为了便于描述,在这里可以使用空间相对术语,如“在……之上”、“在……上方”、“在……上表面”、“上面的”等,用来描述如在图中所示的一个器件或特征与其他器件或特征的空间位置关系。应当理解的是,空间相对术语旨在包含除了器件在图中所描述的方位之外的在使用或操作中的不同方位。例如,如果附图中的器件被倒置,则描述为“在其他器件或构造上方”或“在其他器件或构造之上”的器件之后将被定位为“在其他器件或构造下方”或“在其他器件或构造之下”。因而,示例性术语“在……上方”可以包括“在……上方”和“在……下方”两种方位。该器件也可以其他不同方式定位(旋转90度或处于其他方位),并且对这里所使用的空间相对描述作出相应解释。
实施例:如图1-20所示,一种弹跳式化妆品容器,包括盖组件、联接杆30、内套40、中盖50和中束组件60,盖组件套设于中盖50外且中盖50的一端伸出盖组件,中盖50套设于内套40外,内套40套设于中束组件60外,联接杆30可转动地安装于盖组件内,联接杆30的第一侧连接于中盖50,联接杆30的第二侧连接于内套40。当中盖50 受力朝向盖组件内侧运动时,中盖50带动第一侧同步运动,第二侧反方向运动而使内套40带动中束组件60伸出盖组件,盖组件、内套40、中盖50和中束组件60同轴布置,中束组件60插设于内套40内,内套40插设于中盖50内,中盖50插设于盖组件内,且内套只可沿中盖的轴向方向进行运动,中盖50只可沿盖组件的轴向方向进行运动,内套与中盖、中盖和盖组件皆可通过凸筋结构限定两者之间的圆周和径向方向;联接杆30的中间位置转动安装于盖组件内,其两侧反向运动,图1-2为本化妆品容器组装后的待使用状态,此时中盖50的下端伸出盖组合,联接杆30的第一侧连接于中盖且该侧位于低位,其第二侧连接于内套40,如图7-8所示,当中盖50受力向盖组合内侧移动时,中盖推动联接杆的第一侧上行,联接杆的第二侧下行而使中束组件60伸出盖组件,用户拔出中束组件使用即可。因此,本申请中利用联接杆类似跷跷板的功能,实现了推动中盖可使中束组件弹出的功能,使操作端和弹出端处于同一端,便于用户单手操作,本申请操作便利且增加了产品的趣味性。
本化妆品容器还包括弹性件25,弹性件25安装于内套40与盖组件之间。如图18-19所示,另一实施方式中,联接杆的第二侧连接于内套40,弹性件25处于压缩状态,当中盖50受力向盖组合内侧移动时,如图20所示,中盖推动联接杆的第一侧上行,联接杆的第二侧下行,内套40和中束组件60在弹性件25的作用下朝向盖组件外侧运动,进而中束组件60伸出盖组件;又一实施方式中,内套与盖组件之间不设弹性件,联接杆的第二侧连接于内套,使用时,中盖推动联接杆的第一侧上行,联接杆的第二侧下行推动内套带动中束组件同步运行,而使中束组件60伸出盖组件。当本申请在内套与盖组件之间设有弹性件时,中束组件能够快速弹出盖组合,提高了用户使用该化妆品容器的流畅性和舒适感。
其中,内套40连接于盖组件。可选地,内套与盖组件之间通过限位件连接在一起,如图1所示,内套与盖组件相互卡合,弹性件25处 于压缩状态,使用时,如图7所示,中盖推动联接杆的第一侧上行,联接杆的第二侧下行且使内套40受力与盖组件脱离,弹性件25得以释放,在弹性件恢复力的作用下内套40和中束组件60向盖组合外侧弹出;再一实施方式中,内套与盖组件相互卡合,但内套与盖组件之间不设弹性件。即本容器包括两种方案,第一种方案:在容器处于关合状态时,也即中束组件60内缩于盖组件中时,内套40连接于盖组件;第二方案:在容器处于关合状态时,也即中束组件60内缩于盖组件中时,内套40连接于联接杆30的第二侧。
