(1)边缘算力节点:用于在标识解析二级节点和企业节点进行标识解析时,向算力交易平台发送算力资源申请请求,在获取到算力合约以及算力计费之后,向算力交易平台以及算力管理平台发送购买请求,边缘算力节点是靠近数据源的网络边缘侧,融合网络、计算、存储以及应用核心能力的分布式开放平台,能够就近提供边缘智能服务,实现资源调度、应用管理与业务编排。
(2)标识解析二级节点:能够对标识注册数据、标识业务数据、系统运行数据等进行管理,并根据要求同步数据,可以与边缘算力节点连接,将对应的标识解析数据上传到边缘算力节点上。
(3)企业节点:企业节点属于企业信息系统,与边缘算力节点以及企业内部系统对接,用于获取企业对算力交易的需求后上传到边缘算力节点。
(4)递归节点:可以支持递归解析请求,能够快速响应对应的算力交易数据,并支持各种常见标识体系对应的解析协议,可以与边缘算力节点连接,用于将对应的算力交易数据上传至边缘算力节点。
(5)算力交易平台:用于根据边缘算力节点上传的算力资源申请请求生成算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息,可以将算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息发送至算力管理平台,还可以对边缘算力节点进行认证以及注册。
(6)算力管理平台:用于根据边缘算力节点上传的购买请求以及算 力交易平台发送的算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息为边缘算力节点分配算力资源,可以对边缘算力节点进行注册。

本实施例提供一种算力交易方法,如图2所示,应用于算力交易平台,该方法包括:
步骤S11:接收目标边缘算力节点发送的算力资源申请请求,其中,所述算力资源申请请求中包括所述目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以及算力资源需求。
在本实施例中,目标边缘算力节点为算力网络中需要进行标识解析计算的边缘算力节点,可以是所有边缘算力节点中的任意一个,由于目标边缘算力节点自身算力不足以完成标识解析的计算任务,向算力交易平台发出算力资源申请请求以获得足够的算力来完成标识解析的计算任务,其中,算力标识符是与目标边缘算力节点对应的标识解析二级节点为目标边缘算力节点生成的,可以作为目标边缘算力节点的身份认证。
可选地,所述接收目标边缘算力节点发送的算力资源申请请求之前,还包括:
接收目标边缘算力节点发送的第一注册请求;
根据所述第一注册请求对所述目标边缘算力节点进行注册。

在本实施例中,算力交易平台可以将算力合约以及算力计费发送到目标边缘算力节点以及算力管理平台,使得算力交易平台、算力管理平台和目标边缘算力节点三方对本次交易达成共识,目标边缘算力节点对算力合约以及算力计费进行核查以确认交易内容和最终花费,其中,算力合约以及算力计费中可以包含目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以保证算力合约以及算力计费的有效性。
步骤S14:接收所述目标边缘算力节点发送的购买请求。
在本实施例中,目标边缘算力节点对算力合约以及算力计费核查后发送购买请求以确认本次算力交易。
步骤S15:根据所述购买请求将所述算力分配信息发送至算力管理平台,以使所述算力管理平台根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息向所述目标边缘算力节点分配算力资源。
在本实施例中,算力分配信息中可以包含目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以保证算力分配信息的有效性,算力管理平台收到收到算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息,根据算力分配信息为目标边缘算力节点分配算力后,可以根据算力合约以及算力计费向目标边缘算力节点收取相对应的费用。
在一个具体的实施例中,该算力交易方法可以包括如下步骤:

S002、目标边缘算力节点对标识解析二级节点、企业节点、递归节点的注册信息进行核实,注册成功后目标边缘算力节点生成相应的数字证书和私钥,并将数字证书、私钥、目标边缘算力节点的设备信息、DNS信息等发送给标识解析二级节点;
S003、标识解析二级节点存储目标边缘算力节点的数字证书、私钥、目标边缘算力节点的设备信息、DNS信息,标识解析二级节点在对应的产品标识码后缀增加目标边缘算力节点DNS信息,生成唯一的算力标识符,并将算力标识符发送给目标边缘算力节点;
S004、目标边缘算力节点定时按日、月、年统计标识解析二级节点、企业节点、递归节点平均解析量、最大解析量,及统计出所需业务信息,其中,业务信息包括带宽、时延、吞吐量、抖动、安全等;

