The hair iron 10 includes a rod-shaped first arm 11 and a rod-shaped second arm 12. The second arm 12 is rotatably connected to the first arm 11, and can be in a closed state (the state shown in FIGS. 1 to 3) with its distal end close to or in contact with the first arm 11, and in a closed state with its distal end in close proximity to or in contact with the first arm 11 (the state shown in FIGS. It is possible to set it in an open state (the state shown in FIG. 4) in which it is spaced apart from one arm 11. In the following description, of the first arm 11 and the second arm 12, the one located on the upper side in the closed state will be referred to as the first arm 11, and the one located on the lower side will be referred to as the second arm 12.
In this embodiment, the base end side of the first arm 11 and the base end side of the second arm 12 are rotational axes that extend in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction (direction along arrow X) of each arm 11, 12. They are rotatably connected to each other around CL. The first arm 11 and the second arm 12 are each formed to have a substantially semicircular cross section, and are connected so that the cross section as a whole has a circular shape in the closed state. When the hair iron 10 is used (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as "in use"), the proximal end side of the intermediate portion of the first arm 11 and the second arm 12 in the extending direction is not used. It functions as a gripping part to be gripped by a person. Further, the distal end side of the first arm 11 and the second arm 12 from the above-mentioned predetermined position functions as a curling part that pinches or wraps the hair.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 9, the hair iron 10 includes a first inner heat plate (first holding member) 13, a first outer heat plate (surface member) 14, and a plurality of first protrusions (protrusions). ) 15, a first film heater (film heater) 16, and a first biasing member (biasing member) 17 are provided on the distal end side of the first arm 11. The hair iron 10 also includes a second inner heat plate (second holding member) 18, a second outer heat plate (surface member) 19, a plurality of second protrusions (protrusions) 20, and a second film heater. (film heater) 21 and a second biasing member (biasing member) 22 are provided on the distal end side of the second arm 12.
In this embodiment, the configuration on the first arm 11 side (first inner heat plate 13, first outer heat plate 14, plural first protrusions 15, first film heater 16, and first biasing member 17) ), and the configuration of the second arm 12 side (second inner heat plate 18, second outer heat plate 19, plural second protrusions 20, second film heater 21, and second biasing member 22) is as follows. Since they are provided vertically symmetrically and have substantially the same configuration, the configuration on the first arm 11 side will be described in detail below, and detailed description on the second arm 12 side will be omitted.
The first inner heat plate 13 is one of the clamping members that pinches hair during use, and is disposed in a region of the first arm 11 that faces the second inner heat plate 18 on the second arm 12 side in the closed state. , supported by the first arm 11. The other clamping member that clamps hair during use is disposed in a region of the second arm 12 that faces the first inner heat plate 13 of the first arm 11 in the closed state, and is supported by the second arm 12. This is a second inner heat plate 18 . Thereby, during use, hair can be sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18.
The first inner heat plate 13 extends in the extending direction of the first arm 11 and faces the second arm 12 side in the closed state. The first inner heat plate 13 has an upper surface 13a (see FIG. 6) that faces inside the first arm 11, and a planar lower surface 13b that is exposed to the outside and faces the second arm 12 (downward).
The first inner heat plate 13 of this embodiment is supported by the first arm 11 so as to be slidable along a direction opposite to the second arm 12 (hereinafter referred to as "opposing direction") in the closed state. The first inner heat plate 13 has a normal position (position shown in FIGS. 3 and 5) in which it protrudes downward from the facing surface 11a of the first arm 11 facing the second arm 12 side in the closed state; It is slidable between an inner position (not shown) located inside the first arm 11 than the normal position. When the first inner heat plate 13 is not receiving a load from the outer side of the first arm 11 to the inner side, the first biasing member 17 (described later) applies the load from the inner side of the first arm 11 to the outer side. It is biased and held in its normal position. When the first inner heat plate 13 receives a load from the outside to the inside of the first arm 11 (for example, a load from the second inner heat plate 18 side), the first inner heat plate 13 resists the urging force of the first urging member 17. and slide toward the inside of the first arm 11.
The first inner heat plate 13 is a good thermal conductor and can generate heat based on heat from a heat source. In this embodiment, the first inner heat plate 13 is made of a copper alloy, is thermally connected to a first film heater 16 described later, and can generate heat using the first film heater 16 as a heat source. Examples of copper alloys include copper alloys in which nickel, tin, zinc, etc. are added to copper, and carbon and graphite are added to improve heat conduction efficiency, rust prevention, and chemical resistance. The surface of the first inner heat plate 13 is preferably coated with a ceramic coat, a Teflon (registered trademark) coat, or the like. Note that the shape of the first inner heat plate 13 is not particularly limited, and preferably has a planar lower surface 13b.
The first outer heat plate 14 is a surface member that constitutes the surface (outer peripheral surface) of the hair iron 10 in the closed state, and is capable of heating the hair wrapped around the tip side of the hair iron 10 in the closed state. The first outer heat plate 14 is disposed in a region of the first arm 11 that does not face the second arm 12 in the closed state, and is supported by the first arm 11 . In this embodiment, the first outer heat plate 14 is formed so that the cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the extending direction of the first arm 11 is approximately semicircular, and extends in the extending direction of the first arm 11 . The first outer heat plate 14 has a curved surface 14a that curves upward in a cross section perpendicular to the extending direction of the first arm 11, and a planar lower surface 14b facing the inside of the first arm 11. has. The lower surface 14b of the first outer heat plate 14 is arranged at a position spaced upward from the upper surface 13a of the first inner heat plate 13, and faces the upper surface 13a of the first inner heat plate 13. That is, a space 24 (hereinafter referred to as "internal space 24") is provided between the lower surface 14b of the first outer heat plate 14 and the upper surface 13a of the first inner heat plate 13.
The first outer heat plate 14 is a good thermal conductor and can generate heat based on heat from a heat source. In this embodiment, the first outer heat plate 14 is an aluminum die-cast or extruded aluminum product. The surface of the first outer heat plate 14 is preferably subjected to an alumite treatment or a coating such as a ceramic coat or a Teflon (registered trademark) coat. The first outer heat plate 14 is thermally connected to a first film heater 16, which will be described later, and can generate heat using the first film heater 16 as a heat source. That is, in this embodiment, both the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14 are thermally connected to the same first film heater 16 and can generate heat.
