进一步地,所述第一反射镜片、第二反射镜片与物镜窗口的夹角为30-60度,优选为四十五度。人在正常行走观察地面时,眼睛与水平线的夹角大致为 四十五度,将第一反射镜片、第二反射镜片与物镜窗口的夹角设置为四十五度角能够使更舒适地观看前方的视野。
进一步地,所述光学潜望结构还包括有镜片固定壳,所述镜片固定壳上设置有第一安装位、第二安装位,所述第一反射镜片、第二反射镜片分别固定安装在镜片固定壳的第一安装位、第二安装位上,所述镜片固定壳的正面设置有物镜透光口,所述物镜透光口设置在物镜窗口与第一反射镜片之间,所述镜片固定壳的背面设置有目镜透光口,所述目镜透光口设置目镜窗口与第二反射镜片之间,所述目镜透光口还设置有透光镜片。
进一步地,所述面具壳体包括有面壳和底壳,所述物镜窗口设置在面壳上,所述目镜窗口设置在底壳上,所述面壳与底壳固定组装为一体并在二者之间形成容纳空腔,所述光学潜望结构固定设置在容纳空腔内。
进一步地,所述面壳上设置有固定位,所述容纳空腔内还设置有屏支架,所述显示屏设置在固定位上并通过屏支架固定在面具壳体上。所述显示屏包括但不限于LED屏、LCD屏、触摸屏以及曲面屏,在本申请中,显示屏并不局限于某一种,可根据客户的需求安装不同种类的显示屏。
进一步地,该人脸智慧屏还包括有电池、摄像头、主板、喇叭,所述电池、摄像头、主板、喇叭均安装在容纳空腔内,且电池、摄像头、显示屏、喇叭均与主板电连接。在本申请中,电池用于给主板、显示屏、摄像头、喇叭供电,主板具有智能控制功能,能够控制显示屏变换不同的鬼脸,并通过喇叭播放鬼怪的声音。需要说明的是,在本申请中,通过主板控制显示屏变换不同的鬼脸是现有技术,其具体的实现方式无需在本申请文件中公开。
进一步地,该人脸智慧屏还包括有茶色镜片和外框,所述茶色镜片通过外框固定在面壳的前部并遮挡住整个面壳、显示屏、物镜窗口。在本申请中,茶色镜片具有滤光效果,能够对人眼进行保护。
进一步地,该人脸智慧屏还包括有眼罩、眼罩固定件,所述眼罩设置在底壳的背侧并通过眼罩固定件固定在底壳上。
进一步地,所述眼罩上还设置有与所述目镜窗口相对应的避让孔。避让孔能够避让目镜窗口,避免影响人眼观看前方的视野。
本实用新型的优势在于,相比于现有技术:
首先,本实用新型的人脸智慧屏通过设置显示屏,能够变换不同的鬼脸,能够增加面具的趣味性及装扮的多样性,也可以用于广告显示,具有多功能的效果;
其次,本人脸智慧屏内设置有光学潜望结构,配合面具壳体上的物镜窗口和目镜窗口,能够实现顶部潜望,可以准确、清晰地将前方的视野反射到人眼中,能够有效保证用户在佩戴人脸智慧屏时视野不会受到影响;
再次,本人脸智慧屏在使用时,为了使面具更真实,显示屏会遮挡住眼部,通过光学潜望结构,能够通过显示屏上方或左右侧的物镜窗口来观察前方的视野,无需在眼部开孔,不会破坏显示屏的结构,保证了面具的完整性;
最后,本人脸智慧屏内还设置有电池、摄像头、主板,能够配合APP实现对显示屏智能控制,方便设置不同的鬼脸。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
实施例1:
参见图1-9所示,本实施例提供一种具有顶部潜望光学结构的人脸智慧屏,包括有能够遮挡整个人体面部的面壳11和底壳12,面壳11与底壳12通过螺钉固定组装为一体并在二者之间形成容纳空腔,面壳11的正面安装有显示屏14,面壳11上设置有一个物镜窗口111,底壳12上设置有两个目镜窗口121,分别正对人体的左眼与右眼,面壳11和底壳12之间的容纳空腔内固定安装有光学潜望结构13。
