未读消息通知的处理方法、电子设备及存储介质
本申请要求于2022年8月10日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202210959144.4、申请名称为“未读消息通知的处理方法、电子设备及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种未读消息通知的处理方法、电子设备及存储介质。
背景技术
随着电子技术及通信技术的发展,智能手机安装的应用程序(application,APP)越来越丰富,使用功能越来越多样化,例如用户在智能手机上通常会安装社交类、新闻类、金融类、娱乐类、运动类、阅读类等各种APP。
目前,各种APP会经常推送新消息给用户,APP的图标上会显示未读消息角标,以提醒用户该APP有未读新消息。或者,当用户使用社交类APP与其他用户沟通,电子设备接收到来自其他用户的新消息时,该APP的图标上同样会显示未读消息角标,以提醒用户该APP有未读新消息。用户可以通过点击APP的图标触发跳转到该APP的消息界面,然后点击未读新消息后进行查看,这样该未读新消息变化为已读消息,由此未读消息角标消失。
然而,在APP接收到的新消息中,很多APP推送的消息是用户不感兴趣,对用户造成一定干扰,如果采用上述消除APP的未读消息角标的方式,那么由于操作繁琐,耗时较长,会导致用户体验差。
发明内容
本申请提供一种未读消息通知的处理方法及电子设备,解决了由于各APP推送大量消息且无法合理清理大量未读消息通知,对用户造成干扰的问题。
为达到上述目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请提供一种未读消息通知的处理方法,该方法包括:
电子设备桌面中的多个应用的图标上分别显示有未读消息角标;
接收用户对所述电子设备的第一操作;
在所述电子设备满足预设条件的情况下,响应于所述第一操作,按照第一预设方式处理未读消息角标;
其中,所述按照预设方式处理未读消息角标包括:保持显示预设应用对应的未读消息角标,以及隐藏所述多个应用中除所述预设应用之外的其他应用对应的未读消息角标;
其中,所述第一预设条件为所述第一操作为预设操作,且快速清理通知功能已开启,且桌面在前台。
通过本申请上述方案,可以根据实际需求预先标记一些重要应用,当桌面在前台且快 速清理通知功能开启的情况下,用户只需摇一摇或者一键清理操作,即可触发电子设备快速批量清除所有非重要应用的未读消息通知,例如桌面图标上的未读消息角标、通知状态栏中的新消息卡片,应用界面中的新消息提示和/或锁屏界面中的新消息卡片;同时重要应用的未读消息通知可保留显示,供用户后续查看,避免用户遗漏重要消息。在各APP推送大量消息的场景中,本方案可以通过简单操作,批量清理未读消息通知,且保留重要应用的消息通知,按照用户需求合理地清理消息通知,可提升用户体验。
其中,由于预设应用是用户根据实际使用需求标记的应用,从用户角度来看,应用的重要程度或需求程度不同,因此可以将预设应用称为重要应用,以及除所述预设应用之外的其他应用称为非重要应用。
在一些实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
当所述电子设备首次满足所述预设条件时,显示第一提示信息,所述第一提示信息用于提示设置所述预设应用;
响应于用户选择一个或多个应用的操作,将用户选择的所述一个或多个应用标记为所述预设应用。
由此,电子设备在适当时机(电子设备首次满足所述预设条件)向用户提示,推荐用户体验快速清理通知功能。例如,在用户同意体验的情况下,电子设备向用户提示并引导用户如何设置重要应用,以及了解并体验具体如何操作来实现快速清理未读消息通知。这样,在快速清理通知功能已开启且桌面在前台时,用户可以通过摇一摇操作,触发电子设备快速清理除重要应用之外的其他应用的未读消息通知。
通过上述方式,可以支持用户将多个应用批量标记为重要应用。
需要说明的是,这里以通过摇一摇操作,触发电子设备快速清理除重要应用之外的其他应用的未读消息通知为例进行示例性说明。可以理解,在实际实现时,可以支持除摇一摇操作之外的其他用于触发快速清理未读消息通知的操作,例如一键清理或者预设手势清理。
在一些实现方式中,所述按照预设方式处理未读消息角标还可以包括:隐藏所述其他应用对应的所述未读消息通知。其中,所述其他未读消息通知可以包括以下至少一项:通知状态栏中的新消息卡片,应用界面中的新消息提示,锁屏界面中的新消息卡片。
在一些实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
响应于用户对所述桌面中第一应用的图标的操作,在所述桌面中显示第一卡片,所述第一卡片中包括标记控件,所述标记控件用于触发将所选应用标记为所述预设应用或者取消标记;
响应于用户对所述标记控件的操作,将所述第一应用标记为所述预设应用。
通过上述方式,可以支持用户在电子设备的桌面中对单个应用的图标进行操作,将该应用标记为重要应用。当然,还可以支持用户在电子设备的桌面中对单个应用的图标进行操作,将该应用取消该标记。
在一些实现方式中,所述方法还包括:判断所述电子设备是否满足所述预设条件;
其中,所述判断所述电子设备是否满足预设条件,包括:
判断所述第一操作是否为所述预设操作;
在确定所述第一操作为所述预设操作的情况下,判断所述快速清理通知功能是否开启;
在确定所述快速清理通知功能已开启的情况下,判断所述桌面是否在前台;
其中,在确定所述第一操作为所述预设操作,且所述快速清理通知功能已开启,且所述桌面在前台的情况下,确定所述电子设备满足所述预设条件。
在一些实现方式中,在确定用户的第一操作为预设操作的情况下,会触发电子设备判断快速清理通知功能是否开启以及桌面是否在前台。具体判断快速清理通知功能是否开启以及桌面是否在前台的先后执行顺序,可以根据实际需求设置,本申请实施例不作限定。
例如,可以先判断所述桌面是否在前台,然后在确定桌面在前台的情况下,再判断快速清理通知功能是否开启。或者,可以先判断快速清理通知功能是否开启;然后在确定快速清理通知功能的情况下,再判断桌面是否在前台。或者,判断快速清理通知功能是否开启以及判断桌面是否在前台,可以同时执行。
由此,从用户操作是否为预设操作、快速清理通知功能是否开启以及桌面在前台等因素综合判断电子设备是否满足预设条件,这样可以准确地识别用户意图,触发电子设备执行快速清理通知的动作,提升用户使用体验。
在一些实现方式中,在所述确定所述电子设备满足所述预设条件之后,所述方法还包括:
获取预设的应用列表,所述预设的应用列表包括所述桌面中的所述多个应用,所述预设的应用列表中的应用为支持显示未读消息角标的应用;
将所述预设的应用列表中除所述预设应用之外的应用,确定为所述其他应用。
在一些实现方式中,所述预设操作可以包括以下任一项:
1)将所述电子设备沿预设方向来回晃动,且晃动次数大于或等于预设次数的操作;其中,该操作可以简称为摇一摇操作。
2)对预设的一键清理控件的操作,所述预设的一键清理控件为用于触发快速清理未读消息通知的控件;其中,该操作可以简称为一键清理操作。
3)在所述桌面上完成第一手势且所述第一手势为预设手势;其中,所述预设手势包括一个或多个手指在所述桌面上触摸的预设手势,或者一个或多个指关节在所述电子设备上敲击的预设手势。其中,该操作可以简称为手势清理操作。