The first outer heat plate 14 of this embodiment has a plurality of grooves 23 on the curved surface 14a side. The plurality of grooves 23 extend along the direction in which the first arm 11 extends. A plurality of first protrusions 15, which will be described later, are attached to the plurality of grooves 23. The plurality of groove portions 23 have a shape whose inner side is enlarged in order to prevent the plurality of first protrusions 15 from coming off. The curved surface 14a located between the plurality of grooves 23 of the first outer heat plate 14 is exposed to the outside of the first arm 11, and can curl the hair by wrapping the hair around it and heating it. That is, the first outer heat plate 14 functions as a surface member that constitutes the surface of the curling portion of the hair iron 10.
In this embodiment, one first outer heat plate 14 is used as a surface member, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a plurality of separately formed first outer heat plates may be used as a surface member. It may be provided between the first protrusions 15 to function as a surface member. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the plurality of grooves 23 extending along the extending direction of the first arm 11 are provided in the first outer heat plate 14, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the first outer heat plate 14 may be provided with a plurality of grooves extending in the circumferential direction around the axis of the first arm 11, or the first protrusion 15 may be provided with no grooves. A plurality of insertion holes may be provided.
The plurality of first protrusions 15 are arranged in a region of the outer surface of the first arm 11 that does not face the second arm 12 side in the closed state, are supported by the first arm 11, and are arranged on the outer side of the first arm 11 (the 1 protrudes in the direction away from the arm 11). The plurality of first protrusions 15 are poor thermal conductors because they may come into direct contact with the skin (scalp, etc.) during use. Further, since the first outer heat plate 14 adjacent to the plurality of first protrusions 15 generates heat and the temperature becomes high, it is preferable to use resin with high heat resistance for the plurality of first protrusions 15. Note that the plurality of first protrusions 15 do not need to cause the user to feel heat when touching the skin during use, and for example, they may be formed entirely of a thermally poor conductor, or may be made of a core member such as metal. It may also be formed by coating it with a thermally poor conductor.
The plurality of first protrusions 15 of this embodiment constitute a part of the plurality of comb-like members 25, and are capable of combing hair during use. The comb-like member 25 includes a locking portion 26 that is inserted into and locked in the groove portion 23 of the first outer heat plate 14, and a plurality of first protrusions that protrude in a rod shape from the locking portion 26 to the outside of the first arm 11. 15. The locking portion 26 extends along the direction in which the first arm 11 extends. The plurality of first protrusions 15 are arranged in parallel and spaced apart from each other in the direction in which the first arm 11 extends, and extend from the locking part 26 in a direction that intersects with the direction in which the first arm 11 extends. The plurality of comb-like members 25 are supported by the first outer heat plate 14 with the locking portions 26 inserted into and locked in the plurality of grooves 23 of the first outer heat plate 14 . That is, the plurality of first protrusions 15 of this embodiment are supported by the first arm 11 via the first outer heat plate 14. As shown in FIG. 5, the plurality of first protrusions 15 extend radially from the center of the first arm 11 to the outside (radially outward) in a cross section that intersects the extending direction of the first arm 11. stand out. The curved surface 14a of the first outer heat plate 14 is located between the plurality of first protrusions 15, and constitutes the surface of the curling portion of the hair iron 10.
Note that in this embodiment, the locking portion 26 of the comb-like member 25 extends along the extending direction of the first arm 11, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, when the first outer heat plate 14 is provided with a plurality of grooves extending along the circumferential direction centered on the axis of the first arm 11, the locking portion 26 of the comb-like member 25 is It may extend along the circumferential direction centered on the axis of 11. Further, in the present embodiment, the plurality of first protrusions 15 forming a part of the comb-like member 25 are used, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the plurality of first protrusions 15 are each formed separately. It may be part 15. Further, in the present embodiment, the first protruding part 15 is rod-shaped, but the first protruding part 15 is not limited to this. A protector may be formed and extend in the circumferential direction and protrude outward from the first arm 11 to prevent the skin from directly touching the first outer heat plate 14 during use.
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the first film heater 16 is a heater that serves as a heat source for generating heat in the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14, and is made of, for example, a patterned metal foil. A resistive heating element circuit 16a made of (for example, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, silver, tungsten, etc.) is attached to one side of a film sheet 16b (for example, a polyimide sheet). The first film heater 16 is built in the internal space 24 of the first arm 11, contacts both the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14, and is thermally connected. That is, both the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14 are thermally connected to the same film heater (first film heater 16) and can generate heat. Thereby, during use, the hair can be sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18 and heated, thereby making it possible to straighten the hair. Further, the hair can be curled by wrapping the hair around the first outer heat plate 14 and the second outer heat plate 19 and heating the hair. Note that both the first inner heat plate (first clamping member) 13 and the first outer heat plate (surface member) 14 are thermally connected to the same film heater. This means that both are thermally connected to one common film heater.
The first film heater 16 of this embodiment is built into the first arm 11 in a state where one sheet of the first film heater 16 is bent to have a U-shaped cross section. The first film heater 16 is bent to have a U-shaped cross section with the surface facing the resistance heating element circuit 16a facing outward. The first film heater 16 integrates a lower surface portion 16L in contact with the first inner heat plate 13, an upper surface portion 16U in contact with the first outer heat plate 14, and a side surface portion 16M between the lower surface portion 16L and the upper surface portion 16U. The first arm 11 extends along the extending direction of the first arm 11 with a U-shaped cross section that is open to the side. The lower surface portion 16L of the first film heater 16 extends along the extending direction of the first arm 11 in a state that intersects with the opposing direction, and the surface (lower surface) on the resistance heating element circuit 16a side is the surface of the first inner heat plate 13. It is in surface contact with the upper surface 13a. The upper surface portion 16U of the first film heater 16 is disposed at a position spaced upward from the lower surface portion 16L, extends along the extending direction of the first arm 11 in a state that intersects with the opposing direction, and has a resistive heating element circuit 16a. The side surface (upper surface) is in surface contact with the lower surface 14b of the first outer heat plate 14. The side surface portion 16M of the first film heater 16 extends along the extending direction of the first arm 11 in a state that intersects with the width direction of the first arm 11 (left-right direction in FIG. 5), and both upper and lower ends thereof are connected to the lower surface portion 16L. and continues to one end in the width direction of the upper surface portion 16U.
