发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本申请提供一种化妆品涂抹头,该涂抹头包括导料部和涂抹部,导料部采用盲孔导料,因此便于控制化妆物料的出料量,且不会出现漏料、喷料等现象。

可选地,导料部11采用材料A制备而成,涂抹部12采用材料B制备而成,材料A的平均孔径大于材料B的平均孔径。材料A和材料B可以为不同类材质,也可为具有不同孔径的同类材质。利用平均孔径较大的材料A制作导料部11,便于导料部顺利导料;利用平均孔径较小的材料B制作涂抹部12,便于涂抹部将物料均匀地涂抹于化妆部位。现有技术的涂抹头采用一种材料制成,为了保证物料顺利导出至涂抹头顶部,用户习惯使用涂抹头顶部进行化妆,因此涂抹头内设有通孔;本申请中利用盲孔替代了通孔,同时为了解决导料困难的问题,本申请中将涂抹头主体10分成导料部11和涂抹部12两个部分,并分别将导料部11和涂抹部12使用不同孔径 的材料制成,导料部11和涂抹部12之间通过胶水粘合在一起,这样,化妆物料通过盲孔13导入导料部11,再由导料部11将物料导入涂抹部;同时还带来另一有益效果,不同孔径的导料部11和涂抹部12的化妆效果不同,导料部11涂抹物料时更加地迅速,涂抹部12涂抹物料时更加地细致和均匀,用户可以根据自己的喜好或物料的性质来选择采用涂抹头不同部位进行化妆,也可先利用导料部11快速地化妆,再利用涂抹部12细致地化妆,因此本涂抹头提高了化妆速度、化妆效率且适用范围更加广泛。
可选地,材料A和材料B选自丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶、天然橡胶、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、胶乳、硅胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯醇、丁腈橡胶、丁基橡胶、氯丁二烯橡胶、聚烯烃和聚氨酯中的任一种材料制成。即材料A和材料B采用丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(NBR)、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)、天然橡胶(NR)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚乙烯(PE)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、胶乳、硅胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、丁腈橡胶、丁基橡胶、氯丁二烯橡胶(氯丁橡胶)、聚烯烃(PO)和聚氨酯(PU)中任一种材料制成,且材料A的平均孔径大于材料B的平均孔径。或材料A和材料B选自棉花、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酰胺、尼龙、聚酯、丝绸和人造丝中的任一种材料制成。
可选的,导料部11和涂抹部12之间可以采用胶水粘贴在一起。
实施例1:涂抹部12设于导料部11的顶部,盲孔13开设于导料部11内。即涂抹部12位于导料部11的上端,如图1-2所示,涂抹头本体10由圆柱形和半球形状组合而成;半球形状位于圆柱形状的上方,涂抹部12呈圆顶状,即涂抹部为半球形状的一部分,其余部分为导料部11,盲孔13开设于导料部11的中心位置,盲孔 13的下端连通于化妆品容器内的化妆物料,盲孔13的上端可以连通于涂抹部12,也可以不连通于涂抹部12。
实施例2:导料部11设于涂抹部12的顶部,盲孔13开设于涂抹部12内且盲孔13连通于导料部11。即导料部11位于涂抹部12的上端,如图3-4所示,涂抹头本体10由圆柱形状和半球形状组合而成;半球形状位于圆柱形状的上方,导料部11呈圆顶状,即导料部为半球形状的一部分,其余部分为涂抹部12,盲孔13开设于涂抹部12的中心位置,盲孔13的下端连通于化妆品容器内的化妆物料,盲孔13的上端连通于导料部11。
涂抹部12环绕于导料部11的四周壁或四周壁的一部分,盲孔13开设于导料部11内。实施例3:涂抹头本体10由圆柱形状和半球形状组合而成;如图5-6所示,涂抹部12位于导料部11的一侧,即涂抹部12是导料部11四周壁的一部分,盲孔13位于导料部11内部而与涂抹部12并不连通;实施例4:如图7-8所示,涂抹部12也可位于导料部11的两侧,实施例5:如图9-10涂抹部12围绕导料部11的一整圈,即涂抹部12的内部设有通槽,而导料部11刚好置于通槽内,导料部11的顶部是展现于外部的,盲孔13开设于导料部11而与涂抹部12并不连通。
实施例6:如图11-12所示,导料部11设于涂抹部12的内部,盲孔13开设于导料部11内。涂抹头本体10由圆柱形状和半球形状组合而成;导料部11完全位于涂抹部12的内部,即涂抹部12的内部设有盲槽,而导料部11刚好置于盲槽内,导料部11完全不与外界接触,盲孔13开设于导料部11而与涂抹部12并不连通。
