为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
如图1-图6所示,本公开实施例提供了接水装置12,包括主体,具有沿第一方向A排布的多个排液口;以及排液件,设于所述主体的多个所述排液口所在侧,所述排液件沿第一方向A的尺寸大于或等于任一所述排液口沿第一方向A的尺寸,使得排液件可以承接任一排液口排出的液体,一方面无需人工拿着收集桶去各个排液口收集,降低了人员的劳动强度,导轨121安装在主体上,不会由于现场空间局促导致人员操作不便,降低了安全隐患;另一方面,与提前铺设地膜任由液体排放的方案相比,液体收集方便,降低了人员的工作量,改善了现场环境。
其中需要说明的是,本实施例的主体可以为任意需要排液的装置,下面以主体为柱塞泵组1,其包含多个柱塞泵11,每个柱塞泵11均包括一个排液口为例,进行说明。
第一实施例
在本实施例中,为了保证任一排液口分别控制排放,所述排液件活动连接于所述排液口所在侧,请参照图1-图6所示,所述主体上设有导轨121,所述导轨121沿所述第一方向A设置,所述导轨121沿所述第一方向A的尺寸大于或等于位于所述主体的第一方向A两端的两个所述排液口之间的尺寸;所述排液件通过滑轮或者挂钩127滑动安装于所述导轨121,且所述排液件能够停在任一所述排液口的对应位置处。
结合上述设置,只有当所述导轨121沿所述第一方向A的尺寸大于或等于位于所述主体的第一方向A两端的两个所述排液口之间的尺寸,使得导轨121的布置范围至少覆盖了主体的所有的排液口所在侧,才能保证排液件移动到任一柱塞泵11的排液口处且停留在该位置对废液收集,防止废液外泄。
对于排液件而言,所述排液件采用排液槽,所述排液槽122包括:槽主体,所述槽主体沿水流方向两侧具有第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口的外周围成的面积大于所述第二开口的外周围成的面积。第一开口用于承接排液口排出的废液,废液经过槽主体从第二开口排出,由于第一开口的面积大于第二开口的面积,可以承接排液口排出的废液后,使废液缓慢排出。
具体地,所述第一开口靠近所述排液口的一侧处设有接水盘123,所述接水盘123由所述第一开口靠近所述排液口的一侧向所述排液口倾斜设置,用于承接所述排液口排出的液体,结合图3所示,接水盘123倾斜设置于排液口和第一开口之间,从而排液口排出废液不会落到排液槽122和排液口之间的地面,防止造成污染。并且,由于导轨121具有一定的厚度,接水盘123呈120°-150°的倾角,以便于接水盘123分别与第一开口和排液口更好地连接,防止废液外泄,污染环境。
并且,所述第一开口还设有围挡124,所述围挡124和所述接水盘123共同围成框体,所述围挡用于防止所述液体外溅。该围挡124为胶皮围挡124,可以确保排液口外泄的水都能流到排液槽中,进一步地,该围挡124包括三部分,三部分的围挡124与接水盘123共同围成框体,每个围挡124呈120°-150°倾角,能够减缓废液与围挡124之间的冲击力,防止废液碰到胶皮围挡124后飞溅到地面,导致难以收集以及污染作业现场等情况出现。
进一步地,所述排液件朝向所述导轨121的一侧设有弹性垫126。用于降低所述排 液件122和所述主体之间的摩擦。该弹性垫126可以为橡胶垫,在排液槽122移动过程中,橡胶垫位于排液槽122和主体之间,用于稳定排液槽122的移动,并且减少排液件122和所述主体之间的摩擦,防止磨损,提升主体和排液件122的使用寿命。
另外,为了方便移动排液槽122,在排液槽122第一方向A的两端以及排液槽122背离导轨121的一侧中择一安装手柄125,从而可以通过手柄125带动排液槽122沿第一方向A移动,便于操作。
请继续参考图1-图4所示,所述导轨121包括相连接的第一轨道1211和第二轨道1212,所述第一轨道1211沿所述第一方向A设置于多个所述排液口的所在侧,所述第二轨道1212沿第二方向B设于所述主体沿所述第一方向A的任一端,所述第一方向A和所述第二方向B相互垂直。请继续参考图5所示,第一轨道1211位于排液口的所在侧,排液槽122可以在第一轨道1211上滑动,从而进行废液收集,请继续参考图6所示,第二轨道1212沿第二方向B设于所述主体沿所述第一方向A的任一端,当不需要排废液的时候,为了不占用空间,可以将排液槽122滑动至第二轨道1212,不占用检修空间。其中,所述第一轨道1211和所述第二轨道1212平滑过渡,当主体维保完成或平时不需要使用接水装置12时,可通过导轨121将排液槽拖动至第二轨道1212上,因此,第一轨道1211和第二轨道1212的衔接处的转弯半径满足排液槽的平滑移动,排液槽移动至第二轨道1212后,利用快接结构进行固定,不占用空间,也不影响正常作业。
