一种疏通器,包括:长形的柔性轴状部件;收纳部件,设置有容纳所述柔性轴状部件的空腔;输送部件,一端连接至所述收纳部件,所述收纳部件可相对于所述输送部件转动;所述输送部件内设置有供所述柔性轴状部件穿过的通道,所述通道与所述空腔连通;其中,所述收纳部件转动时带动所述柔性轴状部件转动;夹持组件,设置在所述输送部件上;所述夹持组件具有第一状态和第二状态,其中,在所述第一状态下,所述夹持组件夹持所述柔性轴状部件,使得所述柔性轴状部件转动时产生轴向位移;在所述第二状态下,所述夹持组件释放对所述柔性轴状部件的夹持,使得所述柔性轴状部件在转动时不产生轴向位移。
Description
本发明涉及一种管道清理工具,更具体地说,涉及一种疏通器。
下水管道经常会因毛发、纤维等杂物积聚缠绕而导致堵塞,为此需要使用疏通器进行清理。现有技术中,常用的一种疏通器是软轴式疏通器。该软轴式疏通器在使用时,需要一边转动软轴,一边用力推送软轴,双手需要协调配合,操作不方便。为此,有人研究了一种利用滚子推送软轴的疏通器,在这种产品上,多个滚子围绕在软轴周围,可将软轴的转动转换为轴向移动,工作时,只需要转动软轴,转动的软轴与滚子接触后即被轴向推送。但是,这种疏通器在实际使用时,经常造成软轴原地空转即软轴不能被轴向推送,或者软轴被抱死从而无法有效自动将软轴送出或后退。另外,当软轴被推送到管道的堵塞之处时,此时不需要再轴向推送软轴,而是需要软轴自转以清理管道中的杂物,当该处杂物被清理后,又再次需要在轴向推送软轴,这一过程中需要实现软轴推送和自转交替调节,但是现有的疏通器无法有效实现这一效果。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种疏通器,能够方便地进行软轴的原地自转和轴向移动的交替调节,同时,在夹紧软轴时能够有效防止夹死,进而提高了清理杂物的效率。
发明内容
现有的疏通器无法有效实现软轴的自动推送或收回,也不能有效实现软轴推送和自转交替调节,以及容易出现软轴被夹死的情况。为克服这些问题,本发明提供了一种疏通器,包括:
长形的柔性轴状部件;
收纳部件,所述收纳部件内设置有容纳所述柔性轴状部件的空腔;
输送部件,所述输送部件的一端连接至所述收纳部件,所述收纳部件被配置为可相对于所述输送部件转动;所述输送部件内设置有供所述柔性轴状部件穿过的通道,所述通道与所述空腔连通;其中,所述收纳部件转动时带动所述柔性轴状部件转动;
夹持组件,所述夹持组件设置在所述输送部件上;所述夹持组件具有第一状态和第二状态,其中,在所述第一状态下,所述夹持组件夹持所述柔性轴状部件,使得所述柔性轴状部件转动时产生轴向位移;在所述第二状态下,所述夹持组件释放对所述柔性轴状部件的夹持,使得所述柔性轴状部件在转动时不产生轴向位移。
进一步地,所述夹持组件包括多个滚动部件,所述多个滚动部件围绕所述柔性轴状部件的周向布置,其中,所述多个滚动部件包括至少一个活动滚动部件,其中,在所述第一状态下,所述活动滚动部件与所述柔性轴状部件接触;在所述第二状态下,所述活动滚动部件释放对所述柔性轴状部件的接触。
进一步地,所述夹持组件还包括控制部件,所述控制部件被配置为在外力驱动下,带动所述活动滚动部件运动,使得所述活动滚动部件接触所述柔性轴状部件或释放对所述柔性轴状部件的接触。
进一步地,所述输送部件的侧壁上设置有活动座,所述活动座被配置为在外力驱动下可沿所述输送部件的径向运动,所述活动滚动部件可转动地连接至所述活动座的一端;所述活动座的另一端连接所述控制部件。
进一步地,所述控制部件可转动地连接至所述输送部件,所述控制部件具有凸轮状端部,所述控制部件被配置为:在外力驱动下往第一方向转动,所述凸轮状端部驱动所述活动座往所述柔性轴状部件方向运动,使得所述活动滚动部件接触所述柔性轴状部件,以及往第二方向转动,所述凸轮状端部释放对所述活动座的力,使得所述活动滚筒部件释放对所述柔性轴状部件的接触。
进一步地,所述多个滚动部件还包括固定滚动部件,所述固定滚动部件可转动地连接至固定座,所述固定座固定连接至所述输送部件。
