在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑组件还包括多个铰接杆,所述支撑框架包括至少一个固定杆和至少一个转动杆,所述固定杆固定连接于所述面板结构环形的外周壁及/或第二表层,所述转动杆的两端分别可转动地连接于两个不同的所述固定杆;所述固定杆和所述连接杆围设形成环形的所述支撑框架;多个所述支撑腿分别固定连接于所述转动杆,且分别通过所述铰接杆铰接于所述转动杆。

在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

如图1至图44所示,面板结构100被广泛应用于桌椅板凳、墙壁、柜体、托盘、货架等设施中,其一般为吹塑结构,采用热塑性塑料制成,适用于吹塑的塑料有聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、苯乙烯聚合物等。面板结构100也可以通过注塑工艺加上气辅技术成型。
面板结构100包括周壁,周壁内形成一个中空腔101。片状或板状的面板结构100具有第一表层10、第二表层20和环形的外周壁102,至少部分第二表层20与第一表层10之间形成中空腔101。在一些简单的成型工艺中,第一表层10和第二表层20之间仅设置有一个大的中空腔101。相对的,在一些较复杂的成型工艺中,第一表层10和第二表层20之间也可以设置有多个相互连通或独立的中小型的中空腔101;这种情况下,第一表层10和第二表层20之间相互连接以分隔两个相邻的中空腔101。
将第一表层10朝向第二表层20的侧面记为第一内表面12,背离第二表层20的侧面记为第一外表面11;将第二表层20朝向第一表层10的侧面记为第二内表面22,背离第一表层10的侧面记为第二外表面21。根据面板结构100的使用场景,例如作为桌面或凳面时,第一外表面11和第一内表面12可以设置为平面,第二内表面22及第二外表面21可以为曲面。
为了增加面板结构的机械强度,通常在面板结构上形成大小均匀且排布规律的凹陷。例如,面板结构为多边形桌面,其第一表层为较为平整的平板,第二表层上设置有多个凹陷,这些凹陷大小、形状一致,并且多个凹陷呈多边形阵列,以使得多边形桌面的各个方向具有相对统一的强度。
然而,即使在受力相同的情况下,多边形桌面各处的形变量也是不同的;并且在实际使用过程中,多边形桌面各处的受力经常是不均衡的;因此,将多边形桌面设置成统一的强度无法使其受力最大化。
众所周知,多边形桌面的支撑腿223一般在靠近边角的位置,若多边形桌面具有相对统一的强度,那么在使用过程中,多边形桌面的中部更容易发生形变。并且在许多使用场景中,为了防止多边形桌面倾翻,人们更倾向于把物品放在桌面中部的位置,也会造成桌面中部更容易发生形变。此外,桌面与支撑腿的接触部分强度较高,远离支撑腿的部分强度较低,但支撑腿与桌面的接触部分压强较大,容易对桌面造成永久性损害。
再如,当面板结构100作为体育场观众席的凳面时,人们也更倾向于坐在凳面的中间而非两边,若凳面具有相对统一的强度,那么凳面中间更容易发生更大的形变。又如,当面板结构100作为托盘时,人们也更倾向于将物品放在托盘中部而非托盘边缘,若托盘具有相对统一的强度,那么托盘中部容易发生更大的形变;但若托盘长时间运输同一种物品,并且该物品与托盘相接触的不同位置具有不同的压强,那显然,压强大的位置更容易发生更大的形变。
基于此,本申请以多边形桌面或多边形凳面为例,提出面板结构100及其设计方法。可以理解,面板结构100不仅限于桌面或凳面,也可以作为其他产品使用,例如托盘、货架、支撑板等,在此不做限定。当然,面板结构100的形状也可以多种多样,例如为圆形、圆弧与多边形结合等,并不局限于多边形。
面板结构100的设计方法包括以下步骤:分析面板结构100的惯用场景受力特点;根据惯用场景受 力特点,在受力较大的区域布局机械强度较高的加强单元30,在受力较小的区域布局机械强度较低的加强单元30。其中,至少部分加强单元30不规律地分布。
需要特别说明的是,“不规律地分布”是指,这些加强单元30不是以某一点为中心中心对称设置,或以某一线为中心轴对称设置,或通过阵列(例如圆形阵列、多边形阵列、扇形阵列、椭圆形阵列等)的方式规则排布。
