伸缩组件,连接在固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间;伸缩组件包括两个交叉铰接在一起的转动杆,两个转动杆之间能够相互转动以使活动外侧板具有朝固定内侧板靠近的收拢状态以及朝远离固定内侧板方向移动的打开状态;在固定内侧板的内壁和活动外侧板的内壁上均设有上下相隔的上支座和下支座;上支座上设有纵向的导槽;转动杆的端部设有与导槽滑动配合的导销;任意一根转动杆的其中一端与上支座滑动配合,转动杆的另一端铰接在与该导向座斜向相对的下支座上;在其中一个导向座的导槽端部设有水平的限位槽口;
辅助弹簧,设置在固定内侧板与活动外侧板之间,在活动外侧板相对远离固定内侧板时,辅助弹簧变形产生弹力;
扶手外套,同时包覆在固定内侧板和活动外侧板外;且扶手外套位于固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间的部分形成扶手柔性支撑部;
使用状态下,所述活动外侧板处于打开状态,扶手柔性支撑部相应张紧;活动外侧板由收拢位置相对固定内侧板移动至打开位置使导销滑动至导槽的端部;所述辅助弹簧相应拉伸形变并提供活动外侧板水平回复的拉力,使导销具有水平移动并卡入限位槽口。
作为优选,所述的导槽纵向倾斜设置;且由上往下,任意一条导槽朝转动杆的中心方向延伸倾斜。使得导销运动更顺畅;且辅助弹力将使导销将会优先的水平卡入限位槽口内。
作为优选,所述辅助弹簧倾斜设置在固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间。
作为优选,所述辅助弹簧水平设置在固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间。
作为优选,在所述的固定内侧板的上端和活动外侧板的下端还分别设有挂钩座;挂钩座与上支座和下支座水平相隔;所述辅助弹簧的两端分别连接在挂钩座上;避免辅助弹簧与伸缩组件相干涉。
有益效果
采用了上述技术方案的本发明的设计出发点、理念及有益效果是:
本发明的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,通过在固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间连接所述的伸缩组件,使活动外侧板具有朝固定内侧板靠近的收拢状态,以及具有远离固定内侧板的打开状态;且在活动外侧板和固定内侧板之间包覆扶手外套,活动外侧板、固定内侧板及伸缩组件均被隐藏在扶手外套内,使得扶手组件简约美观,与传统扶手无差别。且扶手外套具有位于活动外侧板和固定内侧板之间的扶手柔性支撑部;当该扶手组件处于使用状态时,所述的活动外侧板处于打开状态,所述柔性支撑部处于张紧状态;此时扶手组件的自身厚度最大,能够最为常规扶手进行支撑使用。而当需要对扶手组件进行打包运输时,只需通过伸缩组件使得活动外侧板朝固定内侧板移动至收拢状态,所述的扶手柔性支撑部将会相应处于松弛状态;此时扶手组件的厚度最小;从而能够起到压缩扶手厚度,减小扶手组件自身体积的作用;使得在包装运输时,能够最大化的减小部件的包装体积。
再进一步说,在固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间设置了辅助弹簧,设置辅助弹簧的意义在于,如果没有上述辅助弹簧,把活动外侧板拉出后,还需要用手往回拍击,才能使导销进入限位槽口内进行限位;设置了上述辅助弹簧,也就省去了人手把活动外侧板拉出后,再往回拍击帮助复位的动作。
其次,本发明的扶手组件,只有两侧的固定内侧板和活动外侧板为板材结构;而在固定内侧板与活动外侧板之间不再有其它板材结构,区别于传统的木质框架扶手那样,前后左右上下整体都是木板围合固定而成;从而可以节约板材,节省成本;使得扶手组件整体更加轻质。

本发明的实施方式
如图1-9所示,本发明提供了一种可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,所述的扶手组件A包括连接在沙发主体B侧部的固定内侧板1、与固定内侧板1平行且左右间隔的活动外侧板2、伸缩组件3以及扶手外套4;其中,所述的伸缩组件3连接在固定内侧板1和活动外侧板2之间,该伸缩组件3配置为使活动外侧板2具有朝固定内侧板1靠近的收拢状态,以及具有远离固定内侧板1的打开状态;且所述的扶手外套4包覆在活动外侧板2和固定内侧板1之间,活动外侧板2、固定内侧板1及伸缩组件3均被隐藏在扶手外套4内,使得扶手组件A简约美观。且扶手外套4具有位于活动外侧板2和固定内侧板1之间的扶手柔性支撑部4a;当该扶手组件A处于使用状态时,所述的活动外侧板2处于打开状态,所述扶手柔性支撑部4a处于张紧状态;此时扶手组件A的自身厚度最大,能够最为常规扶手进行支撑使用。而当需要对扶手组件A进行打包运输时,只需通过伸缩组件3使得活动外侧板2朝固定内侧板1移动至收拢状态,所述的扶手柔性支撑部4a将会相应处于松弛状态;此时扶手组件A的厚度最小;从而能够起到压缩扶手厚度,减小扶手组件A自身体积的作用;使得在包装运输时,能够最大化的减小部件的包装体积。
