Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif informatique et un procédé permettant d'estimer (100) une valeur d'efficacité de combustion pendant le torchage, sur une période de temps, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant : à acquérir (140) un flux vidéo de la flamme de torchère (61) sur la période de temps ; à segmenter (150) le flux vidéo en plusieurs segments vidéo, chaque segment vidéo étant associé à une certaine durée de segment vidéo ; à analyser (160) les segments vidéo, à l'aide d'un modèle de corrélation, afin de classer chaque segment vidéo dans au moins une catégorie d'état de flamme ; et à calculer (170) la valeur d'efficacité de combustion, ladite étape de calcul (170) utilisant les durées des segments vidéo et une pluralité de valeurs d'indice de réduction des imbrûlés, chacune desdites valeurs d'indice de réduction des imbrûlés étant spécifique à l'une des catégories d'état de flamme, spécifique à l'installation industrielle et calculée à l'aide d'une dynamique numérique des fluides.