The resistance heating element circuit 16a of the first film heater 16 is electrically connected to a rechargeable battery 28 mounted on the hair iron 10, and generates heat by the power supplied from the rechargeable battery 28. The heat of the resistance heating element circuit 16a of the first film heater 16 is transmitted to the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14, and as a result, the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14 generate heat. . Note that a switch (not shown) for turning ON/OFF the supply of power from the rechargeable battery 28 to the first film heater 16 (and second film heater 21) may be provided in the grip of the hair iron 10.
The rechargeable battery 28 may be, for example, a lithium ion battery having two 18650 size cells. The rechargeable battery 28 is removably mounted on the grip of the hair iron 10 (the grip of the first arm 11 in this embodiment). Note that the rechargeable battery 28 may be built into the hair iron 10 in a non-removable manner.
In this embodiment, the thermistor (temperature measuring member (not shown)) for managing the temperature of the first film heater 16 is placed on the upper surface side of the lower surface portion 16L of the first film heater 16 (opposite to the resistance heating element circuit 16a). side) so as to be in contact with the lower surface portion 16L. The thermistor (temperature measuring member) of the present embodiment is arranged above the central area in the width direction on the proximal end side of the first arm 11 in the first inner heat plate 13, and extends in the extending direction of the first arm 11. It extends along. Note that the position where the thermistor (temperature measurement member) is arranged is not limited to the above.
As shown in FIGS. 5, 8, and 9, the first biasing member 17 acts on the hair when the hair is sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18 during use. This is a member provided to suppress excessive pressure, and is built into the first arm 11. The first biasing member 17 is an elastic member (for example, a spring, rubber, etc.) that can be expanded and contracted in opposite directions. 16U. That is, the first biasing member 17 is disposed between the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14, and biases the first inner heat plate 13 downward to the normal position. When the first inner heat plate 13 receives a load from the outer side (lower side) to the inner side (upper side) of the first arm 11 (for example, a load from the second inner heat plate 18 side), the first biasing member It slides toward the inside of the first arm 11 against the urging force of the first arm 17 .
The first biasing member 17 of this embodiment is a member having elasticity (for example, a member made of silicone rubber), and is formed in a cylindrical shape that is long in the extending direction of the first arm 11 and penetrates in the opposite direction. Ru. The side surface of the first biasing member 17 is formed into a bellows shape and can be elastically deformed in opposing directions. In this embodiment, mica plates (not shown) that function as heat insulators are disposed on the upper surface of the lower surface portion 16L and the lower surface of the upper surface portion 16U of the first film heater 16, respectively. The mica plate on the lower surface portion 16L side of the first film heater 16 is arranged with the thermistor sandwiched between it and the lower surface portion 16L. One end (lower end) of the first biasing member 17 contacts the mica plate on the lower surface portion 16L side of the first film heater 16 on the first inner heat plate 13 side from above, and the other end (lower end) of the first biasing member 17 The upper end) contacts the mica plate on the upper surface portion 16U side of the first film heater 16 on the first outer heat plate 14 side from below. Note that, since the first biasing member 17 is disposed on the side 27 (see FIG. 7) of the first film heater 16 opposite to the resistance heating element circuit 16a, it is limited to silicone rubber having high heat resistance. It may be made of a material with low heat resistance. Further, in this embodiment, a heat insulating material (mica plate) is disposed between the first film heater 16 and the first biasing member 17, but the heat insulating material may not be disposed. Further, in the present embodiment, the first biasing member 17 is a bellows-shaped elastic cylindrical member, but the first biasing member 17 is not limited to this. It only needs to be deformable and bias the first inner heat plate 13 to the normal position. For example, the first biasing member 17 may be one or more springs.
Next, how to use the hair iron 10 will be explained.
To straighten the hair, the user opens the hair iron 10 (the state shown in FIG. 4) and inserts the hair between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18. After the arrangement, the hair iron 10 is closed and the hair is sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18. Before or after the hair is sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18, power is supplied to the first film heater 16 and the second film heater 21, and the first inner heat plate 13 And the second inner heat plate 18 is made to generate heat. Thereby, the hair can be sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18 and heated, thereby making it possible to straighten the hair. At this time, with the hair sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18, the hair iron 10 may be slid against the hair along the direction in which the hair extends. good.
When curling hair, the user presses one of the first arm 11 and second arm 12 of the hair iron 10 in the closed state (in this embodiment, the first arm 11 side). ) The hair is combed with the plurality of first protrusions 15 of the comb-like member 25, and the hair is brought into contact with the curved surface 14a of the first outer heat plate 14 between the plurality of first protrusions 15. Next, with the hair in contact with the curved surface 14a of the first outer heat plate 14, the hair iron 10 is rotated, and the first outer heat plate 14 and the second outer heat plate on the tip side of the hair iron 10 are rotated. Wrap the hair around 19. Before or after wrapping the hair around the first outer heat plate 14 and the second outer heat plate 19, power is supplied to the first film heater 16 and the second film heater 21, and the first outer heat plate 14 and the second outer heat plate 19 are heated. The outer heat plate 19 is made to generate heat. Thereby, the hair can be wound around the first outer heat plate 14 and the second outer heat plate 19 and heated, thereby curling the hair. At this time, with the hair wrapped around the first outer heat plate 14 and the second outer heat plate 19, the hair iron 10 may be slid relative to the hair along the direction in which the hair extends.
In the hair iron 10 configured as described above, at least one of the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18 (in this embodiment, both inner heat plates 13 and 18) is a good thermal conductor. It is possible to generate heat based on the heat from the heat source. Therefore, the hair can be heated while being sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18, and the hair can be curled into a straight shape.
Further, at least one of the first outer heat plate 14 and the second outer heat plate 19 (in this embodiment, both outer heat plates 14 and 19) is a good thermal conductor, and the heat from the heat source is It is possible to generate heat. Therefore, by wrapping the hair around the tip of the hair iron 10 and heating the hair with the first outer heat plate 14 and the second outer heat plate 19, the hair can be curled.
In this way, according to the present embodiment, hair can be curled or straightened with one hair iron 10.
Furthermore, the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14 can generate heat by being thermally connected to a first film heater 16 that is supplied with electricity and generates heat. Further, the second inner heat plate 18 and the second outer heat plate 19 can generate heat by being thermally connected to a second film heater 21 that is supplied with electricity and generates heat. In this way, since the heat sources for generating heat in each of the heat plates 13, 14, 18, 19 are the film heaters 16, 21, the weight of the hair iron 10 can be reduced, unlike in the case of ceramic heaters. . In particular, when the hair iron 10 is cordless as in this embodiment, the weight of the hair iron 10 can be reduced, making it easy to carry.