进一步地,所述控制部件与所述活动座之间设置有缓冲件。
进一步地,所述活动座上设置有复位件,所述复位件被配置为:所述控制部件施加在所述活动座上所述力释放后,所述复位件驱动所述活动座运动至初始位置。
进一步地,所述控制部件包括套设在所述输送部件上远离所述收纳部件的端部的环形部,所述活动滚动部件可转动地连接至所述环形部,所述环形部被配置为可相对于所述输送部件摆动。
进一步地,所述多个滚动部件还包括固定滚动部件,所述固定滚动部件可转动地连接至所述输送部件,所述活动滚动部件位于所述环形部的端部,所述环形部的所述端部在外力驱动下相对于所述输送部件摆动。
进一步地,所述控制部件还包括控制件,所述控制件可转动地连接至所述输送部件;其中,所述控制件的一端与所述环形部连接,所述控制件被配置为在外力驱动下相对于所述输送部件转动,从而带动所述环形部摆动。
进一步地,所述控制件上设置有复位件,所述复位件被配置为施加在所述控制件上的外力消失后,所述复位件驱动所述控制件回到初始位置。
进一步地,所述输送部件上远离所述收纳部件的一端的侧壁上设置有螺纹,所述控制部件包括套设在所述输送部件上且与所述螺纹啮合的筒状部件。
进一步地,所述活动滚动部件可转动地设置在滑动块上,所述滑动块可滑动地连接至所述输送部件的内壁。
进一步地,所述滑动块与所述输送部件的接触面为相对于所述输送部件的轴向倾斜的倾斜面。
进一步地,所述筒状部件被配置为:相对所述输送部件转动时,驱动所述滑动块沿所述输送部件的轴向滑动。
进一步地,所述多个滚动部件的每个的旋转轴与所述柔性轴状部件的中心轴线呈锐角夹角。

本发明具有以下技术效果:本发明能够方便地进行柔性轴状部件的原地自转和轴向移动的交替调节,同时,在夹紧柔性轴状部件时能够有效防止夹死,进而提高了清理杂物的效率。

在附图中,结构相同的部件以相同数字标号表示,各处结构或功能相似的组件以相似数字标号表示。附图所示的每一组件的尺寸和厚度是任意示出的,本发明并没有限定每个组件的尺寸和厚度。为了使图示更清晰,附图中有些地方适当夸大了部件的厚度。
一种疏通器,包括长条形的柔性轴状部件40、收纳部件20、输送部件30和夹持组件。收纳部件20内部设置有空腔21,用于收纳柔性轴状部件40。收纳部件20可转动地连接在输送部件30的沿长度方向的一端,输送部件30内部设有沿长度方向延伸的通道31,通道31与空腔21连通,柔性轴状部件40可穿过该通道31延伸至输送部件30外。夹持组件设置在输送部件30上并可以夹紧柔性轴状部件40或释放对柔性轴状部件40的夹紧。当夹持组件夹紧柔性轴状部件40(夹持组件处于夹紧状态)时,转动收纳部件20,柔性轴状部件40旋转,夹持组件与柔性轴状部件40相互作用,产生轴向推力,使得柔性轴状部件40自动向前推送(即柔性轴状部件40往输送部件30外部运动)或向后收纳进收纳部件20内。当夹持组件释放对柔性轴状部件40的夹紧(夹持组件处于释放状态)时,可以手动向前拉出柔性轴状部件40至特定的使用位置,通过转动收纳部件20,柔性轴状部件40只发生旋转,而不会向前输送或向后收纳于收纳部件20内。
夹持组件包括多个滚动部件,每个滚动部件可围绕其自身的旋转轴转动。多个滚
动部件沿着柔性轴状部件40的周向布置。较佳地,每个滚动部件的旋转轴与柔性轴状部件40的轴向之间形成锐角夹角。当夹持组件处于夹紧状态时,每个滚动部件从不同角度与柔性轴状部件40接触,柔性轴状部件40旋转,由于滚动部件与柔性轴状部件40的外壁抵靠,带动滚动部件围绕其自身的中心轴线11转动,此时,滚动部件会沿着柔性轴状部件40的轴向与柔性轴状部件40发生相对位移,从而推动柔性轴状部件40沿其轴向向前输送或向后收纳于收纳部件20。
多个滚动部件中至少有一个滚动部件是活动滚动部件,夹持组件上设置有控制部件,通过操作控制部件,可以使得对应的活动滚动部件与柔性轴状部件40接触或脱离,从而实现对柔性轴状部件40的夹紧或释放。
本发明提供的疏通器,可以实现对柔性轴状部件40的夹紧或释放,从而使得柔性轴状部件40在原地自转和轴向移动这两种状态之间进行切换。此外,夹持组件夹紧柔性轴状部件40时,还能有效防止夹死,能够有效的实现自动将柔性轴状部件40送出或后退。