标识生成模块,用于将所述数字证书、私钥、目标边缘算力节点的设备信息以及域名系统DNS信息发送至所述标识解析二级节点,以使所述标识解析二级节点生成所述算力标识符;
标识获取模块,用于获取所述标识解析二级节点发送的所述算力标识符。
优选地,所述装置还包括:
业务获取模块,用于获取业务信息;
第三发送模块,用于将所述业务信息发送给算力管理平台,以使所述算力管理平台根据所述业务信息计算出所述目标边缘算力节点的所述算力资源需求;
第十二接收模块,用于接收所述算力管理平台发送的所述算力资源需求;
其中,所述业务信息包括以下信息中的至少一种:
标识解析二级节点、企业节点以及递归节点的日平均解析量、月平均解析量以及年平均解析量;
标识解析二级节点、企业节点以及递归节点的日最大解析量、月最大解析量以及年最大解析量;
目标边缘算力节点根据所述平均解析量以及最大解析量统计出的网络资源信息。

第三发送模块,用于向所述算力管理平台发送第二注册请求;
所述第二注册请求包括以下信息中的至少一种:
所述目标边缘算力节点的域名系统DNS地址信息、与所述目标边缘 算力节点对应的标识解析二级节点、企业节点与递归节点的DNS地址信息、所述企业节点对应的企业信息以及产品信息。

第四发送模块,用于向所述算力交易平台发送第一注册请求;
所述第一注册请求包括以下信息中的至少一种:
所述目标边缘算力节点的域名系统DNS地址信息、与所述目标边缘算力节点对应的标识解析二级节点、企业节点与递归节点的DNS地址信息、所述企业节点对应的企业信息以及产品信息。

