当需要充电时,底座组件通过充电口5接入电源适配器,手柄组件2的一端接入在底座外壳3的内嵌式结构中,所述手柄组件2的另一端抵靠在底座外壳3的支架机构上即可自动充电。
本发明通过单节3.7V聚合物锂电池供电,给手柄组件的内部的电机组件提供动力,电机组件上的轴承配合传动轴当插入刷头,手柄主控板连接的开关按键控制刷头转动。同时通过本发明底座带OLED屏,可实时显示抛光机工作时长,电量,转速,以及充电时的充电状态。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、 “后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的设备或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手持式无线抛光机,包括手柄组件(2),其特征在于,所述手柄组件(2)包括卡接连接的手柄外壳(10)和手柄套(11);所述手柄外壳(10)包括上盖和下盖,所述上盖和下盖通过紧固件连接,所述手柄外壳(10)内设有供电区和驱动区;所述供电区包括手柄电池(17),所述手柄电池(17)连接手柄主控板(16),所述手柄电池(17)的一端连接充电组件;所述驱动区包括电机组件(15);所述电机组件(15)的一端连接手柄电池(17),所述电机组件(15)的另一端通过电机轴承连接传动轴;所述手柄套(11)包括开关按键(14)和不锈钢夹头(13),所述开关按键(14)与手柄主控板(16)电性连接;所述手柄套(11)上的不锈钢夹头(12)的一端通过传动轴连接电机组件(15)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式无线抛光机,其特征在于,还包括底座组件(1),所述底座组件(1)包括底座底盖(4),所述底座底盖(4)上设有底座外壳(3),所述底座外壳(3)的一端采用内嵌式结构的充电组件,所述底座外壳(3)的另一端采用支架结构;所述充电组件包括相互连接的充电控制板(7)、无线充电线圈(9)和嵌设在底座底盖(4)与底座外壳(3)之间的底座锂电池(6);所述底座外壳(3)上设有充电口(5),所述充电口通过电性与底座锂电池(6)连接;所述手柄电池(17)的一端连接手柄无线充电线圈(18),所述无线充电线圈(18)嵌设在手柄外壳(10)的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种手持式无线抛光机,其特征在于, 所述充电组件还包括显示屏及控制板(8),所述显示屏及控制板(8)设置在底座外壳(3)的一端顶部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式无线抛光机,其特征在于,所述开关按键(14)与手柄主控板(16)的FPC软排线的玻纤板连接,并通过玻纤板与在电机组件(15)的前套连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式无线抛光机,其特征在于,所述开关按键(14)与手柄套(11)的连接处采用密封连接,实现防水性能。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式无线抛光机,其特征在于,所述手柄外壳(10)的外圈上设有不锈钢卡环(12),所述手柄套(11)的内壁上设有与不锈钢卡环(12)相匹配的卡槽,所述手柄外壳(10)与手柄套(11)通过不锈钢卡环(12)和卡槽卡扣连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式无线抛光机,其特征在于,所述电机组件(15)与传动轴采用螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式无线抛光机,其特征在于,所述手柄套(11)采用铝合金和包胶一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式无线抛光机,其特征在于,所述手柄外壳(10)上设有若干整机功能显示灯,所述整机功能显示灯与手柄主控板(16)电性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式无线抛光机的应用方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
    S1:在使用前,先将手柄套(11)套上一次性塑料套,然后安装 至手柄组件(2)上,手柄组件(2)与手柄套(11)之间靠不锈钢卡环(12)配合安装,使手柄组件(2)与手柄套(11)安装牢靠;然后将抛光刷头插入手柄组件不锈钢夹头(12)中;
    S2:长按实体的开关按键(14)即可开机,再短按开关按键(14)可启动电机组件(15),通过电机组件(15)带动传动轴连接的不锈钢夹头(12)连动刷头转动,转动速度从500-4000rpm可调;
    当需要充电时,底座组件通过充电口(5)接入电源适配器,手柄组件(2)的一端接入在底座外壳(3)的内嵌式结构中,所述手柄组件(2)的另一端抵靠在底座外壳(3)的支架机构上即可自动充电。
