Abstract
一种等离子体治疗装置,涉及医用设备技术领域,包括等离子体发生器(1)和气体输送装置(2),等离子体发生器(1)具备电离部(11),电离部(11)用于电离气体并产生等离子体,气体输送装置(2)用于向电离部(11)输送待电离气体,待电离气体为氢气、氦气、氩气、氮气和氯化氢气体中的任意一种或多种。方案能大大增加等离子体长径比,同时大大提高等离子体弧柱精准度,降低皮肤治疗温度,消除皮肤碳化等不良反应;且减少了有害气体的释放,大大提高客户治疗体验以及舒适性;更适合应用在医疗美容中。
Description
本发明涉及医用设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种等离子体治疗装置。
随着科技的发展,创造出了越来越多的美容仪,现有美容行业存在一种等离子体美容仪器,此仪器利用等离子体发生器直接电离空气来获得等离子体,电离空气产生的等离子体长径比小,等离子弧柱偏移严重,治疗效果不佳,且在治疗时会使患者皮肤温度感觉过高,并有大量有害气体释放;基于此,急需一种新型的装置来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种等离子体治疗装置,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,能大大增加等离子体长径比,同时大大提高等离子体弧柱精准度,降低皮肤治疗温度,消除皮肤碳化等不良反应;且减少了有害气体的释放,大大提高客户治疗体验以及舒适性;更适合应用在医疗美容中。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供一种等离子体治疗装置,包括等离子体发生器和气体输送装置,所述等离子体发生器具备电离部,所述电离部用于电离气体并产生等离子体,所述气体输送装置用于向所述电离部输送待电离气体,所述待电离气体为氢气、氦气、氩气、氮气和氯化氢气体中的任意一种或多种。
优选的,还包括主控制板,所述主控制板与所述等离子体发生器和所述气体输送装置均通信连接。
优选的,所述气体输送装置包括储气罐、进气控制阀和进气管,所述储气罐用于存储高压气体,所述进气控制阀设置于所述进气管上,所述进气管的一端与所述储气罐连通,另一端用于通向所述电离部。
优选的,所述电离部设置于一气罩内,所述气罩的一端为等离子体出口,另一端设置有多个气体进口,且多个所述气体进口沿一圆周均匀地布设。
优选的,所述气罩外形呈圆台形,所述气罩小端为所述等离子体出口,所述气罩大端设置有多个所述气体进口。
优选的,还包括手具和主机箱,所述气罩固定设置于所述手具的前端,所述等离子体发生器固定设置于所述手具和所述气罩内,所述储气罐和所述主控制板固定设置于所述主机箱内。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
1、本发明提供的等离子体治疗装置通过电离氢气、氦气、氩气、氮气和氯化氢气体中的任意一种或多种气体来产生等离子体,上述气体相较于空气中的氧气更容易电离,所以能产生更大的等离子长径比,进而增加治疗面积,提高治疗效率。
2、本发明提供的等离子体治疗装置通过电离氢气、氦气、氩气、氮气和氯化氢气体中的任意一种或多种气体来产生等离子体,上述气体相较于空气中的氧气更容易电离,所以能提高离子体弧柱精准度,进而降低临床操作难度,提高治疗效率。
3、本发明提供的等离子体治疗装置通过电离氢气、氦气、氩气、氮气和氯化氢气体中的任意一种或多种气体来产生等离子体,上述气体的电离产物无害,不会产生有害气体,进而提高客户治疗体验以及舒适性;更适合应用在医疗美容中。

本发明提供一种等离子体治疗装置,如图1~图5所示,包括等离子体发生器1和气体输送装置2,等离子体发生器1具备电离部11,电离部11用于电离气体并产生等离子体,气体输送装置2用于向电离部11输送待电离气体,待电离气体为氢气、氦气、氩气、氮气和氯化氢气体中的任意一种或多种。
本发明提供的等离子体治疗装置通过电离氢气、氦气、氩气、氮气和氯化氢气体中的任意一种或多种气体来产生等离子体,上述气体相较于空气更容易电离,所以能产生更大的等离子长径比以及离子体弧柱精准度,进而增加治疗面积、提高治疗效率、降低临床操作难度且不会产生有害气体,进而大大提高客户治疗体验以及舒适性;更适合应用在医疗美容中。
于一个具体的实施例中,等离子体治疗装置还包括主控制板5,主控制板5与等离子体发生器1和气体输送装置2均通信连接,主控制板5控制等离子体发生器1和气体输送装置2的启闭。
于一个具体的实施例中,气体输送装置2包括储气罐21、进气控制阀23和进气管22,储气罐21用于存储高压气体,进气控制阀23设置于进气管22上,进气管22的一端与储气罐21连通,另一端用于通向电离 部11,进气控制阀23与主控制板5通信连接,进而实现主控制板5控制进气控制阀23打开与关闭的作用。
于一个具体的实施例中,电离部11设置于一气罩31内,气罩31的一端为等离子体出口,另一端设置有多个气体进口33,且多个气体进口33沿一圆周均匀地布设,产生的等离子体射出的动力来源于气体输送装置2,气体进口33出来的气体经过电离后从等离子体出口喷出,此过程持续对皮肤喷气,从未起到降温效果,喷气的动力来自于储气罐21内的高压。
于一个具体的实施例中,气罩31外形呈圆台形,气罩31小端为等离子体出口,气罩31大端设置有多个气体进口33,缩口设置是为了聚拢所产生的等离子体,进而实现精准治疗的目的。
于一个具体的实施例中,等离子体治疗装置还包括手具3和主机箱4,气罩31固定设置于手具3的前端,等离子体发生器1固定设置于手具3和气罩31内,储气罐21和主控制板5固定设置于主机箱4内,使用者手持手具3对患者进行治疗,进气管22优选设置为软管,手具3上设置有按键32。
于一个具体的实施例中,等离子体发生器1具备多个阵列设置的治疗头,治疗头即为上述电离部11,进而提高气体的电离效率,且能够产生更多的等离子体。

- 一种等离子体治疗装置,其特征在于:包括等离子体发生器和气体输送装置,所述等离子体发生器具备电离部,所述电离部用于电离气体并产生等离子体,所述气体输送装置用于向所述电离部输送待电离气体,所述待电离气体为氢气、氦气、氩气、氮气和氯化氢气体中的任意一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的等离子体治疗装置,其特征在于:还包括主控制板,所述主控制板与所述等离子体发生器和所述气体输送装置均通信连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的等离子体治疗装置,其特征在于:所述气体输送装置包括储气罐、进气控制阀和进气管,所述储气罐用于存储高压气体,所述进气控制阀设置于所述进气管上,所述进气管的一端与所述储气罐连通,另一端用于通向所述电离部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的等离子体治疗装置,其特征在于:所述电离部设置于一气罩内,所述气罩的一端为等离子体出口,另一端设置有多个气体进口,且多个所述气体进口沿一圆周均匀地布设,一个所述气体进口对应于一个所述进气管。
- 根据权利要求4所述的等离子体治疗装置,其特征在于:所述气罩外形呈圆台形,所述气罩小端为所述等离子体出口,所述气罩大端设置有多个所述气体进口。
- 根据权利要求5所述的等离子体治疗装置,其特征在于:还包括手具和主机箱,所述气罩固定设置于所述手具的前端,所述等离子体发生器固定设置于所述手具和所述气罩内,所述储气罐和所述主控制板固定设置于所述主机箱内。