如图2-8所示,所述的伸缩组件3为左右对称式结构,伸缩组件3包括两个左右相间隔的连接板5,以及设置在两个连接板5之间的两根交叉铰接在一起的转动杆6;具体是指:在每个连接板5上设有上、下相隔的上支座7和下支座8;如图5、6所示,在所述的每个连接板5的上支座7上设有纵向的导槽9,且在每根转动杆6的上端相应设有能够穿设并滑动配合在导槽9内的导销10;两根转动杆6各自的中心处铰接在一起,任意一根转动杆6的上端与其中一个连接板5上的导槽9滑动配合,而转动杆6的下端铰接在另外一个连接板5的下支座8上。从而使得如图5-8所示,通过控制两个转动杆6之间相互转动,任意一个转动杆6上端能够沿导槽9上下滑移,从而使得两个连接板5之间能够收拢及打开;且如图6所示,在所述的导槽9的底端还设有能够与导销10卡接的限位槽口13;使用状态下,所述的导销10沿导槽9向下移动至与该限位槽口13卡接。从而能够对导销10进行限位,避免使用状态下,活动外侧2轻易向内活动,起到止退作用;而当由使用状态向包装状态转换时,可用力向内撞击活动外侧板2,使导销 10 脱开限位槽口13,导销10即可沿导槽9反向复位。如图2所示,该伸缩组件3具体应用在扶手组件A内时,将其中一个连接板5连接在固定内侧板1的外侧壁上,将另外一个连接板5连接固定在活动外侧板2的内侧壁上;从而使得活动外侧板2能够相对固定内侧板1靠近收拢或向外打开;且直接作用于活动外侧板2即可,调节操作十分方便。再者,在活动外侧板2与固定内侧板1之间至少设有两组伸缩组件3,伸缩组件3还起到连接活动外侧板2和固定内侧板1的作用,从而能够使得结构连接更加稳固。
再者,如图1-4所示;所述的活动外侧板2与固定内侧板1之间装配好后,在两者的外部之间包覆所述的扶手外套4,所述的扶手外套4为皮套;从而使得活动外侧板2、固定内侧板1以及扶手外套4三者之间形成立体形状的扶手组件A;活动外侧板2、固定内侧板1及伸缩组件3均被遮盖在扶手外套4内,使得扶手组件A与常规扶手外观没有差别,结构简约美观。此外,所述扶手外套4还具有分别位于扶手柔性支撑部4a两侧的与固定内侧板1贴覆连接的内连接部,以及与活动外侧板2贴覆连接的外连接部。使得扶手外套4左右两侧部分是分别贴覆在固定内侧板1和活动外侧板2上的,结构美观;也使得扶手柔性支撑部4a也能够更好的响应活动外侧板2的运动相应张紧或收拢。且在所述的扶手组件A外侧壁处还设有一控制拉手11,该控制拉手11缝制在相应位置的扶手外套4上;继而用户通过拉动该控制拉手11,能够很方便的控制活动外侧板2移动,使得调节操作更加轻松省力。
且如图9所示,在扶手组件A在使用状态下,进一步的在所述的扶手柔性支撑部4a上端放置有扶手软垫12,该扶手软垫12沿左右方向横跨在固定内侧板1和活动外侧板2上。继而使用状态下,用户能够将手臂放置在扶手软垫12上,使用舒适;且固定内侧板1和活动外侧板2能够有效支撑扶手软垫12,保证支撑强度。
再进一步说,如图10所示,在固定内侧板1与活动外侧板2之间设置有辅助弹簧20,在活动外侧板2相对远离固定内侧板1时,辅助弹簧20变形产生弹力;具体的说,所述辅助弹簧20倾斜设置在固定内侧板1和活动外侧板2之间,在所述的固定内侧板1的上端和活动外侧板2的下端还分别设有挂钩座21;挂钩座21与上支座7和下支座8水平相隔;所述辅助弹簧20的两端分别连接在挂钩座21上;这样辅助弹簧20斜着设置,当活动外侧板2远离固定内侧板1时,辅助弹簧20发生变形产生水平方向分力,使得活动外侧板2回退,也就使得导销10自动卡入限位槽口13内。
再另一种实施方式,如图11所示,所述辅助弹簧20水平设置在固定内侧板1和活动外侧板2之间,同样也可以起到上述效果。
继而使得厂家对坐具包装运输时,将扶手保持在收拢状态下,能够缩小扶手厚度,减小包装体积。当用户收到坐具后,直接拉动活动外侧板即可使得扶手自动限位在打开状态;且用户将扶手打开后也不考虑再次收回去,拉出来后就一直保持在打开状态下使用坐具。
 

Claims (15)

  1. 一种可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:所述的扶手组件包括:
    固定内侧板,配置为连接在沙发主体的侧部;
    活动外侧板,与固定内侧板平行且左右相间隔;
    伸缩组件,连接在固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间;伸缩组件包括两个交叉铰接在一起的转动杆,两个转动杆之间能够相互转动以使活动外侧板具有朝固定内侧板靠近的收拢状态以及朝远离固定内侧板方向移动的打开状态;
    扶手外套,同时包覆在内侧板和外侧板外;且扶手外套位于内侧板和外侧板之间的部分形成扶手柔性支撑部;
