体育锻炼是指人们根据身体需要进行自我选择,运用各种体育手段并结合自然力和卫生措施,以发展身体、增进健康、增强体质、调节精神、丰富文化生活和支配余暇时间为目的的体育活动。人们在体育锻炼时,也会针对腿、手臂或肩部等位置进行有目的性的锻炼,人们大多通过辅助器材对手臂进行锻炼,例如拉伸器材等。
现有体育锻炼用拉伸器材包括配重筒、拉伸组件和调整组件,拉伸组件的一端与配重筒连接,配重筒内安装有插销,插销通过与配重筒内开设的固定孔配合的方式,可以将多组配重块固定在配重筒内,实现对拉伸力的添加,调整组件对拉伸组件的位置进行调整,方便不同身高和体型的使用者对其进行使用。
现有体育锻炼用拉伸器材虽可以满足不同身高和体型的使用者对其进行使用,但是在实际使用时,当需要对配重筒内配重块的数量进行增添时,需要人工将配重块搬运至配重筒内,并通过插销对其进行固定,这样不仅会耗费锻炼的时间,而且还会影响使用者对器材的使用体验,不利于使用者对手臂进行可持续的拉伸锻炼。
因此,针对以上现状,迫切需要开发一种体育锻炼用拉伸器材,以克服当前实际应用中的不足。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种体育锻炼用拉伸器材,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。

驱动机构,所述驱动机构的一端安装在拉伸机构上,所述驱动机构的另一端安装在固定座上,所述驱动机构的输出端上安装有转轴,所述转轴的一端延伸至固定在固定座上的安装箱内,所述转轴的一端分别与控制机构和输送机构相连,所述输送机构设置在固定座的一侧,所述输送机构的一端分别与储水箱和配重箱连通;
控制机构,所述控制机构包括旋转座、卡合件、拨动件、转动件、弹性件和连接座,所述旋转座和转动件均固定在转轴上,所述旋转座的侧壁上分布有与卡合件配合的卡槽,所述卡合件活动设置在固定座上,所述拨动件活动安装在靠近卡槽末端的旋转座上,所述拨动件与卡合件活动抵触,所述转动件的一端与弹性件的一端活动相连,所述弹性件的另一端固定在连接座上,所述连接座固定在固定座的侧壁上;
拉伸机构通过上下移动的方式带动驱动机构间歇工作,驱动机构带动转轴间歇转动,转轴带动旋转座和转动件间歇转动的同时,转轴也带动输送机构间歇抽吸储水箱内的水,旋转座带动卡槽和拨动件间歇转动,此时卡合件通过与卡槽配合的方式对旋转座进行间歇限位,转动件带动弹性件的一端间歇转动,此时弹性件处于被拉伸状态;
当旋转座上末端的卡槽与卡合件分离时,此时旋转座、转轴和转动件均处于自由状态,弹性件通过自身的弹性力带动转动件快速回转,转动件带动转轴快速回转,转轴带动旋转座快速旋转,旋转座带动拨动件快速旋转并产生离心力,拨动件通过快速旋转并产生离心力的方式带动卡合件进行短暂性的偏转,卡合件通过短暂性偏转的方式解除对旋转座的限位,转轴带动输送机构快速将抽吸的水输送至配重箱内,输送机构通过将储水箱内的水输送至配重箱内的方式实现对拉伸机构拉伸配重的自动添加。
作为本发明进一步的技术方案,所述拉伸机构包括握把、拉绳和连接件,所述握把固定在拉绳的一端,所述拉绳的另一端穿过固定座并且与连接件相连,所述连接件固定在配重箱上,所述配重箱的一侧安装有驱动机构。
作为本发明进一步的技术方案,所述驱动机构包括滑动座、第一齿条、第一调整件、第二调整件、第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述滑动座固定在配重箱的侧壁上,所述第一齿条滑动安装在滑动座上,所述第一齿条间歇与第一齿轮的一端啮合连接,所述第一齿轮设置在固定座上,所述第一齿轮的另一端与第二齿轮啮合连接,所述第二齿轮固定在转轴上,所述第一调整件对称设置在第一齿条的两侧,两侧所述第一调整件分别与安装在固定座顶部和底部的第二调整件间歇滑动配合。

作为本发明进一步的技术方案,所述输送机构包括传动模块、旋转件、控制件、往复组件和输送组件,所述传动模块的一端与转轴相连,所述传动模块的另一端与安装在固定座上的旋转件相连,所述旋转件的一端固定有与往复组件配合的控制件,所述往复组件和输送组件均安装在固定座上,所述往复组件的一端与输送组件相连。