节点分配模块,用于根据所述业务信息,向标识解析二级节点、企业节点、递归节点分配算力资源。

如图8所示,本实施例提供一种算力交易装置,用于执行上述算力交易方法,包括存储器41和处理器42,存储器41中存储有计算机程序,处理器42被设置为运行所述计算机程序以执行实施例1中的算力交易方法,或实现如实施例2中所述的算力交易方法,或实现如实施例3中所述的算力交易方法。
其中,存储器41与处理器42连接,存储器41可采用闪存或只读存储器或其他存储器,处理器42可采用中央处理器或单片机。
实施例8:
如图9所示,本实施例提供一种算力交易系统,包括算力交易平台51、算力管理平台52和目标边缘算力节点53;
所述算力交易平台51用于执行实施例1所述的算力交易方法;
所述算力管理平台52用于执行实施例2所述的算力交易方法;
所述目标边缘算力节点53用于执行实施例3所述的算力交易方法。
实施例2至实施例8提供的算力交易方法、装置及系统,首先接收目标边缘算力节点发送的算力资源申请请求,其中,所述算力资源申请请求中包括所述目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以及算力资源需求;根据所述目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以及算力资源需求生成算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息;将所述算力合约以及算力计费发往所述目 标边缘算力节点以及算力管理平台,以使所述目标边缘算力节点对所述算力合约以及算力计费进行核查后发送购买请求;接收所述目标边缘算力节点发送的购买请求;根据所述购买请求将所述算力分配信息发送至算力管理平台,以使所述算力管理平台根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息向所述目标边缘算力节点分配算力资源,由于本发明在算力交易的过程中加入了算力标识符,并根据算力标识符以及算力资源需求生成算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息,解决了现有的为标识解析计算而进行算力交易的技术存在无法保证算力交易可信的问题。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种算力交易方法,其特征在于,应用于算力交易平台,包括:
    接收目标边缘算力节点发送的算力资源申请请求,其中,所述算力资源申请请求中包括所述目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以及算力资源需求;
    根据所述目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以及算力资源需求生成算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息;
    将所述算力合约以及算力计费发往所述目标边缘算力节点以及算力管理平台,以使所述目标边缘算力节点对所述算力合约以及算力计费进行核查后发送购买请求;
    接收所述目标边缘算力节点发送的购买请求;
    根据所述购买请求将所述算力分配信息发送至算力管理平台,以使所述算力管理平台根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息向所述目标边缘算力节点分配算力资源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述接收目标边缘算力节点发送的算力资源申请请求之前,还包括:
    接收目标边缘算力节点发送的第一注册请求;
    根据所述第一注册请求对所述目标边缘算力节点进行注册。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述第一注册请求包括以下信息中的至少一种:
    所述目标边缘算力节点的域名系统DNS地址信息、与所述目标边缘算力节点对应的标识解析二级节点、企业节点与递归节点的DNS地址信息、所述企业节点对应的企业信息以及产品信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以及算力资源需求生成算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息,包括:
    对所述算力标识符进行验证;
    若所述验证通过,则根据所述算力资源需求生成算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息。
  5. 一种算力交易方法,其特征在于,应用于算力管理平台,包括:
    接收算力交易平台发送的算力合约以及算力计费;其中,所述算力合约以及算力计费是所述算力交易平台在接收到目标边缘算力节点发送的算力资源申请请求之后,根据所述算力资源申请请求中的算力标识符以及算力资源需求生成所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息后发送的;
    接收所述算力交易平台发送的算力分配信息,其中,所述算力分配信息是所述算力交易平台在接收到所述目标边缘算力节点的购买请求之后,根据所述购买请求发送的;
    根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息向目标边缘算力节点分配算力资源。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述接收算力交易平台发送的算力合约以及算力计费之前,还包括:
    接收目标边缘算力节点发送的第二注册请求;
    根据所述第二注册请求对目标边缘算力节点进行注册。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述第二注册请求包括以下信息中的至少一种:
    所述目标边缘算力节点的域名系统DNS地址信息、与所述目标边缘算力节点对应的标识解析二级节点、企业节点与递归节点的DNS地址信息、所述企业节点对应的企业信息以及产品信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述对目标边缘算力节点进行注册之后,还包括:
    接收目标边缘算力节点发送的业务信息;
    根据所述业务信息计算出所述目标边缘算力节点的所述算力资源需求;
    将所述算力资源需求发送至目标边缘算力节点。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述算力交易平台发送的算力分配信息之前,还包括:
    接收所述目标边缘算力节点发送的购买请求;
    所述根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息向目标边缘算力节点分配算力资源,包括:
    根据所述算力合约、算力计费、算力分配信息以及所述购买请求向目标边缘算力节点分配算力资源。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息向目标边缘算力节点分配算力资源之后,还包括:
    获取所述目标边缘算力节点发送的交易反馈;
    根据所述交易反馈、算力合约以及算力计费向所述目标边缘发送费用收取通知;
    接收所述目标边缘算力节点发送的费用。
  11. 一种算力交易方法,其特征在于,应用于目标边缘算力节点,包括:
    向算力交易平台发送算力资源申请请求,其中,所述算力资源申请请求中包括所述目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以及算力资源需求;
    接收算力交易平台发送的算力合约以及算力计费;其中,所述算力合约以及算力计费是所述算力交易平台在接收到目标边缘算力节点发送的算力资源申请请求之后,根据所述算力资源申请请求中的算力标识符以及算力资源需求生成所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息后发送的;
