Claims (7)
- 車両のドア側に設けられるラッチ装置において、
フルラッチ位置へ向かうラッチ方向への回転とアンラッチ位置へ向かうリリース方向への回転とが可能なように、前記リリース方向に弾性付勢されて設けられ、前記車両のボディ側に設けられたストライカと係合するキャッチと、
アクチュエータにより回転する駆動要素と、
前記駆動要素に連結され、当該駆動要素の回転により、前記キャッチの接触部に対して前記キャッチのラッチ方向の後方側で接触し、当該キャッチを前記ラッチ方向へ回転させるシンチレバーと、
前記キャッチがリリース方向へ回転するのを規制するとともに、当該規制方向に弾性付勢され、前記駆動要素との接触により前記弾性付勢に抗して反規制方向に回転可能なリリース部材と、を備え、
前記駆動要素及び前記シンチレバーの一方は、前記シンチレバーの回転位置により前記駆動要素の回転範囲を制限する回転制限部を有し、
前記回転制限部は、前記キャッチが前記フルラッチ位置と前記アンラッチ位置との間の位置にあり、かつ前記シンチレバーが前記キャッチの接触部に対して当該キャッチのラッチ方向の前方側に位置する場合に、前記駆動要素が前記リリース部材に接触して当該リリース部材を前記反規制方向に回転可能である車両ドアラッチ装置。 - 前記シンチレバーが前記キャッチの接触部に対して当該キャッチのラッチ方向の前方側に位置する場合に、前記キャッチが前記フルラッチ位置になるのを阻止するように前記シンチレバーのラッチ方向への回転を規制するストッパをさらに備える請求項1に記載の車両ドアラッチ装置。
- 前記回転制限部は、前記駆動要素及び前記シンチレバーの他方に設けられたピン部材が係合する溝であり、
前記溝は、前記キャッチが前記フルラッチ位置と前記アンラッチ位置との間の位置にあり、前記シンチレバーが前記キャッチの接触部に対して当該キャッチのラッチ方向の前方側にある場合に、前記駆動要素が前記リリース部材に接触する位置まで前記ピン部材が前記溝を移動できる形状とされている請求項1又は2に記載の車両ドアラッチ装置。 - 前記溝は、第1の溝と第2の溝とを含み、
第2の溝は、前記キャッチが前記フルラッチ位置と前記アンラッチ位置との間の位置にあり、前記シンチレバーが前記キャッチの接触部に対して当該キャッチのラッチ方向の前方側にある場合に、前記駆動要素が前記リリース部材に接触する位置まで回転したときに、前記ピン部材が係合しながら移動する請求項3に記載の車両ドアラッチ装置。 - 前記駆動要素は、セクターギアを含み、
前記リリース部材は、ポールとリリースレバーとを含み、
前記ポールは、前記キャッチがリリース方向へ回転するのを規制するように前記キャッチと接触するとともに、当該規制方向に弾性付勢され、
前記リリースレバーは、前記駆動要素との接触により、前記ポールに接触して当該ポールを前記弾性付勢に抗して反規制方向に回転させる請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の車両ドアラッチ装置。 - ベースプレートをさらに備え、
前記キャッチ、前記駆動要素、前記シンチレバー、前記ポール及び前記リリースレバーは、それぞれ前記ベースプレートに回転可能に設けられ、
前記キャッチは、前記ベースプレートに対して前記リリース方向に弾性付勢され、
前記駆動要素と前記シンチレバーは、同じ回転軸により前記ベースプレートに支持され、
前記シンチレバーは、前記駆動要素に対してリリース方向に弾性付勢され、
前記ポールは、前記ベースプレートに対して前記規制方向に弾性付勢され、
前記リリースレバーは、前記ベースプレートに対し、前記ポールが前記規制方向に回転するのを許容する方向に弾性付勢されている請求項5に記載の車両ドアラッチ装置。 - 前記キャッチのハーフラッチ位置を検出するセンサと、
前記センサによる検出信号と、ドア開スイッチによるリリース信号とに基づいて、前記アクチュエータを駆動制御するコントローラと、をさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記センサにより前記キャッチが前記ハーフラッチ位置にあることを検出した場合に、前記アクチュエータの駆動制御により、前記駆動要素を駆動して前記シンチレバーをラッチ方向に回転させ、前記キャッチを前記フルラッチ位置に回転させ、
前記ドア開スイッチによるリリース信号が入力した場合に、前記アクチュエータの駆動制御により、前記駆動要素を駆動して前記リリースレバーを回転させ、前記ポールによる前記キャッチの規制を解放し、前記キャッチを前記ハーフラッチ位置又は前記アンラッチ位置に回転させる請求項6に記載の車両ドアラッチ装置。
