拐杖是一种重要的医疗康复辅助用具,用来辅助行走的简单器械,对骨科领域的一些手术,如肢关节、踝关节的骨折的患者,除了需要手术治疗外,需要通过拐杖支撑身体进而方便行走来实现康复的效果,拐杖在康复过程中对骨科病人起到非常重要的助力行走的作用。
患者在长时间锻炼后会感到口渴,但是现有的拐杖不具有携带水杯的功能,这样就在户外使用该拐杖时造成了不便,无法缓解患者的不适。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种医疗拐杖,以解决现有技术中存在的技术问题。

优选的,所述调节组件包括固定于放置筒侧壁的壳体,所述壳体内部具有一个气腔,所述气腔侧壁连通设置有一个通道,所述通道与气囊连通,所述气腔内滑动连接有一个密封块。

2、本实用新型中,采用辅助支撑组件,当临时对该拐杖进行放置时,拉动该连接条,使得两个支撑杆发生旋转,从而支撑杆与插杆之间形成三角支撑结构,这样实现对该拐杖的支撑目的,实现临时放置,避免现有技术中靠在地面造成对拐杖的污染。

如图1-4所示,本实施例提供的一种医疗拐杖,包括支架1、固定于支架1顶部的腋下支撑条2、固定于支架1中部的握杆3,支架1下端固定连接有套管4,套管4内可拆卸安装有插杆5,支架1一侧固定连接有连接环12,连接环12一端固定连接有安装架10,安装架10内壁之间转动设置有放置筒11,放置筒11用于对水杯进行存放,并且安装架10与放置筒11之间为阻尼轴连接,因此可以实现一定的角度调节,放置筒11内壁固定连接有气囊13,放置筒11外侧壁固定连接有调节气囊13内部气体压力的调节组件。
采用放置筒11,能够对水杯实现放置目的,从而在训练口渴时可以及时的饮用,并且通过该调节组件能够对气囊13内部的气压进行调节,使得气囊13表面更加的挺拔,与水杯相贴合,实现对水杯的固定,防止训练时脱落。
在本实施例中,调节组件包括固定于放置筒11侧壁的壳体14,壳体14内部具有一个气腔,气腔侧壁连通设置有一个通道15,通道15与气囊13连通,气腔内滑动连接有一个密封块16,壳体14下端转动连接有内螺纹套17,内螺纹套17内部螺纹插接有螺纹杆18,螺纹杆18上端与密封块16固定连接。
具体调节气囊13内部的气压时,旋转内螺纹套17,带动螺纹杆18向上直线位移,然后推动密封块16向上位移,将气体通过15通道推入至气囊13内,使得气囊13表面更加的挺拔,与水杯相贴合,进而实现对水杯的固定目的。
为了防止插杆5在地面上打滑,在插杆5下端固定连接有防滑脚套6。
为了实现对整个拐杖的高度进行调节,在套管4侧壁开设有多个等距离设置的安装孔8,套管4与插杆5之间通过螺栓7固定安装,螺栓7穿过安装孔8并拧入插杆5上开设的螺孔内。
通过下拉插杆5,然后在合适的位置停下,将螺栓7穿过安装孔8拧入至插杆5表面 的螺孔内,实现对插杆5的位置固定,此时拐杖整体的高度变高,腋下支撑条2高度变高,从而满足不同身高人群的使用。
为了能在不使用该拐杖时,实现对该拐杖的支撑目的,支架1侧壁固定连接有辅助支撑组件9,辅助支撑组件9位于套管4处,辅助支撑组件9包括固定于支架1上的固定条91,固定条91两端均通过阻尼轴转动连接有转动块92,转动块92下端固定连接有支撑杆93,两个支撑杆93之间固定连接有连接条96。
当临时对该拐杖进行放置时,拉动该连接条96,使得两个支撑杆93发生旋转,从而支撑杆93与插杆5之间形成三角支撑结构,这样实现对该拐杖的支撑目的,实现临时放置,避免现有技术中直接靠在地面造成对拐杖的污染。
为了避免支撑杆93转动较大的角度,在固定条91两端均开设有限位槽95,转动块92上固定连接有限位块94,限位块94一端位于限位槽95内,上述的支撑杆93为圆杆状,支撑杆93在转动的过程中,该限位块94也在限位槽95内部滑动,限位槽95两端实现对限位块94的阻挡,这样支撑杆93只能旋转至一定的角度,对拐杖支撑时,将支撑杆93旋转至极限处,此时限位块94与限位槽95一端内壁相抵,保证支撑杆93与插杆5形成三角结构时更加的稳定。
上述的腋下支撑条2表面固定连接有橡胶垫,这样与患者腋窝接触时,患者会感到较为舒适。
