本发明涉及医疗废物处理技术领域,具体是一种医疗废物处理装置。
背景技术
根据国家医疗事业和环保产业的发展要求,对易导致交叉感染的医用废弃物需要进行灭菌处理,防止其二次污染,目前主要医疗废物处置技术包括:卫生填埋法、高压蒸汽灭菌法、化学消毒法、电磁波灭菌法等,但是上述的技术方案在实际运用过程种,仍然存在处理不彻底、有害物质易扩散、废物排放不达标等问题,因此医疗处理行业一直在寻找比较可靠的处理方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医疗废物处理装置,以摩擦热技术对医疗废物进行灭菌处理,用以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明提出来一种技术方案是:一种医疗废物处理装置,用于医疗废物的灭菌处理,包括箱体,所述箱体内设置有灭菌桶体,所述灭菌桶体内设置有磨切机构,所述磨切机构用于对医疗废物进行摩擦热处理,所述灭菌桶体的一侧设置有出料桶。
所述磨切机构通过传动机构与驱动件传动连接,所述灭菌桶体设置在减震座上。
所述出料桶与所述灭菌桶体可拆卸连接,且所述灭菌桶体与出料桶的连接处还设置有用于开合及封闭连接处的出料机构。
所述灭菌桶体上还设置有上盖,所述上盖通过锁盖机构与灭菌桶体相锁止。
所述箱体内还设置有电气控制机构,所述电气控制机构用于控制该装置的运行。
所述灭菌桶体上设置有消毒液进液口以及喷水口,所述消毒液进液口与消毒机构相连接,所述喷水口通过进水阀与外部水箱相连接,所述灭菌桶体上还设置有排液口,所述排液口与冷凝机构相连接,所述冷凝机构的另一端与外部水箱相连接。
所述上盖与灭菌桶体的连接处还设置有开盖机构,所述开盖机构用于驱动所述上盖的开合与关闭。
本发明通过改进在此提供一种医疗废物处理装置,与现有技术相比,具有如下改进及优点:
磨切机构将医疗废物进行破碎,进而对医疗废物的物料进行摩擦,从而使得灭菌桶体内的温度持续升高,进而实现对医疗废物的摩擦热灭菌,同时,在对医疗废物物料进行摩擦的过程中,还能将较大的物料通过摩擦而颗粒化,进而方便后续对医疗废物的排出和收集。

本发明的核心是提供一种医疗废物处理装置,以解决背景技术中所提及的问题。
下面将结合附图1至图6对本发明进行详细说明,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

如图1-6所示,本发明提出来一种技术方案是,一种医疗废物处理装置,用于医疗废物的灭菌处理,包括箱体1,所述箱体1内设置有灭菌桶体2,所述灭菌桶体2内设置有磨切机构21,所述磨切机构21用于对医疗废物进行摩擦热处理,所述灭菌桶体2的一侧设置有出料桶3。
所述箱体1内还设置有电气控制机构5,所述电气控制机构5用于控制该装置的运行。
在本发明中,磨切机构21能将医疗废物进行破碎,进而对医疗废物的物料进行摩擦,从而使得灭菌桶体2内的温度持续升高,进而实现对医疗废物的摩擦热灭菌,同时,在对医疗废物物料进行摩擦的过程中,还能将较大的物料通过摩擦而颗粒化,进而方便后续对医疗废物的排出和收集。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述磨切机构21通过传动机构22与驱动件4传动连接,所述灭菌桶体2设置在减震座23上。
通过传动机构22的设置,提高了磨切机构21在工作过程中的稳定性,防 止磨切机构21受到驱动件震动的影响,进一步的,通过设置减震座23,进一步提高灭菌桶体2的稳定性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述出料桶3与所述灭菌桶体2可拆卸连接,且所述灭菌桶体2与出料桶3的连接处还设置有用于开合及封闭连接处的出料机构31。
通过设置出料机构31,这样使得灭菌桶体2在运行过程中,始终处于密封状态,进而避免了灭菌桶体2内部的气体泄露,只有当灭菌桶体2内部经过消毒后,出料机构31才能开启,灭菌桶体2内的废料被出料桶3所收集,进一步的,出料桶3与灭菌桶体2可拆卸连接,从而方便了后续对出料桶3内医疗废物的处理。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述灭菌桶体2上还设置有上盖24,所述上盖24通过锁盖机构24与灭菌桶体2相锁止,所述上盖24与灭菌桶体2的连接处还设置有开盖机构7,所述开盖机构7用于驱动所述上盖24的开合与关闭。
需要说明的是,开盖机构7采用气动驱动上盖24开启,锁盖机构24采用气动驱动上盖24锁止,通过设置锁盖机构24以及开盖机构7,从而避免了工作人员误操作打开上盖24,提高了本装置的安全性能。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述灭菌桶体2上设置有消毒液进液口25以及喷水口26,所述消毒液进液口25与消毒机构相连接,所述喷水口26通过进水阀27与外部水箱相连接,所述灭菌桶体2上还设置有排液口,所述排液口与冷凝机构6相连接,所述冷凝机构6的另一端与外部水箱相连接。
通过在灭菌桶体2内注入消毒液,对灭菌桶体2内的医疗废物残渣以及灭菌筒体1内的废气进行消毒;进一步的,通过在灭菌桶体2内注入水流,对灭菌桶体2内进行冷却降温,从而使得废气能达到排放的温度标准,进一步的,由于高温产生的水蒸气流入冷凝机构6,进而被冷凝成液态水,经过消毒处理 后,进行循环利用。

  1. 一种医疗废物处理装置,用于医疗废物的灭菌处理,包括箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体内设置有灭菌桶体,所述灭菌桶体内设置有磨切机构,所述磨切机构用于对医疗废物进行摩擦热处理,所述灭菌桶体的一侧设置有出料桶。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗废物处理装置,其特征在于:所述磨切机构通过传动机构与驱动件传动连接,所述灭菌桶体设置在减震座上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗废物处理装置,其特征在于:所述出料桶与所述灭菌桶体可拆卸连接,且所述灭菌桶体与出料桶的连接处还设置有用于开合及封闭连接处的出料机构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗废物处理装置,其特征在于:所述灭菌桶体上还设置有上盖,所述上盖通过锁盖机构与灭菌桶体相锁止。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗废物处理装置,其特征在于:所述箱体内还设置有电气控制机构,所述电气控制机构用于控制该装置的运行。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种医疗废物处理装置,其特征在于:所述灭菌桶体上设置有消毒液进液口以及喷水口,所述消毒液进液口与消毒机构相连接,所述喷水口通过进水阀与外部水箱相连接,所述灭菌桶体上还设置有排液口,所述排液口与冷凝机构相连接,所述冷凝机构的另一端与外部水箱相连接。
