本发明公开了制冷设备,包括:箱体、设置在箱体上的门体和设置在门体前侧的面板;门体上设置有安装槽,安装槽具有上壁和下壁;门体还具有定位突起;安装槽的下壁形成有搭接部;面板上设置有若干与安装槽相适配的安装件,安装件上设置有定位槽。本发明实施例能够方便面板上的安装件与定位槽位置的对接,方便实现门体的安装。

本发明涉及制冷技术领域,特别是制冷设备。
背景技术
冰箱是一种应用广泛的家用电器,随着人们生活水平的提高,用户对冰箱的外观提出更高的要求。现有技术中,为了保证冰箱门体面板的美观性及多样性,通常将面板和门体设置成分体的,然后将面板安装固定在门体上。
现有技术中的结构中面板在安装固定的时候不仅安装不便,且安装后的紧固件容易在面板上暴露,从而影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制冷设备,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够使定位在安装槽内的侧向安装板在安装固定到所述侧壁上的时候更方便操作,且由于面板通过侧向安装板设置在安装槽的侧壁上,在安装固定后面板能够从前侧对紧固件进行遮盖,从而使制冷设备的前侧面上更美观。
本发明提供了制冷设备,包括:箱体、设置在所述箱体上的门体和设置在所述门体前侧的面板;
所述门体上设置有若干朝所述面板开口设置的安装槽,所述门体的侧面具有向外暴露所述安装槽的侧向开口;所述安装槽内具有与所述侧向开口位置相对的侧壁;
所述面板上朝所述门体的一侧设置有若干安装件,所述安装件定位 在所述安装槽内并具有与所述侧壁位置相对的侧向安装板,所述侧向安装板固定在所述侧壁上。
进一步的,所述侧壁上设置有门体安装孔,所述侧向安装板上设置有与所述门体安装孔相适配的安装板安装孔;所述安装板安装孔与所述侧向开口位置相对;所述侧向安装板通过紧固件固定在所述侧壁上,所述紧固件同时定位在所述门体安装孔和所述安装板安装孔内。
进一步的,所述安装槽具有在上下方向上相对设置的上壁和下壁;所述安装件具有支撑在所述下壁上的底板,且所述下壁上具有定位突起,所述底板上设置有与所述定位突起相适配的定位槽。
进一步的,所述安装槽的下壁中位于所述定位突起前侧的部分形成搭接部,所述搭接部所在平面沿水平方向延伸设置。
进一步的,所述定位突起具有朝所述安装槽的开口方向倾斜设置的斜向导引部,所述斜向导引部的高度随远离所述安装槽的开口逐渐增大。
进一步的,所述侧向安装板的顶部距离所述上壁的尺寸不小于所述定位突起的顶部距离所述下壁的距离。
进一步的,所述安装件还具有设置在所述底板相对两侧的侧支撑部,所述安装槽内设置有与侧支撑部相对设置并在左右方向上限位所述侧支撑部的一对侧限位部;
所述侧支撑部包括设置在所述底板一侧的连接板和设置在所述连接板上的横向支撑板,所述连接板用于与所述侧限位部的侧壁相抵,所述横向支撑板支撑在所述侧限位部的顶部;

所述侧向开口设置在所述门体安装件上,所述制冷设备还具有设置在所述门体左、右两侧的饰条,所述饰条上朝向所述门本体侧一侧设置有饰条安装件,所述饰条安装件与所述侧向开口位置相对并定位在所述门体安装件上;
所述饰条安装件上位于所述侧向开口处设置饰条定位槽,所述饰条定位槽开口方向与所述安装槽开口方向垂直,且所述饰条定位槽朝所述安装槽暴露;所述饰条安装件具有扣合在饰条定位槽内的弹性卡脚。
进一步的,所述饰条上朝向所述门本体的一侧还具有弹性扣合件,所述门本体上设置有与弹性扣合件相适配的定位孔,所述弹性扣合件包括定位在所述饰条上的扣合本体和设置在所述扣合本体上的若干弹性卡脚,若干所述弹性卡脚呈环形设置在所述扣合本体上并具有相互靠拢并积蓄回弹力的第一状态。,