进一步地,光学潜望结构13包括有一组第一反射镜片131、第二反射镜片132,第一反射镜片131设置在物镜窗口111的内侧且其镜面朝向物镜窗口111外,第二反射镜片132设置在目镜窗口121的内侧且其镜面朝向目镜窗口121 外,物镜窗口111设置在显示屏14的上方,第一反射镜片131设置在第二反射镜片132上方,且二者镜面平行并相对设置。在本申请中,通过APP能够控制显示屏14变换不同的鬼脸,增加面具的趣味性和装扮的多样性;同时,由于面壳上安装了显示屏14以及对显示屏14进行智能控制的其余配件,使得面具具有一定厚度,为了便于人眼观看前方的视野,本人脸智慧屏在面壳上设置物镜窗口111,用来显示前方的视野,并在底壳上设置目镜窗口121,正对人眼,用于人眼观看前方的视野,同时在物镜窗口111与目镜窗口121之间设置光学潜望结构13,光学潜望结构13的第一反射镜片131能够通过物镜窗口111将前方的视野向下反射到第二反射镜片132,再通过第二反射镜片132将前方的视野透过目镜窗口121反射到人眼,形成顶部潜望的视觉效果,使得人眼可以清晰、准确的观看前方的视野,方便地使用本人脸智慧屏。
进一步地,第一反射镜片131、第二反射镜片132与物镜窗口111的夹角为四十五度。人在正常行走观察地面时,眼睛与水平线的夹角大致为四十五度,将第一反射镜片131、第二反射镜片132与物镜窗口的夹角设置为四十五度角能够使更舒适地观看前方的视野。
进一步地,光学潜望结构13还包括有镜片固定壳133,镜片固定壳133上设置有第一安装位136、第二安装位137,第一反射镜片131、第二反射镜片132分别固定安装在镜片固定壳133的第一安装位136、第二安装位137上,镜片固定壳133的正面设置有物镜透光口134,物镜透光口134设置在物镜窗口111与第一反射镜片131之间,镜片固定壳133的背面设置有目镜透光口135,目镜透光口135设置目镜窗口121与第二反射镜片132之间,目镜透光口135还设置有透光镜片136。
进一步地,面壳11上设置有固定位111,容纳空腔内还设置有屏支架15,显示屏14设置在固定位111上并通过屏支架15固定在面壳11上。显示屏包括但不限于LED屏、LCD屏、触摸屏以及曲面屏,在本申请中,显示屏并不局限于某一种,可根据客户的需求安装不同种类的显示屏。
进一步地,该人脸智慧屏还包括有电池16、摄像头17、主板18、喇叭19,电池16、摄像头17、主板18、喇叭19均安装在容纳空腔内,且电池16、摄像头17、显示屏14、喇叭19均与主板18电连接。在本申请中,电池16用于给主板18、显示屏14、摄像头17、喇叭19供电,主板18具有智能控制功能,能够控制显示屏变换不同的鬼脸,并通过喇叭19播放鬼怪的声音。需要说明的是,在本申请中,通过主板18控制显示屏变换不同的鬼脸是现有技术,其具体的实现方式无需在本申请文件中公开。
进一步地,该人脸智慧屏还包括有茶色镜片110和外框120,茶色镜片110通过外框120固定在面壳11的前部并遮挡住整个面壳11、显示屏14、物镜窗口111。在本申请中,茶色镜片110具有滤光效果,能够对人眼进行保护。
进一步地,该人脸智慧屏还包括有眼罩130、眼罩固定件140,眼罩130设置在底壳12的背侧并通过眼罩固定件140固定在底壳12上。
进一步地,眼罩130上还设置有与目镜窗口121相对应的避让孔1301。避让孔能够避让目镜窗口121,避免影响人眼观看前方的视野。
实施例2:
参见图10-19所示,本实施例提供一种具有左右潜望光学结构的人脸智慧屏,包括有能够遮挡整个人体面部的面壳21和底壳22,面壳21与底壳22通过螺钉固定组装为一体并在二者之间形成容纳空腔,面壳21的正面安装有显示屏24,面壳21上设置有物镜窗口211,底壳22上设置有目镜窗口221,面壳21和底壳22之间的容纳空腔内固定安装有光学潜望结构23。