Moreover, since the film heaters 16 and 21 are used, unlike the case where ceramic heaters are used, the space inside the first arm 11 and the second arm 12 can be saved. An internal space 24 can be secured within. Thereby, the biasing members 17 and 22 can be arranged within the first arm 11 and the second arm 12 as in the present embodiment.
Moreover, since both the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14 are thermally connected to the same first film heater 16, both the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14 However, unlike the case where the first arm 11 is thermally connected to a corresponding individual heater, the inside of the first arm 11 can be configured simply. Further, since both the second inner heat plate 18 and the second outer heat plate 19 are thermally connected to the same second film heater 21, the second inner heat plate 18 and the second outer heat plate 19 are can be made into a simple configuration.
In addition, since both the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14 are in contact with the first film heater 16 and are directly heated by the first film heater 16, when heating is performed indirectly. Unlike the case of heating via other members, the first inner heat plate 13 and the first outer heat plate 14 can be efficiently heated. Similarly, since both the second inner heat plate 18 and the second outer heat plate 19 are directly heated by the second film heater 21, the second inner heat plate 18 and the second outer heat plate 19 are heated directly by the second film heater 21. It can be heated efficiently.
The hair iron 10 also includes a first biasing member 17, and the first inner heat plate 13 is configured to apply a load from the outside of the first arm 11 to the inside (for example, from the second inner heat plate 18 side). load), it slides toward the inside of the first arm 11 against the biasing force of the first biasing member 17 . Therefore, when the hair is sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18, excessive pressure on the hair can be suppressed, so that damage to the hair can be suppressed. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the hair iron 10 further includes the second biasing member 22, so that excessive pressure on the hair can be suppressed on the second arm 12 side as well. Therefore, the amount of sliding movement of the inner heat plate when a load is input in the opposing direction can be distributed to both the first arm 11 side and the second arm 12 side.
In addition, since the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18 are made of copper alloy and have relatively high thermal conductivity, the temperature of the film heaters 16 and 21 can be suppressed compared to when they are made of aluminum, for example. Therefore, the power supplied to the film heaters 16 and 21 can be suppressed. Therefore, the cordless hair iron 10 equipped with the rechargeable battery 28 can be used for a long time.
Moreover, since the plurality of first protrusions 15 and second protrusions 20 are poor thermal conductors, the user's skin (scalp, etc.) may not directly contact the first outer heat plate 14 or the second outer heat plate 19. It functions as a protector to prevent it from being touched. Therefore, burns and the like caused by the first outer heat plate 14 and the second outer heat plate 19 can be prevented.
In the present embodiment, the configuration on the first arm 11 side and the configuration on the second arm 12 side are vertically symmetrical and have substantially the same configuration, but the present invention is not limited to this. The hair iron 10 includes at least a first arm 11, a second arm 12, a first clamping member (in this embodiment, a first inner heat plate 13), and a second clamping member (in this embodiment, a second inner heat plate 13). a heat plate 18), a plurality of first protrusions 15, and a first outer heat plate 14, and at least one of the first and second clamping members is a good thermal conductor and prevents heat from the heat source. It is sufficient if it can generate heat based on heat.

The main body part 35 of the first outer heat plate 31 is formed in a plate shape that intersects the opposing direction, and is disposed at the center of the upper surface side of the first arm 11 in the width direction (horizontal direction in FIG. 13). 11 in the extending direction. The upper surface 35a of the main body portion 35 is exposed to the outside of the first arm 11. The lower surface 35b of the main body portion 35 is arranged at a position spaced upward from the upper surface 13a of the first inner heat plate 13, and faces the upper surface 13a of the first inner heat plate 13. An internal space 24 is provided between the lower surface 35b of the main body 35 of the first outer heat plate 31 and the upper surface 13a of the first inner heat plate 13.
The heat generating convex portion 36 of the first outer heat plate 31 is integrally molded with the main body portion 35 and protrudes upward from the upper surface 35a of the main body portion 35. The heat generating convex portion 36 is exposed to the outside of the first arm 11, and can comb the hair while heating it during use. A plurality of heat generating convex portions 36 of this embodiment are provided, and the plurality of heat generating convex portions 36 are spaced apart from each other in the extending direction of the first arm 11. The first outer heat plate 31 functions as a surface member in which the upper surface 35a of the main body portion 35 and the surface of the heat generating convex portion 36 constitute the surface of the curling portion of the hair iron 30.
The first outer heat plate 31 is a good thermal conductor and can generate heat based on heat from a heat source. In this embodiment, the first outer heat plate 31 is an aluminum die-cast or extruded aluminum product. The lower surface 35b of the main body portion 35 of the first outer heat plate 31 is in surface contact with the surface (upper surface) of the upper surface portion 16U of the first film heater 16 on the resistance heating element circuit 16a side. Thereby, the first outer heat plate 31 is thermally connected to the first film heater 16 and can generate heat using the first film heater 16 as a heat source.
The plurality of first protrusions 32 are arranged in an area of the outer surface of the first arm 11 that does not face the second arm 12 side in the closed state, are supported by the first arm 11, and protrude to the outside of the first arm 11. do. The plurality of first protrusions 32 of this embodiment protrude upward (to one side in the predetermined direction) along the protrusion direction (predetermined direction) of the heat generating convex portion 36 of the first outer heat plate 31 . As shown in FIGS. 11 and 13, the plurality of first protrusions 32 of this embodiment protrude upward (in the Y direction) substantially parallel to each other in a cross section perpendicular to the extending direction of the first arm 11. . The plurality of first protrusions 32 are poor thermal conductors because they may come into direct contact with the skin (scalp, etc.) during use. Moreover, since the first outer heat plate 31 adjacent to the plurality of first protrusions 32 generates heat and the temperature becomes high, it is preferable to use resin with high heat resistance for the plurality of first protrusions 32. Note that the plurality of first protrusions 32 do not need to cause the user to feel heat when touching the skin during use, and for example, they may be formed entirely of a thermally poor conductor, or may be formed of a core member such as metal. It may also be formed by coating it with a thermally poor conductor.
The plurality of first protrusions 32 of this embodiment constitute a part of a pair of comb-like members 37 arranged on both sides of the first outer heat plate 31 in the width direction, and are capable of combing hair during use. It is. The pair of comb-like members 37 each include a support portion 38 supported by the first arm 11 and a plurality of first protrusions 32 that protrude upward from the support portion 38 in a rod shape.
