Description

一种旋钮屏装置及其控制方法 技术领域
本申请涉及旋钮屏技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种旋钮屏装置。
背景技术
随着电器行业的快速发展,旋钮屏被广泛的运用在洗衣机、微波炉等众多产品上。
但随着消费者对产品的操作体验要求越来越高,传统的旋钮装置存在结构较为复杂,占用空间较大,灵敏度较差等不足。
因此旋钮屏装置还有进一步提升空间。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本申请提供了一种旋钮屏装置及其控制方法,旨在让旋钮屏装置构造精巧、易于操作、反应灵敏。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的一种技术方案是提供一种旋钮屏装置,该旋钮屏装置包括:透明窗口、显示面板、面板支撑架、旋转外壳、主板及底座,所述主板上设有霍尔传感器、磁铁和滚轮。
其中,所述旋转外壳内侧设有与所述滚轮相匹配的轨道。
其中,所述霍尔传感器和磁铁分别设于所述主板的两面。
其中,所述滚轮与所述磁铁同轴性连接,并通过所述滚轮带动所述磁铁转动。
进一步的,所述霍尔传感器与所述磁铁的相对位置保持不变。
进一步的,所述底座设有与所述滚轮相匹配的开孔。
其中,所述滚轮带有弹性且高于所述主板平面。
进一步的,所述旋钮装置还设有语音控制模块。
进一步的,所述滚轮越小,转动相同角度时带动所述磁铁旋转的圈数越多,系统可以分辨到的脉冲信号越多。
本申请采用的另外一种技术方案是提供一种旋钮屏装置的控制方法。
该控制方法包括:转动旋转外壳,通过所述旋转外壳的转动带动滚轮的相对运动;所述滚轮的运动带动磁铁的转动;霍尔传感器感应磁铁的转动;系统通过霍尔传感器发出的脉冲信号判断转动数据;最后,系统执行相应程序。
其中,所述旋钮屏装置还支持语音控制。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术,本申请的一种旋钮屏装置及其控制方法,该旋钮屏装置包括:透明窗口、显示面板、面板支撑架、旋转外壳、主板及底座,所述主板上设有霍尔传感器、磁铁和滚轮。通过上述方式,能够让旋钮屏装置构造精巧、易于操作、反应灵敏。

所述旋钮屏装置包括:透明窗口10、显示面板20、面板支撑架30、旋转外壳40、主板50及底座60,所述主板50上设有霍尔传感器510、磁铁520和滚轮530。
在一些实施例中,所述显示面板20优选玻璃面板或亚克力面板与屏贴合而成。
在一些实施例中,所述面板支撑架30为半透明材料,其中,所述主板50上还设有背景灯珠,,所述半透明的支撑架可实现边缘背景灯光效果。
结合图1与图2,,所述旋转外壳40的内侧设有与所述滚轮530相匹配的轨道410。
其中,所述霍尔传感器510和磁铁520分别设于所述主板的两面。
可以理解的,该霍尔传感器510和磁铁520分别设于所述主板50的两面可有效利用主板50的厚度,从而压缩整体装置的厚度。
进一步的,所述磁铁520和所述霍尔传感器510位于所述主板50不同的两面,有助于此部分的结构小型化,用户可以得到更细致的旋钮体验,右侧滚轮530越小则意味着当滚轮530转动相同的角度时磁铁520旋转的圈数越多,则霍尔传感器510可以分辨到的脉冲信号越多,也就是说转动灵敏度越高
其中,所述滚轮530与所述磁铁520同轴性连接,并通过所述滚轮530带动所述磁铁520转动。
其中,当磁铁520发生转动时,所述霍尔传感器510与所述磁铁520 的相对位置保持不变。
进一步的,所述底座60设有与所述滚轮530相匹配的开孔610。
可以理解的,该滚轮530嵌入到所述底座60的开孔610中,充分利用空间,有效降低旋钮装置的整体厚度。
参阅图3,图3是本申请提供的一种旋钮屏装置的立体图。
可以理解的,整个旋钮屏装置精巧简洁,适用产品丰富,易于安装。
其中,所述滚轮530带有弹性且略高于所述主板50的平面,使其凸出于所述主板50的表面
可以理解的,所述滚轮530接触旋转外壳40内侧的轨道410,旋转外壳40转动时,所述轨道410与所述滚轮530产生相对运动,摩擦力会带动滚轮530转动。
在一些实施例中,所述旋钮装置还设有语音控制模块70。所述语音控制模块70可以在接收到语音指令时执行相应程序,所述显示面板20的UI界面会显示相应程序。丰富用户的使用方式。
参阅图4,图4是本申请提供的一种旋钮屏装置的控制方法流程图。
在一些实施例中,该控制方法包括:
第一步,转动旋转外壳,通过所述旋转外壳的转动带动滚轮的相对运动;
第二步,所述滚轮的运动带动磁铁的转动;
第三步,霍尔传感器感应磁铁的转动;
第四步系统通过霍尔传感器发出的脉冲信号判断转动数据;
最后,系统执行相应程序。
区别于现有技术的情况,本申请的一种旋钮屏装置,该旋钮屏装置包括:透明窗口、显示面板、面板支撑架、旋转外壳、主板及底座,所述主板上设有霍尔传感器、磁铁和滚轮。通过上述方式,能够让旋钮屏 装置构造精巧、易于操作、反应灵敏。

  1. 一种旋钮屏装置,其特征在于,所述旋钮屏装置包括:透明窗口、显示面板、面板支撑架、旋转外壳、主板及底座,所述主板上设有霍尔传感器、磁铁和滚轮。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的旋钮屏装置,其特征在于,
    所述旋转外壳内侧设有与所述滚轮相匹配的轨道。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的旋钮屏装置,其特征在于,
    所述霍尔传感器和磁铁分别设于所述主板的两面。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的旋钮屏装置,其特征在于,
    所述滚轮与所述磁铁同轴性连接,并通过所述滚轮带动所述磁铁转动。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的旋钮屏装置,起特征在于,
    所述霍尔传感器与所述磁铁的相对位置保持不变。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的旋钮屏装置,其特征在于,
    所述底座设有与所述滚轮相匹配的开孔。
  7. 如权利要求1-6所述的任一种旋钮屏装置,其特征在于,
    所述滚轮带有弹性且高于所述主板平面。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的旋钮装置,其特征在于,
    所述旋钮装置设有语音控制模块。
  9. 一种旋钮屏装置的控制方法,其特征在于,
    转动旋转外壳,通过所述旋转外壳的转动带动滚轮的相对运动;
    所述滚轮的运动带动磁铁的转动;
    霍尔传感器感应磁铁的转动;
    通过霍尔传感器发出的脉冲信号判断转动数据;
    执行相应程序。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种旋钮屏装置的控制方法,其特征在于,
    所述滚轮越小,转动相同角度时带动所述磁铁旋转的圈数越多,系统可以分辨到的脉冲信号越多。
