Abstract

Un cathéter de la présente invention comprend : une poignée supérieure ; une poignée inférieure pourvue d'une partie saillante annulaire ayant une première partie engrenage disposée sur la périphérie interne de celle-ci, la poignée inférieure étant couplée à la poignée supérieure ; un cadran de réglage monté à l'intérieur de la poignée supérieure et de la poignée inférieure et relativement rotatif par rapport à la poignée supérieure et à la poignée inférieure autour d'un axe virtuel prédéterminé ; une partie bouton relativement mobile par rapport au cadran de réglage dans la direction radiale du cadran de réglage et pourvue d'une partie arc ayant une seconde partie engrenage qui est formée sur la périphérie externe de celle-ci et peut être sélectivement couplée à la première partie engrenage ; et un élément élastique qui applique toujours une force de restauration à la partie bouton dans la direction radialement vers l'extérieur du cadran de réglage.