The support portions 38 of the pair of comb-like members 37 are portions that support the plurality of first protrusions 32 and are disposed on both sides of the first outer heat plate 31 in the width direction, and The first arm 11 extends along the direction and is supported by the first arm 11 . In this embodiment, the support portions 38 of the pair of comb-like members 37 support both sides of the main body portion 35 of the first outer heat plate 31 in the width direction. That is, the first outer heat plate 31 is supported by the first arm 11 via a pair of comb-like members 37. The upper surface of the support portion 38 is arranged at approximately the same height as the upper surface 35a of the main body portion 35 of the first outer heat plate 31, and forms a curved surface having an arcuate cross section together with the upper surface 35a of the main body portion 35.
The plurality of first protrusions 32 of the pair of comb-like members 37 protrude upward from the support part 38. That is, the plurality of first protrusions 32 of this embodiment are supported by the first arm 11 via the support part 38. The plurality of first protrusions 32 include a plurality of small protrusions 32a arranged on both sides of the first outer heat plate 31 in the width direction and arranged in line in the extending direction of the first arm 11, and a plurality of small protrusions 32a. The first arm 11 has a plurality of large protrusions 32b arranged on both sides of the outer side in the width direction and arranged in line in the extending direction of the first arm 11. That is, the upper surface 35a of the main body part 35 of the first outer heat plate 31 is located between the plurality of first protrusions 32 (between the small protrusions 32a of the comb-like members 37 on both sides in the width direction).
The upper ends (tips) of the plurality of small protrusions 32a are located below the upper ends of the heat generating convex parts 36 of the first outer heat plate 31. The upper ends (tips) of the plurality of large protrusions 32b are located above (on one side in the predetermined direction) than the upper ends of the heat generating convex parts 36 of the first outer heat plate 31. That is, the upper ends of the heat generating convex portions 36 of the first outer heat plate 31 are located below the upper ends of the plurality of large protrusions 32b located on both sides in the width direction.
As shown in FIG. 11, the number of large protrusions 32b located on the outside in the width direction is greater than the number of small protrusions 32a located on the inside. In this way, by increasing the number of first protrusions 32 provided on the outside in the width direction than the number of first protrusions 32 provided on the inside, it is possible to increase the catching force and reduce the catch at the time of release. can. In this embodiment, the number of large protrusions 32b constituting each row is greater than the number of small protrusions 32a, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the same number of large protrusions 32b and small protrusions 32a are provided. Alternatively, the number of small protrusions 32a may be greater than the number of large protrusions 32b.

Thereby, the second outer heat plate 33 functions as a surface member that constitutes the surface of the curling portion of the hair iron 30. The plurality of second protrusions 34 can also comb hair during use.
In the hair iron 30 configured as described above, hair is sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 13 and the second inner heat plate 18 and heated, similarly to the hair iron 10 of the first embodiment. can be shaped into a straight shape.
Further, at least one of the first outer heat plate 31 and the second outer heat plate 33 (in this embodiment, both outer heat plates 31 and 33) is a good thermal conductor, and the heat from the heat source is It is possible to generate heat. Therefore, by wrapping the hair around the tip of the hair iron 30 and heating the hair with the first outer heat plate 31 and the second outer heat plate 33, the hair can be curled.
In this way, according to the present embodiment, hair can be curled or straightened with one hair iron 30.
Furthermore, since the first outer heat plate 31 has a heat generating convex portion 36 that can generate heat based on heat from a heat source, the hair can be combed while being heated by the heat generating convex portion 36 that generates heat.
In addition, the upper ends (tips) of the plurality of large protrusions 32b are located above the upper ends of the heat generating convex parts 36 of the first outer heat plate 31, so that the large protrusions 32b are exposed to the user's skin (scalp, etc.). functions as a protector to prevent direct contact with the heat generating convex portion 36. Therefore, burns and the like caused by the heat generating convex portion 36 can be prevented.
In this embodiment, the first outer heat plate 31 and the second outer heat plate 33 are made of aluminum die-cast or extruded aluminum products, but are not limited to this, and may be made of other good thermal conductors. There may be.
Further, in the present embodiment, the body portion 35 of the first outer heat plate 31 is formed into a plate shape, but the shape is not limited to this, and the hair wrapped around the tip side of the hair iron 30 can be heated during use. If so, other shapes may be used.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, a plurality of heat generating convex portions 36 of the first outer heat plate 31 are provided, but the present invention is not limited to this, and it is sufficient that at least one heat generating convex portion 36 is provided. Further, when a plurality of heat generating protrusions 36 are provided, the positions of the heat generating protrusions 36 are not limited to positions spaced apart from each other in the extending direction of the first arm 11.
Further, in the present embodiment, the plurality of first protrusions 32 are made to protrude along the protruding direction (predetermined direction) of the heat generating convex part 36 of the first outer heat plate 31, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the plurality of first protrusions 32 may protrude from the center of the first arm 11 so as to radially expand outward (radially outward). Even in this case, it is preferable to provide a large protrusion 32b having a tip located above the upper end of the heat generating convex portion 36.
Further, in this embodiment, the configuration on the first arm 11 side (the first outer heat plate 31 and the plurality of first protrusions 32) and the configuration on the second arm 12 side (the second outer heat plate 33 and the plurality of first protrusions 32) are different from each other. Although the two protrusions 34) have different configurations from each other, the present invention is not limited to this, and one of the configurations on the first arm 11 side and the configuration on the second arm 12 side may be approximately the same as the other configuration. structure, and may be provided vertically symmetrically with respect to each other.
Further, in this embodiment, the hair iron 30 is a cordless type, but the hair iron 30 is not limited to this, and may be a wired type hair iron that is used by being connected to a power source such as an outlet.
Next, a third embodiment of the present disclosure will be described based on the drawings. FIG. 15 is a side view of the hair iron of FIG. 14 in an open state. FIG. 16 is a plan view of the tip side of the hair iron shown in FIG. 14 viewed from the outside. FIG. 17 is a plan view of the tip side of the hair iron of FIG. 14 viewed from inside. FIG. 18 is a sectional view taken along the line XVIII-XVIII in FIG. 14(a).
