Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de bande de roulement d'un pneu. Le procédé consiste à fournir une enveloppe de pneu et consiste en outre à fournir un matériau permettant de former un élément de bande de roulement sur l'enveloppe de pneu. Le matériau est polymérisable. Une première couche du matériau est appliquée sur l'enveloppe de pneu. Une source de durcissement est dirigée vers au moins une partie de la première couche. La source de durcissement est conçue pour durcir le matériau sur l'enveloppe de pneu. Au moins une partie de la première couche sur l'enveloppe de pneu est au moins partiellement durcie de telle sorte qu'au moins une partie de la première couche s'accouple à une surface de l'enveloppe de pneu pour former l'élément de bande de roulement. Le matériau non durci provenant de l'enveloppe de pneu est retiré par un procédé d'élimination.