以下通过多个实施例来详细描述本发明的疏通器。
实施例1
图1-7显示了实施例1。如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供的疏通器10,包括收纳部件20、输送部件30、长条形的柔性轴状部件40和夹持组件100。其中,收纳部件20内部设置有容纳柔性轴状部件40的空腔21,收纳部件20可转动地连接在输送部件30的沿长度方向的一端,在外力驱动下,收纳部件20可以相对于输送部件30发生转动。参见图4,输送部件30内部设有沿长度方向延伸的通道31,通道31与空腔21连通,柔性轴状部件40可穿过该通道31延伸至输送部件30外部。夹持组件100设置在输送部件30上,能够实现对柔性轴状部件40的夹紧或释放夹紧。
在一些实施方式中,如图1所示,在收纳部件20上设置有手柄22,使用者用手握持手柄22,可以驱动收纳部件20相对于输送部件30转动。手柄22可以设置在收纳部件20外表面的任何适合操作的位置,例如,将手柄22设置在收纳部件20上与输送部件30相对的一侧,较佳地,手柄22与收纳部件20的中心轴线11平行。在一些实施方式中,在收纳部件20上设置有驱动轴23,驱动轴23可以与外界的动力装置连接,动力装置可以是电机、液压装置、气动装置等提供驱动力的装置。动力装置提供动力,通过驱动轴23传递至收纳部件20,从而带动收纳部件20相对于输送部件30转动。驱动轴23可以与收纳部件20的中心轴线11同轴,并位于收纳部件20上与输送部件30相对的一侧。应当理解,如图2所示,手柄22和驱动轴23可以同时设置在收纳部件20上。还应当注意,驱动收纳部件20转动的方式不仅限于此处描述的这两种,其他可以驱动收纳部件20相对于输送部件30转动的方式,均可以应用于本发明。
在一些实施方式中,收纳部件20包括第一壳体24,第一壳体24的内部形成容纳
柔性轴状部件40的空腔21。第一壳体24可以由两个半壳体拼合形成。第一壳体24的形状可以是圆形、方形或其他适合的形状,第一壳体24的形状不构成对本发明的限制。如图2和4所示,第一壳体24的一侧往输送部件30方向延伸形成延长部25,延长部25的内部设置有供柔性轴状部件40穿过的通道31。如图2所示,输送部件30包覆在延长部25外面。输送部件30包括第二壳体32,第二壳体32可以设置成长形筒状。应当理解,第二壳体32的形状不构成对本发明的限制。较佳地,第二壳体32可以由两个中剖半壳体拼合形成,两个中剖半壳体之间形成容纳延长部25的空间,从而包覆在延长部25外面。两个中剖半壳体拼合在一起后,通过紧固件将两者固定在一起。在一些实施方式中,可以在第二壳体32内部直接形成供柔性轴状部件40穿过的通道,无需在第一壳体24上设置延长部25。为方便使用者操作,在输送部件30上设置有手持部33,较佳地,手持部33与第二壳体32一体成型。
在一些实施方式中,柔性轴状部件40呈蛇形管状,可以由紧密缠绕的弹簧线制成。
在本实施例中,如图3和4所示,夹持组件100包括一个活动滚动部件101和两个固定滚动部件102a、102b,均位于输送部件30内,三个滚动部件沿着柔性轴状部件40的周向布置。其中,固定滚动部件102a、102b不会相对于输送部件30发生位移,具体地,如图5所示,固定滚动部件102a、102b可转动地设置在各自的固定座103a、103b上,固定座103a、103b固定连接至输送部件30的内侧。当柔性轴状部件40从输送部件30中穿过时,会与固定滚动部件102a、102b一直保持接触状态。活动滚动部件101与控制部件104连接,通过操作控制部件104,可以实现活动滚动部件101与柔性轴状部件40接触,或者与柔性轴状部件40脱离接触。具体地,活动滚动部件101可转动地设置在活动座105上,活动座105的一部分穿过第二壳体32暴露在第二壳体32外,且活动座105可以沿输送部件30的径向滑动。如图6所示,控制部件104具有呈凸轮状的端部106,该端部106与活动座105接触。