在一些实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
当所述电子设备的操作系统启动时,触发所述快速清理通知功能自动开启。
在一些实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
接收用户在所述桌面的第二操作(例如手指从屏幕顶部向下滑动的操作,简称下拉操作);
响应于所述第二操作,显示控制中心界面;其中,所述控制中心界面设置有用于开启或关闭所述快速清理通知功能的第一开关控件;
在所述第一开关控件为关闭状态的情况下,接收用户在所述第一开关控件的第三操作(例如单击操作);

在一些实现方式中,未读消息角标的显示形式可以为数字角标,数字角标用于提示应用当前未读消息的数量。或者,未读消息角标的显示形式可以为圆点角标,所述圆点角标用于提示应用当前有未读消息。
第二方面,本申请提供一种未读消息通知的处理装置,该装置包括用于执行上述第一方面中的方法的单元。该装置可对应于执行上述第一方面中描述的方法,该装置中的单元的相关描述请参照上述第一方面的描述,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
其中,上述第一方面描述的方法可以通过硬件实现,也可以通过硬件执行相应的软件实现。硬件或软件包括一个或多个与上述功能相对应的模块或单元。例如,处理模块或单元、显示模块或单元等。

桌面:也称为桌面应用,桌面启动器或者桌面应用程序,即一种图形用户界面(graphical user interface,GUI)程序,是采用图形方式显示的计算机操作用户界面。图形用户界面是一种人与计算机通信的界面显示格式,允许用户使用鼠标等输入设备操纵屏幕上的图标或菜单选项,以选择命令、调用文件、启动程序或执行其它一些日常任务。
桌面图标:也称为桌面应用图标,即在桌面上显示的APP图标,每个APP图标关联一个APP。
桌面角标:也称为桌面图标角标或者未读消息角标,在电子设备中的桌面角标功能已开启的情况下,当电子设备中安装的APP接收到消息时,电子设备会在桌面应用图标的右上角显示消息提示图标(例如数字角标,或者小红点),以提示该APP当前有未读消息。当消息提示图标为数字角标时,还可以通过该数字角标中的数字,获知未读消息的条数。为了便于说明,以下以桌面角标采用数字角标为例进行示例性地说明。
目前,智能手机、平板电脑等电子设备已成为用户日常生活中不可或缺的电子设备,在使用智能手机、平板电脑等电子设备的过程中,会接收到大量的消息提醒,其中各个应用的消息提示会在桌面以角标的形式展示给用户。例如,各种APP会经常推送新消息给用户,APP的图标上会显示未读消息角标,以提醒用户该APP有未读新消息。或者,当用户使用社交类APP与其他用户沟通,电子设备接收到来自其他用户的新消息时,该APP的图标上同样会显示未读消息角标,以提醒用户该APP有未读新消息。
用户可以通过点击APP的图标触发跳转到该APP的消息界面,然后点击未读新消息后进行查看,这样该未读新消息变化为已读消息,由此未读消息角标消失。当多个APP均出现角标时,用户需要逐个点击APP图标以消除未读消息角标;对于一些APP而言,在 用户点击APP图标后,从桌面会跳转到APP界面,APP图标上未读消息角标消失,但是该APP界面中的具体未读消息也会存在对应的未读消息提示(例如数字角标或者小红点),同样还需要用户点击每项未读消息,才能清除未读消息提示。
图1示出了常规方案中电子设备清除APP的未读消息角标的界面示意图。如图1中(a)所示,手机的桌面中多个APP的图标上均显示有未读消息角标,例如视频APP的图标上显示有角标,提示有2条未读消息;运动健康APP的图标上显示有角标,提示有9条未读消息;天气APP的图标上显示有角标,提示有3条未读消息;浏览器APP的图标上显示有角标,提示有6条未读消息;智慧生活APP的图标上显示有角标,提示有7条未读消息;旅游APP的图标上显示有角标,提示有5条未读消息;阅读APP的图标上显示有角标,提示有1条未读消息;消息APP的图标上显示有角标,提示有3条未读消息。
如图1中(a)和(b)所示,用户点击阅读APP的图标,触发手机从桌面跳转到阅读APP的主界面,该主界面中显示有未读消息提示。如图1中(b)和(c)所示,用户点击未读消息提示,触发手机从阅读APP的主界面跳转到未读消息所在页面。如图1中(d)所示,当返回到桌面时,阅读APP的图标上不再显示有未读消息角标。
然而,在APP接收到的新消息中,很多APP推送的消息是用户不感兴趣,如果各个APP的消息提示不关闭,那么在桌面中会存在大量的未读消息角标,对用户造成一定干扰。如果采用上述逐个查看未读消息的方式以清除APP的未读消息角标,那么由于操作繁琐,耗时较长,会导致用户体验差。
目前针对上述问题的已有解决方案为在电子设备的设置应用中,设置某些APP开启桌面图标功能,并设置某些APP关闭桌面图标功能;在APP关闭桌面图标功能后,APP的桌面图标上不再显示未读消息角标。下面结合图2来说明这种消除未读消息角标的具体实现方式。如图2中(a)所示,手机的桌面中多个APP的图标上均显示有未读消息角标。如图2中(a)和(b)所示,用户点击桌面中的设置应用的图标,触发手机屏幕显示内容从桌面跳转到设置界面。如图2中(b)和(c)所示,用户点击设置界面中的通知项,触发手机屏幕显示内容从设置界面跳转到通知设置界面。如图2中(c)和(d)所示,用户点击通知设置界面中的桌面图标角标项,触发手机屏幕显示内容跳转到桌面图标角标的设置界面。如图2中(d)和(e)所示,用户在桌面图标角标的设置界面中设置各个APP对应的角标开关,触发一些APP开启桌面图标功能以及另一些APP关闭桌面图标功能。如图2中(e)所示,阅读APP和信息APP等开启桌面图标功能,其他APP关闭桌面图标功能。如图2中(f)所示,当返回到桌面时,阅读APP和信息APP的图标上仍然显示有未读消息角标,而其他APP的图标上不再显示未读消息角标。需要说明的是,图2所示界面内容为示例性说明,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
下面结合图3所示的示例性时序图说明上述根据用户操作设置桌面角标以及控制桌面角标显示的具体实现方式。如图3所示,时序图包括S1至S14。其中涉及情景感知模块、通知管理器、桌面和第一应用。
S1,情景感知模块感知到用户在设置界面中设置APP(以第一应用为例)开启或关闭桌面角标功能的操作。
S2,情景感知模块向第一应用发送开启或关闭桌面角标功能的消息。
S3,第一应用接收到该消息,将开启或关闭桌面角标功能的消息转发给桌面应用。
S4,响应于该消息,桌面允许或禁用在第一应用的桌面图标上显示未读消息角标。
S5,第一应用向通知管理器发送第一应用开启或关闭桌面角标功能的消息。
S6,响应于该消息,通知管理器记录已开启桌面角标功能的APP。
S7,第一应用接收到新消息。
S8,第一应用向通知管理器通知:第一应用接收到一条新消息。
S9,响应于该通知,通知管理器判断第一应用是否开启桌面角标功能。
根据判断结果,执行下述的S10或S11。
S10,在第一应用未开启桌面角标功能的情况下,在桌面中第一应用的图标上不显示未读消息角标。
S11,在第一应用未开启桌面角标功能的情况下,通知管理器累计第一应用的未读消息的数量。
S12,通知管理器根据累计数量,确定第一应用对应的角标数字。
S13,通知管理器向桌面指示:在第一应用的桌面图标上显示未读消息角标。
