应当理解,本文中使用的术语“和/或”仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
需要注意的是,本申请实施例所描述的“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等方位词是以附图所示的角度来进行描述的,不应理解为对本申请实施例的限定。此外,在上下文中,还需要理解的是,当提到一个元件连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”时,其不仅能够直接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”,也可以通过中间元件间接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本申请实施例提供了一种扬声器,包括磁路系统1,固定于磁路系统1的盆架2,固定于盆架2的第二发声单元4和第一发声单元3。磁路系统1包括导磁组件11和磁体组件12,导磁组件11包括下夹板111,磁性组件12位于下夹板111上。导磁组件11包括第一导磁件112、第二导磁件113和第三导磁件114,第三导磁件114固定于下夹板111并向靠近第二主体部22的方向延伸,磁体组件12包括与第一导磁件112和第二导磁件113相间设置的第一磁体121和第二磁体122,自下夹板111向第三导磁件114延伸方向,第一磁体121、第一导磁件112、第二磁体122和第二导磁件113依次设置于第三导磁件114和下夹板111围成的空间内。第三导磁件114与磁体组件12、第一导磁件112和第二导磁件113之间形成磁间隙,下夹板111也具有导磁性,形成图3中箭头所示的磁路,第一发声单元3包括位于第二导磁件113所对应的磁间隙内的第一音圈32,第二发声单元4包括至少部分位于第一导磁件112所对应的磁间隙内的第二音圈42。盆架2包括同轴设置且相互连接的第一主体部21和第二主体部22,第二主体部22与第三导磁件114连接。第一发声单元3还包括设置于第二主体部22远离磁路系统1的一侧的第一振膜31。第二发声单元4还包括位于第一主体部21与第二主体部22之间且与第一主体部21远离磁路系统1的一侧和第二主体部22远离磁路系统1的一侧连接的第二振膜41,第二振膜41的内径大于第一振膜31的外径。
第一音圈32和第二音圈42的至少部分位于导磁组件11和磁体组件12形成的磁路中,使第一发声单元3与第二发声单元4共用一个磁路,降低了扬声器的生产成本。第一振膜31设置于第二主体部22,第二振膜41设置于第一主体部21与第二主体部22之间,使第一发声单元3和第二发声单元4共用一个盆架2,也能够降低扬声器的生产成本。第一主体部21和第二主体部22为同轴设置,在第一音圈32和/或第二音圈42内通入电流,使第一振膜31和第二振膜41可以同轴发声,第一振膜31和第二振膜41均设置于盆架2远离第三导磁件114的一侧,可以使第一发声单元3和第二发声单元4的发声方向一致,有利于提高扬声器的声学性能。
如图3和图4所示,第一音圈32位于第二导磁件113对应的磁间隙内,在盆架2内设置有与第一音圈32连接的导电元件,为第一音圈32通入电流,在第一音圈32内通入电流后,在磁路的作用下能够沿扬声器的高度方向运动Z,第一音圈32远离磁路系统1的一端与第一振膜31连接,进而带动第一振膜31运动,以使第一发声单元3发声。
第一音圈32包括相互连接的第一线圈321和第一线圈支架322,第一线圈321位于第一线圈支架322靠近盆架2的一侧,便于盆架2内的导电元件与第一线圈321连接,对第一线圈321通电。第一线圈支架322与第一振膜31连接,带动第一振膜31运动,使第一发声单元3发声。
如图2和图3所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第三导磁件114设置有多个沿扬声器的高度方向Z延伸的限位槽114a,沿第三导磁件114的径向,限位槽114a能够贯穿第三导磁件114。盆架2包括位于第二主体部22远离第一主体部21的一侧的限位块24,限位块24的至少部分能够伸入限位槽114a。
限位块24的至少部分能够伸入限位槽114a,能够限制盆架2与第三导磁件114之间的相对位置,降低盆架2沿第三导磁件114的周向转动的可能,有利于提高扬声器的稳定性。
沿扬声器的高度方向Z,第二主体部22的下表面与第三导磁件114的上表面接触,能够限制盆架2与第三导磁件114之间的相对位置,降低限位块24沿限位槽114a的延伸方向滑动的可能。
如图3和图4所示,在一种可能的实施例中,盆架2包括位于限位块24远离第二主体部22的一端的限位环25,在盆架2安装于第三导磁件114后,限位环25与第三导磁件114的内壁抵接,并且至少部分位于第二磁体122与第二导磁件113之间。
限位环25与第三导磁件114的内壁抵接能够沿扬声器的径向R限制第三导磁件114与盆架2之间的相对位置,有利于提高扬声器的稳定性。限位环25的至少部分位于第二磁体122与第二导磁件113之间能够沿扬声器的高度方向Z限制第三导磁件114与盆架2之间的相对位置,能够降低盆架2脱离第三导磁件114的可能。
如图3所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第二发声单元4包括第一折环43和第二折环44,第一折环43位于第二振膜41的外侧,第二振膜41与第一主体部21通过第一折环43连接,第二折环44位于第二振膜41的内侧,第二振膜41通过第二折环44与第二主体部22连接。
第一折环43和第二折环44为具有柔性的材料可以为塑料、天然橡胶等,能够使第二振膜41沿盆架2的轴向运动,同时限制第二振膜41沿盆架2的径向运动。
如图3所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第二发声单元4包括用于驱动第二振膜41运动的移动件45,移动件45的一侧与第二音圈42连接,另一侧与第二振膜41远离第二折环44的一侧连接。
在第二音圈42内通入电流能够使第二音圈42沿扬声器的高度方向运动,移动件45的两侧分别与第二振膜41和第二音圈42连接,能够使第二振膜41随第二音圈42运动,进而使第二发声单元4发出声音。
如图8所示,在一种可能的实施例中,盆架2包括多个沿第二主体部22周向间隔设置的连接件23,连接件23的一端与第一主体部21连接,另一端与第二主体部22连接。
连接件23能够连接第一主体部21和第二主体部22,多个连接件23沿第二主体部22的周向间隔设置能够提高第一主体部21和第二主体部22之间的连接强度,进而提高盆架2的使用寿命。
