本发明实施例提供一种连接器、适配器及连接器组件,以解决相关技术中旋拧式解锁方式在有限的安装空间下,特别是在密度要求较高的情况下,操作非常困难的问题。
第一方面,提供了一种连接器,其包括:连接器本体,所述连接器本体具有锁紧槽,所述锁紧槽用于与适配器的锁紧滑块锁紧;以及外套,所述外套套设于所述连接器本体,且所述外套可相对于所述连接器本体沿其轴线方向滑动,所述外套具有斜面;当所述锁紧滑块位于所述锁紧槽,且向远离适配器的方向拉动所述外套时,所述斜面驱动所述锁紧滑块与所述锁紧槽脱离。
一些实施例中,所述外套设有解锁槽,所述解锁槽内设有所述斜面,当所述连接器与适配器处于锁紧状态时,所述锁紧滑块至少部分位于所述解锁槽内。
一些实施例中,所述解锁槽还设有限位面,当所述锁紧滑块位于所述锁紧槽时,所述限位面与所述锁紧滑块配合,以限制所述连接器向靠近所述适配器的方向移动的位移。
一些实施例中,所述连接器本体内安装有插芯,且所述连接器本体的一端安装有对接件,所述对接件套设于所述插芯外,且所述对接件的前端设有缺口,以显露所述插芯的端面。
一些实施例中,所述连接器本体或者所述对接件上设有第一防呆部,以限制所述连接器的插入角度。
一些实施例中,所述连接器还包括防尘帽,所述防尘帽具有内螺纹;所述外套具有与所述内螺纹配合的外螺纹,所述外螺纹具有至少两个螺纹起点,且所述外螺纹的末端设有挡止部。
一些实施例中,所述内螺纹的齿厚大于所述外螺纹的齿厚。
一些实施例中,所述防尘帽的内表面具有密封凸起,所述密封凸起与所述外套的外壁过盈配合实现密封。
第二方面,提供了一种适配器,用于与上述的连接器配合,其包括:适配器本体,所述适配器本体具有滑槽,所述滑槽内安装有锁紧滑块,所述锁紧滑块可在所述滑槽内沿所述适配器本体的径向方向移动。
一些实施例中,所述适配器本体设有至少两个所述锁紧滑块,两个所述锁紧滑块可沿所述适配器本体的径向向互相靠近或者互相远离的方向移动;所述适配器还包括弹性件,所述弹性件的相对两端分别连接两个所述锁紧滑块以驱动两个所述锁紧滑块向互相靠近的方向移动。
一些实施例中,所述弹性件具有固定部,所述固定部固定于所述适配器本体。
一些实施例中,所述弹性件还具有至少两个弹性臂,两个所述弹性臂分别对应连接至两个所述锁紧滑块,两个所述弹性臂分别设置于所述固定部的相对两端,且两个所述弹性臂自与所述固定部的连接处向互相远离的方向倾斜延伸。
一些实施例中,所述锁紧滑块设有解锁突起,所述解锁突起用于与 所述连接器的斜面配合实现解锁。
一些实施例中,所述滑槽内设有限位台阶,所述限位台阶与所述锁紧滑块配合,以限制所述锁紧滑块沿直线移动。
一些实施例中,所述适配器本体内设有第二防呆部,所述第二防呆部用于与所述连接器上的第一防呆部配合,以限制所述连接器的插入角度。
第三方面,提供了一种连接器组件,其包括:上述的连接器,以及与所述连接器配合的上述的适配器。

本发明实施例提供了一种连接器、适配器及连接器组件,由于连接器本体上设置了锁紧槽,锁紧槽可以与适配器的锁紧滑块配合,进而实现锁紧,并且连接器的外套上还设置了斜面,当需要解锁时,向远离适配器的方向拉动所述外套,斜面即可驱动锁紧滑块与锁紧槽脱离,实现解锁,不需要旋拧连接器来实现解锁,沿一个方向直接拉动连接器即可,因此,相对于旋拧方式,能够减小连接器解锁所需的安装空间,特别是在密度要求较高的情况下,操作相对简单一些。

本发明实施例提供了一种连接器、适配器及连接器组件,其能解决相关技术中旋拧式解锁方式在有限的安装空间下,特别是在密度要求较高的情况下,操作非常困难的问题。
参见图1至图4所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种连接器100,其可以包括:连接器本体1,所述连接器本体1具有锁紧槽11,所述锁紧槽11用于与适配器200的锁紧滑块202锁紧,其中,锁紧槽11可以自连接器本体1的表面向其内部凹陷形成,且锁紧槽11的数量可以设置一个也可以设置多个,本实施例中,优选设置两个锁紧槽11,且两个锁紧槽11关于连接器本体1的轴线对称设置;以及外套2,所述外套2套设于所述连接器本体1外,且所述外套2可相对于所述连接器本体1沿连接器本体1的轴线方向滑动,所述外套2具有斜面211;当所述锁紧滑块202位于所述锁紧槽11,且向远离适配器200的方向拉动所述外套2时,所述斜面211驱动所述锁紧滑块202与所述锁紧槽11脱离。其中,斜面211可以自其后端向前且向上或者向下倾斜延伸,当锁紧滑块202位于锁紧槽11内时,锁紧滑块202可以与锁紧槽11互相扣持,从而实现连接器100与适配器200的锁紧,当需要解锁时,向外拉动外套2,外套2的斜面211会与锁紧滑块202接触,从而使斜面211在移动的同时,可以推动锁紧滑块202向远离锁紧槽11的方向移动,进而逐步脱离出锁紧槽11。