其中,该未读消息角标中包含所确定的角标数字。
S14,响应于该指示,在桌面中第一应用的图标上显示未读消息角标。
通过上述设置方式,用户在设置应用中可以将希望屏蔽未读消息通知的应用关闭桌面角标功能,以及对希望显示未读消息通知的应用开启桌面角标功能,这样对各个APP逐个进行设置。但是,上述方式存在下述问题:在通过设置使得APP的消息提示被禁用之后,即使该APP有未读消息,也不再进行提示,这样用户始终无法获知该APP是否有未读消息,导致用户可能会错过一些推送的重要消息,这造成一些情况下用户可能有查看某些APP未读消息的需求无法被满足。
鉴于上述问题,本申请实施例提供了一种未读消息通知的处理方法及电子设备,通过在手机系统底层的改进,以提高用户体验。通过本方案,可以根据实际需求预先标记一些重要应用,当桌面在前台且快速清理通知功能开启的情况下,用户只需摇一摇或者一键清理操作,即可触发电子设备快速批量清除所有非重要应用的未读消息通知,例如桌面图标上的未读消息角标、通知状态栏中的新消息卡片,应用界面中的新消息提示和/或锁屏界面中的新消息卡片;同时重要应用的未读消息通知可保留显示,供用户后续查看,避免用户遗漏重要消息。在各APP推送大量消息的场景中,本方案可以通过简单操作,批量清理未读消息通知,且保留重要应用的消息通知,按照用户需求合理地清理消息通知,提升用户体验。
参见图4,为本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。电子设备100可以包括处理器110,外部存储器接口120,内部存储器121,通用串行总线(universal serial bus,USB)接口130,充电管理模块140,电源管理模块141,电池142,天线1,天线2,移动通信模块150,无线通信模块160,音频模块170,扬声器170A,受话器170B,麦克风170C,耳机接口170D,传感器模块180,按键190,马达191,指示器192,摄像头193,显示屏194,以及用户标识模块(subscriber identification module,SIM)卡接口195等。其中传感器模块180可以包括压力传感器180A,陀螺仪传感器180B,磁传感器180D,加速度传感器180E,距离传感器180F,接近光传感器180G,指纹传感器180H,触摸传感器180K,环境光传感器180L等。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例示意的结构并不构成对电子设备100的具体限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,电子设备100可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。
处理器110可以包括一个或多个处理单元,例如:处理器110可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP),调制解调处理器,图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU),图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP),控制器,存储器,视频编解码器,数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),基带处理器,和/或神经网络处理器(neural-network processing unit,NPU)等。其中,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器中。例如,处理器110用于执行本申请实施例中的未读消息通知的处理方法。
其中,控制器可以是电子设备100的神经中枢和指挥中心。控制器可以根据指令操作码和时序信号,产生操作控制信号,完成取指令和执行指令的控制。
处理器110中还可以设置存储器,用于存储指令和数据。在一些实施例中,处理器110中的存储器为高速缓冲存储器。该存储器可以保存处理器110刚用过或循环使用的指令或数据。如果处理器110需要再次使用该指令或数据,可从存储器中直接调用。避免了重复存取,减少了处理器110的等待时间,因而提高了系统的效率。
外部存储器120一般指外存储器,在本申请实施例中,外部存储器是指除电子设备的内存及处理器的高速缓存以外的储存器,该储存器一般为非易失性存储器。
内部存储器121,也可以称为“内存”,可以用于存储计算机可执行程序代码,所述可执行程序代码包括指令。内部存储器121可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统,至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能,图像播放功能等)等。
显示屏194用于显示图像,视频等。显示屏194包括显示面板。显示面板可以采用有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED)。在一些实施例中,电子设备100可以包括1个或N个显示屏194,N为大于1的正整数。
电子设备100还包括各类传感器,可以将各种不同的物理信号转换为电信号。触摸传感器180K,也称“触控面板”。触摸传感器180K可以设置于显示屏194,由触摸传感器180K与显示屏194组成触摸屏,也称“触控屏”。触摸传感器180K用于检测作用于其上或附近的触摸操作。触摸传感器可以将检测到的触摸操作传递给应用处理器,以确定触摸事件类型。可以通过显示屏194提供与触摸操作相关的视觉输出。在另一些实施例中,触摸传感器180K也可以设置于电子设备100的表面,与显示屏194所处的位置不同。
示例性的,在本申请实施例中,触摸传感器180K可以检测用户对应用程序的图标的点击操作,并将检测到的点击操作传递给应用处理器,确定该点击操作用于启动或运行该应用程序,进而执行该应用程序的运行操作。
电子设备100的无线通信功能可以通过天线1,天线2,移动通信模块150,无线通信模块160,调制解调处理器以及基带处理器等实现。
电子设备100可以通过音频模块170,扬声器170A,受话器170B,麦克风170C,耳机接口170D,以及应用处理器等实现音频功能。例如音乐播放,录音等。
电子设备100通过GPU,显示屏194,以及应用处理器等实现显示功能。GPU为图像处理的微处理器,连接显示屏194和应用处理器。GPU用于执行数学和几何计算,用于图形渲染。处理器110可包括一个或多个GPU,其执行程序指令以生成或改变显示信息。
电子设备100可以通过ISP,摄像头193,视频编解码器,GPU,显示屏194以及应用处理器等实现拍摄功能。
以上是以电子设备100为例对本申请实施例做出的具体说明。应该理解的是,本申请实施例示意的结构并不构成对电子设备100的具体限定。电子设备100可以具有比图中所示的更多的或者更少的部件,可以组合两个或多个的部件,或者可以具有不同的部件配置。图中所示出的各种部件可以在包括一个或多个信号处理和/或专用集成电路在内的硬件、软件、或硬件和软件的组合中实现。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备可以是用户设备(user equipment,UE),例如可以为移动终端(例如用户手机)、平板电脑、桌面型、膝上型笔记本电脑、手持计算机、上网本、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等设备。