还需要特别说明的是,这些加强单元30中,可以有规则的形状,例如圆形、椭圆形、正多边形、扇形等,也可以有相同的形状,但这些形状规则和形状相同的加强单元30不是规律地分布。当然,这些加强单元30中也可以有不规则的形状(非圆形、椭圆形、正多边形、扇形等规则形状),例如非长方形、非平行四边形的四边形,非直角三角形、等腰三角形的三角形等;这些加强单元30也可以是多个规则形状相结合的形状,例如四边形与扇形相结合的形状等。
可以理解,机械强度是指单位面积上所能承受的最大负荷,对于桌面、凳面、货架、托盘等面板结构100,可以通过抗弯强度、抗压强度、抗折强度或最大承重质量等表示。
请参阅图2、图14、图27及图44,面板结构100还包括至少一个加强单元30,至少一个加强单元30均与第二表层20一体成型,且加强单元30中至少部分朝向第一表层10凹陷;其中,至少部分加强单元30在第二表层20上不规律地分布。传统技术的面板结构100中加强单元30形状相同且分布规律,如果加强单元30在某一个方向承力较差,那么至少一个加强单元30叠加,很容易在该方向上形成受力短板。当第二表层20上有至少部分加强单元30是不规律分布时,不规律分布的加强单元30能够避免面板结构100在某一方向上存在受力短板。此外,将加强单元30设置成不规律分布,还可以根据面板结构100的使用场景、惯常受力等因素设计加强单元30的形状、大小、凹陷高度、分布方式等,能够根据其惯用使用场景优化加强单元30的布局。
需要说明的是,以其中一个加强单元30为例,该加强单元30中至少部分朝向第一表层10凹陷,该加强单元30中也可以存在背离第一表层10外凸的部分,加强单元30可以是在内凹形成的壁面上再外凸,也可以是在外凸形成的壁面上再内凹,在此不做限定。
如图18、图19、图31、图44所示,一些加强单元30包括第一凹陷部31,第一凹陷部31朝向第一表层10凹陷,每个第一凹陷部31均具有侧壁31a及底壁31b,将第一表层10朝向第二表层20的侧面记为第一内表面12,一些第一凹陷部31的底壁31b与第一内表面12相接合。
可以理解,多种加强单元30可以出现在同一个面板结构100中,上述加强单元30可以和其他实施例中的加强单元30设在同一个第二表层20。
如图8、图9所示,一些加强单元30包括第一凹陷部31,第一凹陷部31朝向第一表层10凹陷,每个第一凹陷部31均具有侧壁31a及底壁31b,将第一表层10朝向第二表层20的侧面记为第一内表面12,一些第一凹陷部31的底壁31b与第一内表面12相之间具有间隔。
如图8、图9、图18、图19、图31、图44所示,一些加强单元30包括第二凹陷部32,第二凹陷部32设置在第一凹陷部31的底壁31b,第二凹陷部32朝向第一表层10凹陷,每个第二凹陷部32也均具有侧壁32a及底壁32b;一些第二凹陷部32的底壁32b与第一内表面12相之间具有间隔,或者,一些第二凹陷部32的底壁32b与第一内表面12相之间相接合。
通过第二表层20的凹凸变化可以调整面板结构100的机械强度。比如,设置有第一凹陷部31和第二凹陷部32的加强单元30的机械强度,高于仅设置有第一凹陷部31的加强单元30的机械强度。在一定程度上,凹凸变化的次数越多,面板结构100的机械强度越大。当然,也可以通过第一表层10的凹凸变化调整面板结构100的机械强度,还可以通过加强单元30的疏密程度调整面板结构100的机械强度。
可选的,第一凹陷部31为多边形状,第二凹陷部32为至少一个,至少一个第二凹陷部32分别分布在第一凹陷部31的顶角处或棱边处。第二凹陷部32为圆点形、多边形或扇形。可选的,多边形状的两个相邻的边之间选用圆角过渡,以便于成型。当然,第一凹陷部31也可以选用圆形、扇形、椭圆形或多种基础形状组合的形状,还可以是长条形;当第二凹陷部32的面积较大时,可以选用多边形、圆形、椭圆形、扇形或多种基础形状组合的形状;当第二凹陷部32的面积较小时,可以选用圆点等形状。
如图8、图9、图18、图19、图31、图44所示,一些加强单元30还包括凸起部33,凸起部33 设置在第一凹陷部31的底壁31b,凸起部33向背离第一表层10的方向外凸,从而增加第二表层20的凹凸变化,以提高面板结构100的机械强度。
可以理解,加强单元30可以不止包括第一凹陷部31、第二凹陷部32和一个凸起部33,还可以设置更多个凹陷和更多个凸起,并将这些凹陷和凸起排列组合、设计布局,以增加面板结构100的机械强度。当然,第二凹陷部32可以与第一凹陷部31大致为相似图形,其形状也可以区别于第一凹陷部31。
