一种背光结构及壁挂中控屏 技术领域
本公开涉及电子屏幕领域,尤其涉及一种背光结构及壁挂中控屏。
背景技术
智能家居的中控屏,主要是为了实现住所内多种电子设备之间的信号互联,以方便人们的生活。
一般现在的中控屏都是以壁挂的方式安装在墙壁上,但是挂上墙后仅仅作为控制终端来使用,起不到装饰作用,往往比较单调,缺乏氛围感。
实用新型内容
本公开的主要目的在于提供一种背光结构及壁挂中控屏,以至少解决现有技术中存在的以上技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本公开的第一方面,提供了一种背光结构,设置于电子设备的边缘,背光结构包括:发光灯珠、灯板与异形导光条,所述异形导光条沿其延伸方向开设有直槽,所述异形导光条的直槽开设面抵接所述灯板后形成用于放置所述发光灯珠的光源空间,所述异形导光条包括入光面与发光面,所述入光面设置于所述光源空间内,所述发光灯珠的出射光线朝向所述入光面;所述发光面位于所述电子设备的边缘表面。
在一可实施方式中,所述光源空间内均匀设置多个所述发光灯珠。
在一可实施方式中,所述发光面设置为磨砂哑面。
在一可实施方式中,所述异形导光条为硬质导光条。
本公开的第二方面,提供了一种壁挂中控屏,包括本公开第一方面所述的背光结构,所述壁挂中控屏具有侧边框与后盖,所述侧边框与所述灯板和异形导光条围成所述光源空间。
在一可实施方式中,所述异形导光条包括板状固定部,所述板状固定部被夹持于所述后盖与所述灯板之间。
在一可实施方式中,所述侧边框与所述后盖之间设置有出光空隙,所述异形导光条包括发光延伸部,所述发光面设置在所述发光延伸部的外表面,所述板状固定部在被所述后盖与灯板夹持后,所述发光延伸部从所述出光空隙通过。

本实施例提供一种背光结构,该背光结构可设置于电子设备的边缘,在电子设备使用时,可通过该背光结构向外发出五颜六色的光,以增强氛围感。其中,电子设备可以为台式电脑、电视等的显示屏,也可以是中控屏或者门禁控制屏等,本实施例中以智能家居的壁挂中控屏为例。
在本公开的实施例中,壁挂中控屏的边缘处设置上述背光结构,若该壁挂中控屏为圆形,可在其圆周外侧壁上设置一周该背光结构;若该壁挂中控屏为多边形,则可以在其一条边或者多条边的外侧壁上设置该背光结构。
参照图1-5,在本公开的实施例中,壁挂中控屏具有侧边框5与后盖6,背光结构设置在侧边框5与后盖6内侧,背光结构包括发光灯珠1、灯板2与异形导光条3,异形导光条3沿其延伸方向开设有直槽31,在异形导光条3开设直槽31的一面抵接灯板2后,异形导光条3与侧边框5以及灯板2围合形成一光源空间4,多个发光灯珠1均匀放置于光源空间4内,且发光灯珠1安装在灯板2上。
参照图3-5,异形导光条3包括入光面32与发光面33,在光源空间4内,异形导光条3上朝向灯板2的一面为入光面32,发光面33位于壁挂中控屏的边缘表面,优选的,为了美观,发光面33与壁挂中控 屏的边缘表面相切。
在本公开的实施例中,多个发光灯珠1采用RGB模式的LED灯珠,可实现五彩斑斓的发光效果,可通过调整每颗LED灯珠的间距来实现发光均匀性;多个发光灯珠1也可更换为一条多彩灯带。
在本公开的实施例中,异形导光条3为硬质导光条,成本较低,且发光特性比较好。所以也可以根据异形导光条3材料的雾度与透光度来实现发光均匀性。
在本公开的实施例中,发光面33设置为磨砂哑面,可以使从发光面33发出的光漫反射到墙壁上,更加具有氛围感。
发光灯珠1发射处的光线经过入光面32在异形导光条3中经过折射和反射最终会从发光面33射出,再经过光的漫反射,最终射到墙壁上,可以起到烘托氛围的效果。
参照图5,在本公开的实施例中,侧边框5上连接有一底板7,底板7与后盖6平行,后盖6、异形导光条3、灯板2与底板7按照从上至下的顺序放置,通过螺钉8连接底板7与后盖6,则螺钉8还能够同时穿过异形导光条3与灯板2,在螺钉8拧紧后,异形导光条3与灯板2相互抵紧,从而能够将异形导光条3与灯板2固定在壁挂中控屏内部,达到比较好的固定效果,避免发光灯珠3在使用过程中产生突然的晃动,影响发光效果。
参照图3-5,在本公开的实施例中,异形导光条3包括板状固定部34、发光延伸部35与阶梯连接部36,其中,板状固定部34被夹持于后盖6与灯板2之间;阶梯连接部36连接于发光延伸部35与板状固定部34之间,后盖6的内表面上设置有压板筋61,在后盖6抵紧于阶梯连接部36时,压板筋61能够抵紧于板状固定部34;侧边框5与后盖6之间设置有出光空隙,板状固定部34在被后盖6与灯板2夹持后,发光延伸部35从出光空隙通过,且发光面33分别与后盖6以及侧边框5的外边面相切。
综上,本公开的壁挂中控屏在其侧面增设了背光结构,在背光结构中,灯板上设置多颗发光灯珠,发光灯珠1发出的光通过异形导光条3上设置的入光面32进入异形导光条3内部,再进行折射和散射到达发 光面33,由于发光灯珠1采用RGB模式的LED灯珠,能够发出五彩斑斓的颜色;并且发光面33的光均匀性,能够根据异形导光条3材料的雾度与透光度以及每颗LED灯珠的间距来实现。进一步地,发光面33表面设计成磨砂哑面,发出的光通过漫反射到墙壁上,最终能够实现壁挂中控屏背光的效果,以增强氛围感。