As shown in FIGS. 14 to 18, a hair iron 40 according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure is, for example, a cordless type hair iron 40 equipped with a rechargeable battery 28. The hair iron 40 includes a rod-shaped first arm 41, a rod-shaped second arm 42, and a cap 43 (see FIG. 14(b)). The second arm 42 is rotatably connected to the first arm 41, and can be in a closed state (the state shown in FIG. 14(a)) in which the distal end is close to or in contact with the first arm 41, and in a closed state (the state shown in FIG. It is possible to set it in an open state (a state shown in FIG. 15) in which it is spaced apart from one arm 41. In the following description, of the first arm 41 and the second arm 42, the one located on the upper side in the closed state will be referred to as the first arm 41, and the one located on the lower side will be referred to as the second arm 42.
In the present embodiment, the base end side of the first arm 41 and the base end side of the second arm 42 are rotational axes extending in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction (direction along arrow X) of each arm 41, 42. They are rotatably connected to each other around CL. The first arm 41 and the second arm 42 are each formed to have a substantially semicircular cross section, and are connected so that the cross section as a whole has a circular shape in the closed state. When the hair iron 40 is used, the proximal end side of the intermediate portion of the first arm 41 and the second arm 42 in the extending direction functions as a grip portion that is gripped by the user. Further, the distal end side of the first arm 41 and the second arm 42 from the above-mentioned predetermined position functions as a curling part for pinching or wrapping the hair, and can be stored in the cap 43.
As shown in FIG. 14(b), the hair iron 40 of this embodiment includes a cap 43 that is removably attached to the distal end sides of the first arm 41 and the second arm 42. The cap 43 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom (a cylindrical shape with a bottom on the left side in FIG. 14), and has an internal space (not shown) into which the bent portions on the distal ends of the first arm 41 and the second arm 42 can be inserted. compartmentalize. The cap 43 indicates that the first arm 41 or the second arm 43 has closed the cap 43 by inserting the bent portions of the first arm 41 and the second arm 42 into its internal space (hereinafter referred to as "cap closed state"). It has a magnetic material (detection target part) 44 for enabling detection on the arm 42 side. The magnetic material 44 is provided at the end of the opening side (the right side in FIG. 14) of the cap 43, and is provided on the first arm 41 or second arm 42 side (in this embodiment, the first arm 41 side). The sensor 60 can detect the closed state of the cap. Note that the detected portion is not limited to the magnetic material 44, and may be any member or portion that can detect the cap closed state on the first arm 41 or second arm 42 side.
A magnetic sensor (detection section) 60 is provided at the end of the gripping section of the first arm 41 on the habit forming section side (the tip side of the first arm 41). The magnetic sensor 60 detects the cap closed state by detecting the magnetism of the magnetic material 44. Further, the hair iron 40 includes a power supply control section 61 that can control the power supply. When the magnetic sensor 60 detects that the cap is closed while the hair iron 40 is powered on, the power control unit 61 turns off the hair iron 40. Specifically, the supply of power from the rechargeable battery 28 to the film heater described later is turned off. Note that the detection section is not limited to the magnetic sensor 60, and may be any member or portion that can detect the cap closed state on the first arm 41 or second arm 42 side.
As shown in FIGS. 14 to 18, the hair iron 40 includes a first inner heat plate (first holding member) 45, a first outer heat plate (surface member) 46, and a plurality of first protrusions (protrusions). ) 47, a first inner film heater 48, and a first outer film heater 49 are provided on the distal end side of the first arm 11. The hair iron 40 also includes a second inner heat plate (second holding member) 50, a second outer heat plate (surface member) 51, a plurality of second protrusions (protrusions) 52, and a second inner film. A heater 53 and a second outer film heater 54 are provided on the tip side of the second arm 12.
In addition, in this embodiment, the configuration on the first arm 41 side (a first inner heat plate 45, a first outer heat plate 46, a plurality of first protrusions 47, a first inner film heater 48, and a first outer film heater 49), and the configuration of the second arm 42 side (second inner heat plate 50, second outer heat plate 51, plurality of second protrusions 52, second inner film heater 53, and second outer film heater 54). are vertically symmetrical to each other and have substantially the same configuration. Therefore, below, the configuration on the first arm 41 side will be explained in detail, and detailed explanation on the second arm 42 side will be omitted.
The first inner heat plate 45 is one of the clamping members that pinches hair during use, and is disposed in a region of the first arm 41 that faces the second inner heat plate 50 on the second arm 42 side in the closed state. , supported by the first arm 41. The other clamping member that clamps hair during use is disposed in a region of the second arm 42 that faces the first inner heat plate 45 of the first arm 41 in the closed state, and is supported by the second arm 42. This is a second inner heat plate 50. Thereby, during use, hair can be sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 45 and the second inner heat plate 50. Note that the material and processing of the first inner heat plate 45 are the same as those of the first inner heat plate 13 of the first embodiment, so a description thereof will be omitted.
The first inner heat plate 45 extends in the direction in which the first arm 41 extends, and faces the second arm 42 in the closed state. The first inner heat plate 45 has an upper surface 45a (see FIG. 18) facing the inside of the first arm 41, and a lower surface 45b exposed to the outside and facing the second arm 42 (downward). The first inner heat plate 45 is thermally connected to a first inner film heater 48, which will be described later, and can generate heat using the first inner film heater 48 as a heat source.
Note that, similarly to the first embodiment, at least one of the first inner heat plate 45 and the second inner heat plate 50 is supported by the first arm 41 or the second arm 42 so as to be slidable along the opposing direction. Good too. Further, similarly to the first embodiment, a biasing member that biases the first inner heat plate 45 or the second inner heat plate 50 from the inner side to the outer side is attached to the first arm 41 or the second arm 42. It may be provided inside.
The first outer heat plate 46 is a surface member that constitutes the surface (outer peripheral surface) of the hair iron 40 in the closed state, and is capable of heating the hair wound around the tip side of the hair iron 40 in the closed state. The first outer heat plate 46 is disposed in a region of the first arm 41 that does not face the second arm 42 in the closed state, and is supported by the first arm 41 . In this embodiment, the first outer heat plate 46 is formed so that the cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the extending direction of the first arm 41 has a substantially semicircular shape, and extends in the extending direction of the first arm 41 . The first outer heat plate 46 has a curved surface 46a that curves upward in a cross section perpendicular to the extending direction of the first arm 41, and a lower surface 46b facing the inside of the first arm 41 (see FIG. 18). ). The first outer heat plate 46 is thermally connected to a first outer film heater 49, which will be described later, and can generate heat using the first outer film heater 49 as a heat source. Note that the material and processing of the first outer heat plate 46 are the same as those of the first outer heat plate 14 of the first embodiment, so a description thereof will be omitted.