可选的,至少一个第二凹陷部32分布在凸起部33的外周。第一凹陷部31为多边形,第二凹陷部32的个数与第一凹陷部31的拐角数量相同,第二凹陷部32分别位于第一凹陷部31的拐角处。当然,第二凹陷部32还可以集中分布在凸起部33的一侧,也可以均匀分布在凸起部33的外周。
可选的,凸起部33的凸起形状与第一凹陷部31的凹陷形状大致为相似图形。可以理解,在其他实施例中,凸起部33的形状也可以区别于第一凹陷部31,在此不做限定。
可选的,将第二表层20相对背离第一表层10的侧面记为第二外表面21,加强单元30上的凸起部33向外凸起的高度不高于该加强单元30周边的第二外表面21。
中空腔101最大高度不小于8mm,第一凹陷部31的面积占比不小于第二表层20的50%,第二凹陷部32的高度不高于5mm。这样的参数更有利于面板结构100的成型。
如上,桌面、凳面、托盘等在许多使用场景中,中部是最容易发生形变的位置。那么,在一些实施例中,相比于位于第二表层20边缘的加强单元30,可以将位于第二表层20中部的加强单元30设置的更加密集及/或凹凸变化更多,以增加面板结构100中部的机械强度。
当然,也可以通过设置强化件50的方式增加面板结构100的机械强度。强化件50的设置位置也可以根据面板结构100的惯用使用场景进行精心设计。例如,强化件50可以固设在第一表层10、第二表层20、面板结构100的环形周壁中的至少一者上。上位元件强化件50可以是金属贴片。
还可以通过设置支撑组件200的方式增加面板结构100的机械强度。可以通过调节支撑组件200的设置位置、支撑面的形状及大小、支撑组件200的材质等方式,来设计匹配面板结构100的惯用使用场景。
由于设置了强化件50/支撑组件200的位置机械强度较高,其周边的凹凸结构也可以进行相应的改变。例如,相比于靠近强化件50/支撑组件200的区域,远离强化件50的区域加强单元30更加密集及/或凹凸变化更多,以增加面板结构100相对远离强化件50/支撑组件200的区域的机械强度。
可以理解,面板结构100具有多种方式能够改变其机械强度,比如通过加强单元30的密集程度、同一个加强单元30上凹凸变化的次数(即设置凹陷或凸起的个数)、第一凹陷部31或第二凹陷部32或凸起部33的凹凸变化尺寸(即凹陷或凸起的高度及面积)、强化件50的设置与否、加强肋40的设置与否、第一表层10与第二表层20之间的间距等等,这些方式可以排列组合任意设计,以适配于不同面板结构100的使用场景,优化面板结构100的机械强度和制作成本之间的平衡性,使得面板结构100能够适应个性化的使用场景。
本申请还提供了另一种面板结构100及其设计方法,面板结构100中,第一内表面12与第二内表面22中的至少一者为曲面,如图40至图44所示。
面板结构100的设计方法包括以下步骤:分析面板结构100的惯用场景受力特点;根据惯用场景受力特点改变第一内表面12与第二内表面22之间的间距,其中,受力越大的区域第一内表面12与第二内表面22之间的间距越小;第一内表面12与第二内表面22中的至少一者为曲面。通过改变第一内表面12和第二内表面22之间的间距,使面板结构100不同的区域具有不同的机械强度,同样的,可以根据面板结构100的使用场景、惯常受力等因素设计第一内表面12与第二内表面22之间的间距,使得面板结构100能够适应个性化的使用场景。
可选的,第一内表面12与第二内表面22中的至少一者中的至少部分区域为不规律变化的曲面,以更适应个性化需求。
其中,“不规律变化的曲面”是指,该曲面不是规则曲面(当动线按照一定的规律运动时,形成的曲面称为规则曲面)。
基于前述同样的理由,相比于位于第二表层20的边缘,位于第二表层20中部的第二内表面22更加靠近第一表层10,以增加面板结构100中部的机械强度。
可以理解,曲面变化也可以看成一种凹凸变化,曲面变化与加强肋40、强化件50以及加强单元30之间的设置并不冲突,这些方式可以排列组合任意设计,以适配于不同面板结构100的使用场景,优化面板结构100的机械强度和制作成本之间的平衡性,使得面板结构100能够适应个性化的使用场景。
可选的,第二内表面22为曲面,第一内表面12为平面。当然,为了便于成型,可将第一表层10整体设置成平板状,第二表层20整体设置成曲面状。