为了防止排液槽122移动,所述第二轨道1212和所述排液槽122通过快接结构连接,所述快接结构包括:第一快插件,连接于所述排液件;第二快插件,连接于所述第二轨道1212;以及连接件,所述连接件一端可拆卸连接所述第一快插件,以及/或者,所述连接件另一端可拆卸连接所述第二快插件。其中第一快插件和第二快插件均为挂扣,连接件包括钢丝绳和固定在钢丝绳一端的弹簧挂钩127,可以将钢丝绳一端固定在第一快插件和第二快插件中的任一者,将弹簧挂钩127挂接在第一快插件和第二快插件中的另一者,从而当排液件122移动到任一排液口所在侧后,将排液件122固定在第二轨道1212,防止排液槽122滑动。
在一些实施例中,还包括废液收集桶2,所述排液槽122为锥筒样式,所述第二开口通过排液管3连通废液收集桶2,排液管3上设置有排液阀4,排液槽122内的废液可以通过排液管3排放到废液收集桶2内,避免废液外泄对环境造成的污染。
第二实施例
如图7-图12所示,为了保证所有排液口同时排放废液,所述排液件连接于所述排液口所在侧。所述排液件沿所述第一方向A的尺寸大于或等于位于所述主体的第一方向A两端的两个排液口之间的尺寸。排液件沿第一方向A的尺寸覆盖所有排液口的尺寸,从而当多个排液口同时排液时,排液件可以同时承接多个排液口排出的所有废液,防止废液流到地面,造成污染。
其中,所述排液件可以固定连接于所述排液口所在侧,或者,所述排液口排液件可以活动连接于所在侧,本实施例以所述排液件固定连接于所述排液口所在侧进行说明。
具体地,该排液件为折叠水袋14,该折叠水袋14沿第一方向A的尺寸大于或等于位于所述主体的第一方向A两端的两个排液口之间的尺寸。该折叠水袋14第一方向A的两侧分别通过扎带或者绑带17与两个支撑架141分别连接,两个支架分别通过固定螺栓安装在所述第一方向A两端的两个柱塞泵11的螺柱112上。
以任一个支撑架141为例,所述支撑架141包括夹住折叠水袋14第一方向A一侧的第一折叠杆1411、第二折叠杆1412、第三折叠杆1413、第四折叠杆1414、第一转接件1415、第二转接件1416以及第三转接件1417,所述第一转接件1415分别转动连接第一折叠杆1411和第二折叠杆1412,所述第二转接件1416分别转动连接第三折叠杆1413和第四折叠杆1414,并且第一折叠杆1411背离排液口的一端和第三折叠杆1413背离排液口的一端均与第三转接件1417转动连接。
具体地,请继续参照图7-图12所示,第一折叠杆1411和第二折叠杆1412分别相对于第一转接件1415在0°-90°的范围内朝向另一支撑架141方向转动,直至第一折叠杆1411和第二折叠杆1412相互平行,同样地,第三折叠杆1413和第四折叠杆1414分别相对于第二转接件1416在0°-90°的范围内朝向另一支撑架141方向转动,直至第三折叠杆1413和第四折叠杆1414相互平行,与此同时,第一折叠杆1411和第三折叠杆1413也同时相对于第三转接件1417相对转动,直至第一折叠杆1411和第三折叠杆1413平行,从而将折叠水袋14折叠起来,在不需要承接排液口的废液时,起到节省空间的作用。
进一步地,由于沿第一方向A间隔设置多个排液口,因此折叠布袋14沿第一方向A的具有一定长度,即使折叠布袋14的第一方向A两侧均折叠起来,其中间位置再自身重力的作用下会下坠,影响收纳效果,因此在折叠布袋14的非两侧的位置通过绑带17与非第一方向A两端的柱塞泵螺柱112上的固定座18连接,以此保证折叠布袋14各处的收纳。
为了防止折叠布袋14折叠后无法固定,折叠后的支撑架141与其对应的固定座18通过固定搭扣15固定连接,即,支撑架141上连接搭扣15,固定座18设有搭环16,搭扣15扣接在搭环16内,从而在折叠后,将支撑架141与固定座18固定,防止松动。
进一步地,所述折叠水袋14包括第一开口和第二开口,第一开口用于承接排液口排出的废液,废液经过折叠水袋14从第二开口排出,所述接水装置12还包括废液收集桶2,所述第二开口通过排液管3连通废液收集桶2,排液管3上设置有排液阀,折叠水袋14内的废液可以通过排液管3排放到废液收集桶2内,避免废液外泄对环境造成的污染。