本实施例中,由于在连接器本体1上设置了锁紧槽11,锁紧槽11可以与适配器200的锁紧滑块202配合,进而实现锁紧,并且连接器100的外套2上还设置了斜面211,当需要解锁时,向远离适配器200的方向拉动所述外套2,斜面211即可驱动锁紧滑块202与锁紧槽11脱离,实现解锁,不需要旋拧连接器100来实现解锁,沿一个方向直接拉动连接器100即可,因此,相对于旋拧方式,能够减小连接器100解 锁所需的安装空间,特别是在密度要求较高的情况下,操作相对简单一些。
同时,本实施例通过直接在外套2上设置斜面211即可驱动锁紧滑块202解锁,不需要在连接器本体1上设置多个用来解锁的零部件,减少了零部件的设置,能够降低连接器100整体的体积,使连接器100的体积尺寸更小,占用空间小,且降低成本。
进一步,参见图5所示,可以在外套2上固设拉绳3,拉绳3可以向远离适配器200的方向延伸,在需要解锁时,拉动拉绳3即可驱动外套2以及锁紧滑块202的移动。
在一些实施例中,参见图3所示,连接器本体1与外套2之间可以设有第一弹簧4,当向远离适配器200的方向拉动外套2时,外套2驱动第一弹簧4压缩,当松开外套2时,在第一弹簧4的弹力作用下,可以驱动外套2复位。
参见图5至图7所示,在一些实施例中,所述外套2可以设有解锁槽21,所述解锁槽21内设有所述斜面211,也即,斜面211是设置在解锁槽21内壁上的,当所述连接器100与适配器200处于锁紧状态时,所述锁紧滑块202至少部分位于所述解锁槽21内,也即锁紧滑块202会移动进入解锁槽21中,解锁槽21与锁紧滑块202之间可以互相限位。
参见图6所示,在一些可选的实施例中,所述解锁槽21还设有限位面212,当所述锁紧滑块202位于所述锁紧槽11时,所述限位面212与所述锁紧滑块202配合,以限制所述连接器100向靠近所述适配器200的方向移动的位移。其中,限位面212可以与锁紧滑块202接触,也可以与锁紧滑块202之间具有间隙,当锁紧滑块202沿前后方向不可移动时,锁紧滑块202可以对限位面212进行挡止,阻止限位面212向前过度移动,也就可以阻止连接器100向前过度移动。限位面212可以是竖直面,也可以是倾斜面211。
参见图3所示,在一些实施例中,所述连接器本体1内可以安装 有插芯5,其中,插芯5用于连接光缆的光纤,且所述连接器本体1的一端安装有对接件6,本实施例中,对接件6直接或者间接的安装于连接器本体1的前端,所述对接件6套设于所述插芯5外,对接件6位于连接器本体1的最前端,可以用于与适配器200对接,且所述对接件6的前端可以设有缺口61,以显露所述插芯5的端面。其中,缺口61可以关于对接件6的轴线对称布置,本实施例中,优选设置两个缺口61,通过设置缺口61,可以将插芯5的端面在缺口61中显露出来,以便于对插芯5的端面进行清洁。
进一步,连接器本体1与对接件6之间还可以设有插头7,插芯5收容于插头7内,插头7与连接器本体1之间、以及插头7与对接件6之间均可以采用卡接固定。
参见图2所示,在一些可选的实施例中,所述连接器本体1、所述插头7或者所述对接件6上可以设有第一防呆部8,以限制所述连接器100的插入角度。其中,第一防呆部8可以为凸出结构,也可以为凹陷结构,以与适配器200上对应的第二防呆部2013进行配合,当第一防呆部8与第二防呆部2013对准时,可以将连接器100直接插入适配器200中,当第一防呆部8与第二防呆部2013没有对准时,连接器100不能插入适配器200,然后将连接器100旋转一个角度,使第一防呆部8与第二防呆部2013对准时,连接器100便可准确插入适配器200,实现连接器100的盲插对准。
参见图1所示,在一些实施例中,所述连接器100还可以包括防尘帽9,防尘帽9可以用于盖设于连接器本体1设有所述插芯5的一端,以进行防尘防水,所述防尘帽9可以具有内螺纹;所述外套2具有与所述内螺纹配合的外螺纹22,所述外螺纹22具有至少两个螺纹起点,也即外螺纹22可以包括两个螺纹起点或者两个以上数量的螺纹起点,当一段区域内有N个螺纹起点时,每个螺纹起点的分布角度为360°/N,如此设置,使得每个螺纹起点可以设计出比较大的导程,从而在一定长度区域内,每个螺纹起点的圈数就减少了,因此可以减少防尘帽9 在与外套2旋拧锁紧时旋转的圈数,缩短安装时间;同时,在外螺纹22的末端设置挡止部23,当内螺纹的前端旋转至接触挡止部23时,便不能再进一步旋转,可以提示操作人员此时已经锁紧,不需继续旋拧,其中,可以在多个螺纹起点的末端均设置挡止部23,本实施例中,优选设置三个螺纹起点,且在两个螺纹起点的末端均设置挡止部23。