进一步地,物镜窗口211设置有两个,分别位于显示屏24的左右两侧,光学潜望结构23包括有两组光学潜望组件231,两组光学潜望组件231分设在两个物镜窗口211后方并呈左右对称分布,目镜窗口221设置有两个并分设在两组光学潜望组件231的后方。
进一步地,光学潜望组件231包括有第一反射镜片2311、第二反射镜片 2312,第一反射镜片2311设置在物镜窗口211的内侧且其镜面朝向物镜窗口211外,第二反射镜片2312设置在目镜窗口221的内侧且其镜面朝向目镜窗口221外,物镜窗口211设置在显示屏24的上方,第一反射镜片2311与第二反射镜片2312水平对齐,且二者镜面平行并相对设置。在本申请中,通过APP能够控制显示屏24变换不同的鬼脸,增加面具的趣味性和装扮的多样性;同时,由于面壳上安装了显示屏24以及对显示屏24进行智能控制的其余配件,使得面具具有一定厚度,为了便于人眼观看前方的视野,本人脸智慧屏在面壳上设置物镜窗口211,用来显示前方的视野,并在底壳上设置目镜窗口221,正对人眼,用于人眼观看前方的视野,同时在物镜窗口211与目镜窗口221之间设置光学潜望结构23,光学潜望结构23的第一反射镜片2311能够通过物镜窗口211将前方的视野水平反射到第二反射镜片2312,再通过第二反射镜片2312将前方的视野透过目镜窗口221反射到人眼,形成左右潜望的视觉效果,使得人眼可以清晰、准确的观看前方的视野,方便地使用本人脸智慧屏。
进一步地,第一反射镜片2311、第二反射镜片2312与物镜窗口的夹角为45度。能够使人眼更舒适地观看前方的视野。
进一步地,光学潜望结构23还包括有镜片固定壳233,镜片固定壳233上设置有第一安装位232、第二安装位237,第一反射镜片2311、第二反射镜片2312分别固定安装在镜片固定壳233的第一安装位232、第二安装位237上,镜片固定壳233的正面设置有物镜透光口234,物镜透光口234设置在物镜窗口211与第一反射镜片2311之间,镜片固定壳233的背面设置有目镜透光口235,目镜透光口235设置目镜窗口221与第二反射镜片2312之间,目镜透光口235还设置有透光镜片236。
进一步地,面壳21上设置有固定位211,容纳空腔内还设置有屏支架25,显示屏24设置在固定位211上并通过屏支架25固定在面壳21上。所述显示屏包括但不限于LED屏、LCD屏、触摸屏以及曲面屏,在本申请中,显示屏并不局限于某一种,可根据客户的需求安装不同种类的显示屏。
进一步地,该人脸智慧屏还包括有电池26、摄像头27、主板28、喇叭29,电池26、摄像头27、主板28、喇叭29均安装在容纳空腔内,且电池26、摄像头27、显示屏24、喇叭29均与主板28电连接。在本申请中,电池26用于给主板28、显示屏24、摄像头27、喇叭29供电,主板28具有智能控制功能,能够控制显示屏24变换不同的鬼脸,并通过喇叭29播放鬼怪的声音。需要说明的是,在本申请中,通过主板28控制显示屏24变换不同的鬼脸是现有技术,其具体的实现方式无需在本申请文件中公开。
进一步地,该人脸智慧屏还包括有茶色镜片210和外框220,茶色镜片210通过外框220固定在面壳21的前部并遮挡住整个面壳21、显示屏24、物镜窗口211。在本申请中,茶色镜片210具有滤光效果,能够对人眼进行保护。
进一步地,该人脸智慧屏还包括有眼罩230、眼罩固定件240,眼罩230设置在底壳22的背侧并通过眼罩固定件240固定在底壳22上。