将第二内表面22最靠近第一内表面12的位置记为波峰H1,将第二内表面22最远离第一内表面12的位置记为波谷H2,面板结构100为高密度聚乙烯,其密度为ρ,面板结构100的承重为G;其中,G*ρ*(H2/H1)>141.15。
可选的,当面板结构100为桌面时,第一表层10及第二表层20的壁厚均为约2mm,波峰H1约为6mm,波谷H2约为8mm,密度为ρ为0.941g/cm 3至0.96g/cm 3,承重G≥150kg;当面板结构100为凳面时,第一表层10及第二表层20的壁厚均为约1.8mm,波峰H1约为4.4mm,波谷H2为6.4mm,密度为ρ为0.941g/cm 3至0.96g/cm 3,承重G≥220kg。
曲面在面板结构100厚度上的变化不超过3mm,以配合吹塑工艺。
可以理解,第一内表面12及/或第二内表面22是曲面不影响加强单元30的设置,加强单元30同样可以设置在第二表层20上,加强单元30的结构特征与上述相同,在此不作赘述。
本申请还保护一种具有支撑组件200的面板结构100,支撑组件200连接于面板结构100,并用于支撑面板结构100。
请参阅图2、图14、图27、图40,面板结构100还包括加强肋40,加强肋40也用于增加第二表层20的凹凸变化,加强肋40与第二表层20及加强单元30一体成型,且加强肋40向背离第一表层10的方向外凸。
一些加强单元30位于加强肋40上;一些加强单元30位于第二表层20未设置加强肋40的位置;还有一些加强单元30,其第一凹陷部31的部分结构位于加强肋40上,另一部分位于第二表层20未设置加强肋40的位置。可以理解,加强单元30的位置可以根据需要进行设计和选择。
在一些情况下,面板结构100需要配合其他外部元件进行使用。例如,当面板结构100作为桌面时,需要设置支撑组件200作为桌腿;当面板结构100作为凳面时,需要设置支撑组件200作为凳腿;当面板结构100作为货架置物板时,需要支撑组件200作为货架支架;当面板结构100作为托盘时,需要支撑组件200作为支脚等等。
如图2所示,加强肋40上开设有卡接槽41,卡接槽41用于卡接支撑组件200,以便于面板结构100与支撑组件200可拆卸连接。可以理解,支撑组件200的设置有利于提高面板结构100的机械强度,并且卡接槽41的设置也增加了第二表层20的凹凸变化,也有利于提高面板结构100的机械强度。此外,卡接槽41也可以开设在第二表层20的其他位置,并不是必须要设置在加强肋40上。
卡接槽41可以为多个,以供支撑组件200以不同姿态支撑面板结构100。如图8所示,可选的,卡接槽41的底壁41b与第一表层10相连接,以提高卡接槽41位置的稳定性。
下面以桌腿及凳腿为例,对支撑组件200展开详细的描述。
如图10至图12所示,在一个实施例中,支撑组件200支撑在面板结构100的中部。支撑组件200包括两个铰接的支撑件210,每个支撑件210包括一个卡接杆211、两个支撑杆212以及一个落地杆213,两个支撑杆212长度相同,且两个支撑杆212相互铰接并形成X形,每个支撑杆212的两端分别固连于卡接杆211和落地杆213,卡接杆211可拆卸地卡接于卡接槽41中,落地杆213用于与地面接触。卡接槽41也设置为两组,每组中有至少两个卡接槽41,以供支撑组件200以不同的姿态支撑面板结构100。可选的,支撑组件200能够从卡接槽41中脱出,并折叠收纳。
如图20至图25所示,支撑组件200包括支撑框架220及多个支撑腿223,支撑框架220连接于面板结构100的外周壁102及/或第二表层20,多个支撑腿223可转动地连接于支撑框架220;支撑腿223能够转动收拢至贴合第二表层20以形成收纳状态。
可选的,支撑组件200还包括多个铰接杆224,支撑框架220包括至少一个固定杆221和至少一个转动杆222,固定杆221固定连接于面板结构100环形的外周壁102及/或第二表层20,转动杆222的两端分别可转动地连接于两个不同的固定杆221;固定杆221和连接杆围设形成环形的支撑框架220; 多个支撑腿223分别固定连接于转动杆222,且分别通过铰接杆224铰接于转动杆222。
