请参阅图1-3,一种便于查询试剂管信息的试剂盒,包括试剂盒盒体1和固定板2,试剂盒盒体1上合页连接有盒盖,试剂盒盒体1的内端固定连接有固定板2,试剂盒盒体1的内端安装有活动板3,固定板2和活动板3上开设有多个同轴设置的放置孔21和放置槽31,放置孔21和放置槽31内均滑动连接有试剂管4,试剂管4的外壁上贴附有管内物品信息贴纸,固定板2上开设有一对对称分布的矩形槽22,活动板3的长度小于试剂盒盒体1内部长度,活动板3的宽长略小于试剂盒盒体1内部宽度,且活动板3前后两端与试剂盒盒体1之间固定连接有橡胶层,工作人员在对试剂盒内的试剂管信息进行查询后,活动板3在下降至试剂盒盒体1内底端时,会缓缓下降,可预防活 动板3下降速度过快而对试剂管4造成损失,活动板3的左右两端均固定连接有矩形板5,且矩形板5远离活动板3的一端贯穿矩形槽22,矩形板5远离活动板3的一端固定连接有调节部51,调节部51与试剂管4的上表面均与盒盖的下表面相抵接,试剂盒盒体1的左右两端均开设有滑槽11,滑槽11内滑动连接有限位杆6,限位杆6位于试剂盒盒体1内的一端与矩形板5相抵接,限位杆6位于试剂盒盒体1外的一端固定连接有调节块7,调节块7与试剂盒盒体1的外壁之间均固定连接有压缩弹簧8。
请参阅图1-2,放置孔21为圆形孔,放置槽31为半圆形内凹槽,盒盖的下表面固定连接有与之形状相匹配的橡胶垫,放置槽31的上表面也固定连接有与之槽体形状相匹配的橡胶垫,放置孔21和放置槽31的形状方便将试剂管4进行放置,盒盖下表面与放置槽31上表面的橡胶垫可对起到试剂管4可靠的防护作用。
请参阅图1-2,压缩弹簧8的直径大于滑槽11的槽体直径,在常态时,压缩弹簧8使限位杆6与矩形板5抵接,当活动板3运动至限位杆6上侧时,压缩弹簧8通过弹力带动调节块7向靠近滑槽11的一端运动,从而使限位杆6运动至活动板3的下表面,并起到对其起到支撑作用。
请参阅图1-3,进一步的,调节部51设置为斜面,且调节部51的斜面与固定板2的上表面形成45°的夹角,方便在需要对试剂管4信息进行查询时,人员可将手指放在夹角处发力,便于通过调节部51带动矩形板5向上运动从而将活动板3抬至限位杆6的上侧。
使用时,工作人员在对试剂盒内的试剂管信息进行查询时,打开盒盖后,首先将手指放在调节部51的斜面与固定板2的上表面形成45°的夹角处,接着将矩形板5向上抬起,在此过程中活动板3会同步运动,当活动板3的下表面运动至限位杆6上侧时,压缩弹簧8通过弹力带动调节块7向靠近滑槽11的一端运动,从而使限位杆6运动至活动板3的下表面,并起到对其起到 支撑作用,在此状态下,试剂管4侧壁上的管内物品信息贴纸将向上运动至放置孔21上侧,本方案可以实现工作人员在对试剂盒内的试剂管信息进行查询时,可使全部试剂管同步向上运动,并露出贴附有试剂管内相关信息的贴纸,从而便于人员进行信息核验,使查询过程省时省力。

  1. 一种便于查询试剂管信息的试剂盒,包括试剂盒盒体(1)和固定板(2),所述试剂盒盒体(1)上合页连接有盒盖,其特征在于:所述试剂盒盒体(1)的内端固定连接有固定板(2),所述试剂盒盒体(1)的内端安装有活动板(3),所述固定板(2)和活动板(3)上开设有多个同轴设置的放置孔(21)和放置槽(31),所述放置孔(21)和放置槽(31)内均滑动连接有试剂管(4),所述试剂管(4)的外壁上贴附有管内物品信息贴纸,所述固定板(2)上开设有一对对称分布的矩形槽(22),所述活动板(3)的左右两端均固定连接有矩形板(5),且矩形板(5)远离活动板(3)的一端贯穿矩形槽(22),所述矩形板(5)远离活动板(3)的一端固定连接有调节部(51),所述调节部(51)与试剂管(4)的上表面均与盒盖的下表面相抵接,所述试剂盒盒体(1)的左右两端均开设有滑槽(11),所述滑槽(11)内滑动连接有限位杆(6),所述限位杆(6)位于试剂盒盒体(1)内的一端与矩形板(5)相抵接,所述限位杆(6)位于试剂盒盒体(1)外的一端固定连接有调节块(7),所述调节块(7)与试剂盒盒体(1)的外壁之间均固定连接有压缩弹簧(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于查询试剂管信息的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述放置孔(21)为圆形孔,所述放置槽(31)为半圆形内凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于查询试剂管信息的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖的下表面固定连接有与之形状相匹配的橡胶垫,所述放置槽(31)的上表面也固定连接有与之槽体形状相匹配的橡胶垫。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于查询试剂管信息的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述压缩弹簧(8)的直径大于滑槽(11)的槽体直径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于查询试剂管信息的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述调节部(51)设置为斜面,且调节部(51)的斜面与固定板(2)的上表面形成45°的夹角。