与现有技术相比,本发明通过在门体上设置朝前侧开口设置的安装槽和朝门体侧面设置的侧向开口,使定位在安装槽内的侧向安装板在安装固定到所述侧壁上的时候更方便操作,且由于面板通过侧向安装板设置在安装槽的侧壁上,在安装固定后面板能够从前侧对紧固件进行遮盖,从而使制冷设备的前侧面上更美观。

本发明的实施例:如图1-6所示,公开了一种制冷设备该制冷设备可以为冰箱,包括:箱体、设置在所述箱体上的门体1和设置在所述门体1前侧的面板2;面板2安装固定在门体1的前侧能够形成对门体1 的装饰,在具体实施例中面板2可以为固定在门体1上的岩板或者是玻璃板或者是其他装饰板。上述结构的设置使面板2与门体1分开,可以根据用户的实际需要更换挑选相应的面板2,从而满足用户多样化的需求,也可以将面板2设计成与室内装修风格相一致的图案,从而提升美观。
上述结构的设置要求面板2在门体1上能够方便的进行安装固定,因此如何设置面板2以方便实现面板的安装固定或拆卸是重要问题。
本实施例公开的制冷设备,具有门体1和设置在所述门体1上的面板2,所述门体1上设置有若干朝前侧方向开口设置的安装槽10,可以理解的是,由于面板2设置在门体1的前侧,因此所述安装槽10也朝所述面板2开口设置,所述安装槽10具有在上下方向上相对设置的上壁11和下壁12。
所述门体1还具有设置在所述下壁12上的定位突起13;所述安装槽10的下壁12中位于所述定位突起13前侧的部分形成搭接部14;所述搭接部14所在平面沿水平方向延伸设置且所述搭接部14设置在靠近所述安装槽10开口的位置;搭接部14实际上是下壁12的一部分,在固定在面板2上的安装件3与安装槽10位置对接后,安装件3可以先支撑在搭接部14上,然后采用平推面板2的方式实现安装件3在安装槽10内的安装固定。
所述面板2上朝所述门体1的一侧设置有若干与所述安装槽10相适配的安装件3,所述安装件3上设置有与所述定位突起13相适配的定位槽30。
本实施例中安装槽10朝前侧方向开口设置,能够方便面板2上的安装件3与安装槽10的位置对接,从而更方便的实现安装件3在安装槽10内的定位,以实现面板2的安装固定。而在安装槽10的下壁12上靠近开口的位置设置沿水平方向延伸设置的搭接部14,在安装固定过程中面板2上的安装件3先与定位槽30对位后,然后安装件3搭接在搭接部14上,通过平推面板2就能实现面板2在门体1上的安装固定,相比于斜向对接插接安装固定面板的方式操作更简便。
本实施例中还设置了定位突起13,通过定位突起13与安装件3上的定位槽30的配合实现安装件3在定位槽30内的安装固定。由于定位突起13的设置对采用平推的方式安装面板2造成了影响,为了减弱上述影响,本实施例中所述定位突起13具有朝所述安装槽30的开口方向倾斜设置的斜向导引部,所述斜向导引部的高度随远离所述安装槽30的开口逐渐增大。
通过斜向导引部的设置能够使面板2在安装定位到安装槽30的过程中更加的平稳,可以理解的是由于斜向导引部的高度随着远离安装槽30的开口逐渐增大,面板2在安装固定到位之前,在斜向导引部上会相对的向上移动或起跳,因此为了避免面板2在向上移动起跳的过程中受到阻挡,所述安装件3的顶部距离所述上壁11的尺寸不小于所述定位突起13的顶部距离所述下壁12的距离。
如图9-13所示,本实施例中所述安装件3具有与所述下壁12相对设置的底板31和设置在所述底板31相对两侧的侧支撑部32,所述定位槽30设置在所述底板31上,所述安装槽10内设置有与侧支撑部32相 对设置并在左右方向上限位所述侧支撑部32的一对侧限位部15,通过侧限位部15的设置能够更好的实现面板2在左右方向上的定位。