作为本发明进一步的技术方案,所述往复组件包括第一偏转件、第二偏转件、第三齿轮、第四齿轮、第五齿轮和第二齿条,所述第一偏转件固定在第三齿轮上,所述第二偏转件固定在第四齿轮上,所述第四齿轮与第五齿轮同轴,所述第三齿轮、第四齿轮和第五齿轮均安装在固定座上,所述第一偏转件和第二偏转件间歇与控制件活动抵触,所述第五齿轮与第二齿条啮合连接,所述第三齿轮和第四齿轮啮合连接,所述第二齿条滑动安装在固定座上,且所述第二齿条的一端与输送组件相连。
作为本发明进一步的技术方案,所述输送组件包括活塞杆、活塞、输送管、添加管和连接管,所述活塞杆的一端固定在第二齿条上,所述活塞杆的另一端延伸至输送管内并且与活塞固定相连,所述活塞滑动设置在输送管内,所述输送管安装在固定座上,所述输送管的一侧通过添加管与配重箱连通,所述输送管的另一侧通过连接管与储水箱连通,所述添加管和连接管内均活动安装有用于控制管道封闭与开启的转动门,所述添加管内的转动门仅能朝远离输送管的方向转动,所述连接管内的转动门仅能朝靠近输送管的方向转动。
作为本发明进一步的技术方案,所述储水箱的顶部安装有进水管,所述配重箱的底部开设有仅能朝配重箱内开启的活动门,所述活动门通过与进水管配合的方式将配重箱内的水输送至储水箱内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
拉伸机构通过上下移动的方式带动驱动机构间歇工作,驱动机构带动转轴间歇转动,转轴带动旋转座和转动件间歇转动的同时,转轴也带动输送机构间歇抽吸储水箱内的水,旋转座带动卡槽和拨动件间歇转动,此时卡合件通过与卡槽配合的方式对旋转座进行间歇限位,转动件带动弹性件的一端间歇转动,此时弹性件处于被拉伸状态;

如图1和图2所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述拉伸机构8包括握把81、拉绳82和连接件83,所述握把81固定在拉绳82的一端,所述拉绳82的另一端穿过固定座2并且与连接件83相连,所述连接件83固定在配重箱84上,所述配重箱84的一侧安装有驱动机构4。
如图1和图4所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述驱动机构4包括滑动座41、第一齿条42、第一调整件43、第二调整件44、第一齿轮45和第二齿轮46,所述滑动座41固定在配重箱84的侧壁上,所述第一齿条42滑动安装在滑动座41上,所述第一齿条42间歇与第一齿轮45的一端啮合连接,所述第一齿轮45设置在固定座2上,所述第一齿轮45的另一端与第二齿轮46啮合连接,所述第二齿轮46固定在转轴47上,所述第一调整件43对称设置在第一齿条42的两侧,两侧所述第一调整件43分别与安装在固定座2顶部和底部的第二调整件44间歇滑动配合。
如图1和图4所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述第一调整件43和第二调整件44均是一种梯形块状结构,一侧所述第一调整件43和第二调整件44通过滑动配合的方式带动第一齿条42与第一齿轮45啮合,另一侧所述第一调整件43和第二调整件44通过滑动配合的方式带动第一齿条42与第一齿轮45分离。
在本实施例中,使用者通过握把81、拉绳82和连接件83带动配重箱84在固定座2内上下往复移动,配重箱84带动滑动座41上下往复移动,当配重箱84向上移动时,此时靠近固定座2的第一调整件43和第二调整件44在同一竖直面,远离固定座2的第一调整件43和第二调整件44处于错位状态,滑动座41同时带动第一齿条42和第一调整件43上移,当第一齿条42与第一齿轮45啮合时,第一齿条42带动第一齿轮45转动,第一齿轮45通过第二齿轮46带动转轴47转动,当靠近固定座2的第一调整件43和第二调整件44活动抵触时,第二调整件44通过与第一调整件43配合的方式,从而带动第一齿条42在滑动座41上的位置,此时第一齿条42与第一齿轮45处于错位状态,且远离固定座2的第一调整件43和第二调整件44在同一竖直面,使得第一齿条42通过上下移动的方式,仅能带动第一齿轮45单向间歇转动,从而带动转轴47单向间歇转动;
