参见图1-图6,本发明一种智能心肺复苏培训考核系统的实施例,包括机柜壳体7、CPR模拟人11、AED模拟机14、开关电源、触摸显示屏1及控制系统,在机柜壳体11上部的前面板上设置人体感应器2、摄像头4及身份证读卡器6,在机柜壳体7上部的两侧壁上各设置一个喇叭10,AED模拟机14、触摸显示屏1、喇叭10、人体感应器2、摄像头4及身份证读卡器6均与所述控制系统连接。触摸显示屏1及控制系统设置在机柜壳体7的上部,机柜壳体7下部的腔体前面设置的柜门为下翻门9,CPR模拟人11及AED模拟机14设置在下翻门9的内侧面上。在CPR模拟人11内设置CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11,CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11与所述控制系统通过串口通讯线缆连接。所述控制系统包括CPR训练模块、CPR考核模块、AED训练模块、AED考核模块、触摸屏驱动模块及视频播放模块。
进一步地,如图1、图5所示,上述CPR模拟人11包括头部壳体及躯干壳体,所述躯干壳体内设置压缩弹簧11.3,压缩弹簧11.3的下端固定在所述躯干壳体的背部内侧面上,压缩弹簧11.3的上端依次设置按压板11.10和胸部板11.4。在按压板11.10下方设置按压深度传感器11.7,用于检测用户进行CPR训练或考核时手部按压按压板11.10的深度;在胸部板11.4的底面上设置按压位置传感器,用于感应用户进行CPR训练或考核时手部按压在胸部板11.4上的位置。在头部壳体的口部上伸入一吹气管,CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11上设置气压传感器,所述吹气管与所述气压传感器的进气端口连通,用于检测人工呼吸的吹气压力。上述CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11包括中央控制器及传感器信号处理模块,所述传感器信号处理模块与所述的按压深度传感器11.7、按压位置传感器及气压传感器相连接。在CPR模拟人11的躯干壳体上设置指示灯11.2和带灯按钮开关11.8,按下带灯按钮开关11.8将CPR模拟人11接通开关电源,此时指示灯11.2点亮。
具体而言:如图5所示,上述CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11设置在所述躯干壳体的背部内侧面上,按压深度传感器11.7采用超声波探头,所述的超声波探头包括设置所述按压板11.10底面上的超声波发射端和设置在CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11上的超声波接收端。所述按压位置传感器包括设置在一敞口壳体内的电路板和若干个导电硅橡胶块,所述导电硅橡胶块镶嵌到胸部板11.4的底面上中间部位及周边部位,所述敞口壳体以可拆卸方式安装在所述胸部板11.4的底面上,并全部覆盖所述导电硅橡胶块,所述电路板与所述传感器信号处理模块连接。所述按压板11.10为塑胶材料制成,胸部板11.4为硅胶材料制成,胸部板11.4覆盖在按压板11.10上方,在胸部板11.4的上方覆盖胸部蒙皮。
进行CPR训练或考核时,操作者手部按压胸部板11.4和按压板11.10,按压板11.10上的超声波发射端发射超声波,设置在CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11上的超声波接收端接收超声波,CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11根据从发射到接收的时间换算出按压板11.10与CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11的间距,并发送到控制系统,控制系统根据设定距离数值判断按压深度正确或按压过大、或按压过小,并由控制系统控制喇叭10进行语音提示。当操作者手部按压胸部板11.4时,若按在胸部板11.4的中间部位,则胸部板11.4底面中间的导电硅橡胶块与敞口壳体内的电路板中部接触,使电路板中部相邻的触发导通电路导通,CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11收到中部触发导通电路导通信号,说明按压位置正确。当操作者手部按压胸部板11.4时,若按在胸部板11.4的周边部位,则胸部板11.4底面周边的导电硅橡胶块与敞口壳体内的电路板的周边接触,使电路板周边相邻的触发导通电路导通,CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11收到周边触发导通电路导通信号,说明按压位置偏离,并由控制系统控制喇叭10进行语音提示。