    使用状态下,所述活动外侧板处于打开状态,扶手柔性支撑部相应张紧;包装状态下,使活动外侧板与固定内侧板之间收拢以压缩扶手组件的厚度,扶手柔性支撑部相应松弛。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:所述固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间设有至少两组伸缩组件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:所述扶手外套为布套或皮套。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:所述伸缩组件为左右对称式结构,伸缩组件还包括两个左右间隔且分别与固定内侧板的外侧壁和活动外侧壁的内侧壁连接的连接板;所述的两根转动杆沿左右方向设置在两个连接板之间;两根转动杆各自的中心处铰接在一起;且任意一根转动杆的其中一端与其中一个连接板铰接,转动杆的另一端与另一个连接板纵向滑动配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:在每个连接板上设有上、下相隔的上支座和下支座;所述上支座上设有纵向的导槽,每根转动杆的上端相应设有能够滑动配合在导槽内的导销。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:在所述的导槽的底端设有能够与导销卡接的限位槽口;使用状态下,所述的导销沿导槽向下移动至与该限位槽口卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:所述扶手外套还具有分别位于扶手柔性支撑部两侧的与固定内侧板贴覆连接的内连接部,以及与活动外侧板贴覆连接的外连接部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:在所述的扶手组件外侧还设有一控制拉手,该控制拉手缝制在相应位置的扶手外套上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:使用状态下,所述扶手外套、活动外侧板以及固定内侧板三者形成立体矩形结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:使用状态下,在所述的扶手柔性支撑部上端放置有扶手软垫,该扶手软垫沿左右方向横跨在固定内侧板和活动外侧板上。
  11. 一种可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:所述的扶手组件包括:
    固定内侧板,配置为连接在沙发主体的侧部;
    活动外侧板,与固定内侧板平行且左右相间隔;
    伸缩组件,连接在固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间;伸缩组件包括两个交叉铰接在一起的转动杆,两个转动杆之间能够相互转动以使活动外侧板具有朝固定内侧板靠近的收拢状态以及朝远离固定内侧板方向移动的打开状态;在固定内侧板的内壁和活动外侧板的内壁上均设有上下相隔的上支座和下支座;上支座上设有纵向的导槽;转动杆的端部设有与导槽滑动配合的导销;任意一根转动杆的其中一端与上支座滑动配合,转动杆的另一端铰接在与该导向座斜向相对的下支座上;在其中一个导向座的导槽端部设有水平的限位槽口;
    辅助弹簧,设置在固定内侧板与活动外侧板之间,在活动外侧板相对远离固定内侧板时,辅助弹簧变形产生弹力;
    扶手外套,同时包覆在固定内侧板和活动外侧板外;且扶手外套位于固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间的部分形成扶手柔性支撑部;
    使用状态下,所述活动外侧板处于打开状态,扶手柔性支撑部相应张紧;活动外侧板由收拢位置相对固定内侧板移动至打开位置使导销滑动至导槽的端部;所述辅助弹簧相应拉伸形变并提供活动外侧板水平回复的拉力,使导销具有水平移动并卡入限位槽口。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:所述的导槽纵向倾斜设置;且由上往下,任意一条导槽朝转动杆的中心方向延伸倾斜。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:所述辅助弹簧倾斜设置在固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:所述辅助弹簧水平设置在固定内侧板和活动外侧板之间。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的可伸缩调节的沙发扶手组件,其特征在于:在所述的固定内侧板的上端和活动外侧板的下端还分别设有挂钩座;挂钩座与上支座和下支座水平相隔;所述辅助弹簧的两端分别连接在挂钩座上。
