随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对健身的需求越来越广泛。力量训练,指的是在健身房、家中或任意可以进行运动的地点,借助健身器械或者各种自重运动,在不损失自身关节和韧带的基础上进行强化自身力量、增加肌肉维度和塑造或改变自身肌肉形状的各种运动,目的是改变自身肌肉形状,增强肌肉耐力,在外观上有明显的改善。
现有的健身器械大多整体结构复杂,且占用空间面积大,不利于室内使用,且训练过程中,拉力不稳定。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明人设计了一种力量训练机构及健身镜,本案就此产生。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种力量训练机构,包括:
主体支架;
驱动组件,所述驱动组件设置于主体支架内部;
万向导引组件,所述万向导引组件包括两分别设置于主体支架左右两侧的第一万向导引件和第二万向导引件,所述第一万向导引件和第二万向导引件上绕设有拉力件;
所述驱动组件包括:
阻力件,所述阻力件固定于主体支架且用以对拉力件提供阻力;
导向件,所述导向件设置于主体支架中部且用以保持拉动过程中拉力的稳定。
进一步设置为:还包括用以调节档位的档位调节组件,所述档位调节组件包括固定于主体支架两端的定滑轮组、受拉力件带动在主体支架两端之间移动的动滑轮组、以及两设置于主体支架两侧的档位件。

1、通过设置主体支架、驱动组件、以及万向导引组件,万向导引组件包括第一万向导引件和第二万向导引件,第一万向导引件和第二万向导引件上绕设有拉力件,驱动组件包括阻力件和导向件,拉动拉力件,拉力件在第一万向导引件和第二万向导引件的作用下,实现可各角度拉动的灵活性,拉力件被拉动的同时阻力件对拉力件提供阻力,从而起到力量训练的效果,且拉力件带动导向件进行移动和导向,用以保持拉动过程中拉力的稳定,便于进行两手臂力量平衡的训练,整体结构简单,占地面积小,灵活性能高;
2、通过设置档位调节组件,档位调节组件包括定滑轮组、动滑轮组、以及档位件,定滑轮组包括第一定滑轮、第二定滑轮、第三定滑轮、第四定滑轮、以及第五定滑轮,动滑轮组包括第一动滑轮、第二动滑轮、以及第三动滑轮,档位件包括档位口、滑移筒、固定槽、以及固定杆,其中,两滑移筒上分别固定有第一调节绳、第二调节绳,第一调节绳绕过第一定滑轮固定在第一动滑轮, 第二调节绳绕过第二定滑轮固定在第二动滑轮,在进行档位调节时,滑移筒上下滑动到合适档位,通过固定杆穿过固定槽和档位口对滑移筒进行固定,第一调节绳、第二调节绳和拉力件配合进行差补,从而完成档位调节,便于训练不同动作、适用于不同人群,提高设备的适用性。

在进行档位调节时,滑移筒532上下滑动到合适档位,通过固定杆534穿过固定槽533和档位口531对滑移筒532进行固定,第一调节绳524、第二调节绳525和拉力件4配合进行差补,从而完成档位调节,便于训练不同动作、适用于不同人群,提高设备的适用性。
导向件22包括两分别固定于主体支架1两端相互靠近的一侧的固定板221、两端分别固定于两固定板221端部的导轨板222、沿导轨板222长度方向固定于导轨板222一侧的导向导轨223、滑移连接于导向导轨223的导向块224、以及固定于导向块224一侧的连接板225,第三动滑轮523固定于连接板225背离导 轨板222的一侧。
拉力件4拉动时,带动第三动滑轮523向上移动,从而带动导向块224沿导向导轨223向上滑动,防止第三动滑轮523晃动,以保证拉动过程中拉力的稳定。
第一万向导引件31和第二万向导引件32均包括固定于滑移筒532相互背离一侧的固定座311、转动连接于固定座的转动板312、以及两均转动连接于转动板312且相互相切的万向轮313。
其中,阻力件21为电机、卷簧、或拉簧。拉力件4具体为拉绳,拉力件4的两端部均固定有便于施力的拉环6。
本实施例的工作原理:
通过拉环6拉动拉力件4,通过第三调节绳526带动阻力件21,阻力件21对拉力件4提供阻力,同时,带动第三动滑轮523向上移动,从而带动导向块224沿导向导轨223向上滑动,防止第三动滑轮523晃动,以保证拉动过程中拉力的稳定。当需要进行不同动作训练或不同力量训练强度时,滑移筒532上下滑动到合适档位,通过固定杆534穿过固定槽533和档位口531对滑移筒532进行固定,第一调节绳524、第二调节绳525和拉力件4配合进行差补,从而完成档位调节,便于训练不同动作、适用于不同人群,提高设备的适用性。
实施例2如下:
参照图3,一种健身镜,包括实施例1的一种力量训练机构、以及覆盖主体支架1的显示组件7,其中,显示组件7包括玻璃镜面、触摸屏、以及显示屏。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种力量训练机构,包括:
    主体支架(1);
    驱动组件(2),所述驱动组件(2)设置于主体支架(1)内部;
    万向导引组件(3),所述万向导引组件(3)包括两分别设置于主体支架(1)左右两侧的第一万向导引件(31)和第二万向导引件(32),所述第一万向导引件(31)和第二万向导引件(32)上绕设有拉力件(4);
    其特征在于:
    所述驱动组件(2)包括:
    阻力件(21),所述阻力件(21)固定于主体支架(1)且用以对拉力件(4)提供阻力;
    导向件(22),所述导向件(22)设置于主体支架(1)中部且用以保持拉动过程中拉力的稳定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种力量训练机构,其特征在于,还包括用以调节档位的档位调节组件(5),所述档位调节组件(5)包括固定于主体支架(1)两端的定滑轮组(51)、受拉力件(4)带动在主体支架(1)两端之间移动的动滑轮组(52)、以及两设置于主体支架(1)两侧的档位件(53)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种力量训练机构,其特征在于,所述定滑轮组(51)包括设置于主体支架(1)同一端且分别靠近主体支架(1)两侧的第一定滑轮(511)、第二定滑轮(512)、设置于主体支架(1)另一端且分别位于导向件(22)两侧的第三定滑轮(513)、第四定滑轮(514)、以及设置于第一定滑轮(511)和第二定滑轮(512)之间的主体支架(1)上的第五定滑轮(515),所述第一定滑轮(511)、第二定滑轮(512)、第五定滑轮(515)与阻力件(21)位于主体支架(1)的同一端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种力量训练机构,其特征在于,所述动滑轮组 (52)包括分别位于第一定滑轮(511)、第二定滑轮(512)、第五定滑轮(515)上方且供拉力件(4)绕设的第一动滑轮(521)、第二动滑轮(522)、以及第三动滑轮(523),两所述档位件(53)相互靠近的一侧分别固定有第一调节绳(524)、第二调节绳(525),所述第一调节绳(524)的另一端绕过第一定滑轮(511)固定于第一动滑轮(521)上,所述第二调节绳(525)的另一端绕过第二定滑轮(512)固定于第二动滑轮(522)上,所述阻力件(21)的输出端固定有第三调节绳(526),所述第三调节绳(526)的另一端绕过第五定滑轮(515)固定于第三动滑轮(523)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种力量训练机构,其特征在于,所述档位件(53)包括沿主体支架(1)长度方向开设于主体支架(1)两侧杆体的若干个档位口(531)、两分别滑移连接于主体支架(1)两侧杆体的滑移筒(532)、沿档位口(531)开设方向开设于滑移筒(532)的固定槽(533)、以及穿设固定槽(533)和档位口(531)的固定杆(534),若干个所述档位口(531)沿主体支架(1)长度方向均匀间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种力量训练机构,其特征在于,所述阻力件(21)为电机、卷簧、或拉簧。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种力量训练机构,其特征在于,所述导向件(22)包括两分别固定于主体支架(1)两端相互靠近的一侧的固定板(221)、两端分别固定于两固定板(221)端部的导轨板(222)、沿导轨板(222)长度方向固定于导轨板(222)一侧的导向导轨(223)、滑移连接于导向导轨(223)的导向块(224)、以及固定于导向块(224)一侧的连接板(225),所述第三动滑轮(523)固定于连接板(225)背离导轨板(222)的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种力量训练机构,其特征在于,所述第一万向导引件(31)和第二万向导引件(32)均包括固定于滑移筒(532)相互背离一侧的 固定座(311)、转动连接于固定座(311)的转动板(312)、以及两均转动连接于转动板(312)且相互相切的万向轮(313)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种力量训练机构,其特征在于,所述拉力件(4)具体为拉绳,所述拉力件(4)的两端部均固定有便于施力的拉环(6)。
  10. 一种健身镜,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项的一种力量训练机构、以及覆盖主体支架(1)的显示组件(7)。