转轴47带动旋转座61和转动件65间歇转动的同时,转轴47也带动输送机构7间歇抽吸储水箱3内的水,旋转座61带动卡槽62和拨动件64间歇转动,此时卡合件63通过与卡槽62配合的方式,从而对旋转座61进行间歇限位,转动件65带动弹性件66的一端间歇转动,此时弹性件66处于被拉伸状态;

如图1所示,作为本发明的另一种优选实施例,所述储水箱3的顶部安装有进水管31,所述配重箱84的底部开设有仅能朝配重箱84内开启的活动门,所述活动门通过与进水管31配合的方式将配重箱84内的水输送至储水箱3内。
在本实施例中,当使用者锻炼结束时,配重箱84下落至储水箱3上,此时进水管31经活动门进入至配重箱84内,使得配重箱84内的水再次流入储水箱3内,方便下一个使用者对拉伸器材的使用。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的体育锻炼用拉伸器材,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括滑动座、第一齿条、第一调整件、第二调整件、第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述滑动座固定在配重箱的侧壁上,所述第一齿条滑动安装在滑动座上,所述第一齿条间歇与第一齿轮的一端啮合连接,所述第一齿轮设置在固定座上,所述第一齿轮的另一端与第二齿轮啮合连接,所述第二齿轮固定在转轴上,所述第一调整件对称设置在第一齿条的两侧,两侧所述第一调整件分别与安装在固定座顶部和底部的第二调整件间歇滑动配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的体育锻炼用拉伸器材,其特征在于,所述第一调整件和第二调整件均是一种梯形块状结构,一侧所述第一调整件和第二调整件通过滑动配合的方式带动第一齿条与第一齿轮啮合,另一侧所述第一调整件和第二调整件通过滑动配合的方式带动第一齿条与第一齿轮分离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的体育锻炼用拉伸器材,其特征在于,所述输送机构包括传动模块、旋转件、控制件、往复组件和输送组件,所述传动模块的一端与转轴相连,所述传动模块的另一端与安装在固定座上的旋转件相连,所述旋转件的一端固定有与往复组件配合的控制件,所述往复组件和输送组件均安装在固定座上,所述往复组件的一端与输送组件相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的体育锻炼用拉伸器材,其特征在于,所述往复组件包括第一偏转件、第二偏转件、第三齿轮、第四齿轮、第五齿轮和第二齿条,所述第一偏转件固定在第三齿轮上,所述第二偏转件固定在第四齿轮上,所述第四齿轮与第五齿轮同轴,所述第三齿轮、第四齿轮和第五齿轮均安装在固定座上,所述第一偏转件和第二偏转件间歇与控制件活动抵触,所述第五齿轮与第二齿条啮合连接,所述第三齿轮和第四齿轮啮合连接,所述第二齿条滑动安装在固定座上,且所述第二齿条的一端与输送组件相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的体育锻炼用拉伸器材,其特征在于,所述输送组件包括活塞杆、活塞、输送管、添加管和连接管,所述活塞杆的一端固定在第二齿条上,所述活塞杆的另一端延伸至输送管内并且与活塞固定相连,所述活塞滑动设置在输送管内,所述输送管安装在固定座上,所述输送管的一侧通过添加管与配重箱连通,所述输送管的另一侧通过连接管与储水箱连通,所述添加管和连接管内均活动安装有用于控制管道封闭与开启的转动门,所述添加管内的转动门仅能朝远离输送管的方向转动,所述连接管内的转动门仅能朝靠近输送管的方向转动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的体育锻炼用拉伸器材,其特征在于,所述储水箱的顶部安装有进水管,所述配重箱的底部开设有仅能朝配重箱内开启的活动门,所述活动门通过与进水管配合的方式将配重箱内的水输送至储水箱内。