The first outer heat plate 46 of this embodiment has a plurality of grooves 55 on the curved surface 46a side. A curved surface 46a located between the plurality of grooves 55 of the first outer heat plate 46 is exposed to the outside of the first arm 41, and can curl the hair by wrapping the hair around it and heating it. That is, the first outer heat plate 46 functions as a surface member that constitutes the surface of the curling portion of the hair iron 40. Note that the configuration of the groove portion 55 is substantially the same as the groove portion 23 of the first embodiment, so a description thereof will be omitted.
In this embodiment, one first outer heat plate 46 is used as a surface member, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a plurality of separately formed first outer heat plates may be used as a surface member. It may be provided between the first protrusions 47 to function as a surface member. Further, in this embodiment, the first outer heat plate 46 is provided with a plurality of grooves 55 extending along the extending direction of the first arm 41, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the first outer heat plate 46 may be provided with a plurality of grooves extending in the circumferential direction around the axis of the first arm 41, or the first protrusion 47 may be provided with no grooves. A plurality of insertion holes may be provided.
The plurality of first protrusions 47 are arranged in a region of the outer surface of the first arm 41 that does not face the second arm 42 side in the closed state, are supported by the first arm 41, and are arranged on the outer side of the first arm 41 (the 1 protrudes in the direction away from the arm 41). As shown in FIGS. 16 and 18, the plurality of first protrusions 47 of this embodiment protrude upward (in the Y direction) substantially parallel to each other in a cross section perpendicular to the extending direction of the first arm 41. . The plurality of first protrusions 47 of this embodiment are formed in a rod shape and protrude to the outside of the first arm 41. The plurality of first protrusions 47 are poor thermal conductors because they may come into direct contact with the skin (scalp, etc.) during use. Further, since the first outer heat plate 46 adjacent to the plurality of first protrusions 47 generates heat and the temperature becomes high, it is preferable to use resin with high heat resistance for the plurality of first protrusions 47. Note that the plurality of first protrusions 47 need not cause the user to feel heat when touching the skin during use, and for example, they may be formed entirely of a thermally poor conductor, or may be made of a core member such as metal. It may also be formed by coating it with a thermally poor conductor. Moreover, the plurality of first protrusions 47 have the same configuration as the plurality of first protrusions 15 of the first embodiment, and the description of the similar structure will be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 14, the plurality of first protrusions 47 of this embodiment are formed longer than the plurality of second protrusions 52 on the second arm 42 side in side view. That is, among the plurality of first protrusions 47 of the first arm 41 and the plurality of second protrusions 52 of the second arm 42, one protrusion amount is longer than the other protrusion amount. In this way, by making the lengths of the plurality of first protrusions 47 of the first arm 41 and the plurality of second protrusions 52 of the second arm 42 different, when hair is wound, It is easy to catch hair, and it is also easy to release hair when it is released from a coiled state.
Note that in this embodiment, the plurality of first protrusions 47 of the first arm 41 and the plurality of second protrusions 52 of the second arm 42 are set to different lengths, but the present invention is not limited to this. They may have the same length. Further, in the present embodiment, the first protrusion 47 has a rod shape, but the first protrusion 47 is not limited to this. A protector may be formed and extend in the circumferential direction and protrude outward from the first arm 41 to prevent the skin from directly touching the first outer heat plate 46 during use.
As shown in FIG. 16, the plurality of first protrusions 47 of this embodiment include a plurality of inner protrusions 47a disposed on the inner side of the first arm 41 in the width direction, and a plurality of inner protrusions 47a arranged on the inner side of the first arm 41 in the width direction. It has a plurality of outer protrusions 47b disposed at the outer end of. The plurality of outer protrusions 47b constitute rows arranged in parallel in the extending direction of the first arm 41, and in this embodiment, one row is provided on both sides of the first arm 41 in the width direction. The plurality of inner protrusions 47a constitute rows arranged in parallel in the extending direction of the first arm 41, and in this embodiment, two rows are provided between the rows of outer protrusions 47b on both sides in the width direction. Note that the number of rows of inner protrusions 47a and the number of rows of outer protrusions 47b are not limited to the above.
As shown in FIG. 16, the number of outer protrusions 47b forming the outer row in the width direction (13 in FIG. 16) is different from the number of inner protrusions 47a forming the inner row (8 in FIG. 16). books). In this way, by increasing the number of first protrusions 47 provided on the outside in the width direction than the number of first protrusions 47 provided on the inside, it is possible to increase the catching force and reduce the catch at the time of release. can. In the present embodiment, the number of outer protrusions 47b constituting each row is greater than the number of inner protrusions 47a, but the present invention is not limited to this. Alternatively, the number of inner protrusions 47a may be greater than the number of outer protrusions 47b.
As shown in FIG. 18, each heat plate (first inner heat plate 45, first outer heat plate 46, second inner heat plate 50, and second outer heat plate 51) of this embodiment has a corresponding one. Film heaters (first inner film heater 48, first outer film heater 49, second inner film heater 53, and second outer film heater 54) are provided. Specifically, the first inner film heater 48 is a heater that serves as a heat source for generating heat in the first inner heat plate 45, and is built in an internal space on the tip side of the first arm 41, and is a heater that serves as a heat source for generating heat in the first inner heat plate 45. It contacts the upper surface 45a of the plate 45 and is thermally connected. The first outer film heater 49 is a heater that serves as a heat source for causing the first outer heat plate 46 to generate heat, and is built in the inner space on the tip side of the first arm 41. contact and are thermally connected. Further, the second inner film heater 53 is a heater that serves as a heat source for generating heat in the second inner heat plate 50 , and is built in the inner space on the tip side of the second arm 42 . It contacts the lower surface 50a and is thermally connected. The second outer film heater 54 is a heater that serves as a heat source for generating heat in the second outer heat plate 51, and is built in the inner space on the tip side of the second arm 42, and is provided on the upper surface 51a of the second outer heat plate 51. contact and are thermally connected.
Thereby, during use, the hair can be sandwiched between the first inner heat plate 45 and the second inner heat plate 50 and heated to curl the hair into a straight shape. Further, the hair can be curled by wrapping the hair around the first outer heat plate 46 and the second outer heat plate 51 and heating the hair.