第三实施例
在第一实施例或第二实施例的基础上,本实施例提供了柱塞泵组1,包括:如第一实施例或者第二实施例任一所述的接水装置12;以及多个柱塞泵11,每个所述柱塞泵11设有所述排液口,多个所述排液口沿第一方向A排布于上水管汇13,所述排液件安装于所述上水管汇13。
在第一实施例的基础上,该导轨121焊接在上水管汇13上,不占用柱塞泵11检修空间,排液槽122沿第一方向A滑动连接于导轨121上,且排液槽122通过弹性垫126(即橡胶垫)与上水管汇13上的由壬131接触,保证储水罐的平稳。
具体地,该接水装置12的排液槽的容积V1大于单缸柱塞111的容积V2,具体地V1、V2需满足以下条件:1.05V2≤V1≤1.1V2,可满足排液槽122在滑动至一个柱塞泵11下方时,可以一次性储存一个柱塞泵11的液体的外泄量,排液槽122通过滑轮沿第一方向A移动,当现场需要拆卸某一柱塞泵11的柱塞111时,可先将排液槽122拖动至该柱塞111正下方,再打开柱塞111进行接水作业,待柱塞泵11内部液体外泄完成后,打开排液阀4,通过排液管3放将排液槽122收集的废液排放到废液收集桶2内,需要对其他柱塞泵11的柱塞111进行拆卸时,重复上述操作即可。
在第二实施例的基础上,多个柱塞泵11具有多个柱塞泵螺柱112,多个固定座18分别安装在螺柱112上,折叠水袋14沿第一方向A两侧分别连接支撑架141,支撑架141与固定座18连接,从而固定折叠水袋14。
具体地,该接水装置12的折叠水袋14的总容积大于所有柱塞泵11的容积之和,折叠水袋14可以同时容纳所有柱塞泵11的排液需求,防止废液外泄。
其中,废液收集桶2采用压裂橇上设备专用的废液收集桶2,可将柱塞泵11的排液 口外泄的废液都能收集到废液收集桶2内,再统一进行无害化处理,防止污染环境。

Claims (9)

  1. 接水装置,包括:
    主体,具有沿第一方向排布的多个排液口;以及
    排液件,设于所述主体的多个所述排液口所在侧,所述排液件沿第一方向的尺寸大于或等于任一所述排液口沿第一方向的尺寸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接水装置,所述主体上设有导轨,所述导轨沿所述第一方向设置,所述导轨沿所述第一方向的尺寸大于或等于位于所述主体的第一方向两端的两个所述排液口之间的尺寸;
    所述排液件滑动安装于所述导轨,且所述排液件能够停在任一所述排液口的对应位置处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的接水装置,所述排液件包括第一开口,所述第一开口用于承接所述排液件排出的液体,所述第一开口靠近所述排液口的一侧处设有接水盘,所述接水盘由所述第一开口靠近所述排液口的一侧向所述排液口倾斜设置,用于承接所述排液口排出的液体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的接水装置,所述第一开口还设有围挡,所述围挡和所述接水盘共同围成框体,所述围挡用于防止所述液体外溅。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的接水装置,所述排液件朝向所述导轨的一侧设有弹性垫。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的接水装置,所述导轨包括相连接的第一轨道和第二轨道,所述第一轨道沿所述第一方向设置于多个所述排液口的所在侧,所述第二轨道沿第二方向设于所述主体沿所述第一方向的任一端,所述第一方向和所述第二方向相互垂直。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一权利要求所述的接水装置,所述排液件沿所述第一方向的尺寸大于或等于位于所述主体的第一方向两端的两个排液口之间的尺寸。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一权利要求所述的接水装置,所述排液件还包括第二开口,所述第二开口用于排出所述液体,所述接水装置还包括废液收集桶,所述第二开口与所述废液收集桶相连通。
  9. 柱塞泵组,包括:
    如权利要求1-8中任一权利要求所述的接水装置;以及
    多个柱塞泵,每个所述柱塞泵设有所述排液口,多个所述排液口沿第一方向排布于上水管汇,所述排液件安装于所述上水管汇。