参见图1所示,在一些实施例中,所述防尘帽9的内表面可以具有密封凸起,所述密封凸起与所述外套2的外壁过盈配合实现密封。其中,密封凸起可以与防尘帽9一体成型,且密封凸起优选呈环形,环绕防尘帽9的一周,进而对外套2的一周进行密封。本实施例中,直接在防尘帽9上设置凸起来进行密封,不需要在外套2与防尘帽9之间设置单独的密封圈,也减少了零部件的组装步骤。
参见图5所示,优选的,所述内螺纹的齿厚可以大于所述外螺纹22的齿厚。也即防尘帽9上设置的螺纹的齿相对厚一些,在防尘帽9较薄的情况下,可以增强防尘帽9的强度。同时,由于防尘帽9与外套2的密封是通过防尘帽9的径向扩张变形来实现,防尘帽9的材料会比外套2的材料软,因此将内螺纹设计的齿厚大以提高螺纹配合的强度,防止因螺纹强度不够锁紧力下降。
参见图8至图10所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种适配器200,用于与上述任一实施例中提供的连接器100配合,其可以包括:适配器本体201,所述适配器本体201具有滑槽2011,所述滑槽2011内安装有锁紧滑块202,所述锁紧滑块202可在所述滑槽2011内沿所述适配器本体201的径向方向移动。其中,滑槽2011可以沿径向方向延伸,锁紧滑块202可以在滑槽2011内沿径向向靠近或者远离适配器本体201的方向滑动,当连接器本体1插入适配器本体201时,连接器本体1可以将锁紧滑块202向远离适配器本体201轴线的方向顶起,当连接器本体1移动至预设位置后,连接器本体1上设置的锁紧槽11刚好移动至锁紧滑块202处,此时锁紧滑块202可以插入锁紧槽11实现连接器100与适配器200的锁紧。
其中,锁紧滑块202的数量可以为一个也可以多个,本实施例中,优选设置两个锁紧滑块202,且两个锁紧滑块202关于适配器本体201的轴线上下对称设置。当连接器100插入适配器200时,连接器本体1可以将两个锁紧滑块202分别向上、向下顶出。
进一步,参见图11所示,所述适配器本体201可以设有至少两个所述锁紧滑块202,两个所述锁紧滑块202可沿所述适配器本体201的径向向互相靠近或者互相远离的方向移动;所述适配器200还可以包括弹性件203,所述弹性件203的相对两端分别连接两个所述锁紧滑块202以驱动两个所述锁紧滑块202向互相靠近的方向移动,其中,弹性件203可以与适配器本体201固定,也可以不与适配器本体201固定,弹性件203可以通过其两端安装于两个锁紧滑块202,且弹性件203具有弹性,当两个锁紧滑块202向互相远离的方向移动时,两个锁紧滑块202驱动弹性件203拉伸或者扩张,当锁紧滑块202与锁紧槽11的位置对应时,锁紧槽11为锁紧滑块202提供了移动的空间,两个锁紧滑块202在弹性件203的弹力下,自动向互相靠近的方向移动,并插进锁紧槽11中,实现自动锁紧。如此设置,在锁紧连接器100与适配器200时,将连接器100向靠近适配器200的方向插入即可驱动锁紧滑块202互相远离,待连接器100插入预设位置后,即可实现自动锁紧,不需要旋拧连接器100来进行锁紧,能够减小连接器100锁紧所需的安装空间,特别是在密度要求较高的情况下,操作相对简单一些。
其中,弹性件203的材质优选金属材质,当然也可以选择其他的比如塑料材质等,能驱动锁紧滑块202移动即可。
本实施例中,弹性件203优选卡簧,当然,在其他实施例中,也可以通过其他弹性件203,比如弹簧直接设置在两个锁紧滑块202之间以将两个锁紧滑块202连接,当两个锁紧滑块202向互相远离的方向移动时,锁紧滑块202带动弹簧拉伸,在锁紧时,弹簧可以驱动两个锁紧滑块202向互相靠近的方向移动。
参见图8和图12所示,在一些可选的实施例中,所述弹性件203 具有固定部2031,所述固定部2031固定于所述适配器本体201。本实施例中,将弹性件203固定在适配器本体201上,使弹性件203与适配器本体201相对固定,能够保证锁紧滑块202在沿径向向互相靠近或者互相远离的方向移动时,弹性件203不易移动位置,且不易从适配器本体201上脱落。其中,可以在弹性件203上设置安装孔,在适配器本体201上设置安装头,使安装头插入安装孔中,以将弹性件203固定,也可以在弹性件203上设置安装头,在适配器本体201上设置安装孔来对弹性件203进行安装固定。
