本申请要求于2022年8月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为202210974421.9、发明名称为“一种加热不燃烧卷烟”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及烟草加工技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种加热不燃烧卷烟。
背景技术
“加热不燃烧”是新型烟草中比较火热的产品,它的原理是利用加热设备对烟草进行低温烘烤,而不发生燃烧。利用加热设备对特制的烟草进行加热烘烤,并将温度控制在低于燃点的范围内,这样既可以烘烤出烟草中的尼古丁以及各种芳香物质,又避免了由于燃烧所产生的有害物质。低温不燃烧设备拥有着与香烟最接近的口感和味道,又有着烟草独特的香气,同时也避免了绝大多数由于高温燃烧所产生的有毒有害物质,一经问世,就受到了广泛烟民的关注。
一般来说,在加热卷烟上添加香料是增加加热卷烟感官体验效果类别的基本方式,不同类别的香料能够使加热卷烟产生不同的感官体验,提高品吸感官体验。
现有技术中在加热不燃烧卷烟上添加香料的一般方式是在发烟部的再造烟叶上均匀喷涂香料,这种方式能够起到加香作用,但添加的香料保存时间较短,添加有香料的加热卷烟在保存一段时间后再抽吸,其抽吸香味不明显,感官效果不好。
因此,亟需一种加热不燃烧卷烟,能够长时间保存香味,且能够再保存一段时间后再抽吸,其抽吸香味明显。
发明内容

现有技术中在加热不燃烧卷烟上添加香料的一般方式是在发烟部的再造烟叶上均匀喷涂香料,这种方式能够起到加香作用,但添加的香料保存时间较短,添加有香料的加热卷烟在保存一段时间后再抽吸,其抽吸香味 不明显,感官效果不好。

在上述结构中,作为一种更加优选的实施方式,本发明实施例中的第一薄膜41和第二薄膜42均由聚丙烯膜材料制成。
在上述结构中本发明实施例中增香胶囊4的裂开是通过烟气的温度,发烟部1受热产生烟气的温度为90摄氏度左右时,烟气通过降温段21时,增香胶囊4的第一薄膜41与第二薄膜42之间的热熔胶裂开,释放液体香料并挥发,香味随烟气通过过滤段22和滤嘴部3被抽吸,抽吸者能够体验到明显的香味。
作为第三种实施方式,本发明实施例中的中空部2包括过滤段22以及降温段21,其中,过滤段22与发烟部1相连,在过滤段22内设置有中空的过滤棒,增香胶囊4粘接固定在过滤棒的内壁上,且烟具上的加热件插入发烟部1内,通过加热件5对发烟部1加热的同时使得增香胶囊4裂开,降温段21用于连接过滤段22和滤嘴部3,用于对高温烟气进行降温。
在上述结构中,具体地,本发明实施例中的增香胶囊4与过滤棒的内壁之间通过白乳胶进行连接。
更进一步地,本发明实施例中的增香胶囊4与发烟部顶部之间的距离 为2mm至4mm,以确保加热件能够将增香胶囊4的外壁裂开。
更进一步地,本发明实施例中的加热件具体为加热针,通过加热针针尖的温度裂开增香胶囊4的外壁,使得香料得以释放并挥发。
在上述结构中,本发明实施例中的增香胶囊4具体为椭球形状。具体地,过滤棒的内径为4mm,本发明实施例中的增香胶囊4的大径为2mm,小径为1mm。
在上述结构中,作为一种更加优选的实施方式,本发明实施例中的增香胶囊4的由聚乳酸材料、聚丙烯材料、聚乙烯材料、聚氯乙烯材料中的任一项制成。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,包括:
    同轴依次连通的发烟部(1)、中空部(2)以及滤嘴部(3),所述发烟部(1)受热后生成烟气经所述中空部(2)流动至所述滤嘴部(3);
    设置在所述中空部(2)靠近所述发烟部(1)的一端,内置有香料的增香胶囊(4),所述增香胶囊(4)受热裂开,以使得香味并随烟气流动至滤嘴部(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,
    所述中空部(2),包括:
    与所述发烟部(1)连接的降温段(21),所述降温段(21)为具有管壁和管腔的空管,所述增香胶囊(4)收容于所述管腔内;
    连接所述降温段(21)和所述滤嘴部(3)之间的过滤段(22),所述过滤段(22)内置有中空的过滤棒。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,
    所述增香胶囊(4),包括:
    第一薄膜(41)和第二薄膜(42),所述第一薄膜(41)和所述第二薄膜(42)之间通过热熔胶粘接连接,以形成用于容置所述香料的密闭空间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,
    所述增香胶囊(4)设置在所述降温段(21)的中部,且所述增香胶囊(4)的两侧分别与所述管腔的内壁之间通过热熔胶粘接连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,
    所述第一薄膜(41)的外壁与所述管腔的内壁之间通过热熔胶粘接连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,
    所述中空部(2),包括:
    与所述发烟部(1)相连的过滤段(22),所述过滤段(22)内置有中空的过滤棒,所述增香胶囊(4)粘接固定在所述过滤棒的内壁上,烟具上的加热件(5)插入所述发烟部内对发烟部加热的同时使得所述增香胶囊(4)裂开;
    连接所述过滤段(22)和所述滤嘴部(3)的降温段(21)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,
    所述增香胶囊(4)具体为椭球形。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,
    所述增香胶囊(4)由聚乳酸材料、聚丙烯材料、聚乙烯材料、聚氯乙烯材料中的任一项制成。
