La petite cuve (03) est disposée sur la première roue (04). Un canal de drainage (032) est disposé sur la paroi latérale de la petite cuve (03) dans la direction de la longueur de la petite cuve (03), et une entrée d'eau du canal de drainage (032) est située au sommet de la paroi de la petite cuve. Le fond de la première roue (04) est pourvu d'un trou de drainage, le canal de drainage (032) étant en communication avec le trou de drainage (041). Lorsque la petite cuve (03) tourne, l'eau dans la petite cuve (03) s'écoule dans le canal de drainage (032), et est ensuite évacuée vers le fond de la première roue (04) à travers le trou de drainage (041). Dans le processus de drainage, l'écoulement d'eau ne s'écoule pas dans la grande cuve (02). Par conséquent, il peut être garanti que l'eau évacuée par la petite cuve (03) n'est pas pulvérisée sur les vêtements dans la grande cuve (02), que les vêtements dans la grande cuve (02) ne sont pas mouillés, et que la grande cuve (02) et les vêtements dans la grande cuve (02) ne sont pas pollués.