所述侧支撑部32包括设置在所述底板31一侧的连接板321和设置在所述连接板321上的横向支撑板322,所述连接板321用于与所述侧限位部15的侧壁相抵,所述横向支撑板322支撑在所述侧限位部15的顶部。所述横向支撑板322所在平面与所述底板31所在平面位于不同的平面,所述横向支撑板322所在平面高于所述底板31的所在平面。横向支撑板322所在平面平行于底板31所在平面,所述连接板321则相对水平面斜向延伸设置。
在本实施例中一对侧支撑部32对称设置在所述底板31的相对两侧,上述结构的设置使下壁12和所述侧限位部15都能对安装件3形成支撑,使支撑安装件3的部位增多,具体的支撑安装件3的支撑部位包括底板31和设置在底板31两侧的横向支撑板322,且底板31和横向支撑板322位于不同的水平面上,这样结构的设置在增大了支撑面积的同时也使得支撑的效果更好,底板31和横向支撑板322由于在不同的水平面上实际上在上下方向上对面板2也起到了一定的支撑限位的作用,能够防止面板2出现前后翻转。
本实施例公开的安装件3能够使面板2稳定的支撑在所述安装槽10内,并且在左右方向上对安装件3限位,从而避免了安装件3的晃动,使安装固定后的稳定性更高。
如图11-13所示,所述底板31与所述连接板321之间设置弧形过渡部,所述连接板321与所述横向支撑板322之间也设置弧形过渡部;通 过弧形过渡部的设置使连接板321和底板31之间的过渡更加的平滑,同时也使横向支撑板322与连接板321之间的过渡也更加的平滑,能够更方便的使安装件3平滑的推动到安装槽10内。
在本实施例中所述底板31、所述连接板321和所述横向支撑板322一体成型;安装件3可以为塑料件,所述底板31、所述连接板321和所述横向支撑板322一体注塑成型,采用一体成型的方式能够增强整个安装件3的强度,从而更好的实现对面板2的支撑。
进一步的,为了更好的实现安装件3在面板2上的安装固定,所述安装件3还具有固定在面板2上的安装固定板33,所述安装固定板33固定贴合在所述面板2上,所述底板31和所述侧支撑部32均设置在所述安装固定板33背离所述面板2的一侧上。
进一步的,如图11-13所示,为了提升安装件3的支撑强度,所述安装件3上背离所述下壁12的一侧设置有若干沿前后方向延伸设置的加强筋34,加强筋34设置有多个,多个加强筋相互平行间隔设置在所述安装件3上,当然在另一实施例中加强筋34还可以分成相互平行的两组,两组斜向相交设置以形成网状结构。
如图5-10所示,在本实施例中所述门体1包括门本体100和设置在所述门本体100上的若干门体安装件110,所述安装槽10设置在所述门体安装件110上,所述门体安装件110一体注塑成型,且所述安装槽10在门体安装件110成型的过程中形成。
门本体100包括外壳体和设置在外壳体上的内胆和形成在内胆与外壳体之间的发泡层,所述外壳体上设置有与门体安装件110相适配的安 装孔,所述门体安装件110在发泡层成型过程中抵紧在所述外壳体上。
如图7所示,一门体1上设置有多个门体安装件110,多个门体安装件110分成两组分别设置在门本体100的两侧,并且门体安装件110设置在所述门本体110的左右两侧的边缘,门体安装件110自门本体110的侧面向外暴露。
在上述实施例中所述安装件3仅通过定位突起13与底板31上的定位槽30的配合实现安装件3在安装槽10内的安装固定。如图5-10所示,为了更好的实现安装件3在安装槽10内的安装固定,所述门体1的侧面具有向外暴露所述安装槽10的侧向开口16;所述安装槽10内具有与所述侧向开口16位置相对的侧壁17。具体的,所述侧向开口16设置在所述门体安装件110上,所述侧壁17与所述侧向开口16在左右方向上位置相对并位于安装槽10的相对两侧。