在上述部件之上,运行有操作系统,例如iOS操作系统,Android开源操作系统或者Windows操作系统等,在该操作系统上可以安装运行应用程序。
电子设备100的操作系统可以采用分层架构,事件驱动架构,微核架构,微服务架构,或云架构。本申请实施例以分层架构的Android系统为例,示例性说明电子设备100的软件结构。
图5是本申请实施例的电子设备100的软件结构框图。
分层架构将软件分成若干个层,每一层都有清晰的角色和分工。层与层之间通过软件接口通信。在一些实施例中,将Android系统分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序层(applications),应用程序框架层(application framework),安卓运行时(Android Runtime)和系统库,以及内核层(kernel)。
其中,应用程序层可以包括一系列应用程序包。例如,应用程序层可以包括相机,图库,日历,通话,地图,导航,WLAN,蓝牙,音乐,视频,短信息、阅读、旅游、运动健康、智慧生活等应用程序(应用程序可以简称为应用),本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
应用程序层中的应用可以分为系统应用和非系统应用,其中,系统应用具体可以包括桌面应用、消息应用以及等,非系统应用可以包括游戏,地图,视频,社交应用,购物应用、阅读、旅游、运动健康以及智慧生活等。
本申请实施例中,应用程序层还可以包括情景感知模块和业务逻辑处理模块。情景感知模块和业务逻辑处理模块业可以是独立的APP,或者可以分别集成在不同的APP中,或者可以集成在同一个APP中,本申请不做限定。
其中,情景感知模块,常驻运行或以低功耗形式运行,具有感知外部事实或者环境的能力。情景感知模块可以通过应用程序接口(application programming interface,API)从应用程序层的其他应用程序或应用程序框架层或系统层或内核层来检测相关事件和获取事件的状态,比如检测蓝牙连接、网络连接、监测用户短信、定制定时器等。在本申请实施例中,情景感知模块主要作用是监听是否有预设手势(例如摇一摇,也称为甩一甩)事件,当监听到摇一摇事件,将摇一摇事件通知给业务逻辑处理模块。
业务逻辑处理模块(如:计算引擎)具有业务逻辑处理能力,用于判断在当前场景下摇一摇事件是否满足快速清除未读消息角标的条件。例如,业务逻辑处理模块接收到用户触发的摇一摇事件及情景感知模块发送的剪切板内容,判断是否满足快速清除未读消息角标的条件,从而在满足条件的情况下,将当前桌面中APP的图标上的多个未读消息角标执行下述操作:重要应用的未读消息角标保持显示,以及其他非重要应用的未读消息角标全部被隐藏。其中,APP是重要应用还是非重要应用,可以由用户根据实际使用需求设置,当然还可以由系统默认设置,本申请实施例不作限定。
应用程序框架层为应用程序层的应用程序提供应用编程接口(application programming interface,API)和编程框架。应用程序框架层包括一些预先定义的函数。如图5所示,应用程序框架层可以包括通知管理器,窗口管理器,内容提供器,视图系统,资源管理器等,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
通知管理器可以管理当APP接收到新信息时在状态栏中显示通知信息,以及在APP的桌面图标上显示未读消息角标。通知管理器还可以是以图表或者滚动条文本形式出现在系统顶部状态栏的通知,还可以是以对话窗口形式出现在屏幕上的通知。
例如,在本申请实施例中,应用程序层的应用将消息发送给通知管理器,通知管理器根据累计应用的未读消息条数,然后通知管理器将未读消息条数反馈给桌面;相应地,桌面在应用对应的桌面图标上显示数字角标,该数字角标的数字用于指示未读消息条数。
视图系统包括可视控件,例如显示文字的控件,显示图片的控件等。视图系统可用于构建应用程序。显示界面可以由一个或多个视图组成的。例如,在本申请实施例中,视图系统可用于在桌面和其他应用中,根据未读消息的条数,显示对应的数字角标。
Android Runtime包括核心库和虚拟机。Android Runtime负责安卓系统的调度和管理。
核心库包含两部分:一部分是java语言需要调用的功能函数,另一部分是安卓的核心库。
应用程序层和应用程序框架层运行在虚拟机中。虚拟机将应用程序层和应用程序框架层的java文件执行为二进制文件。虚拟机用于执行对象生命周期的管理,堆栈管理,线程管理,安全和异常的管理,以及垃圾回收等功能。
系统库可以包括多个功能模块。例如:表面管理器(surface manager),媒体库(media libraries),三维图形处理库(例如:openGL ES),二维图形引擎(例如:SGL)等。表面管理器用于对显示子系统进行管理,并且为多个应用程序提供了二维图层和三维图层的融合。
内核层是硬件和软件之间的层。内核层至少包含显示驱动,摄像头驱动,音频驱动,传感器驱动。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例虽然以Android系统为例进行说明,但是其基本原理同样适用于基于iOS或Windows等操作系统的电子设备。
本申请实施例提供的未读消息通知的处理方法的执行主体可以为上述的电子设备,也可以为该电子设备中能够实现该未读消息通知的处理方法的功能模块和/或功能实体,并且本申请方案能够通过硬件和/或软件的方式实现,具体的可以根据实际使用需求确定,本申请实施例不作限定。下面以电子设备为例,结合附图对本申请实施例提供的未读消息通知的处理方法进行示例性的说明。
下面结合具体的实施例介绍本申请实施例提供的未读消息通知的处理方法。其中,未读消息通知的处理方法可以包括如下过程:(1)在应用图标上显示桌面角标;(2)开启快速清理通知功能;快速清理通知功能也可以称为甩一甩功能,即通过晃动手机来清除角标的功能;(3)标记重要应用;(4)通过摇一摇操作快速批量清除非重要应用的未读消息角标。下面分别详细说明本申请实施例中涉及的这些过程。
(1)在应用图标上显示桌面角标。
下面先结合图6所示的示例性时序图,说明本申请实施例在应用接收到新消息时在应用图标上显示桌面角标的具体实现方式。这里仍然以数字角标为例进行说明。如图6所示,时序图包括S101至S107,涉及通知管理器、桌面和第一应用,该第一应用可以为电子设备中安装的第三方应用,也可以是电子设备中预安装的系统应用。例如,旅游APP和阅读APP等为第三方应用,信息APP、相机APP、通讯录APP和电话APP等为系统应用。
S101,通知管理器预先存储应用列表,该应用列表中的应用为支持显示桌面角标的应用。
其中,默认电子设备中的所有应用都支持:在应用接收到新消息时均会在应用图标上显示桌面角标。下面以第一应用为例示例性地说明在应用接收到新消息时会在应用图标上显示桌面角标的情况。
S102,第一应用接收到新消息。
S103,第一应用向通知管理器通知:第一应用接收到一条新消息。
S104,响应于该通知,通知管理器累计第一应用的未读消息的数量。