在一个实施例中,支撑组件200支撑在面板结构100的周部。支撑组件200包括支撑框架220、四个支撑腿223以及四组铰接杆224,支撑框架220包括两个固定杆221和两个转动杆222,固定杆221固定连接于面板结构100环形的外周壁102及/或第二表层20,转动杆222的两端分别可转动地连接于两个不同的固定杆221。固定杆221和连接杆围设形成环形的支撑框架220,且固定杆221和连接杆均位于第二表层20的第二外表面21相对靠近周边的周部。四个支撑腿223分别固定连接于转动杆222,且分别通过四组铰接杆224铰接于转动杆222。可选的,四个支撑腿223分别设置在面板结构100的四个边角处。四个支撑腿223能够通过铰接杆224收拢至大致贴合第二外表面21,以形成收纳状态;也能够通过铰接杆224转动至与面板结构100的第一外表面11相垂直,以形成支撑状态。
可以理解,在一些实施例中,支撑框架220的形状与面板结构100的形状为相似图形,例如,当面板结构100为长方形桌子时,支撑框架220也是长方形。四个支撑腿223也可以分为两两分组,同一组中的两个支撑腿223相互连接,且每组支撑腿223通过一组铰接杆224铰接于支撑框架220。如图33至图37所示。
可选的,支撑框架220通过螺纹紧固件225安装于面板结构100环形的外周壁102或第二表层20。
可选的,支撑组件200还包括两个加长片226,其中一个转动杆222的两端分别通过两个加长片226固定连接于两个固定杆221,从而避免收纳状态下的多个支撑腿223之间的位置干扰。
可选的,支撑组件200还包括加强杆227,加强杆227的两端分别固设于同一侧的支撑腿223上,以增加支撑状态下的使用稳定性。
可选的,支撑腿223之间错位设置,以减小收纳厚度。
可选的,支撑组件200还包括捆绑件228,在收纳状态下,捆绑件228能够将支撑腿223与固定件捆绑在一起。
如图38及图39所示,本申请还保护一种家具,包括桌子300以及至少一个凳子400,桌子300包括桌面及转动连接于桌面的桌腿,桌面包括上述的面板结构100;凳子400包括凳面及转动连接于凳面的凳腿,凳面包括上述的面板结构100。
桌腿包括上述的支撑组件200,凳腿包括上述的支撑组件200。
桌子300处于收纳状态时,桌面与桌腿之间形成容置腔310,处于收纳状态下的凳子400能够容置在容置腔310内,以使桌子300及凳子400形成组合收纳状态。
使用过程为,先将凳子400收纳好,放至桌子300的第二表层20,然后将桌子300收纳折叠,使凳子400容纳在容置腔中。可选的,采用捆绑件228将桌子300固定在收纳状态。这样凳子400和桌子300可以形成一体式收纳结构,并且需要使用时,桌子300和凳子400可以分开使用。
可选的,凳子400的支撑腿223向外弯曲,当桌子300和凳子400收纳在一起时,凳子400的支撑腿223与桌子300的支撑腿223处于同一平面。这样,能够提高凳子400在支撑状态下的使用稳定性,并且,当桌子300和凳子400收纳在一起时,支撑腿223一侧能够更加平稳的放置在平面上。
可选的,一张桌子300可以同时与多个凳子400收纳在一起。如图38至图39所示,一张桌子300可以与两个凳子400收纳在一起。
请参阅图45及图46,面板结构100能够折叠并形成容纳腔103,支撑组件200能够转动折叠并收纳至容纳腔103。
本申请提供的面板结构100能够根据使用场景设计其加强单元30,轻便且机械强度高,能够广泛应用于桌椅板凳、墙壁、柜体、托盘、货架等设施中。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (39)

  1. 一种面板结构,其特征在于,包括:
    第一表层;
    第二表层,至少部分所述第二表层与所述第一表层之间形成中空腔;以及
    至少一个加强单元,与所述第二表层一体成型,且所述加强单元中至少部分朝向所述第一表层凹陷;
    其中,至少部分所述加强单元在所述第二表层上不规律地分布。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的面板结构,其中,所述加强单元包括第一凹陷部,所述第一凹陷部朝向所述第一表层凹陷,每个所述第一凹陷部均具有侧壁及底壁,将所述第一表层朝向所述第二表层的侧面记为第一内表面,一些所述第一凹陷部的底壁与所述第一内表面相接合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的面板结构,其中,所述加强单元包括第一凹陷部,所述第一凹陷部朝向所述第一表层凹陷,每个所述第一凹陷部均具有侧壁及底壁,将所述第一表层朝向所述第二表层的侧面记为第一内表面,一些所述第一凹陷部的底壁与所述第一内表面相之间具有间隔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的面板结构,其中,一些所述加强单元包括第二凹陷部,所述第二凹陷部设置在所述第一凹陷部的底壁,所述第二凹陷部朝向所述第一表层凹陷,每个所述第二凹陷部也均具有侧壁及底壁;