如图11-13所示,所述安装件3上还具有与所述侧壁17位置相对的侧向安装板35,所述侧向安装板35固定在所述侧壁17上。所述侧向安装板35固定在所述横向支撑板322上,且所述侧向安装板35与所述横向支撑板322一体成型,所述侧向安装板35所在平面沿上下方向延伸设置。
所述侧壁17上设置有门体安装孔170,所述侧向安装板35上设置有与所述门体安装孔170相适配的安装板安装孔350;所述安装板安装孔350与所述面板侧向开口16位置相对;所述安装板穿孔350通过侧向开口16向外暴露,所述侧向安装板35通过紧固件固定在所述侧壁17上,所述紧固件同时定位在所述门体安装孔170和所述安装板安装孔350内。
在本实施例中所述门体安装孔170为螺纹孔,所述紧固件包括螺纹连接在所述螺纹孔内的螺栓和设置在所述螺栓上的螺帽,所述螺帽抵紧在所述侧向安装板35上并将所述侧向安装板35压紧固定在所述侧壁17上。
在本实施例中在门体安装件110上设置侧向开口16能够更方便的操作紧固件在门体1上的安装固定,侧向开口16从门体的侧面方向上对门体安装孔170进行暴露,从而方便实现紧固件在门体安装孔170上的安装固定。
通过紧固件将侧向安装板35固定在侧壁17上能够避免安装部件在前侧方向上的暴露,在通过紧固件将侧向安装板35安装固定后紧固件被面板2遮盖,从而在前侧方向上只能看到面板,相比于现有技术中在面板2前侧方向上向外暴露紧固件的方案提升了美观。
如图2所示,所述制冷设备还具有设置在所述门体1左、右两侧的饰条4,所述饰条4上朝所述门本体100的一侧设置有饰条安装件41,所述饰条安装件41与所述侧向开口16位置相对并定位在所述侧向开口16处。具体的,所述饰条安装件41定位在所述门体安装件110上。
通过饰条安装件41将饰条4安装固定在所述门体1的侧面方面实现饰条4安装固定的,同时借用侧向开口16能够减少在门体1上的开口,侧向开口16由于在门体安装件110成型的时候一体成型,更方便的制造,在方便实现饰条4的装配的同时也简化了工艺流程。此外,所述饰条安装件41也能对侧向开口16形成一定的遮盖,饰条安装件41在对侧向开口遮盖的时候也能够弥补一下安装槽10的设置造成的门体1厚度的减 薄,进而减弱因门体厚度减薄造成的保温性能的下降。
在本实施例中所述饰条安装件41扣合在所述门体安装件110上,采用扣合的方式能够方便的实现饰条4的更换拆卸,从而可以根据用户需求进行相应的更换。
所述门体安装件110上位于所述侧向开口16的上、下两侧分别设置有上定位槽1101和下定位槽1102;
如图5-7所示,所述饰条安装件41上设置有与所述上定位槽1101相配合以在前后方向上对所述饰条4限位的上定位部411和与所述下定位槽1102相配合以在左右方向上对所述饰条4限位的下定位部412。
所述门体安装件110上位于所述侧向开口位置处设置有在左右方向上相对设置的第一限位突起1103和第二限位突起1104,所述下定位槽1102相对成型在所述第一限位突起1103和第二限位突起之间,且所述下定位槽1102朝所述安装槽10暴露;
所述下定位部412包括弹性卡脚,所述弹性卡脚具有设置在所述下定位槽1104内并抵接在所述第二限位突起1104上的钩状部;
上定位槽1101朝所述饰条4开口设置并朝所述安装槽110暴露,所述上定位部411与所述上定位槽1101相适配,上定位部411可以卡接在所述上定位槽1101内。
所述饰条4具有遮盖在所述门体1侧面的饰板42,所述饰条安装件41一体成型在所述饰板42上;所述饰条4为塑料件或铝合金件。将饰条4设置成塑料件或铝合金件并将饰条安装件41一体成型在饰板42上能够使饰条4在安装固定在门体1后更加的稳定,避免饰条4在侧向扣 合在门体1上的时候与门体1之间出现较大缝隙,使饰条4更稳定的安装固定在所述门体1上。
所述饰条4还具有设置在所述饰板42上的弹性扣合件43,所述门本体100上设置有与弹性扣合件43相适配的定位孔;