参见图8所示,优选的,所述弹性件203还可以具有至少两个弹性臂2032,两个所述弹性臂2032分别对应连接至两个所述锁紧滑块202,其中,弹性臂2032可以镶嵌在锁紧滑块202的内部,也可以包覆在锁紧滑块202的外侧,以使弹性臂2032与锁紧滑块202固定;两个所述弹性臂2032分别与固定部2031连接,且分别设置于所述固定部2031的相对两端,且两个所述弹性臂2032自与所述固定部2031的连接处向互相远离的方向倾斜延伸,以增强弹性臂2032的弹性。
参见图8所示,在一些实施例中,所述锁紧滑块202可以设有解锁突起2021,其中,解锁突起2021可以设于锁紧滑块202的内侧,也可以设置于锁紧滑块202的外侧,本实施例中,优选设置于锁紧滑块202的内侧,所述解锁突起2021用于与所述连接器100的斜面211配合实现解锁。当连接器100与适配器200锁紧时,锁紧滑块202位于锁紧槽11内,且解锁突起2021位于斜面211的邻侧,并可与斜面211配合,当需要解锁时,拉动外套2,可带动斜面211沿轴线向远离适配器200的方向移动,进而斜面211与解锁突起2021接触,并能够在上下方向将解锁突起2021顶起,解锁突起2021可以沿着斜面211在上下方向移动,并带动整个锁紧滑块202向互相远离的方向移动,使锁紧滑块202逐步脱出锁紧槽11。
参见图12所示,在一些可选的实施例中,所述滑槽2011内设有限位台阶2012,所述限位台阶2012与所述锁紧滑块202配合,以限制 所述锁紧滑块202沿直线移动。也即,通过限位台阶2012的设置,可以将锁紧滑块202限制在沿径向方向的某一直线上移动,锁紧滑块202不会沿轴向方向移动,也不会沿圆周方向转动或者其他径向方向移动,比如,将锁紧滑块202限制为只沿上下方向移动,不在前后方向或者左右方向移动,或者将锁紧滑块202限制为只沿左右方向移动,不在前后方向或者上下方向移动,从而可以为锁紧滑块202形成特定的滑动轨迹,保证锁紧滑块202与锁紧槽11的位置对应,在进行锁紧时,锁紧滑块202能够顺利进入锁紧槽11,且不会随意移动位置。
参见图9所示,在一些实施例中,所述适配器本体201内可以设有第二防呆部2013,所述第二防呆部2013用于与所述连接器100上的第一防呆部8配合,以限制所述连接器100的插入角度。其中,第二防呆部2013可以为凸出结构,也可以为凹陷结构,以与连接器100上对应的第一防呆部8进行配合,当第一防呆部8与第二防呆部2013对准时,可以将连接器100直接插入适配器200中,当第一防呆部8与第二防呆部2013没有对准时,连接器100不能插入适配器200,然后将连接器100旋转一个角度,使第一防呆部8与第二防呆部2013对准时,连接器100便可准确插入适配器200,实现连接器100的盲插对准。
进一步,参见图11所示,适配器本体201内可以设有第一腔体2014、第二腔体2015和第三腔体2016,第一腔体2014、第二腔体2015和第三腔体2016的轴线均与适配器本体201的轴线共线,第一腔体2014和第三腔体2016分别位于第二腔体2015的相对两侧,第二腔体2015内可以收容有陶瓷套筒,可供插芯5插入,第一腔体2014可用于收容室外连接器100,第三腔体2016用于收容室内连接器100。
进一步,适配器本体201上可以设有锁紧扣位2017,锁紧扣位2017可以与室内连接器100上的扣持臂配合,以实现适配器200与室内连接器100的锁紧;适配器本体201上还可以设有紧固卡扣2018,紧固卡扣2018用于与盒体配合。
参见图13所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种连接器组件,其可以包括:上述任一实施例中提供的连接器100,以及与所述连接器100配合的上述任一实施例中提供的适配器200。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种连接器,其特征在于,其包括:
    连接器本体(1),所述连接器本体(1)具有锁紧槽(11),所述锁紧槽(11)用于与适配器的锁紧滑块(202)锁紧;
    以及外套(2),所述外套(2)套设于所述连接器本体(1),且所述外套(2)可相对于所述连接器本体(1)沿其轴线方向滑动,所述外套(2)具有斜面(211);