    一些所述第二凹陷部的底壁与所述第一内表面相之间具有间隔,或者,一些所述第二凹陷部的底壁与所述第一内表面相之间相接合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的面板结构,其中,设置有所述第一凹陷部和所述第二凹陷部的所述加强单元的机械强度,高于仅设置有所述第一凹陷部的加强单元的机械强度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的面板结构,其中,所述第一凹陷部为多边形状,所述第二凹陷部为至少一个,至少一个所述第二凹陷部分别分布在所述第一凹陷部的顶角处或棱边处。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的面板结构,其中,所述第二凹陷部为圆点形、多边形或扇形。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的面板结构,其中,一些所述加强单元还包括凸起部,所述凸起部设置在所述第一凹陷部的底壁,所述凸起部向背离所述第一表层的方向外凸。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的面板结构,其中,至少一个所述第二凹陷部分布在所述凸起部的外周;及/或,
    所述凸起部的凸起形状与所述第一凹陷部的凹陷形状为相似图形。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的面板结构,其中,将所述第二表层相对背离所述第一表层的侧面记为第二外表面,所述加强单元上的所述凸起部向外凸起的高度不高于该加强单元周边的所述第二外表面。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的面板结构,其中,所述中空腔最大高度不小于8mm,所述第一凹陷部的面积占比不小于所述第二表层的50%;所述第二凹陷部的高度不高于5mm。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的面板结构,其中,相比于位于所述第二表层边缘的所述加强单元,位于所述第二表层中部的所述加强单元更加密集及/或凹凸变化更多。
  13. 一种面板结构,其特征在于,包括:
    第一表层;
    第二表层;
    其中,所述第一表层具有朝向所述第二表层的第一内表面,所述第二表层具有朝向所述第一表层的第二内表面;至少部分所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面之间形成中空腔,所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面中的至少一者为曲面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的面板结构,其中,所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面中的至少一者中的至少部分区域为不规律变化的曲面。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的面板结构,其中,相比于位于所述第二表层的边缘,位于所述第二表层中部的所述第二内表面更加靠近所述第一表层。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的面板结构,其中,所述面板结构还包括强化件,所述强化件固设于所述第二表层。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的面板结构,其中,相比于靠近所述强化件的区域,远离所述强化件的区 域所述第二内表面更加靠近所述第一表层,以增加所述面板结构相对远离所述强化件的区域的机械强度。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的面板结构,其中,所述曲面在所述面板结构厚度上的变化不超过3mm。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的面板结构,其中,所述面板结构还包括加强单元,至少部分所述加强单元在所述第二表层上不规律地分布;