The first inner film heater 48, the first outer film heater 49, the second inner film heater 53, and the second outer film heater 54 (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "film heaters 48, 49, 53, 54") are: It is electrically connected to the rechargeable battery 28 and generates heat by the power supplied from the rechargeable battery 28. Note that a switch (not shown) for turning ON/OFF the supply of power from the rechargeable battery 28 to the film heaters 48, 49, 53, and 54 may be provided in the grip of the hair iron 40. Further, similarly to the first embodiment, a thermistor (temperature measuring member (not shown)) for controlling the temperature of the film heaters 48, 49, 53, and 54 may be provided.
With the hair iron 40 configured as described above, similarly to the first embodiment, hair can be curled or straightened with one hair iron 40.
In addition, each heat plate (first inner heat plate 45, first outer heat plate 46, second inner heat plate 50, and second outer heat plate 51) has a corresponding film heater (first inner film heater). 48, a first outer film heater 49, a second inner film heater 53, and a second outer film heater 54). Therefore, the temperature, heating start time, etc. of each heat plate can be adjusted individually. For example, the first inner heat plate 45 and the second inner heat plate 50 may be heated without heating the first outer heat plate 46 and the second outer heat plate 51, or the first inner heat plate 45 and the second inner heat plate 50 may be heated. The first outer heat plate 46 and the second outer heat plate 51 can be heated without heating the plate 50.
In this embodiment, both the first inner heat plate (first clamping member) 45 and the second inner heat plate (second clamping member) 50 are made of good thermal conductors, but the present invention is not limited to this. Either one of the first clamping member and the second clamping member may be a good thermal conductor (heat plate), and the other may be a poor thermal conductor.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, surface members capable of generating heat (the first outer heat plate 46 and the second outer heat plate 51), which are good thermal conductors, are provided on both the first arm 41 side and the second arm 42 side. , but is not limited to this, and may be provided on at least one arm (first arm 41) side.
Further, in this embodiment, a plurality of protrusions (a plurality of first protrusions 47 and a plurality of second protrusions 52) which are thermally poor conductors are provided on both the first arm 41 side and the second arm 42 side. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and it may be provided at least on the side where the heat-generating surface member is provided.
Further, in the present embodiment, the proximal ends of the first arm 41 and the second arm 42 are rotatably connected to each other, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the proximal ends of the first arm 41 and , and an intermediate portion in the extending direction of the second arm 42 may be connected to each other so as to be rotatable about the rotation axis CL.
Further, in this embodiment, the hair iron 40 is a cordless type, but the hair iron 40 is not limited to this, and may be a wired type hair iron that is used by being connected to a power source such as an outlet.
Next, a modification of the plurality of protrusions will be described. In the first embodiment to the third embodiment, the plurality of protrusions are formed in a rod shape, but the plurality of protrusions are not limited to this.
FIG. 19 is a perspective view showing a modification of the plurality of protrusions. FIG. 20 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which the rod-shaped protrusion and the first outer heat plate are removed from the first arm of FIG. 19.
As shown in FIG. 19, a plurality of protrusions are provided on both the first arm 71 and the second arm 72 of the hair iron 70. Note that the configuration other than the plurality of protrusions may be the same as those in the first to third embodiments. Further, the plurality of protrusions may be provided only on either the first arm 71 or the second arm 72. In this modification, since the plurality of protrusions of the first arm 71 and the second arm 72 have substantially the same configuration, the plurality of first protrusions (protrusions) 73 of the first arm 71 will be described below, A description of the plurality of protrusions of the second arm 72 will be omitted.
The plurality of first protrusions 73 are thermally poor conductors, and are disposed in a region of the first arm 71 that does not face the second arm 72 in the closed state, and are supported by the first arm 71 and located outside (FIG. 19). Then, it protrudes upward). The plurality of first protrusions 73 are arranged on the surface (outer peripheral surface) of the first arm 71 and extend in the extending direction (X direction) of the first arm 71 while being spaced apart in the circumferential direction (Z direction in the figure). (four in FIG. 19) columns L1 to L4 are constructed. In each row L1 to L4, a plurality of first protrusions 73 are arranged at intervals in the extending direction of the first arm 71. The plurality of first protrusions 73 in the inner rows L2 and L3 in the circumferential direction are rod-shaped protrusions 74 similar to those in the first to third embodiments. The plurality of first protrusions 73 in the rows L1 and L4 on both sides in the circumferential direction are bristle brush-like protrusions 75 made by bundling a plurality of hair-like members 75a. The hair-like member 75a may be artificial hair made of nylon or the like, or may be natural hair such as pig hair or boar hair. That is, the plurality of first protrusions 73 include a bristle brush-like protrusion 75 in which a plurality of hair-like members 75a are bundled. A first outer heat plate (surface member) 76 is provided between each of the rows L1 to L4, as in the first to third embodiments. In addition, in this modification, the plurality of first protrusions 73 are composed of the bristle brush-shaped protrusions 75 and the rod-shaped protrusions 74, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the plurality of first protrusions 73 may be entirely composed of a bristle brush-like protrusion 75.
In this way, by including the bristle brush-like protrusions 75 in the plurality of first protrusions 73, the hair can be combed with a brush and the hair can be shaped into either a straight or curled shape.
Further, by forming the plurality of first protrusions 73 in the rows L1 and L4 on both sides in the circumferential direction of the plurality of rows L1 to L4 into bristle brush-like protrusions 75, the hair catching force (hair holding force) is increased. power) can be improved.
Furthermore, the plurality of first protrusions 73 protrude to the outside (upper side in FIG. 19) of the first arm 71. That is, the plurality of first protrusions 73 protrude upward (to one side in a predetermined direction) in parallel with each other. Therefore, even if the bristle brush-like protrusions 75 are provided on both sides in the circumferential direction, the expansion of the plurality of first protrusions 73 can be suppressed, and the size of the first arm 71 in the width direction can be suppressed.
Further, as shown in FIG. 20, it is preferable that the bristle brush-shaped protrusion 75 of the plurality of first protrusions 73 be integrated into the main body forming the first arm 71. Thereby, it is possible to easily secure a width for embedding the bristle brush-like protrusion 75 in the main body constituting the first arm 71.
Although the present disclosure has been described above based on the above embodiments, the present disclosure is not limited to the contents of the above embodiments, and can of course be modified as appropriate without departing from the present disclosure.