实施例7:如图13所示,涂抹部12位于导料部11的一侧,盲孔13分别部分开设于导料部11和涂抹部12内。涂抹头本体10由圆柱形状和半球形状组合而成;导料部11完全位于涂抹部12的一侧,盲孔13部分位于导料部11内,部门位于涂抹部12内,可选 地,导料部11与涂抹部12沿着涂抹头本体10的中心轴线对称布置,即涂抹头本体10沿中心轴线一分为二,两部分结构完全相同。
可选地,导料部11采用聚氨酯材料制备而成,涂抹部12采用丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶材料制备而成;在本实施方式中,导料部11和涂抹部12采用不同的材料制备而成,利用不易渗透物料的丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(NBR)材料制成涂抹部12利于均匀且柔和地涂抹化妆物料,利用渗透率高的聚氨酯(PU)材料制成导料部11利于化妆物料的渗透,可选地,PU材料为PU海绵。或导料部11采用第一聚氨酯材料制备而成,涂抹部12采用第二聚氨酯材料制备而成,第一聚氨酯材料的平均孔径大于第二聚氨酯材料的平均孔径。在本实施方式中,导料部11和涂抹部12采用孔径不同的同一类材料制备而成,孔径较大的材料制作导料部11,而孔径较小的材料制作涂抹部12,保证了涂抹头的导料以及涂抹功能。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种化妆品涂抹头,所述化妆品涂抹头安装于化妆品容器上,其特征在于:所述涂抹头包括涂抹头本体(10),所述涂抹头本体(10)内设有盲孔(13),所述涂抹头本体(10)包括固定连接的导料部(11)和涂抹部(12),所述盲孔(13)连通于所述导料部(11)和所述化妆品容器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品涂抹头,其特征在于:所述导料部(11)采用材料A制备而成,所述涂抹部(12)采用材料B制备而成,所述材料A的平均孔径大于所述材料B的平均孔径。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的化妆品涂抹头,其特征在于:所述材料A和所述材料B选自丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶、天然橡胶、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、胶乳、硅胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯醇、丁腈橡胶、丁基橡胶、氯丁二烯橡胶、聚烯烃和聚氨酯中的任一种材料制成。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的化妆品涂抹头,其特征在于:所述材料A和所述材料B选自棉花、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酰胺、尼龙、聚酯、丝绸和人造丝中的任一种材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品涂抹头,其特征在于:所述涂抹部(12)设于所述导料部(11)的顶部,所述盲孔(13)开设于所述导料部(11)内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品涂抹头,其特征在于:所述导料部(11)设于所述涂抹部(12)的顶部,所述盲孔(13)开设于所述涂抹部(12)内且所述盲孔(13)连通于所述导料部(11)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品涂抹头,其特征在于:所述涂抹部(12)环绕于所述导料部(11)的四周壁或四周壁的一部分, 所述盲孔(13)开设于所述导料部(11)内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品涂抹头,其特征在于:所述导料部(11)设于所述涂抹部(12)的内部,所述盲孔(13)开设于所述导料部(11)内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品涂抹头,其特征在于:所述涂抹部(12)位于所述导料部(11)的一侧,所述盲孔(13)分别部分开设于所述导料部(11)和所述涂抹部(12)内。
  10. 根据权利要求5-9中任一项所述的化妆品涂抹头,其特征在于:所述导料部(11)采用聚氨酯材料制备而成,所述涂抹部(12)采用丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶材料制备而成;或所述导料部(11)采用第一聚氨酯材料制备而成,所述涂抹部(12)采用第二聚氨酯材料制备而成,所述第一聚氨酯材料的平均孔径大于所述第二聚氨酯材料的平均孔径。
