括控制壳、与所述控制壳可拆卸连接的电池,以及设置在所述控制壳上且与所述驱动电机电性连接的功能键。
  10. 一种遮阳设备,其特征在于:包括安装架、遮阳布、支撑机构,以及设置在所述安装架上的如权利要求1至9任一项所述的升降装置;所述支撑机构包括设置在所述安装架的顶部的定支撑件、滑动设置在所述安装架上的动支撑件,以及分别与所述定支撑件和所述动支撑件连接且用于展开或闭合所述遮阳布的支撑组件。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的遮阳设备,其特征在于:所述支撑组件包括与所述遮阳布固定连接的主支撑杆、与所述动支撑件固定连接的副支撑杆,以及连接支架,所述连接支架设置在所述副支撑杆的远离所述动支撑件的端部,且所述连接支架与所述主支撑杆滑动连接。
