          一种可以显示轴力的防松螺母 技术领域
本发明属于防松螺母技术领域,更具体地说,特别涉及一种可以显示轴力的防松螺母。
背景技术
防松螺母是一种应用广泛的紧固件,为满足不同的使用要求和环境,目前有多种类型的防松螺母,许多防松螺母是通过增加附件扭矩来产生防松效果。这种防松螺母在使用时,由于附加扭矩的影响,使螺母产生附加的止退性能,发挥了相应的防松性能。
目前紧固件的使用中,一个最重要基本指标就是轴力指标,就是螺母在安装以后,应保持规定的轴力值。目前对标准螺纹紧固件来说,在长期的使用中,已积累了一定的计算方式,就是通过螺母的安装扭矩来确定对应轴力,通过以适当的轴力要求来规定相应的安装扭矩,该方式已广泛运用在实际工程中。而利用附加扭矩产生作用的防松螺母,由于附加扭矩作用改变了紧固件扭矩与轴力的相互关系,使得依靠安装扭矩来确定紧固件轴力的传统方法不再有效,而且,防松螺母的附加扭矩往往随着材料种类、几何尺寸变化而变化,使得紧固件中的扭矩与轴力的关系更为复杂多变。这种紧固件在安装时扭矩与轴力关系的不确定性变化导致在使用中,对紧固件的轴力控制存在一定的难度,直接影响到安装性能的保证,严重时还会影响到系统的性能和质量。于是,有鉴于此,针对现有的结构及缺失予以研究改良,提供一种可以显示轴力的防松螺母,以期达到更具有更加实用价值性的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够反映安装轴力要求的防松螺母,能够保证螺母满足防松性能的条件下,同时也能保证螺母达到规定的安装轴力要求,兼顾防松性能和安装性能的发挥,达到更好的安装质量。为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
一种可以显示轴力的防松螺母,包括螺母本体和垫圈,所述螺母本体的底端侧面设置有法兰边,所述法兰边的底端开设有圆形的安装槽,所述安装槽的中心处开设有凹槽,且所述凹槽的顶端与螺母本体的螺纹孔相通,所述垫圈的顶端圆心处设置有凸台。
进一步的,法兰边的底面均匀设置有多组防松齿。
进一步的,凸台和凹槽为相互匹配的锥形结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的螺母在安装时,垫圈的凸台嵌入螺母本体的凹槽,嵌入的深度与螺母本体的拧紧程度有关,随着螺母本体的拧紧,垫圈的凸台嵌入螺母本体的凹槽内越深,螺母本体的法兰边的防松齿逐步靠近紧固体的工作面,当垫圈的凸台嵌入螺母本体的凹槽内一定深度时,螺母本体的法兰边的防松齿与紧固件的工作面相接触,在法兰边的防松齿作用下紧固件产生了防松效果,根据凸台嵌入凹槽深度可以知道紧固件此时的轴力。

其中,法兰边101的底面均匀设置有多组防松齿105。
其中,凸台201和凹槽103为相互匹配的锥形结构。
本实施例的具体使用方式与作用:
发明的螺母在安装时,垫圈2的凸台201嵌入螺母本体1的凹槽103,嵌入的深度与螺母本体1的拧紧程度有关,随着螺母本体1的拧紧,垫圈2的凸台201嵌入螺母本体1的凹槽103内越深,螺母本体1的法兰边101的防松齿105逐步靠近紧固体的工作面,当垫圈2的凸台201嵌入螺母本体1的凹槽103内一定深度时,螺母本体1的法兰边101的防松齿105与紧固件的工作面相接触,在法兰边101的防松齿105作用下紧固件产生了防松效果,根据凸台201嵌入凹槽103深度可以知道紧固件此时的轴力。