进一步地,眼罩230上还设置有与目镜窗口221相对应的避让孔2301。避让孔能够避让目镜窗口221,避免影响人眼观看前方的视野。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有光学结构的人脸智慧屏,其特征在于,包括有能够遮挡整个人体面部的面具壳体,所述面具壳体的正面安装有显示屏,所述面具壳体的正面还设置有物镜窗口,所述面具壳体的背面设置有目镜窗口,所述面具壳体内安装有光学潜望结构,所述光学潜望结构设置在物镜窗口与目镜窗口之间;所述光学潜望结构包括有光学潜望组件,所述光学潜望组件包括有第一反射镜片、第二反射镜片,所述第一反射镜片设置在物镜窗口的内侧且其镜面朝向物镜窗口外,所述第二反射镜片设置在目镜窗口的内侧且其镜面朝向目镜窗口外,所述第一反射镜片与第二反射镜片相平行且二者镜面相对设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有光学结构的人脸智慧屏,其特征在于,所述物镜窗口设置有一个,并位于显示屏的上方;所述光学潜望组件设置有一组,并设置在物镜窗口的侧后方,所述第一反射镜片设置在第二反射镜片上方。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有光学结构的人脸智慧屏,其特征在于,所述物镜窗口设置有两个,分别位于显示屏的左右两侧,所述光学潜望结构包括有两组光学潜望组件,两组所述光学潜望组件分设在两个物镜窗口后方并呈左右对称分布,所述目镜窗口设置有两个并分设在两组光学潜望组件的后方;所述第一反射镜片与第二反射镜片水平对齐,且二者镜面平行并相对设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有光学结构的人脸智慧屏,其特征在于,所述第一反射镜片、第二反射镜片与物镜窗口的夹角为30-60度。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有光学结构的人脸智慧屏,其特征在于,所述光学潜望结构还包括有镜片固定壳,所述镜片固定壳上设置有第一安装位、第二安装位,所述第一反射镜片、第二反射镜片分别固定安装在镜片固定壳的第一安装位、第二安装位上,所述镜片固定壳的正面设置有物镜透光口,所述物镜透光口设置在物镜窗口与第一反射镜片之间,所述镜片固定壳的背面设置有目镜透光口,所述目镜透光口设置目镜窗口与第二反射镜片之间,所述目镜透光口还设置有透光镜片。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有光学结构的人脸智慧屏,其特征在于,所述面具壳体包括有面壳和底壳,所述物镜窗口设置在面壳上,所述目镜窗口设置在底壳上,所述面壳与底壳固定组装为一体并在二者之间形成容纳空腔,所述光学潜望结构固定设置在容纳空腔内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种具有光学结构的人脸智慧屏,其特征在于,所述面壳上设置有固定位,所述容纳空腔内还设置有屏支架,所述显示屏设置在固定位上并通过屏支架固定在面具壳体上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种具有光学结构的人脸智慧屏,其特征在于,该人脸智慧屏还包括有电池、摄像头、主板、喇叭,所述电池、摄像头、主板、喇叭均安装在容纳空腔内,且电池、摄像头、显示屏、喇叭均与主板电连接。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的一种具有光学结构的人脸智慧屏,其特征在于,该人脸智慧屏还包括有茶色镜片和外框,所述茶色镜片通过外框固定在面壳的前部并遮挡住整个面壳、显示屏、物镜窗口。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的一种具有光学结构的人脸智慧屏,其特征在于,该人脸智慧屏还包括有眼罩、眼罩固定件,所述眼罩设置在底壳的背侧并通过眼罩固定件固定在底壳上。