如图3所示,在一种可能的实施例中,沿移动件45的周向设置多个通过孔451,通过孔451与连接件23对应设置,使连接件23的至少部分能够穿过通过孔451。
连接件23的至少部分能够穿过通过孔451,移动件45在随第二音圈42运动时,降低连接件23对移动件45产生阻碍的可能。
如图6和图7所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第二音圈42包括相互连接的第一本体部421和第二本体部422,第一本体部421位于第一导磁件112对应的磁间隙内,第二本体部422沿第三导磁件114的周向设置于第三导磁件114的外表面与移动件45连接。
导磁组件11和磁体组件12形成图7中箭头所示的磁路,在第二线圈421a内通入电流能够使位于第一导磁件112对应的磁间隙内的第一本体部421沿扬声器的高度方向Z运动,第二本体部422与第一本体部421连接,使第一本体部421能够带动第二本体部422运动,第二本体部422设置于第三导磁件114的外表面便于与移动件45连接,进而带动移动件45和第二振膜41运动,以使第二发声单元4发声。
如图6和图7所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第二本体部422设置有沿靠近第一本体部421的方向延伸的凸起部422a,凸起部422a的至少部分能够穿过限位槽114a,且能够沿限位槽114a的延伸方向Z运动,第一本体部421和第二本体部422通过凸起部422a连接。
凸起部422a的至少部分能够穿过限位槽114a,且能够沿限位槽114a的延伸方向运动,使第一本体部421能够带动第二本体部422运动。
如图9所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第二发声单元4包括柔性基板46,柔性基板46的一端与第二本体部422远离移动件45的一侧连接,另一端位于盆架2远离第二振膜41的一侧。
由于第一本体部421与第二本体部422连接,柔性基板46与第二本体部422连接,能够通过第二本体部422将电流通入第一本体部421,使第一本体部421在磁路的作用下沿扬声器的高度方向Z运动。
第一本体部421包括相互连接的第二线圈421a和第二线圈支架421b,第二线圈421a与第二本体部422连接,使柔性基板46通过第二本体部422将电流通入第二线圈421a,第二线圈支架421b位于第二线圈421a靠近第二导磁件113的一侧。

Claims (10)
- 一种扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器包括:磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括导磁组件和磁体组件,所述导磁组件包括下夹板,所述磁体组件位于所述下夹板;盆架,所述盆架包括同轴设置的第一主体部和第二主体部,所述第二主体部与所述磁路系统连接,所述第一主体部与所述第二主体部连接;第一发声单元,所述第一发声单元设置有第一振膜,所述第一振膜与所述第二主体部远离所述磁路系统的一侧连接;第二发声单元,所述第二发声单元包括第二振膜,所述第二振膜位于所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部之间,且分别与所述第一主体部远离所述磁路系统的一侧和所述第二主体部远离所述磁路系统的一侧连接,所述第二振膜的内径大于所述第一振膜的外径,所述第二发声单元与所述第一发声单元的发声方向一致;其中,所述导磁组件还包括第一导磁件、第二导磁件和第三导磁件,所述第三导磁件固定于所述下夹板并向靠近所述第二主体部的方向延伸,所述磁体组件、所述第一导磁件和所述第二导磁件位于所述第三导磁件和所述下夹板围成的空间内,所述磁体组件包括第一磁体和第二磁体,自所述下夹板向所述第三导磁体延伸方向,所述第一磁体、所述第一导磁件、所述第二磁体和所述第二导磁件依次设置,所述第三导磁件与所述磁体组件、所述第一导磁件和所述第二导磁件形成磁间隙,所述第二发声单元包括第二音圈,所述第二音圈的至少部分位于所述第一导磁件对应的磁间隙内,所述第一发声单元包括第一音圈,所述第一音圈位于所述第二导磁件对应的磁间隙内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架包括连接件,多个所述连接件沿所述第二主体部的周向间隔设置,所述连接件的一端与所述第一主体部连接,另一端与所述第二主体部连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第三导磁件设置有限位槽,所述限位槽沿所述扬声器的高度方向延伸,且沿所述扬声器的径向贯穿所述第三导磁件;所述盆架包括限位块,所述限位块间隔设置于所述第二主体部远离所述第一主体部的一侧,且所述限位块的至少部分能够伸入所述限位槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架包括限位环,所述限位环与所述限位块远离所述第二主体部的一端连接,且所述限位环的至少部分位于所述第二磁体与所述第二导磁件之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二发声单元包括第一折环和第二折环,所述第二振膜通过所述第一折环与所述第一主体部连接,通过所述第二折环与所述第二主体部连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二发声单元包括移动件,所述移动件的一侧与所述第二音圈连接,另一侧与所述第二振膜远离所述第二折环的一侧连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,沿所述移动件的周向设置有多个通过孔,所述连接件的至少部分能够穿过所述通过孔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二音圈包括第一本体部和第二本体部,所述第一本体部位于所述第一导磁件所对应的磁间隙,所述第二本体部位于所述第三导磁件外,一侧与所述第一本体部连接,另一侧与所述移动件连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二本体部设置有沿靠近所述第一本体部的方向延伸的凸起部,所述凸起部的至少部分能够穿过所述限位槽。
- 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二发声单元包括柔性基板,所述柔性基板与所述第二本体部远离所述移动件的一侧连接。