    对所述算力合约以及算力计费进行核查后,向所述算力交易平台发 送购买请求,以使所述算力交易平台根据所述购买请求将所述算力分配信息发送至算力管理平台;
    接收所述算力管理平台根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息分配的算力资源。
  12. 据权利要求11所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述向算力交易平台发送算力资源申请请求之前,还包括:
    接收与所述目标边缘算力节点对应的标识解析二级节点的第三注册请求;
    根据所述第三注册请求对所述标识解析二级节点进行注册;
    注册成功后,为所述标识解析二级节点生成对应的数字证书和私钥;
    将所述数字证书、私钥、目标边缘算力节点的设备信息以及域名系统DNS信息发送至所述标识解析二级节点,以使所述标识解析二级节点生成所述算力标识符;
    获取所述标识解析二级节点发送的所述算力标识符。
  13. 据权利要求12所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取业务信息;
    将所述业务信息发送给算力管理平台,以使所述算力管理平台根据所述业务信息计算出所述目标边缘算力节点的所述算力资源需求;
    接收所述算力管理平台发送的所述算力资源需求;
    其中,所述业务信息包括以下信息中的至少一种:
    标识解析二级节点、企业节点以及递归节点的日平均解析量、月平均解析量以及年平均解析量;
    标识解析二级节点、企业节点以及递归节点的日最大解析量、月最大解析量以及年最大解析量;
    目标边缘算力节点根据所述平均解析量以及最大解析量统计出的网络资源信息。
  14. 据权利要求12所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述将所述 业务信息发送给算力管理平台之前,还包括:
    向所述算力管理平台发送第二注册请求;
    所述第二注册请求包括以下信息中的至少一种:
    所述目标边缘算力节点的域名系统DNS地址信息、与所述目标边缘算力节点对应的标识解析二级节点、企业节点与递归节点的DNS地址信息、所述企业节点对应的企业信息以及产品信息。
  15. 据权利要求13所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述算力管理平台发送的所述算力资源需求之后,还包括:
    向所述算力交易平台发送第一注册请求;
    所述第一注册请求包括以下信息中的至少一种:
    所述目标边缘算力节点的域名系统DNS地址信息、与所述目标边缘算力节点对应的标识解析二级节点、企业节点与递归节点的DNS地址信息、所述企业节点对应的企业信息以及产品信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述算力管理平台根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息分配的算力资源之后,还包括:
    根据所述业务信息,向标识解析二级节点、企业节点、递归节点分配算力资源。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的算力交易方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    向所述算力管理平台发送交易反馈;
    接收算力管理平台发送的费用收取通知;
    根据所述费用收取通知向所述算力管理平台发送费用。
  18. 一种算力交易装置,其特征在于,设置于算力交易平台,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收目标边缘算力节点发送的算力资源申请请求,其中,所述算力资源申请请求中包括所述目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以及算力资源需求;
    合约生成模块,与所述第一接收模块连接,用于根据所述目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以及算力资源需求生成算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息;
    第一发送模块,与所述合约生成模块连接,用于将所述算力合约以及算力计费发往所述目标边缘算力节点以及算力管理平台,以使所述目标边缘算力节点对所述算力合约以及算力计费进行核查后发送购买请求;
    第二接收模块,与所述第一发送模块连接,用于接收所述目标边缘算力节点发送的购买请求;
    第二发送模块,与所述第二接收模块连接,用于根据所述购买请求将所述算力分配信息发送至算力管理平台,以使所述算力管理平台根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息向所述目标边缘算力节点分配算力资源。
  19. 一种算力交易装置,其特征在于,设置于算力管理平台,包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收算力交易平台发送的算力合约以及算力计费;其中,所述算力合约以及算力计费是所述算力交易平台在接收到目标边缘算力节点发送的算力资源申请请求之后,根据所述算力资源申请请求中的算力标识符以及算力资源需求生成所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息后发送的;
    第四接收模块,与所述第三接收模块连接,用于接收所述算力交易平台发送的算力分配信息,其中,所述算力分配信息是所述算力交易平台在接收到所述目标边缘算力节点的购买请求之后,根据所述购买请求发送的;
    算力分配模块,与所述第四接收模块连接,用于根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息向目标边缘算力节点分配算力资源。
  20. 一种算力交易装置,其特征在于,设置于目标边缘算力节点,包括:
    申请模块,用于向算力交易平台发送算力资源申请请求,其中,所述算力资源申请请求中包括所述目标边缘算力节点的算力标识符以及算 力资源需求;
    第五接收模块,与所述申请模块连接,用于接收算力交易平台发送的算力合约以及算力计费;其中,所述算力合约以及算力计费是所述算力交易平台在接收到目标边缘算力节点发送的算力资源申请请求之后,根据所述算力资源申请请求中的算力标识符以及算力资源需求生成所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息后发送的;
    核查模块,与所述第五接收模块连接,用于对所述算力合约以及算力计费进行核查后,向所述算力交易平台发送购买请求,以使所述算力交易平台根据所述购买请求将所述算力分配信息发送至算力管理平台;
    第六接收模块,与所述核查模块连接,用于接收所述算力管理平台根据所述算力合约、算力计费以及算力分配信息分配的算力资源。
  21. 一种算力交易装置,其特征在于,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为运行所述计算机程序以实现如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的算力交易方法,或实现如权利要求5-10中任一项所述的算力交易方法,或实现如权利要求11-17中任一项所述的算力交易方法。
  22. 一种算力交易系统,其特征在于,包括算力交易平台、算力管理平台以及目标边缘算力节点;
    所述算力交易平台用于执行权利要求1-4中任一项所述的算力交易方法;
    所述算力管理平台用于执行权利要求5-10中任一项所述的算力交易方法;
    所述目标边缘算力节点用于执行权利要求11-17中任一项所述的算力交易方法。