控制部件104可枢转地连接在第二壳体32外侧,例如,参见图2和图3,在第二壳体32外侧设置有相对布置的凸片107,控制部件104设置在两个凸片107之间,一枢转轴108分别穿过凸片107,使得控制部件104能够围绕枢转轴108转动。如图7所示,使用者在控制部件104上施加外力使得控制部件104往第一方向X(参见图4)转动,控制部件104的凸轮状端部106向下运动,使得活动座105沿输送部件30的径向往柔性轴状部件40方向运动,活动滚动部件101与柔性轴状部件40接触,从而与两个固定滚动部件一起夹持柔性轴状部件40,夹持组件100处于夹紧状态;如图6所示,当施加外力使得控制部件104往第二方向Y转动时,控制部件104的凸轮状端部106向上运动,从而释放在活动座105上施加的压力,进而释放活动滚动部件101对柔性轴状部件40的夹紧,即夹持组件100处于释放状态。
在一些实施方式中,参见图5和图6,在活动座105与控制部件104之间设置有缓冲件109,当夹持组件100处于夹紧状态时,柔性轴状部件40相对输送部件30运
动时,缓冲件109可以调节活动滚动部件101与柔性轴状部件40之间的位置,能够有效防止柔性轴状部件40被夹死。缓冲件109具有弹性,例如,可以是橡胶垫、弹片或弹簧等。
在一些实施方式中,参见图5和图6,活动座105上还设置有复位件110,当控制部件104施加在活动座105上的力被释放后,在复位件110的作用下,活动座105可以沿输送部件30径向往远离柔性轴状部件40的方向运动,从而使得活动滚动部件101与柔性轴状部件40脱离接触。较佳地,复位件110可以选用套设在活动座105外的弹簧。
在一些实施方式中,三个滚动部件与柔性轴状部件40的中心轴线11偏置设置。具体地,如图5所示,每个滚动部件相对柔性轴状部件40倾斜设置,活动滚动部件101的旋转轴101a、固定滚动部件102a、102b的旋转轴111a、111b分别与柔性轴状部件40的中心轴线11之间形成锐角夹角。以固定滚动部件102a为例,如图4所示,固定滚动部件102a的旋转轴111a与中心轴向11之间形成锐角夹角α,较佳地,锐角夹角α优选为30-60°。较佳地,三个滚动部件相对柔性轴状部件40的倾斜方向是不同的,如图5所示,固定滚动部件102b相对柔性轴状部件40的斜上方偏置,固定滚动部件102a相对柔性轴状部件40的斜下方偏置,活动滚动部件101相对柔性轴状部件40的斜后方偏置。当活动滚动部件101接触柔性轴状部件40时,三个滚动部件的偏置方向不同,分别从不同角度抵靠柔性轴状部件40,柔性轴状部件40转动时,会带动三个滚动部件一起转动,滚动部件会沿着柔性轴状部件40轴向与柔性轴状部件40发生相对位移,推动柔性轴状部件40沿轴向向前运动或向后运动。
本实施例的疏通器10的工作过程如下:
往第一方向转动控制部件104,控制部件104的凸轮状端部106推动活动座105,使得活动滚动部件101接触柔性轴状部件40,活动滚动部件101与固定滚动部件一起夹持柔性轴状部件40,此时,夹持组件100处于夹紧状态。操作手柄22以转动收纳部件20,或者利用动力装置驱动收纳部件20转动,从而带动柔性轴状部件40转动。由于滚动部件抵靠在柔性轴状部件40上,滚动部件转动,柔性轴状部件40相对于滚动部件发生轴向的相对位移,从而推动柔性轴状部件40向前输送或向后收纳。由于缓冲件109的作用,可以调节活动滚动部件101与柔性轴状部件40在径向的相对位置,能够有效防止柔性轴状部件40被夹死。
往第二方向转动控制部件104,控制部件104的凸轮状端部106释放对活动座105的力,使得活动滚动部件101释放作用在柔性轴状部件40上的力,此时,多个滚动部件不会夹持柔性轴状部件40,夹持组件100处于释放状态。由于复位件110的作用,活动座105会往远离柔性轴状部件40的方向运动,活动滚动部件101脱离柔性轴状部件40。操作手柄22以转动收纳部件20,或者利用动力装置驱动收纳部件20转动,从而带动柔性轴状部件40转动,此时由于没有滚动部件的夹持,柔性轴状部件40发生
自转,而不发生轴向的移动,可以有效清理杂物。