S105,通知管理器根据累计数量,确定第一应用对应的数字角标。
S106,通知管理器向桌面指示:在第一应用的桌面图标上显示未读消息角标。
其中,该未读消息角标即所确定的数字角标,用于指示第一应用当前存在未读消息以及未读消息总条数。
S107,响应于该指示,在桌面中第一应用的图标上显示未读消息角标。
示例性地,返回参考图1中(a)所示,在默认电子设备中的所有应用都支持在应用图标上显示桌面角标的情况下,在桌面中存在大量应用图标,相应地会存在大量的未读消息角标,用于向用户提示各个应用当前存在未读消息以及未读消息总条数。
(2)开启快速清理通知功能。
可选地,本申请实施例中,开启快速清理通知功能的方式可以包括下述两种方式:
方式一,快速清理通知功能默认已开启,具体可参见图7中S201所示。
S201,系统启动后自动开启快速清理通知功能。
这种系统默认开启快速清理通知功能的方式,无需用户操作触发开启,可提升用户体验。
在本申请实施例中,在快速清理通知功能开启后,电子设备可以在特定的时机(当检测到手机被晃动时)向用户提示可使用快速清理通知功能,以及在用户同意使用快速清理通知功能的情况下,提示用户在使用快速清理通知功能之前先设置重要应用。
示例性地,假设快速清理通知功能已默认开启,但未标记重要应用,此时用户未使用过快速清理通知功能。如图8中(a)和(b)所示,当电子设备首次或者前几次检测到手机被晃动的事件(也称为摇一摇事件)时,电子设备可以显示快速清理通知功能的如下提 示信息:在手机亮屏且显示桌面时,摇一摇可快速清除未读消息角标,“忽略”选项和“去体验”选项。若用户点击“去体验”选项,则电子设备提示用户先设置重要应用,具体过程将在下文中标记重要应用的部分进行详细描述。并且,电子设备还可以提示用户在控制菜单栏(也称为控制中心)中设置有快速清理通知功能的快捷开关控件,用户通过对快速清理通知功能的快捷开关控件操作,可触发关闭或开启快速清理通知功能。
方式二,根据用户操作,开启快速清理通知功能,具体可参见图7中S202-S204所示。
S202,情景感知模块感知到用户触发开启快速清理通知功能的操作。
S203,情景感知模块向业务逻辑处理模块通知开启快速清理通知功能。
S204,响应于该通知,业务逻辑处理模块开启快速清理通知功能。
在本申请实施例中,在控制菜单栏中设置有快速清理通知功能对应的快捷开关控件。在快速清理通知功能关闭的情况下,当用户点击快速清理通知功能的快捷开关控件时,可触发开启快速清理通知功能。
示例性地,图9示出了本申请实施例中用户手动设置快速清理通知功能的过程。如图9中(a)所示,当手机显示桌面时,用户通过下拉操作,触发手机显示如图9中(b)所示的控制菜单栏11,该控制菜单栏11中显示有“摇一摇”控件12。如图9中(b)所示,“摇一摇”控件12的显示状态(例如浅色)指示快速清理通知功能处于关闭状态。如图9中(b)和(c)所示,用户点击“摇一摇”控件12,可触发“摇一摇”控件12更新显示状态(变为深色),更新后的显示状态指示快速清理通知功能处于开启状态。
需要说明的是,在快速清理通知功能开启的情况下,情景感知模块将实时或者周期性地监听是否有摇一摇操作或者摇一摇事件。当监听到有摇一摇操作时,可进一步判断电子设备的当前场景是否满足摇一摇清除角标的预设条件,例如预设条件可以包括手机亮屏且桌面在前台,且快速清理通知功能已开启。
可选地,在采用上述方式一或者方式二开启快速清理通知功能之后,当用户有关闭快速清理通知功能的需求时,用户可以按照图7中S205-S207所示步骤关闭快速清理通知功能。
S205,情景感知模块感知到用户触发关闭快速清理通知功能的操作。
示例性地,假设在控制菜单栏中设置有快速清理通知功能的快捷开关控件,在快速清理通知功能开启的情况下,当用户点击快速清理通知功能的快捷开关控件时,可触发关闭快速清理通知功能。
S206,情景感知模块向业务逻辑处理模块通知关闭快速清理通知功能。
S207,响应于该通知,业务逻辑处理模块关闭快速清理通知功能。
需要说明的是,在快速清理通知功能关闭的情况下,情景感知模块将不再监听是否有摇一摇操作或者摇一摇事件。
(3)标记重要应用。
图10示出了本申请实施例中标记重要应用的时序图。如图10所示,时序图包括S301至S307,涉及通知管理器、业务逻辑处理模块、桌面和第一应用。这里仍然以将第一应用设置为重要应用为例进行示例性说明。
S301,情景感知模块感知到用户长按桌面中第一应用的图标的操作。
S302,情景感知模块通知桌面显示功能卡片。
S303,响应于该通知,在桌面显示第一应用的功能卡片。
其中,功能卡片可以包括一个或更多个控件,例如分享控件,用于实现应用内容的分享;在例如卸载控件,用于卸载应用;再例如重要应用控件,用于将应用标记为重要应用或者取消重要应用的标记。
可选地,可以通过重要应用控件的不同显示状态,指示应用是否被标记为重要应用。例如,重要应用控件的显示状态为浅色,则指示应用未被标记为重要应用。重要应用控件的显示状态为深色,则指示应用被标记为重要应用。
在本申请实施例中,不同应用的功能卡片可以呈现不同的功能控件。例如,阅读APP的功能卡片可以呈现分享、卸载以及重要标记等功能控件,旅游APP的功能卡片可以呈现推荐、卸载以及重要标记等功能控件,消息APP的功能卡片可以呈现新建信息以及重要标记等功能控件。
可以理解,在本申请实施例中,通过在每个应用的功能卡片中添加“重要标记”的功能控件,实现对应用的重要性的标记,例如支持用户对该功能控件操作,触发将应用标记为重要,以及取消重要标记。其中,针对被标记为重要的应用,若有未读消息角标,则在摇一摇时未读消息角标不会消失或隐藏。针对未被标记为重要的应用,若有未读消息角标,则在摇一摇时未读消息角标会消失或隐藏。
需要说明的是,这里以标记重要应用为例进行说明,当然还可以有区分应用重要性的其他实现方式,具体可以根据实际使用需求设置,本申请实施例不作限定。例如,可以在每个应用的功能卡片中添加“非重要标记”的功能控件,支持用户对该功能控件操作,触发将应用标记为非重要,以及取消非重要标记。其中,针对被标记为非重要的应用,若有未读消息角标,则在摇一摇时未读消息角标会消失或隐藏。针对未被标记为非重要的应用,若有未读消息角标,则在摇一摇时未读消息角标不会消失或隐藏。
S304,桌面向情景感知模块反馈:在桌面已显示第一应用的功能卡片。
S305,情景感知模块感知到用户在卡片上标记第一应用为重要应用的操作。
其中,用户的操作可以为单击操作、双击操作或者其他可能的操作,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
示例性地,假设应用未被标记为重要应用,重要标记控件的显示状态为浅色;用户点击重要标记控件,可触发重要标记控件的显示状态更新为深色,以及触发应用被标记为重要应用。

如图11中(a)所示,用户对手机桌面中的阅读APP的图标进行操作(例如长按操作),触发手机显示如图11中(b)所示的功能卡片13,该功能卡片13中显示有“重要”控件14(即重要标记控件),如图11中(b)所示,“重要”控件14的显示状态指示阅读APP未被标记为重要应用。如图11中(c)所示,用户对“重要”控件14进行操作(例如单击操作),如图11中(d)所示,“重要”控件14的显示状态由浅色更新为深色,此时“重要” 控件14用于指示阅读APP被标记为重要应用。