    所述加强单元包括第一凹陷部,所述第一凹陷部朝向所述第一表层凹陷,每个所述第一凹陷部均具有侧壁及底壁,将所述第一表层朝向所述第二表层的侧面记为第一内表面,一些所述第一凹陷部的底壁与所述第一内表面相接合。
  20. 根据权利要求13所述的面板结构,其中,所述面板结构还包括加强单元,至少部分所述加强单元在所述第二表层上不规律地分布;
    所述加强单元包括第一凹陷部,所述第一凹陷部朝向所述第一表层凹陷,每个所述第一凹陷部均具有侧壁及底壁,将所述第一表层朝向所述第二表层的侧面记为第一内表面,一些所述第一凹陷部的底壁与所述第一内表面相之间具有间隔。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的面板结构,其中,一些所述加强单元包括第二凹陷部,所述第二凹陷部设置在所述第一凹陷部的底壁,所述第二凹陷部朝向所述第一表层凹陷,每个所述第二凹陷部也均具有侧壁及底壁;
    一些所述第二凹陷部的底壁与所述第一内表面相之间具有间隔,或者,一些所述第二凹陷部的底壁与所述第一内表面相之间相接合。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的面板结构,其中,一些所述加强单元还包括凸起部,所述凸起部设置在所述第一凹陷部的底壁,所述凸起部向背离所述第一表层的方向外凸。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的面板结构,其中,至少一个所述第二凹陷部分布在所述凸起部的外周;及/或,
    所述凸起部的凸起形状与所述第一凹陷部的凹陷形状为相似图形。
  24. 一种面板结构的设计方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    分析所述面板结构的惯用场景受力特点;
    根据所述惯用场景受力特点,在受力较大的区域布局机械强度较高的加强单元,在受力较小的区域布局机械强度较低的加强单元;至少部分所述加强单元不规律地分布。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的面板结构的设计方法,其中,所述面板结构包括第一表层及第二表层,至少部分所述第二表层与所述第一表层之间形成中空腔;
    根据所述惯用场景受力特点,在受力较大的区域布局机械强度较高的加强单元,在受力较小的区域布局机械强度较低的加强单元;至少部分所述加强单元不规律地分布;该步骤包括:
    根据所述惯用场景受力特点,在受力较大的区域布局机械强度较高的加强单元,在受力较小的区域布局机械强度较低的加强单元,通过所述第二表层的凹凸变化以及所述加强单元的疏密程度调整所述机械强度;至少部分所述加强单元不规律地分布。
  26. 一种面板结构的设计方法,其特征在于:所述面板结构包括第一表层及第二表层,所述第一表层具有朝向所述第二表层的第一内表面,所述第二表层具有朝向所述第一表层的第二内表面;
    所述面板结构的设计方法包括以下步骤:
    分析所述面板结构的惯用场景受力特点;
    根据所述惯用场景受力特点改变所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面之间的间距,其中,受力越大的区域所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面之间的间距越小;所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面中的至少一者为曲面。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的面板结构的设计方法,其中:根据所述惯用场景受力特点改变所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面之间的间距,其中,受力越大的区域所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面之间的间距越小;所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面中的至少一者为曲面步骤包括:
    根据所述惯用场景受力特点改变所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面之间的间距,其中,受力越大的区域所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面之间的间距越小;所述第一内表面与所述第二内表面中的至少一 者中的至少部分区域为不规律变化的曲面。
  28. 一种具有支撑组件的面板结构,其中,包括如权利要求1至权利要求23任意一项所述的面板结构及支撑组件,所述支撑组件连接于所述面板结构,并用于支撑所述面板结构。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的具有支撑组件的面板结构,其中,所述面板结构还包括加强肋,所述加强肋与所述第二表层及所述加强单元一体成型,且所述加强肋向背离所述第一表层的方向外凸。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的具有支撑组件的面板结构,其中,所述加强肋上开设有卡接槽,所述支撑组件可拆卸地卡接于所述卡接槽中。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的具有支撑组件的面板结构,其中,所述支撑组件包括两个铰接的支撑件,每个所述支撑件包括一个卡接杆、两个支撑杆以及一个落地杆,两个所述支撑杆长度相同,且两个所述支撑杆相互铰接并形成X形,每个所述支撑杆的两端分别固连于所述卡接杆和所述落地杆;
    所述卡接杆可拆卸地卡接于所述卡接槽中,所述卡接槽为多个,以供所述支撑组件以不同姿态支撑所述面板结构。
  32. 根据权利要求28所述的具有支撑组件的面板结构,其中,所述支撑组件包括支撑框架及多个支撑腿,所述支撑框架连接于所述面板结构的外周壁及/或所述第二表层,多个所述支撑腿可转动地连接于所述支撑框架;所述支撑腿能够转动收拢至贴合第二表层以形成收纳状态。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的具有支撑组件的面板结构,其中,所述支撑组件还包括多个铰接杆,所述支撑框架包括至少一个固定杆和至少一个转动杆,所述固定杆固定连接于所述面板结构环形的外周壁及/或第二表层,所述转动杆的两端分别可转动地连接于两个不同的所述固定杆;所述固定杆和所述连接杆围设形成环形的所述支撑框架;多个所述支撑腿分别固定连接于所述转动杆,且分别通过所述铰接杆铰接于所述转动杆。
  34. 根据权利要求32所述的具有支撑组件的面板结构,其中,所述支撑组件还包括两个加长片,其中一个所述转动杆的两端分别通过两个所述加长片固定连接于两个固定杆,以避免所述收纳状态下的多个所述支撑腿之间的位置干扰。
  35. 根据权利要求28所述的具有支撑组件的面板结构,其中,所述面板结构能够折叠并形成容纳腔,所述支撑组件能够转动折叠并收纳至所述容纳腔。
  36. 根据权利要求28至权利要求35任意一项所述的具有支撑组件的面板结构,其中,所述具有支撑组件的面板结构为桌子或凳子。
  37. 一种家具,其特征在于,包括桌子以及至少一个凳子,所述桌子包括桌面及转动连接于所述桌面的桌腿,所述桌面包括如权利要求1至权利要求23任意一项所述的面板结构;所述凳子包括凳面及转动连接于所述凳面的凳腿,所述凳面包括如权利要求1至权利要求23任意一项所述的面板结构。
  38. 如权利要求37所述的家具,其中,所述桌子处于收纳状态时,所述桌面与所述桌腿之间形成容置腔,处于收纳状态下的所述凳子能够容置在所述容置腔内,以使所述桌子及所述凳子形成组合收纳状态。
  39. 如权利要求38所述的家具,其中,所述容置腔能够容纳至少两个凳子。