实施例2
图8-图12显示了实施例2。本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,夹持组件的结构不一样。对于与实施例1相同的结构,本实施例不再赘述,以下仅描述与实施例1不一样的夹持组件200。
如图8、图9和图10所示,夹持组件200设置在输送部件30上远离收纳部件的端部201,夹持组件200包括两个活动滚动部件202a、202b,一个固定滚动部件203和控制部件。三个滚动部件202a、202b、203位于输送部件30的端部201,沿着柔性轴状部件40的周向布置(参见图11)。固定滚动部件203可转动地连接至输送部件30上。固定滚动部件203可以与柔性轴状部件40一直保持接触状态。控制部件包括套设在输送部件30上的环形部204,活动滚动部件202a、202b可转动地连接至环形部204。环形部204可以相对于输送部件30摆动,如图8和图9所示,环形部204上安装活动滚动部件的端部204a可沿着方向A-B来回摆动。当环形部204的端部204a往靠近柔性轴状部件40的方向A摆动时,带动活动滚动部件202a、202b往柔性轴状部件40方向运动从而抵靠柔性轴状部件40,与固定滚动部件203一起夹持柔性轴状部件40,此时,夹持组件200处于夹紧状态。与实施例1类似,柔性轴状部件40转动时,带动滚动部件202a、202b、203转动,柔性轴状部件40相对于滚动部件202a、202b、203发生沿柔性轴状部件40轴向的位移,从而推动柔性轴状部件40。当环形部204上安装活动滚动部件的端部204a往远离柔性轴状部件40的方向B摆动时,活动滚动部件202a、202b与柔性轴状部件40脱离接触,夹持组件200不再夹持柔性轴状部件40,此时,夹持组件200处于释放状态,与实施例1类似,柔性轴状部件40转动时,只会发生自转,不会沿轴向移动。
为了方便控制环形部204的摆动,以实现夹持组件200在夹紧状态和释放状态之间切换,如图9所示,控制部件还包括控制件205,通过操作控制件205,可以实现环形部204的摆动。较佳地,控制件205呈杆状,一端与环形部204连接,另一端为自由端。控制件205通过一枢转轴206连接至输送部件,往第一方向X驱动控制件205,控制件205转动,带动环形部204的端部204a往靠近柔性轴状部件40的方向A摆动,夹持组件200处于夹紧状态。往第二方向Y驱动控制件205,带动环形部204的端部204a往远离柔性轴状部件40方向B摆动,夹持组件200处于释放状态。控制件205可以和环形部204一体成型。参见图10,控制件205上还可以设置复位件209,当施加在控制件205上的外力消失时,复位件209可以驱动控制件205回复到初始位置。根据实际需求,初始位置可以设置为环形部204上的活动滚动部件202a、202b始终抵靠柔性轴状部件40的位置,或者设置为环形部204上的活动滚动部件202a、202b与柔性轴状部件40不接触的位置。复位件209可以选用弹性元件,该弹性元件可以是弹
簧、扭簧或弹片等,较佳地,本实施例选用了扭簧作为复位件209,扭簧套设在枢转轴206上。
参见图11和图12,环形部204可以设置凹槽207,活动滚动部件202a、202b可转动地设置在凹槽207内。应当理解,其他将活动滚动部件202a、202b转动地安装在环形部204上的结构亦可以适用于本实施例。
在一些实施方式中,参见图9-11,三个滚动部件与柔性轴状部件40的中心轴线11偏置设置。具体地,每个滚动部件相对柔性轴状部件40倾斜设置,活动滚动部件202a、202b的旋转轴208a、208b,以及固定滚动部件203的旋转轴208均与柔性轴状部件40的中心轴线11之间形成锐角夹角,较佳地,锐角夹角优选为30-60°。较佳地,三个滚动部件相对柔性轴状部件40的倾斜方向是不同的,活动滚动部件202b相对柔性轴状部件40的斜上方偏置,活动滚动部件202a相对柔性轴状部件40的斜下方偏置,固定滚动部件203相对柔性轴状部件40的斜前方偏置。
实施例3