    当所述锁紧滑块(202)位于所述锁紧槽(11),且向远离适配器的方向拉动所述外套(2)时,所述斜面(211)驱动所述锁紧滑块(202)与所述锁紧槽(11)脱离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:
    所述外套(2)设有解锁槽(21),所述解锁槽(21)内设有所述斜面(211),当所述连接器与适配器处于锁紧状态时,所述锁紧滑块(202)至少部分位于所述解锁槽(21)内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:
    所述解锁槽(21)还设有限位面(212),当所述锁紧滑块(202)位于所述锁紧槽(11)时,所述限位面(212)与所述锁紧滑块(202)配合,以限制所述连接器向靠近所述适配器的方向移动的位移。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:
    所述连接器本体(1)内安装有插芯(5),且所述连接器本体(1)的一端安装有对接件(6),所述对接件(6)套设于所述插芯(5)外,且所述对接件(6)的前端设有缺口(61),以显露所述插芯(5)的端面。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于:
    所述连接器本体(1)或者所述对接件(6)上设有第一防呆部(8),以限制所述连接器的插入角度。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:
    所述连接器还包括防尘帽(9),所述防尘帽(9)具有内螺纹;
    所述外套(2)具有与所述内螺纹配合的外螺纹(22),所述外螺纹(22)具有至少两个螺纹起点,且所述外螺纹(22)的末端设有挡止部(23)。

  9. 一种适配器,用于与如权利要求1所述的连接器配合,其特征在于,其包括:
    适配器本体(201),所述适配器本体(201)具有滑槽(2011),所述滑槽(2011)内安装有锁紧滑块(202),所述锁紧滑块(202)可在所述滑槽(2011)内沿所述适配器本体(201)的径向方向移动。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述适配器本体(201)设有至少两个所述锁紧滑块(202),两个所述锁紧滑块(202)可沿所述适配器本体(201)的径向向互相靠近或者互相远离的方向移动;
    所述适配器还包括弹性件(2023),所述弹性件(2023)的相对两端分别连接两个所述锁紧滑块(202)以驱动两个所述锁紧滑块(202)向互相靠近的方向移动。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述弹性件(2023)具有固定部(2031),所述固定部(2031)固定于所述适配器本体(201)。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述弹性件(2023)还具有至少两个弹性臂(2032),两个所述弹性臂(2032)分别对应连接至两个所述锁紧滑块(202),两个所述弹性臂(2032)分别设置于所述固定部(2031)的相对两端,且两个所述弹性臂(2032)自与所述固定部(2031)的连接处向互相远离的方向倾 斜延伸。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述锁紧滑块(202)设有解锁突起(2021),所述解锁突起(2021)用于与所述连接器的斜面(211)配合实现解锁。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述滑槽(2011)内设有限位台阶(2012),所述限位台阶(2012)与所述锁紧滑块(202)配合,以限制所述锁紧滑块(202)沿直线移动。
  15. 如权利要求9所述的适配器,其特征在于:
    所述适配器本体(201)内设有第二防呆部(2013),所述第二防呆部(2013)用于与所述连接器上的第一防呆部(8)配合,以限制所述连接器的插入角度。
  16. 一种连接器组件,其特征在于,其包括:如权利要求1-8任一项所述的连接器,以及与所述连接器配合的如权利要求9-14任一项所述的适配器。
