背景技术
对于有翻转要求的产品,经常使用合页铰链作为翻转功能件。通常使用的合页铰链有的没有限位件,使得翻转结构在翻转过程中无法控制最大翻转角度,使得翻转结构在翻转过程中与周边部件发生碰撞,造成产品损坏。
技术解决方案
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种限位铰链,能预设铰链的最大翻转角度;并且制作加工简单,使用方便。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种限位铰链,包括左页片、右页片和转轴,其特征在于,左页片与右页片之间设有至少一组用于供转轴插入的套筒组,每组套筒组包括处于同一轴线上的上套筒和下套筒,上套筒的底部设有下限位块,下套筒的顶部设有与下限位板配合的上限位块,所述下限位块的贴合面为上套筒的径向面;所述上限位块的贴合面为下套筒的径向面。
优选地,所述上限位块的贴合面与下套筒的竖直方向径向面的夹角为α,0°≤α≤5°;所述下限位块的贴合面与上套筒的竖直径向面夹角为β,0°≤β≤5°。
更优选地,所述上限位块的贴合面与下套筒的竖直方向径向面的夹角为α为5°;所述下限位块的贴合面与上套筒的竖直径向面夹角为β为5°。
优选地,所述上套筒的底部延伸形成下限位块;所述下套筒的顶部延伸形成上限位块。
优选地,所述上套筒与左页片连为一体,下套筒与右页片连为一体;所述上套筒和下套筒都采用弯折形成。
优选地,所述左页片与右页片之间设有两组套筒组,两组套筒组呈竖直方向上下设置。
更优选地,相邻两个上套筒之间的间距不小于一个下套筒和上限位块的高度;相邻两个下套筒之间的间距不小于一个上套筒和下限位块的高度。

根据附图对本实用新型提供的优选实施方式做具体说明。
图1至图5,为本实用新型提供的一种限位铰链的优选实施方式。如图1至图5所示,该限位铰链,包括左页片10、右页片20和转轴30,左页片10与右页片20之间设有至少一组用于供转轴插入的套筒组40,每组套筒组40包括处于同一轴线上的上套筒41和下套筒42,上套筒41的底部设有下限位块411,下套筒42的顶部设有与下限位板配合的上限位块421,所述下限位块的贴合面为上套筒的径向面;所述上限位块的贴合面为下套筒的径向面,这样通过上限位块421与下限位块422的配合,能预设两个页片的最大张开角度,整个结构简单,制造加工方便。上限位块421和下限位块411都设置在两页片合拢相对的方向,不影响两个页片的合拢。
所述上限位块的贴合面与下套筒的竖直方向径向面的夹角为α,0°≤α≤5°;所述下限位块的贴合面与上套筒的竖直径向面夹角为β,0°≤β≤5°,这样左页片10与右页片20的最大打开角度为180~190°。作为一种最佳实施方式,所述上限位块的贴合面与下套筒的竖直方向径向面的夹角为α为5°;所述下限位块的贴合面与上套筒的竖直径向面夹角为β为5°,这样左页片10与右页片20的最大打开角度为190°。
所述上套筒41和下套筒42采用弯折形成,上套筒41与左页片10连为一体,下套筒42与右页片连为一体。所述上套筒41的底部延伸形成下限位块411;所述下套筒42的顶部延伸形成上限位块421,下限位块411和上限位块421都设置在对应套筒上与两合页合拢方向相对的一侧,以不影响左页片10与右页片20的张合。在制造加工时,所述上套筒和下套筒的尺寸大小完全相同,下限位块411和上限位块421与对应套筒的竖直径向面夹角相同,左页片与右页片也是两个相同的零件,放置时呈左右设置相互配合,这样在制造加工时,只需要开一套零件的模具,开发成本降低,不需要区分零件,以及区分零件产生的其他费用,还有生产混料导致产生其他成本。
作为一种实施方式,左页片10与右页片20之间设有两组套筒组40,两组套筒组40呈竖直方向上下设置;相邻两个上套筒41之间的间距不小于一个下套筒42和上限位块421的高度;相邻两个下套筒42之间的间距不小于一个上套筒41和下限位块411的高度,以确保每组套筒组40内的上套筒41与下套筒42配合,不影响其他组的套筒组40。
所述转轴30的两端分别设有用于防止转轴穿过上套筒和下套筒的端头。所述左页片和右页片上都设有安装孔,方便将整个铰链安装在翻转结构上。
综上所述,本实用新型的技术方案可以充分有效的实现上述实用新型目的,且本实用新型的结构及功能原理都已经在实施例中得到充分的验证,能达到预期的功效及目的,在不背离本实用新型的原理和实质的前提下,可以对实用新型的实施例做出多种变更或修改。因此,本实用新型包括一切在专利申请范围中所提到范围内的所有替换内容,任何在本实用新型申请专利范围内所作的等效变化,皆属本案申请的专利范围之内。

  1. 一种限位铰链,包括左页片、右页片和转轴,其特征在于,左页片与右页片之间设有至少一组用于供转轴插入的套筒组,每组套筒组包括处于同一轴线上的上套筒和下套筒,上套筒的底部设有下限位块,下套筒的顶部设有与下限位板配合的上限位块,所述下限位块的贴合面为上套筒的径向面;所述上限位块的贴合面为下套筒的径向面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的限位铰链,其特征在于:所述上限位块的贴合面与下套筒的竖直方向径向面的夹角为α,0°≤α≤5°;所述下限位块的贴合面与上套筒的竖直径向面夹角为β,0°≤β≤5°。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的限位铰链,其特征在于:所述上限位块的贴合面与下套筒的竖直方向径向面的夹角为α为5°;所述下限位块的贴合面与上套筒的竖直径向面夹角为β为5°。