图13-图18显示了实施例3。本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,夹持组件300的结构不一样。对于与实施例1相同的结构,本实施例不再赘述,以下仅描述与实施例1不一样的夹持组件300300。
如图13所示,夹持组件300设置在输送部件30上远离收纳部件20的端部,夹持组件300包括三个活动滚动部件301a、301b、301c和控制部件302。三个滚动部件301a、301b、301c位于输送部件30内(参见图15),沿着柔性轴状部件40的周向布置。如图15和16,每个滚动部件301a、301b、301c可转动地安装在各自的滑动块303a、303b、303c上,滑动块303a、303b、303c设置在输送部件30的内壁上,滑动块303a、303b、303c可以相对于输送部件30沿其轴向滑动。如图18所示,当滑动块303a、303b、303c位于第一位置时,滚动部件301a、301b、301c抵靠在柔性轴状部件40上,实现对柔性轴状部件40的夹紧。当如图17所示,滑动块303a、303b、303c位于第二位置时,滚动部件301a、301b、301c与柔性轴状部件40之间没有接触,释放对柔性轴状部件40的夹紧。
滑动块303a、303b、303c与输送部件30的连接关系相同。此处以滑动块303a为例描述。如图19所示,滑动块303a与输送部件30的接触面是倾斜面304,即该倾斜面304相对于柔性轴状部件40的轴向是倾斜。通过设置倾斜面304,滑动块303a、303b、303c位于第一位置或第二位置时,三个滑动块303a、303b、303c沿柔性轴状部件40的径向的距离发生变化,使得三个滚动部件301a、301b、301c之间距离发生变化,从而实现夹持柔性轴状部件40或释放对柔性轴状部件40的夹持。较佳地,滑动块303a、303b、303c分别嵌入输送部件30的侧壁内。
控制部件302用于控制滑动块303的运动,从而实现滑动块303在不同位置之间切换。在一些实施方式中,如图16所示,在输送部件30远离收纳部件20的一端的外
壁上设置有螺纹306,控制部件302选用套设在输送部件30的筒状部件,筒状部件的内侧与该螺纹306啮合,通过旋转筒状部件,可以实现筒状部件的轴向移动。筒状部件沿轴向的一侧设置有侧壁307,该侧壁307与滑动块303a、303b、303c的端部连接。当筒状部件沿着螺纹306往收纳部件20方向运动时,带动滑动块303a、303b、303c沿着倾斜面304运动,带动滚动部件301a、301b、301c向内运动,夹紧柔性轴状部件40,夹持组件300处于夹紧状态。当操作筒状部件往远离收纳部件20方向运动时,使得滚动部件301a、301b、301c与柔性轴状部件40脱离接触,夹持组件300处于释放状态。应当理解,控制部件302不局限于此处的与螺纹306啮合的筒状部件,其他能够实现滑动块303运动的控制部件302亦可适用于本实施例。
与实施例1和2类似,三个滚动部件301a、301b、301c与柔性轴状部件40的中心轴线11偏置设置,每个滚动部件与柔性轴状部件40的中心轴线呈锐角夹角,较佳地,锐角夹角优选为30-60°。较佳地,三个滚动部件301a、301b、301c相对柔性轴状部件40的倾斜方向是不同的。
以上三个实施例中的夹持组件均包括三个滚动部件,应当理解,滚动部件的具体数量不构成对本发明的限制,即滚动部件的数量可以根据实际需求设置为2个或者大于3个。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。
Claims (20)
- 一种疏通器,包括:长形的柔性轴状部件;收纳部件,所述收纳部件内设置有容纳所述柔性轴状部件的空腔;输送部件,所述输送部件的一端连接至所述收纳部件,所述收纳部件被配置为可相对于所述输送部件转动;所述输送部件内设置有供所述柔性轴状部件穿过的通道,所述通道与所述空腔连通;其中,所述收纳部件转动时带动所述柔性轴状部件转动;夹持组件,所述夹持组件设置在所述输送部件上;所述夹持组件具有第一状态和第二状态,其中,在所述第一状态下,所述夹持组件夹持所述柔性轴状部件,使得所述柔性轴状部件转动时产生轴向位移;在所述第二状态下,所述夹持组件释放对所述柔性轴状部件的夹持,使得所述柔性轴状部件在转动时不产生轴向位移。
