Definitions
- the present invention relates to an RFID card with an increased tag recognition rate, and more specifically, to an RFID card with an increased tag recognition rate by absorbing leaked electromagnetic waves.
- RFID Radio Frequency Identification
- DSRC Dedicated Short Range Communication
- This radio wave identification technology stores certain information in an RFID tag and reads the information stored in the RFID tag through a reader to obtain the information the user wants. It has the advantage of not requiring direct contact or scanning within the visible band like a barcode. Therefore, the scope of use is gradually expanding.
- the RFID tag that stores information in this RFID technology comes into contact with metal or other objects, the RFID tag is affected, causing the range of the originally recognizable frequency to change, or there is a problem in that the radio wave itself cannot be recognized.
- metal RFID cards have been manufactured to satisfy consumers' heightened aesthetic sense, but metal RFID has the problem of lowering the tag recognition rate due to leakage electromagnetic waves that interfere with each other.
- the present invention is intended to provide an RFID card with an increased tag recognition rate by forming a conductive thin film pattern to absorb leaked electromagnetic waves.
- the RFID card includes a metal layer made of a metal material, an absorbing layer made of an absorbing material disposed on the metal layer and absorbing electromagnetic waves, and a tag module disposed on the absorbing layer and composed of an antenna and a tag chip. It includes an electronic tag layer and a protective coating layer disposed on the electronic tag layer, and a conductive thin film pattern is disposed on the surface of the absorption layer, and the conductive thin film pattern has an overlapping area that overlaps the tag module.
- the conductive thin film pattern is formed in a stripe shape, and one end of the conductive thin film pattern has an overlapping area that overlaps the tag module.
- a metal layer composed of a metal material, an absorbing layer disposed on the metal layer and composed of an absorbing material that absorbs electromagnetic waves, and an electronic tag layer disposed on the absorbing layer and including a tag module composed of an antenna and a tag chip.
- a protective coating layer disposed on the electronic tag layer, and a conductive thin film pattern that supplements the absorbing material by further absorbing electromagnetic waves is disposed on the surface of the absorbing layer.

- FIGS 2a to 2c are perspective views showing various examples of the absorption layer shown in Figure 1.
- Figures 3a to 3c are perspective views showing several examples of absorption layers according to other embodiments of the present invention.
- Figures 4a to 4c are cross-sectional views taken along line I-I' of Figure 1 according to various embodiments.
- At least one should be understood to include all possible combinations from one or more related items.
- “at least one of the first, second, and third items” means each of the first, second, or third items, as well as two of the first, second, and third items. It can mean a combination of all items that can be presented from more than one.

Description
RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)는 무선 주파수 각종 물품에 소형 칩(tag))을 부착해 사물의 정보와 주변 환경 정보를 무선 주파수로 전송 처리하는 비접촉식 인식 시스템으로서, DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication:전용 근거리 통신) 또는 무선 식별 시스템이라고도 한다.