结合上述图8,如图12中(a)所示,当电子设备首次或者前几次检测到手机被晃动的事件(也称为摇一摇事件)时,电子设备可以显示快速清理通知功能的如下提示信息:在手机亮屏且显示桌面时,摇一摇可快速清除未读消息角标,“忽略”选项和“去体验”选项。若用户点击“去体验”选项,则如图12中(b)所示,电子设备显示提示信息:“摇一摇手机,保留重要应用的未读消息角标,清除其他应用的未读消息角标,选择重要应用”,提示用户根据个人需求选择一个或多个并将其设置为重要应用。示例性地,用户选择阅读APP、旅游APP和信息APP后点击确认控件,由此将阅读APP、旅游APP和信息APP批量设置为重要应用。这种批量设置的方式可以快速标记多个APP的重要性,提升用户使用体验。
需要说明的是,上述界面内容和显示形式以及用户选择均为示例性地说明,在实际实现时,具体根据实际使用需求确定,本申请实施例不作限定。
以上通过图11和图12介绍了两种标记重要应用的可能实现方式,下面说明取消重要标记的可能实现方式。在本申请实施例中,可以将一些应用标记为重要,同样也可以取消重要标记。可以理解,在设置或标记重要应用之后,用户可以根据需求取消某些应用的重要标记。
如图13中(a)所示,用户对手机桌面中的旅游APP的图标进行操作(例如长按操作),触发手机显示如图13中(b)所示的功能卡片15,该功能卡片15中显示有“重要”控件16(即重要标记控件),如图13中(b)所示,“重要”控件16的显示状态指示旅游APP已被标记为重要应用。如图13中(c)所示,用户对“重要”控件16进行操作(例如单击操作),如图13中(d)所示,“重要”控件16的显示状态由深色更新为浅色,此时“重要”控件16用于指示旅游APP已取消重要标记。
在一些实施例中,本申请实施例还可以通过控制菜单栏中的“摇一摇”控件12,作为快速进入快速清理通知功能的设置界面的入口。示例性地,如图14中(a)所示,手机显示控制菜单栏,该控制菜单栏中显示有“摇一摇”控件12。用户对“摇一摇”控件12进行操作(例如长按操作),触发手机跳转到如图14中(b)所示的快速清理通知功能的设置界面。其中,摇一摇清理项的开关控件为开启状态,用户可以对该开关控件进行操作来触发开启或关闭摇一摇清理角标的功能。在快速清理通知功能的设置界面中,用户可以根据实际需求,在多个应用中进行重要应用选择,或者取消选择,可以支持用户对重要应用标记进行灵活调整。
上述实施例详细说明了开启快速清理通知功能以及标记重要应用的过程,需要说明的是,本申请实施例不限定开启快速清理通知功能和标记重要应用的先后执行顺序。例如,可以先开启快速清理通知功能,然后再标记重要应用;也可以先标记重要应用,然后再开启快速清理通知功能。
下面详细说明本申请实施例中在用户需要时通过摇一摇操作来快速批量清除未读消息角标的过程。
(4)通过摇一摇操作快速批量清除非重要应用的未读消息角标。
图15示出了本申请实施例提供的通过摇一摇操作快速批量清除非重要应用的未读消息角标的流程示意图。参照图15所示,该方法包括下述的步骤S401-S414。需要说明的是, 图15所示步骤是在上述图6、图7和图10所示步骤之后执行的。
S401,情景感知模块感知到用户的摇一摇操作。

如图16中(a)所示,假设快速清理通知功能已开启,手机桌面在前台,且桌面中多个应用的图标上都显示有未读消息角标,例如视频APP、运动健康APP、天气APP、浏览器APP、智慧生活APP、旅游APP、阅读APP和信息APP各自的图标上都显示有未读消息角标。其中,假设阅读APP和信息APP已预先被标记为重要应用。
如图16中(b)所示,用户将手机以预设手势摇一摇(例如左右来回摇晃多次),可触发手机快速批量消除大量非重要应用的未读消息角标,如图16中(c)所示,桌面中非重要应用的图标上的未读消息角标均被隐藏,阅读APP和信息APP等重要应用的图标上的未读消息角标保留显示。
在本申请实施例中,用户可以根据实际需求设置重要应用,在桌面在前台且快速清理通知功能开启的情况下,用户只需摇一摇操作,即可快速批量消除大量非重要应用的未读 消息通知,操作简便,节省用户时间,提高了用户体验。
还需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,未读消息通知可以包括桌面中应用图标上的未读消息角标,通知状态栏中显示的新消息卡片,应用界面中的新消息提示(例如角标或小红点),以及锁屏界面中显示的新消息卡片等各种可能的未读消息通知。
可以理解,本申请实施例中以通过摇一摇操作,快速桌面中非重要应用的图标上的未读消息角标为例进行示例性说明,在实际实现时,本申请实施例提供的未读消息通知的处理方法可以适用于上述各种未读消息通知,例如通过摇一摇操作,可以快速清除桌面中非重要应用的图标上的未读消息角标,通知状态栏中非重要应用的新消息卡片,非重要应用的界面中的新消息提示,以及锁屏界面中非重要应用的新消息卡片;具体可以根据实际使用需求进行设置,本申请实施例不作限定。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中以摇一摇操作来触发快速批量清除应用的未读消息角标为例,可以理解,在实际实现时,该触发操作还可以有其他可能的方式。例如,在一些实施例中,可以通过对一键清理控件进行操作(例如单击操作),可触发快速批量清除应用的未读消息角标。在另一些实施例中,可以支持如下任一种手势作为触发操作:指关节敲击屏幕/背板,双指/三指长按桌面,双指/三指双击桌面,双指/三指上滑、双指/三指上滑并停顿,双指左右交替快速点击屏幕等。
示例性地,下面以一键清理控件为例进行示例性说明。
可选地,一键清理控件可以显示于手机侧边栏、控制菜单栏或负一屏等特定区域。
可选地,在快速清理通知功能的设置界面启用一键清理方式之后,在手机侧边栏、控制菜单栏或负一屏等特定区域显示一键清理控件。可以理解,在禁用一键清理方式之后,在手机侧边栏、控制菜单栏或负一屏等特定区域隐藏一键清理控件。
图17示出了启用一键清理方式的界面示意图。如图17中(a)和(b)所示,手机当前显示快速清理通知功能的设置界面,用户对一键清理的开关控件18进行操作,可触发一键清理的开关控件18从禁用状态切换为启用状态,即一键清理方式被启用。相应地,在手机侧边栏、控制菜单栏或负一屏等特定区域可以显示一键清理控件。
图18示出了通过对一键清理控件操作来快速清理角标的界面示意图。如图18中(a)所示,假设快速清理通知功能已开启,手机桌面在前台,且桌面中多个应用的图标上都显示有未读消息角标,例如视频APP、运动健康APP、天气APP、浏览器APP、智慧生活APP、旅游APP、阅读APP和信息APP各自的图标上都显示有未读消息角标。其中,假设阅读APP和信息APP已预先被标记为重要应用。
如图18中(a)所示,用户在手机屏幕一侧沿箭头所示方向滑动并停顿,可触发手机显示侧边栏19,侧边栏19中显示有一键清理控件20。如图18中(b)所示,用户在一键清理控件20操作(例如单击操作),可触发手机快速批量消除大量非重要应用的未读消息角标。如图18中(c)所示,桌面中非重要应用的图标上的未读消息角标均被隐藏,阅读APP和信息APP等重要应用的图标上的未读消息角标保留显示。
在本申请实施例中,用户可以根据实际需求设置重要应用,在桌面在前台且快速清理通知功能开启的情况下,用户只需点击一键清理控件,即可快速批量消除大量非重要应用的未读消息通知,操作简便,节省用户时间,提高了用户体验。