如图2、图3及图5所示,上述的AED模拟机14包括盒体、盒体内的主机、与所述主机连接的两片电极片14.2,两片电极片14.2用于贴附在CPR模拟人11的胸部板11.4上进行模拟除颤操作。所述盒体设置上盖,在所述主机上设置按钮开关14.1和电击按钮,所述盒体设置在下翻门9内面靠近CPR模拟人11的头部壳体位置上。在胸部板11.4上设置两个AED电极片位置传感器11.6,用于感应AED模拟机14上的两个电极片14.2贴附位置的信号;所述CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11包括中央控制器及传感器信号处理模块,所述传感器信号处理模块与所述的AED电极片位置传感器11.6连接。可以在AED电极片位置检测装置11.6上覆盖保护盖板11.4。
优选地,上述的AED电极片位置传感器11.6包括设置在胸部板11.4上的两个霍尔传感器及设置在两个电极片14.2上的磁铁。所述CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11设置在所述躯干壳体的背部内侧面上。
如图4所示,在上述CPR模拟人11的躯干壳体上设置第一航空插座11.9和第二航空插座11.1,第一航空插座11.9和第二航空插座11.1均与CPR模拟人控制电路板11.11中的传感器信号处理模块连接,使用时,CPR模拟人11上的第一航空插座11.9与所述控制系统引出的第一航空插头插接;AED模拟机14主机接出的信号线18一端上设置第二航空插头18.2,第二航空插头18.2与CPR模拟人11上的第二航空插座11.1插接,第二航空插头18.2与AED模拟机14主机连接端上设置尼龙防水接头18。
更进一步地,如图1所示,上述机柜壳体7为立式方形壳体,机柜壳体7的中部为AED储存箱8,AED储存箱8前面设置箱门,在AED储存箱8内放置AED,上述开关电源设置在机柜壳体7的上腔体内,开关电源用于与市电连接,并将交流电转换成低压直流电,为本发明的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统供电。在机柜壳体7的顶部设置警报器3,警报器3通过电源连接线与述开关电源连接,AED储存箱8的箱门上设置电控锁8.1,电控锁8.1与所述控制系统连接,通过所述控制系统控制电控锁8.1打开AED储存箱8的箱门,并使警报器3通电报警。 
具体而言:如图2所示,上述下翻门9内面的两侧边上各设置1个铰链16,有两根液压杆17的一端分别与两个铰链16连接,两根液压杆17的另一端分别与所述机柜下腔体对应的内侧面铰接,所述液压杆17采用液压阻尼器,目的是降低下翻门9的开启速度,确保下翻门9开启过程平稳和落地过程轻缓。下翻门9上或机柜壳体7上设置电控门锁,所述电控门锁通过所述CPR模拟人控制电路板与所述控制系统连接,通过所述控制系统控制所述电控门锁使下翻门9自动弹开。
为了方便开启和关闭下翻门9,在下翻门9一端的外侧和内侧设置外把手9.1和内把手9.2。如图2所示,为操作者创造舒适的操作条件,在下翻门9内面上靠近CPR模拟人11的躯干壳体一侧设置海绵垫15,优选地,海绵垫15的厚度为10-20毫米,海绵垫15的长度为400-600毫米,宽度为200-400毫米。使用时,操作者跪在海绵垫15进行操作,膝盖不易受伤。在上述机柜壳体7两侧设置机柜把手7.1,便于移动机柜。
上述触摸显示屏1及控制系统配置为平板电脑,在机柜壳体7的顶部设置天线5,用于平板电脑通过Wifi技术接入到无线局域网中。