如图15所示,所述弹性扣合件43包括定位在所述饰板42上的扣合本体431和设置在所述扣合本体431上的若干弹性卡脚432;若干所述弹性卡脚432呈环形设置在所述扣合本体431上并具有相互靠拢并积蓄回弹力的第一状态。在第一状态时所述弹性卡脚432相互聚拢以使所述弹性扣合件43穿设所述定位孔,在穿设所述定位孔后弹性卡脚432上积蓄的回弹力驱动弹性卡脚432舒展并抵紧在所述定位孔的侧壁上,从而将所述弹性扣合件43定位在所述定位孔内,实现弹性扣合件43在门体1上的安装固定。
通过弹性扣合件43将饰条4安装固定能够更方便实现饰条4的安装拆卸,方便实现饰条4的更换。为了更好的实现饰条4的安装固定,所述弹性扣合件43与所述饰条安装件41在前后方向上相互错位。
在前后方向上相互错位能够使饰条4在前后方向上有两个固定在门体1上的安装位置,从而能够实现饰条4在门体1上更稳定的固定支撑。
进一步的,如图14所示,所述饰条4上朝向所述门体1的一侧还设置有磁性件44,所述门体1上设置有与所述磁性件44相配合的磁性吸附槽。
门体1的外壳体一般设置为铁质材料,因此在饰条4上设置磁性件44然后通过磁性件44吸附在门体1上的方案能够方便实现饰条4在门 体1上的安装固定。
可以理解的是在具体实施例中磁性件44和弹性扣合件43可以不同时使用,两个可以单独使用,都可以与饰条安装件41单独的配合使用,当然也可以将磁性件44和弹性扣合件43一同使用以增强饰条4的安装稳定性。
如图7及图14所示,所述饰条4具有设置在所述门体1侧面的饰板42和垂直设置在所述饰板42上的前盖板45,所述前盖板45位于所述门体1的前侧,所述前盖板45与所述安装固定板33并列设置。
前盖板45与安装固定板33的并列设置能够一起对安装槽10形成遮盖,从而能够有效的避免安装槽10,在对安装槽10形成遮盖后能够有效的弥补由于安装槽10的设置造成的门体1的厚度的降低,进而减少因安装槽10的设置造成对冰箱保温的影响。
所述面板2设置在所述前盖板45的前侧并在前侧方向上对所述前盖板45完全遮盖。通过面板2对前盖板45进行遮盖能够避免在前侧方向上保留饰板4,从而使冰箱在前侧方向上更加的美观。
如图2-5所示,为了更稳定的实现面板2的安装固定,所述门体1还具有设置在所述门本体100顶部和底部的上横梁1001;所述上横梁1001设置有沿上下方向延伸设置的螺栓1003;
所述面板2朝向所述门体的一侧还具有在上下方向上相对设置的上连接板5,所述上连接板5具有朝背离所述面板2方向开口设置的连接板定位孔;所述连接板定位孔与所述螺栓1003相适配;
所述螺栓1003上设置有一对螺母1002,所述上连接板5被一对所 述螺母1002夹紧固定。通过一对螺母1002夹紧固定上连接板5也能够更方便的实现对上连接板5位置的调整。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种制冷设备,其特征在于,包括:箱体、设置在所述箱体上的门体和设置在所述门体前侧的面板;
    所述门体上设置有若干朝所述面板开口设置的安装槽,所述门体的侧面具有向外暴露所述安装槽的侧向开口;所述安装槽内具有与所述侧向开口位置相对的侧壁;