图19为本申请实施例公开的桌面和应用之间的关系示意图。如图19所示,桌面负责 绘制未读消息角标,并且桌面为应用提供显示未读消息角标的接口。当应用接收到新消息时,应用可以向桌面调用未读消息角标接口,实现在应用的桌面图标上显示对应的未读消息角标。
其中,桌面需要获知如下关键参数:应用包名(package)、桌面图标对应的应用入口Activity类(class)、角标数字(badge number)。桌面可以根据该关键参数绘制未读消息角标。
通过本申请实施例提供的方法,可以根据实际需求预先标记一些重要应用,当桌面在前台且快速清理通知功能开启的情况下,用户只需摇一摇或者一键清理操作,即可触发电子设备快速批量清除所有非重要应用的未读消息通知,例如桌面图标上的未读消息角标、通知状态栏中的新消息卡片,应用界面中的新消息提示和/或锁屏界面中的新消息卡片;同时重要应用的未读消息通知可保留显示,供用户后续查看,避免用户遗漏重要消息。在各APP推送大量消息的场景中,本方案可以通过简单操作,批量清理未读消息通知,且保留重要应用的消息通知,按照用户需求合理地清理消息通知,可提升用户体验。
本文中描述的各个实施例可以为独立的方案,也可以根据内在逻辑进行组合,这些方案都落入本申请的保护范围中。

图20为本申请实施例提供的未读消息通知的处理装置500的示意性框图。该装置500可以用于执行上文方法实施例中电子设备所执行的动作。该装置500包括桌面显示模块510、情景感知模块520和业务逻辑处理模块530。
桌面显示模块510,用于在桌面中的多个应用的图标上分别显示有未读消息角标;
情景感知模块520,用于接收用户对第一应用的第一操作,所述第一应用为所述多个应用中的一个或更多个应用;
业务逻辑处理模块530,用于判断所述电子设备是否满足预设条件,并在电子设备满足预设条件的情况下,响应于所述第一操作,按照第一预设方式处理未读消息角标;
其中,所述按照第一预设方式处理未读消息角标包括:保持显示所述预设应用对应的未读消息角标,以及隐藏所述多个应用中除所述预设应用之外的其他应用对应的未读消息角标;
其中,所述第一预设条件为所述第一操作为预设操作,且快速清理通知功能已开启,且桌面在前台。
其中,由于预设应用是用户根据实际使用需求标记的应用,从用户角度来看,应用的重要程度或需求程度不同,因此可以将预设应用称为重要应用,以及除所述预设应用之外的其他应用称为非重要应用。
通过本申请实施例提供的装置,可以根据实际需求预先标记一些重要应用,当桌面在前台且快速清理通知功能开启的情况下,用户只需摇一摇或者一键清理操作,即可触发电子设备快速批量清除所有非重要应用的未读消息通知,例如桌面图标上的未读消息角标、通知状态栏中的新消息卡片,应用界面中的新消息提示和/或锁屏界面中的新消息卡片;同时重要应用的未读消息通知可保留显示,供用户后续查看,避免用户遗漏重要消息。在各APP推送大量消息的场景中,本方案可以通过简单操作,批量清理未读消息通知,且保留重要应用的消息通知,按照用户需求合理地清理消息通知,可提升用户体验。
在一些实现方式中,桌面显示模块510,还用于当所述电子设备首次满足所述预设条件时,显示第一提示信息,所述第一提示信息用于提示设置所述预设应用;
业务逻辑处理模块530,还用于响应于用户选择一个或多个应用的操作,将用户选择的所述一个或多个应用标记为所述预设应用。
由此,电子设备在适当时机(电子设备首次满足所述预设条件)向用户提示,推荐用户体验快速清理通知功能。例如,在用户同意体验的情况下,电子设备向用户提示并引导用户如何设置重要应用,以及了解并体验具体如何操作来实现快速清理未读消息通知。这样,在快速清理通知功能已开启且桌面在前台时,用户可以通过摇一摇操作,触发电子设备快速清理除重要应用之外的其他应用的未读消息通知。
通过上述方式,可以支持用户将多个应用批量标记为重要应用。
需要说明的是,这里以通过摇一摇操作,触发电子设备快速清理除重要应用之外的其他应用的未读消息通知为例进行示例性说明。可以理解,在实际实现时,可以支持除摇一摇操作之外的其他用于触发快速清理未读消息通知的操作,例如一键清理或者预设手势清理。
在一些实现方式中,所述按照预设方式处理未读消息角标还可以包括:隐藏所述其他应用对应的所述未读消息通知。其中,所述其他未读消息通知可以包括以下至少一项:通知状态栏中的新消息卡片,应用界面中的新消息提示,锁屏界面中的新消息卡片。
在一些实现方式中,桌面显示模块510,还用于响应于用户对所述桌面中第一应用的图标的操作,在所述桌面中显示第一卡片,所述第一卡片中包括标记控件,所述标记控件用于触发将所选应用标记为所述预设应用或者取消标记;
业务逻辑处理模块530,还用于响应于用户对所述标记控件的操作,将所述第一应用标记为所述预设应用。
通过上述方式,可以支持用户在电子设备的桌面中对单个应用的图标进行操作,将该应用标记为重要应用。当然,还可以支持用户在电子设备的桌面中对单个应用的图标进行 操作,将该应用取消该标记。
在一些实现方式中,在确定用户的第一操作为预设操作的情况下,会触发电子设备判断快速清理通知功能是否开启以及桌面是否在前台。具体判断快速清理通知功能是否开启以及桌面是否在前台的先后执行顺序,可以根据实际需求设置,本申请实施例不作限定。
例如,可以先判断所述桌面是否在前台,然后在确定桌面在前台的情况下,再判断快速清理通知功能是否开启。或者,可以先判断快速清理通知功能是否开启;然后在确定快速清理通知功能的情况下,再判断桌面是否在前台。或者,判断快速清理通知功能是否开启以及判断桌面是否在前台,可以同时执行。
由此,从用户操作是否为预设操作、快速清理通知功能是否开启以及桌面在前台等因素综合判断电子设备是否满足预设条件,这样可以准确地识别用户意图,触发电子设备执行快速清理通知的动作,提升用户使用体验。
根据本申请实施例的装置500可对应于执行本申请实施例中描述的方法,并且装置500中的单元的上述和其它操作和/或功能分别为了实现方法的相应流程,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
本申请还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备包括芯片,该芯片用于读取并执行存储器存储的计算机程序或指令,使得各实施例中的方法被执行。
在以上方法的实现过程中,电子设备的多个部件参与执行该过程。例如,触摸传感器(对应于情景感知模块)检测用户的摇一摇操作,并将用户的摇一摇操作传递给处理器(对应于业务逻辑处理模块和通知管理器),由处理器判断当前场景是否满足预设条件:快速清理通知功能是否开启,以及桌面是否在前台,以及摇一摇操作是否为预设触发操作。然后,在当前场景满足预设条件的情况下,处理器快速批量清除所有非重要应用的未读消息通知,同时重要应用的未读消息通知可保留显示,供用户后续查看,避免用户遗漏重要消息。

  1. 一种未读消息通知的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    电子设备桌面中的多个应用的图标上分别显示有未读消息角标;
    接收用户对所述电子设备的第一操作;
    在所述电子设备满足预设条件的情况下,响应于所述第一操作,按照第一预设方式处理未读消息角标;
    其中,所述按照预设方式处理未读消息角标包括:保持显示预设应用对应的未读消息角标,以及隐藏所述多个应用中除所述预设应用之外的其他应用对应的未读消息角标;