- 如权利要求1所述的疏通器,其中,所述夹持组件包括多个滚动部件,所述多个滚动部件围绕所述柔性轴状部件的周向布置,其中,所述多个滚动部件包括至少一个活动滚动部件,其中,在所述第一状态下,所述活动滚动部件与所述柔性轴状部件接触;在所述第二状态下,所述活动滚动部件释放对所述柔性轴状部件的接触。
- 如权利要求2所述的疏通器,其中,所述夹持组件还包括控制部件,所述控制部件被配置为在外力驱动下,带动所述活动滚动部件运动,使得所述活动滚动部件接触所述柔性轴状部件或释放对所述柔性轴状部件的接触。
- 如权利要求3所述的疏通器,其中,所述输送部件的侧壁上设置有活动座,所述活动座被配置为在外力驱动下可沿所述输送部件的径向运动,所述活动滚动部件可转动地连接至所述活动座的一端;所述活动座的另一端连接所述控制部件。
- 如权利要求4所述的疏通器,其中,所述控制部件可转动地连接至所述输送部件,所述控制部件具有凸轮状端部,所述控制部件被配置为:在外力驱动下往第一方向转动,所述凸轮状端部驱动所述活动座往所述柔性轴状部件方向运动,使得所述活动滚动部件接触所述柔性轴状部件,以及往第二方向转动,所述凸轮状端部释放对所述活动座的力,使得所述活动滚筒部件释放对所述柔性轴状部件的接触。
- 如权利要求4所述的疏通器,其中,所述多个滚动部件还包括固定滚动部件,所述固定滚动部件可转动地连接至固定座,所述固定座固定连接至所述输送部件。
- 如权利要求5所述的疏通器,其中,所述控制部件与所述活动座之间设置有缓冲件。
- 如权利要求5所述的疏通器,所述活动座上设置有复位件,所述复位件被配置为:所述控制部件施加在所述活动座上所述力释放后,所述复位件驱动所述活动座运动至初始位置。
- 如权利要求3所述的疏通器,其中,所述控制部件包括套设在所述输送部件上远离所述收纳部件的端部的环形部,所述活动滚动部件可转动地连接至所述环形部,所述环形部被配置为可相对于所述输送部件摆动。
- 如权利要求9所述的疏通器,其中,所述多个滚动部件还包括固定滚动部件,所述固定滚动部件可转动地连接至所述输送部件,所述活动滚动部件位于所述环形部的端部,所述环形部的所述端部在外力驱动下相对于所述输送部件摆动。
- 如权利要求10所述的疏通器,其中,所述控制部件还包括控制件,所述控制件可转动地连接至所述输送部件;其中,所述控制件的一端与所述环形部连接,所述控制件被配置为在外力驱动下相对于所述输送部件转动,从而带动所述环形部摆动。
- 如权利要求11所述的疏通器,其中,所述控制件上设置有复位件,所述复位件被配置为施加在所述控制件上的外力消失后,所述复位件驱动所述控制件回到初始位置。
- 如权利要求3所述的疏通器,其中,所述输送部件上远离所述收纳部件的一端的侧壁上设置有螺纹,所述控制部件包括套设在所述输送部件上且与所述螺纹啮合的筒状部件。
- 如权利要求13所述的疏通器,其中,所述活动滚动部件可转动地设置在滑动块上,所述滑动块可滑动地连接至所述输送部件的内壁。
- 如权利要求14所述的疏通器,其中,所述滑动块与所述输送部件的接触面为相对于所述输送部件的轴向倾斜的倾斜面。
- 如权利要求15所述的疏通器,其中,所述筒状部件被配置为:相对所述输送部件转动时,驱动所述滑动块沿所述输送部件的轴向滑动。
- 如权利要求2所述的疏通器,其中,所述多个滚动部件的每个的旋转轴与所述柔性轴状部件的中心轴线呈锐角夹角。
- 如权利要求17所述的疏通器,其中,所述多个滚动部件的每个相对于所述柔性轴状部件往不同的方向倾斜。
- 如权利要求1所述的疏通器,其中,所述收纳部件上设置有驱动所述收纳部件相对于所述输送部件转动的驱动件。
- 如权利要求19所述的疏通器,其中,所述驱动件包括相对于所述收纳部件的中心轴线偏心设置的手柄,和/或与所述收纳部件的所述中心轴线同轴设置的驱动轴。
