Description

油烟抽取机构和电磁炉集成灶 技术领域
本申请涉及抽油烟设备,特别涉及一种油烟抽取机构和电磁炉集成灶。
背景技术
抽油烟机一般是安装在灶台上方向上吸取油烟进行使用,有些则将抽油烟机安装在灶台上,对油烟向下吸收。而目前市场上将抽油烟机安装在灶台上的结构,其一般需要一个空间占位很大的通风管道配合风机。这导致整体结构空间占位大,无法适用于一些安装空间相对较小的环境中,特别是无法满足欧洲地区对橱柜的安装放置标准需求,为此,需要对其进行改善。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的上述技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种油烟抽取机构。

在本申请的一些具体实施例中,第二流道120水平延伸,第二流道120的上端面呈平台状,连接口121开设在第二流道120的上端面处。蜗壳风机200安装在第二流道120的上端面上,利用第二流道120对蜗壳风机200进行承载。蜗壳风机200的进风端210朝下与连接口121进行连接,蜗壳风机200的排气口220则在水平方向上朝向于一侧。这样设置能充分利用风道组100中第二流道120的上方空间,结构更加紧凑。不需其他构件单独对蜗壳风机200进行支撑固定。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,进气口111开设在第一流道110的顶部且开口朝上。其中,进气口111的大小可为多种形式,如图3所示,进气口111的口径可与第一流道110的口径大小相同。优选的,如图2所示, 进气口111设置为扩口状,即进气口111的口径大于第一流道110的口径。气体从进气口111往第一流道110内输送时,流速增加,从而增加进气口111处的吸力。进一步的,在进气口111处设置导风构件300,导风构件300可选用网状结构等。导气结构的中部向下凸出,整体呈V形。导风构件300对油烟具有导流作用,同时能避免其他物体掉落到第一流道110内。导风构件300可设置接油槽,油烟经过导风构件300时,油烟中的油脂粘附在导风构件300上,与气体分离。蜗壳风机200可选用DC变频调速系统,配合风道组100,高档风压可达600Pa以上。
进一步的,在蜗壳风机200的排气口220处安装空气净化装置400,空气净化装置400包括UV紫外灯模块和电离臭氧发生模块,气流经过电离臭氧发生模块进行高压电离灭菌除臭处理,再经过UV紫外灯模块的照射进一步灭菌、分解臭氧、烘干油脂等处理,清洁排出的气体,对周围环境进行保护。
本申请还涉及一种电磁炉集成灶,包括座体500、电磁炉600和油烟抽取机构。如图4所示,座体500呈框体结构,座体500的上部设置为承载台面510。承载台面510用于承载锅具等。电磁炉600安装在座体500上,本实施例中,电磁炉600位于承载台面510的下方,承载台面510可作为电磁炉600的上平面集成。油烟抽取机构安装在座体500内部,第一流道110向上,其进气口111连接至承载台面510上。在座体500上设有引风管700,引风管700通过转接头与蜗壳风机200的排气口220连通。引风管700的长度和方向,可根据电磁炉集成灶所安装的橱柜具体情况设置。
锅具放置在承载台面510上,利用电磁炉600进行加热,利用油烟抽取机构对产生的油烟进行吸取。将电磁炉600、油烟抽取机构和空气净化装置400集成在一起,整体体积相对较小。使用时,座体500可嵌入安装在橱柜中使用。由于油烟抽取机构的体积小,使得电磁炉集成灶整体结构体积非常小,可以适应全世界多个区域,特别是欧洲地区,与国家标准橱柜安装放置需求,解决了同行很多产品需要特制橱柜安装尺寸才能放置此类型产品的缺点,符合市场消费者的使用需求。其中,进气口111可设置 为矩形长条状。
电磁炉集成灶可以设置一个或多个电磁炉600,根据各电磁炉600的位置设置进气口111的位置。如图4所示,可以设置四个电磁炉600,四个电磁炉600呈矩形分布,进气口111则可以连接在承载台面510的中部位置。或者是,如图5所示,对应的设置两组油烟抽取机构,在承载台面510的两侧分别连接一个进气口111。如图6所示,电磁炉集成灶设置两个电磁炉600,进气口111则可以连接在承载台面510的四周的其中一侧上。
术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一些具体实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种油烟抽取机构,其特征在于,包括:
    风道组(100),所述风道组(100)包括纵向延伸的第一流道(110)和横向延伸的第二流道(120),所述第二流道(120)连通在所述第一流道(110)的下部,所述第一流道(110)的上部开设有进气口(111),所述第二流道(120)开设有连接口(121),所述第一流道(110)和所述第二流道(120)形成供气体流动的折弯通道;
    蜗壳风机(200),所述蜗壳风机(200)中部的进风端(210)与所述连接口(121)连接,所述蜗壳风机(200)对所述折弯通道抽取气体,气体从所述进气口(111)进入,流经所述折弯通道后从所述蜗壳风机(200)的排气口(220)排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的油烟抽取机构,其特征在于:所述第一流道(110)沿竖直方向延伸,所述第二流道(120)沿水平方向延伸,所述第一流道(110)和所述第二流道(120)之间呈L形。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的油烟抽取机构,其特征在于:所述连接口(121)开设在所述第二流道(120)的上端面,所述蜗壳风机(200)搭接在所述第二流道(120)上,所述进风端(210)朝下与所述连接口(121)连接,所述排气口(220)呈水平朝向。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的油烟抽取机构,其特征在于:所述进气口(111)开设在所述第一流道(110)的顶部且朝上开口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的油烟抽取机构,其特征在于:所述进气口(111)朝外呈扩口状,所述进气口(111)的口径大于所述第一流道(110)的管径。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的油烟抽取机构,其特征在于:所述进气口(111)处设有导风构件(300),所述导风构件(300)的底部朝下凸出呈V形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的油烟抽取机构,其特征在于:所述排气口(220)处设有空气净化装置(400),所述空气净化装置(400)包括UV紫外灯模块和电离臭氧发生模块。
  8. 一种电磁炉集成灶,其特征在于,包括座体(500)、电磁炉(600) 和权利要求1至7任意一项所述的油烟抽取机构,所述电磁炉(600)安装在所述座体(500)上,所述油烟抽取机构安装在所述座体(500)内,所述座体(500)的一侧设有引风管(700),所述排气口(220)与所述引风管(700)连通,所述座体(500)的上部设有承载台面(510),所述进气口(111)连接至所述承载台面(510)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电磁炉集成灶,其特征在于:所述进气口(111)高于或平齐于所述承载台面(510)的上端面,所述电磁炉(600)位于所述承载台面(510)的下方。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的电磁炉集成灶,其特征在于:所述座体(500)上安装有一个或多个所述电磁炉(600),所述进气口(111)连接至所述承载台面(510)的中部或靠侧边的位置上。
