所述加热器、抽水泵6和气泵7均通过导线外接供电设备。水体在进入过滤装置5过滤后,进入治疗机体1困难,抽水泵6可提升抽吸效率。确保水体可正常进入治疗机体1内,保证正常运行。
所述过滤装置5为微粒过滤器。微粒过滤器的滤网孔径不大于90μm,以防止供水源输送的水中的微粒进入到治疗机体1内的水系统。
所述空气过滤器8与进气接口处还安装有气体恒温器,所述气体恒温器内还设置有红外线灭菌器。气体恒温器对流经的气体温度进行调节,通过控制可达到需求的温度区间。红外线灭菌器可同时对流经的气体进行消毒杀菌,保证输入的气体也是符合标准的灭菌气体,以免对患者造成伤害。
所述过滤装置5和进水接口之间还设置有储水罐,所述储水罐上设置有加药口,储水罐内安装有恒温控制器。储水罐还可起到少量水体储存功能,保证在牙科治疗过程的一段时间内,可随时取用已加热的水体。通过加药口可对流经的水体添加消毒药水,可达到更高的消毒要求和标准。恒温控制器可对已升温的水体进行控温,保证水体在一个人体适宜的温度水平,以提升患者口腔治疗过程中的舒适度。
所述治疗机体1上配备有连接恒温控制器和气体恒温器的操作面板18。通过操作面板18实现对恒温控制器和气体恒温器的控制,使得操作人员可随时对水体温度以及气体温度进行调节以及观察,提升手术操作的便利性以及工作效率。
实施例二
本实施例提出了治疗机体和口腔电动牙椅的具体结构。
治疗机体1上还设置有显示设备、口腔灯19和用于夹持牙科手机16的第二手机挂架20,所述监测设备包括手腕血压计和数据分析终端,所述手腕血压计内置有可监测心脏心率、脉搏频率、呼吸频率和血压值的芯片,所述口腔灯19通过灯臂21与治疗机体1转动连接,治疗机体1上还配备有内置电源。
内置电源用于为牙科手机16、口腔灯19、显示设备、口腔电动牙椅2和光固化治疗 机12提供电源,内置电源可作为集合电源,再由导线外接电力设备。
显示设备包括显示屏22和处理器,显示屏22装嵌于治疗机体1的外壳上,处理器与显示屏22电连接。数据分析终端设置于治疗机体1内并与处理器连接,其中手腕血压计与数据分析终端无线连接。通过手腕血压计上的数值监测,将采集的模拟信号转化为数字信号投射于显示屏22上。显示屏22可展示人体体征信息,还可展示连接于治疗机体1上的内窥镜探头投射的影像及其他常规影像信息。
所述第二手机挂架20上设置有六个挂置口,六个挂置口由左至右分别用于挂置备用操作器械、内窥镜探头、第一高速手机、第二高速手机、低速手机和三用喷枪。
所述口腔电动牙椅2包括机械底座201、电动坐垫202、电动腰托203、电动腿托204和电动靠背205,所述光固化治疗机12、强弱吸唾管13和辅助三用喷枪14均配备有独立线管接入机械底座201内。口腔电动牙椅2的各部位均可通过电动调节转动角度,以实现患者躯干、腿部的最适曲线。电动腰托203上还设有气压垫,可通过气压改变腰部托护方式,提升患者的舒适度。光固化治疗机12应用于牙科治疗,能修复各种染色牙、变色牙以及因龋或机械损伤引起的牙体缺损;强弱吸唾管13用于吸附患者口腔中的冲刷水和口水;辅助三用喷枪14是护士护理用器械,可帮助患者进行喷水、喷气、喷雾的操作。
所述急救物资箱10内至少放置有手腕血压计和小型氧气瓶及呼吸面罩。用于佩戴在患者手腕上的手腕血压计收纳于急救物资箱10中,急救物资箱10内还包含多种常用的急救医疗物资,便于牙科医生和护士在突发情况下快速取用。
所述灯臂21为可伸缩的转动支架,所述口腔灯19为手术无影灯,手术无影灯与转动支架之间还安装有用于调节手术无影灯的旋转台。灯臂21可在高度、方向和角度上进行调节,同时手术无影灯还可在旋转台上360°旋转,通过调节达到最好的照明观察效果,便于牙科医生的手术操作。
实施例三
在实施例一和实施例二的基础上,本实施例提出了一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统的供水设备的具体实施流程。
所述具体实施原理流程如下:
供水源输出自来水流入加热装置内,将水体升温加热,进行消毒杀菌处理,接着流入过滤装置中。经过过滤处理的自来水,在抽水泵的吸附下,将自来水推入治疗机体内。同时,气泵将外界气体输送至空气过滤器中,经过处理后的气体被输送至治疗机体内。通过处理设备的处理,流入治疗机体内的水体和气体都经过灭菌消毒处理,同时可达到需求的温度,输送至 患者的口腔。不仅便于操作人员的操作使用,还可提升患者的治疗过程中的舒适度。
患者躺于口腔电动牙椅上,调节各部位角度,使患者达到最舒适体位。同时根据口腔电动牙椅的位置,移动治疗机体,使显示屏位于牙科医生的适宜观测方位,调节灯臂,达到最佳的照明效果。将手腕血压计从急救物资箱中取出,佩戴于患者的手腕上,通过手腕内置的芯片及程序处理,可监测到患者的心脏心率、脉搏频率、呼吸频率、血压值的模拟信号,并将该模拟信号通过内置的无线通信设备连接数据分析终端,并传送至处理器,通过处理器将模拟信号转换为数字信号,在显示屏上显示,从而便于牙科医生在手术过程中对患者的生理体征进行时刻观察,及时做好应急预案和急救措施。
当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施方式,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统,其特征在于:包括治疗机体、供水设备、供气设备和口腔电动牙椅,所述治疗机体包括进水接口、进气接口和牙科手机,所述供水设备包括供水管、加热装置、过滤装置和抽水泵,所述进水接口通过供水管外接供水源,所述加热装置、过滤装置和抽水泵均设置于供水管上,所述供气设备包括气泵和空气过滤器,所述进气接口通过空气过滤器接通气泵;
    所述口腔电动牙椅的后方安装有急救物资箱,急救物资箱内配备有监测设备,所述急救物资箱上外接有向后延伸的牙科手机挂架,所述牙科手机挂架上装配有光固化治疗机、强弱吸唾管和辅助三用喷枪,所述口腔电动牙椅通过保护套管连通治疗机体,保护套管内设有口腔电动牙椅、光固化治疗机接通内置电源的供电线缆,强弱吸唾管、辅助三用喷枪接通治疗机体水源输出端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统,其特征在于:所述加热装置、过滤装置和抽水泵依次安装于供水源与进水接口之间的供水管上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统,其特征在于:所述空气过滤器的两端接口分别通过气管与气泵和进气接口接通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统,其特征在于:所述牙科手机通过操作管与治疗机体的水源输出端接通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统,其特征在于:所述加热装置为加热器,所述加热器由电磁加热线圈缠绕管体构成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统,其特征在于:所述加热器、抽水泵和气泵均通过导线外接供电设备。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统,其特征在于:所述过滤装置为微粒过滤器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统,其特征在于:所述空气过滤器与进气接口处还安装有气体恒温器,所述气体恒温器内还设置有红外线灭菌器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统,其特征在于:所述过滤装置和进水接口之间还设置有储水罐,所述储水罐上设置有加药口,储水罐内安装有恒温控制器。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种牙科综合治疗机及进水进气生命体征监测系统,其特征在 于:所述治疗机体上配备有连接恒温控制器和气体恒温器的操作面板。
