本发明提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜、驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及与所述音圈固定连接的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括与所述音圈连接的第一固定部、与所述盆架连接的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和第二固定部的弹力臂,所述磁路系统包括下夹板以及固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的主磁钢和副磁钢,所述下夹板设有通孔,所述弹力臂沿所述振膜振动方向的投影至少部分位于所述通孔,所述扬声器还设有与所述下夹板的外表面连接并覆盖所述通孔的连接片。本发明的扬声器提高了产品的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,电子产品的更新换代越来越快,人们对电子产品的各方面性能的要求也越来越高,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,电声系统需要不断的提升性能,高品质的扬声器便是实现这个高品质音乐功能的必备条件之一。
相关技术的扬声器通常包括盆架以及固定于盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜、驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及与所述音圈固定连接的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括与所述音圈连接的第一固定部、与所述盆架连接的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和第二固定部的弹力臂,所述磁路系统 包括固定于盆架的下夹板,所述弹力臂沿所述振膜的振动方向的投影位于下夹板,因此弹力臂在振动过程中,很容易接触到下夹板,限制了弹力臂的运动,影响了产品的性能。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种提高产品性能的扬声器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜、驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及与所述音圈固定连接的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括与所述音圈连接的第一固定部、与所述盆架连接的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和第二固定部的弹力臂,所述磁路系统包括下夹板以及固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的主磁钢和副磁钢,所述副磁钢环绕所述主磁钢并形成磁间隙,所述音圈置于所述磁间隙中,所述下夹板设有通孔,所述弹力臂沿所述振膜振动方向的投影至少部分位于所述通孔,所述扬声器还设有与所述下夹板的外表面连接并覆盖所述通孔的连接片。
优选的,所述柔性电路板位于所述音圈远离所述振膜一侧,并且所述第一固定部与所述音圈的下表面连接。
优选的,所述下夹板包括靠近所述振动系统的内表面和与所述内表面相对的外表面,所述下夹板设有自所述外表面向内表面凹陷的凹槽,所述通孔贯穿所述凹槽,所述连接片位于所述凹槽中。
优选的,所述连接片为钢片,或聚碳酸酯片,或涤纶树脂片。
优选的,所述音圈为跑道形,所述柔性电路板包括四个,并且分别位于所述音圈的角部,所述通孔也设有四个,并且所述通孔与柔性电路板一一对应。
优选的,所述连接片设有四个,并且所述连接片与所述通孔一一对应。
优选的,所述连接片设有两个,每个所述连接片覆盖两个所述通孔。
优选的,所述连接片设有一个并呈中空环状结构,其包括覆盖所述通孔的主体部和连接相邻所述主体部的连接臂。
优选的,所述磁路系统还包括贴附在所述主磁钢的主极芯和贴附在所述副磁钢的副极芯,所述副极芯设有容纳所述柔性电路板的让位孔。
本发明的扬声器通过在下夹板设置与所述柔性电路板对应的通孔,增大了柔性电路板的振动空间,提高产品的性能。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本发明领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
请参阅图1-3所示,为本发明实施例一提供的扬声器100,其包括盆架10以及固定于所述盆架10上的振动系统20和磁路系统30,所述振动系统20包括振膜21、驱动所述振膜21振动发声的音圈22以及与所述音圈22固定连接的柔性电路板23。所述磁路系统30包括下夹板31、固定于所述下夹板31且间隔设置的主磁钢321和副磁钢322、贴附于所述主磁钢321的主极芯331以及贴附于所述副磁钢322的副极芯332,所述副磁钢322环绕所述主磁钢321并形成磁间隙301,所述音圈22呈跑道形并置于所述磁间隙301中。
所述柔性电路板23包括与所述音圈22连接的第一固定部231、与所述盆架10连接的第二固定部232以及连接所述第一固定部231和第二固定部232的弹力臂233。柔性电路板23置于磁间隙301中,并且柔性电路板301位于音圈22远离振膜21的一侧,第一固定部231与音圈22的下表面连接,即柔性电路板23固定支撑所述音圈22,并且与音圈22电性连接。具体的,所述柔性电路板23设有四个,并且分别位于所述音圈22的角部。另外,所述副极芯332设有容纳所述柔性电路板23的让位孔3320,对应的,让位孔3320也设有四个。
所述下夹板31设有通孔310,柔性电路板23的弹力臂233沿振膜21的振动方向的投影至少部分位于所述通孔310内,即下夹板31的通孔310可以增大弹力臂233的振动空间。对应的,所述通孔310也设有四个,所述通孔310与柔性电路板23一一对应。
另外,扬声器100还设有覆盖所述通孔310的连接片40,连接片40与下夹板31的外表面连接。所述连接片40为钢片,可增大磁路系统的强度;在其它实施方式中,连接片也可为聚碳酸酯片,或涤纶树脂片,由此,通孔还可以保证空气泄露,连接片可防止粉尘进入。在其它实施方式中,连接片40也可以为其它材质。
一并参照图4所示,所述下夹板31包括靠近所述振动系统20的内表面311和与所述内表面311相对的外表面312,所述下夹板31设有自所述外表面312向内表面311凹陷的凹槽313,所述通孔310贯穿所述凹槽313,所述连接片40位于所述凹槽313中,由此使得连接片40的设置并未增加扬声器100的整体高度。
在本实施方式中,连接片40设有四个,并且连接片40与所述通孔310一一对应。
实施例二
如图5所示,为本发明的实施例二的扬声器200,实施例二与实施例一的区别特征仅在于:实施例二的扬声器200的连接片40’设有两个,每个所述连接片40’覆盖两个所述通孔310’。
实施例三
如图6所示,为本发明的实施例三的扬声器300,实施例三与实施例一的区别特征仅在于:实施例三的扬声器300的连接片40’’设有一个并呈环状结构,其包括覆盖所述通孔310’’的主体部41’’和连接相邻所述主体部41’’的连接臂42’’。
本发明的扬声器通过在下夹板设置与所述柔性电路板对应的通孔,增大了柔性电路板的振动空间,提高产品的性能。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本发明领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜、驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及与所述音圈固定连接的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括与所述音圈连接的第一固定部、与所述盆架连接的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和第二固定部的弹力臂,所述磁路系统包括下夹板以及固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的主磁钢和副磁钢,所述副磁钢环绕所述主磁钢并形成磁间隙,所述音圈置于所述磁间隙中,其特征在于,所述下夹板设有通孔,所述弹力臂沿所述振膜振动方向的投影至少部分位于所述通孔,所述扬声器还设有与所述下夹板的外表面连接并覆盖所述通孔的连接片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板位于所述音圈远离所述振膜一侧,并且所述第一固定部与所述音圈的下表面连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述下夹板包括靠近所述振动系统的内表面和与所述内表面相对的外表面,所述下夹板设有自所述外表面向内表面凹陷的凹槽,所述通孔贯穿所述凹槽,所述连接片位于所述凹槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述连接片为钢片,或聚碳酸酯片,或涤纶树脂片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈为跑道形,所述柔性电路板包括四个,并且分别位于所述音圈的角部,所述通孔也设有四个,并且所述通孔与柔性电路板一一对应。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述连接片设有四个,并且所述连接片与所述通孔一一对应。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述连接片设有两个,每个所述连接片覆盖两个所述通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述连接片设有一个并呈中空环状结构,其包括覆盖所述通孔的主体部和连接相邻所述主体部的连接臂。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括贴附在所述主磁钢的主极芯和贴附在所述副磁钢的副极芯,所述副极芯设有容纳所述柔性电路板的让位孔。