    其中,所述第一预设条件为所述第一操作为预设操作,且快速清理通知功能已开启,且所述桌面在前台。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述电子设备首次满足所述预设条件时,显示第一提示信息,所述第一提示信息用于提示设置所述预设应用;
    响应于用户选择一个或多个应用的操作,将用户选择的所述一个或多个应用标记为所述预设应用。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户对所述桌面中第一应用的图标的操作,在所述桌面中显示第一卡片,所述第一卡片中包括标记控件,所述标记控件用于触发将所选应用标记为所述预设应用或者取消标记;
    响应于用户对所述标记控件的操作,将所述第一应用标记为所述预设应用。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:判断所述电子设备是否满足所述预设条件;
    其中,所述判断所述电子设备是否满足预设条件,包括:
    判断所述第一操作是否为所述预设操作;
    在确定所述第一操作为所述预设操作的情况下,判断所述快速清理通知功能是否开启;
    在确定所述快速清理通知功能已开启的情况下,判断所述桌面是否在前台;
    其中,在确定所述第一操作为所述预设操作,且所述快速清理通知功能已开启,且所述桌面在前台的情况下,确定所述电子设备满足所述预设条件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述确定所述电子设备满足所述预设条件之后,所述方法还包括:
    获取预设的应用列表,所述预设的应用列表包括所述桌面中的所述多个应用,所述预设的应用列表中的应用为支持显示未读消息角标的应用;
    将所述预设的应用列表中除所述预设应用之外的应用,确定为所述其他应用。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设操作包括:
    将所述电子设备沿预设方向来回晃动,且晃动次数大于或等于预设次数的操作;或者,
    对预设的一键清理控件的操作,所述预设的一键清理控件为用于触发快速清理未读消息通知的控件;或者,
    在所述桌面上完成第一手势且所述第一手势为预设手势;其中,所述预设手势包括一个或多个手指在所述桌面上触摸的预设手势,或者一个或多个指关节在所述电子设备上敲击的预设手势。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述电子设备的操作系统启动时,触发所述快速清理通知功能自动开启。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户在所述桌面的第二操作;
    响应于所述第二操作,显示控制中心界面;其中,所述控制中心界面设置有用于开启或关闭所述快速清理通知功能的第一开关控件;
    在所述第一开关控件为关闭状态的情况下,接收用户在所述第一开关控件的第三操作;
    响应于所述第三操作,开启所述快速清理通知功能。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述显示控制中心界面之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户在所述第一开关控件的第四操作,从所述控制中心界面跳转到所述快速清理通知功能的设置界面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述设置界面中包括所述预设应用的用户设置选项;
    在所述从所述控制中心界面跳转到所述快速清理通知功能的设置界面之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户在所述预设应用的用户设置选项中选择所述多个应用中的至少一个应用的操作,将用户选择的所述至少一个应用标记为所述预设应用;或者,
    响应于用户在所述预设应用的用户设置选项中取消选择至少一个应用的操作,将用户选择的所述至少一个应用取消标记为所述预设应用。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述设置界面中还包括摇一摇清理方式的开关控件,所述摇一摇清理方式的开关控件用于触发启用或关闭通过摇一摇清理未读消息通知的方式;
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户对所述摇一摇清理方式的开关控件的操作,启用通过摇一摇清理未读消息通知的方式;
    其中,所述预设操作包括将所述电子设备沿预设方向来回晃动,且晃动次数大于或等于预设次数的操作。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述设置界面中还包括一键清理方式的开关控件,所述一键清理方式的开关控件用于触发启用或关闭通过一键清理未读消息通知的方式;
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户对所述一键清理方式的开关控件的操作,启用通过一键清理未读消息 通知的方式,并且在所述桌面的预设区域显示一键清理控件,所述一键清理控件为用于触发快速清理未读消息通知的控件;
    其中,所述预设操作包括对所述一键清理控件的操作。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备桌面中的多个应用的图标上分别显示有未读消息角标,包括:
    所述多个应用中的一个应用接收到新消息;
    若预设的应用列表中包括所述一个应用,则在所述一个应用的图标上显示未读消息角标;
    其中,所述预设的应用列表中的应用为支持显示未读消息角标的应用。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述按照预设方式处理未读消息角标还包括:隐藏所述其他应用对应的所述未读消息通知;
    其中,所述其他未读消息通知包括以下至少一项:通知状态栏中的新消息卡片,应用界面中的新消息提示,锁屏界面中的新消息卡片。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括处理器,所述处理器与存储器耦合,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的计算机程序或指令,以使得所述电子设备实现如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的方法。
  16. 一种芯片,其特征在于,包括处理器,所述处理器与存储器耦合,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的计算机程序或指令,以使得所述芯片实现如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的方法。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,当所述计算机程序在电子设备上运行时,使得所述电子设备执行如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的方法。