优选地,上述的平板电脑包括一个主屏幕和一个附加屏幕,所述主屏幕与平板电脑的主机为一体机结构,并设置在所述机柜壳体上部的腔体中,平板电脑还可以与机柜壳体铰接,用于实现所述平板电脑的倾斜角度可调。所述附加屏幕设置在所述下翻门9内面上,所述附加屏幕与所述下翻门9以可拆卸方式连接,附加屏幕与平板电脑的主机连接。

  1. 一种智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,包括机柜壳体、CPR模拟人、AED模拟机、开关电源、触摸显示屏及控制系统,在所述机柜壳体上部的前面板上设置人体感应器、摄像头及身份证读卡器,在所述机柜壳体上部的两侧壁上各设置一个喇叭,所述AED模拟机、触摸显示屏、喇叭、人体感应器、摄像头及身份证读卡器均与所述控制系统连接,所述机柜壳体的上部设置所述触摸显示屏及控制系统,所述机柜壳体下部的腔体前面设置的柜门为下翻门,所述CPR模拟人及AED模拟机设置在所述下翻门的内侧面上,其特征在于,所述CPR模拟人内设置CPR模拟人控制电路板,所述CPR模拟人控制电路板与所述控制系统通过串口通讯线缆连接;所述控制系统包括CPR训练模块、CPR考核模块、AED训练模块、AED考核模块、触摸屏驱动模块及视频播放模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,其特征在于,所述CPR模拟人包括头部壳体及躯干壳体,所述躯干壳体内设置压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧的下端固定在所述躯干壳体的背部内侧面上,所述压缩弹簧的上端依次设置按压板和胸部板,所述按压板下方设置按压深度传感器,用于检测用户进行CPR训练或考核时手部按压所述按压板的深度;在所述胸部板的底面上设置按压位置传感器,用于感应用户进行CPR训练或考核时手部按压在所述胸部板上的位置;所述头部壳体的口部上伸入一吹气管,所述CPR模拟人控制电路板上设置气压传感器,所述吹气管与所述气压传感器的进气端口连通,用于检测人工呼吸的吹气压力;所述CPR模拟人控制电路板包括中央控制器及传感器信号处理模块,所述传感器信号处理模块与所述的按压深度传感器、按压位置传感器及气压传感器相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,其特征在于,所述CPR模拟人控制电路板设置在所述躯干壳体的背部内侧面上,所述按压深度传感器采用超声波探头,所述的超声波探头包括设置所述按压板底面上的超声波探头发射端和设置在所述CPR模拟人控制电路板上的超声波探头接收端;所述按压位置传感器包括设置在一敞口壳体内的电路板和若干个导电硅橡胶块,所述导电硅橡胶块镶嵌到所述胸部板的底面上中间部位及周边部位,所述敞口壳体以可拆卸方式安装在所述胸部板的底面上,并全部覆盖所述导电硅橡胶块,所述电路板与所述传感器信号处理模块连接;所述按压板为塑胶材料制成,所述胸部板为硅胶材料制成,所述胸部板覆盖在所述按压板上方,所述胸部板的上方覆盖胸部蒙皮。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,其特征在于,所述AED模拟机包括盒体、盒体内的主机、与所述主机连接的两片电极片,所述盒体设置上盖,在所述主机上设置按钮开关和电击按钮,所述盒体设置在所述下翻门内面靠近所述CPR模拟人的头部位置上;在所述胸部板上设置两个AED电极片位置传感器,用于感应所述AED模拟机上的两个电极片贴附位置的信号;所述CPR模拟人控制电路板包括中央控制器及传感器信号处理模块,所述传感器信号处理模块与所述的AED电极片位置传感器连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,其特征在于,所述的AED电极片位置传感器包括设置在所述胸部板上的两个霍尔传感器及设置在两个所述电极片上的磁铁;所述CPR模拟人控制电路板设置在所述躯干壳体的背部内侧面上,所述按压板为塑胶材料制成,所述胸部板为硅胶材料制成,所述胸部板覆盖在所述按压板上方,所述胸部板的上方覆盖胸部蒙皮。