    所述面板上朝所述门体的一侧设置有若干安装件,所述安装件定位在所述安装槽内并具有与所述侧壁位置相对的侧向安装板,所述侧向安装板固定在所述侧壁上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷设备,其特征在于:所述侧壁上设置有门体安装孔,所述侧向安装板上设置有与所述门体安装孔相适配的安装板安装孔;所述安装板安装孔与所述侧向开口位置相对;所述侧向安装板通过紧固件固定在所述侧壁上,所述紧固件同时定位在所述门体安装孔和所述安装板安装孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷设备,其特征在于:所述安装槽具有在上下方向上相对设置的上壁和下壁;所述安装件具有支撑在所述下壁上的底板,且所述下壁上具有定位突起,所述底板上设置有与所述定位突起相适配的定位槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的制冷设备,其特征在于:所述安装槽的下壁中位于所述定位突起前侧的部分形成搭接部,所述搭接部所在平面沿水平方向延伸设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的制冷设备,其特征在于:所述定位突起具有朝所述安装槽的开口方向倾斜设置的斜向导引部,所述斜向导引部的高度随远离所述安装槽的开口逐渐增大。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的制冷设备,其特征在于:所述侧向安装板的顶部距离所述上壁的尺寸不小于所述定位突起的顶部距离所述下壁的距离。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的制冷设备,其特征在于:所述安装件还具有设置在所述底板相对两侧的侧支撑部,所述安装槽内设置有与侧支撑部相对设置并在左右方向上限位所述侧支撑部的一对侧限位部;
    所述侧支撑部包括设置在所述底板一侧的连接板和设置在所述连接板上的横向支撑板,所述连接板用于与所述侧限位部的侧壁相抵,所述横向支撑板支撑在所述侧限位部的顶部;
    所述连接板与所述侧向安装板连接固定;
    所述底板与所述连接板之间设置弧形过渡部,所述连接板与所述横向支撑板之间设置弧形过渡部;
    所述底板、所述连接板和所述横向支撑板一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷设备,其特征在于:所述门体包括门本体和设置在所述门本体顶部和底部的上横梁和下横梁;所述上横梁和所述下横梁上均设置有沿上下方向延伸设置的螺栓;
    所述面板朝向所述门体的一侧还具有在上下方向上相对设置的上连接板和下连接板,所述上连接板和所述下连接板均具有连接板定位孔;所述连接板定位孔与所述螺栓相适配;
    所述螺栓上设置有一对螺母,所述连接板被一对所述螺母夹紧固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷设备,其特征在于:所述门体包括门本体和设置在所述门本体上的门体安装件,所述安装槽设置在所述门体安装件上,所述门体安装件一体注塑成型;
    所述侧向开口设置在所述门体安装件上,所述制冷设备还具有设置在所述门体左、右两侧的饰条,所述饰条上朝向所述门本体侧一侧设置有饰条安装件,所述饰条安装件与所述侧向开口位置相对并定位在所述门体安装件上;
    所述饰条安装件上位于所述侧向开口处设置饰条定位槽,所述饰条定位槽开口方向与所述安装槽开口方向垂直,且所述饰条定位槽朝所述安装槽暴露;所述饰条安装件具有扣合在饰条定位槽内的弹性卡脚。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的制冷设备,其特征在于:所述饰条上朝向所述门本体的一侧还具有弹性扣合件,所述门本体上设置有与弹性扣合件相适配的定位孔,所述弹性扣合件包括定位在所述饰条上的扣合本体和设置在所述扣合本体上的若干弹性卡脚,若干所述弹性卡脚呈环形设置在所述扣合本体上并具有相互靠拢并积蓄回弹力的第一状态。