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,其特征在于,所述CPR模拟人的躯干壳体上设置第一航空插座和第二航空插座,所述第一航空插座和第二航空插座均与所述CPR模拟人控制电路板中的传感器信号处理模块连接;所述AED模拟机主机接出的信号线一端上连接第二航空插头,所述第二航空插头与所述第二航空插座插接,所述控制系统引出的第一航空插头与所述第一航空插座插接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,其特征在于,所述机柜壳体为立式方形壳体,所述机柜壳体的中部为AED储存箱,所述AED储存箱前面设置箱门,所述AED储存箱内放置AED,在所述机柜壳体的顶部设置警报器,所述警报器通过电源连接线与所述开关电源连接,所述AED储存箱的箱门上设置电控锁,所述电控锁与所述控制系统连接,通过所述控制系统控制所述电控锁打开所述箱门,并使所述警报器通电报警。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,其特征在于,所述下翻门内面的至少一侧边上设置铰链,有一根液压杆的一端与所述铰链连接,所述液压杆的另一端与所述机柜下腔体对应的内侧面铰接,所述液压杆采用液压阻尼器;所述的下翻门上或所述机柜壳体上设置电控门锁,所述电控门锁通过所述CPR模拟人控制电路板与所述控制系统连接,通过所述控制系统控制所述电控门锁使所述下翻门自动弹开。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,其特征在于,所述下翻门内面上靠近所述CPR模拟人的躯干壳体一侧设置海绵垫;所述机柜壳体下部的腔体内侧壁上设置消毒液瓶和一次性CPR屏障消毒面膜盒。
  10. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,其特征在于,所述触摸显示屏及控制系统配置为平板电脑,在所述机柜壳体的顶部设置天线,用于平板电脑通过Wifi技术接入到无线局域网中;所述控制系统还包括无线通讯模块,所述无线通讯模块与所述天线连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统,其特征在于,所述平板电脑包括一个主屏幕和一个附加屏幕,所述主屏幕与平板电脑的主机为一体机结构,并设置在所述机柜壳体上部的腔体中,所述附加屏幕设置在所述下翻门内面上,所述附加屏幕与所述下翻门以可拆卸方式连接,所述附加屏幕与所述平板电脑的主机连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的智能心肺复苏培训考核系统的培训考核方法, 所述的培训考核方法包括CPR训练方法和CPR考核方法,其特征在于,所述CPR训练方法包括如下步骤:

    步骤1:用户AED培训结束后,用户点击触摸显示屏主页面上的“AED考核”,系统弹出对话框“请将您的身份证放置在身份证刷卡区”; 喇叭开始播放指示语音:“请将您的身份证放置在身份证刷卡区”;如果30秒内身份证阅读器没有识别到有效身份证,对话框应关闭,返回到“主页面”;
    步骤2:用户刷身份证后,系统转至“AED考核”页面;喇叭开始播放指示语音:“AED考核,需要您使用AED模拟机对模拟人进行模拟电击除颤,您做好准备了吗?如果准备好了,请点击‘开始考核’”;
    步骤3:用户点击“开始考核”后,喇叭开始播放指示语音:“电控门锁已经打开,请您慢慢拉开柜门,放平至地面,现在,请您跪在柜门上的海绵垫上,开始操作”;
    步骤4:用户打开AED模拟机的上盖后,“AED考核”页面上显示为“打开上盖正确”, 喇叭开始播放指示语音:“现在,请继续操作”;
    步骤5:用户贴附两个电极片,系统检测到电极片被正确贴附后,“AED考核”页面上显示为“粘贴电极片正确”, 喇叭开始播放指示语音:“现在,请勿碰触模拟人,心电图分析中”,数秒钟后,喇叭开始播放指示语音:“建议电击,请按下电击按钮,实施电击”;
    步骤6:用户按下AED模拟机的电击按钮,系统检测到电击按钮被正确按压后,“AED训练”页面上显示为“按下电击按钮正确”,喇叭开始播放指示语音:“电击完成;现在,请您将电极片妥善处理,放回到AED模拟机中,合上AED模拟机的上盖”;
    步骤7:用户合上AED模拟机的上盖后,喇叭开始播放指示语音:“AED考核结束,现在,请您点击‘退出考核’”;
    步骤8:用户点击“退出考核”后,喇叭开始播放指示语音:“请您慢慢拉起柜门,并稳稳关上柜门”,系统退出至主页面。