盖组件包括固定连接的外盖10和内盖20,内盖20置于外盖10内,如图14所示,内盖20的下端沿轴向向下延伸形成凸耳21,凸耳21上设有转轴孔22,内盖20内设有第一限位件23和第二限位件24,联接杆30上设有转轴31,第一侧上设有第一连接件32,第二侧上设有第二连接件33,转轴31安装于转轴孔22内,第一连接件32连接于中盖50,第二连接件33连接于内套40。外盖10为下端开口、内部中空的筒状结构,内盖20安装于外盖上端的内侧,内盖20上设有两个沿中心轴对称布置的凸耳21,如图1-2、9和14所示,外盖10与内盖20通过卡合固定,两个凸耳21平行布置,内盖的内侧壁设有一个第一限位件23和两个平行布置的第二限位件24,两个第二限位件沿内盖中心轴对称布置。
如图15所示,联接杆30内部设有容置槽34,转轴31、第一连接件32和第二连接件33皆沿联接杆30的径向方向向外延伸。联接杆30呈内部中空的环状结构,中空的部分为容置槽34,联接杆30的前后两个侧壁上各设有一转轴,左侧壁上设有第一连接件32、右侧壁上设有第二连接件33,组装时,如图4所示,两个转轴31分别安装于转轴孔22内,因此联接杆30能够相对于内盖20转动,第一连接件32连接于中盖50,中盖50向下运动时,联接杆30的第一连接件下行而第二连接件上行,类似跷跷板原理。
内套40上设有第三限位件41和第四限位件43,第三限位件41能够卡入第二连接件33,且第三限位件41能够与第一限位件23相互卡合, 第四限位件43能够与第二限位件24相互卡合。其中,第一、第二、第三和第四限位件可为勾爪、卡点、磁性点等结构,只要实现第一限位件与第三限位件、第二限位件与第四限位件之间相互扣合即可。
如图16所示,内套40为下端开口、内部中空的筒状结构,内套40的上表面沿轴向向上延伸形成第三限位件41和筒体42,第四限位件43设置于筒体42上。筒体42的直径小于内套主体的直径且筒体与内套主体同轴布置,筒体42上设有两个沿筒体中心轴对称布置的第四限位件43,第三限位件41位于筒体的一侧。
第四限位件43插入容置槽34内,内盖20沿轴向方向延伸形成限位套26,弹性件25的一端置于限位套26内,弹性件的另一端置于筒体42内。组装时,如图10所示,两个第四限位件穿过联接杆30的容置槽34,如图2所示,第三限位件41穿过第二连接件33且该第三限位件勾住第一限位件23,而将内套与内盖连接,使弹性件被压缩在内盖与内套之间,内套40上的第四限位件43与内盖上的第二限位件24用于限定弹性件的最大行程。
如图17所示,中盖50为上下两端开口、内部中空的筒状结构,中盖50的上端沿轴向方向延伸形成连杆51,连杆51上设有用于安装第一连接件32的安装槽52。如图2和10-11所示,联接杆上的第一连接件32插入中盖的安装槽52中,因此中盖能够带动联接杆的第一连接件同步运动,内套40上的第三限位件41插入联接杆上的第二连接件33中且第三限位件41勾住内盖的第一限位件23,从而使内套和中束组件被限定在外盖10内,同时弹性件25被压缩在内盖与内套之间,如图3-4所示,此时内盖的第二限位件24与内套的第四限位件43之间具有一定的距离,此距离即为弹簧的最大行程;当中盖50受力朝向内盖20内侧运动时,中盖50带动联接杆的第一连接件32上行,使得联接杆的第二连接件33下行而给予第三限位件41水平方向的分力,使第三限位件向左弯曲而与第一限位件23脱离,如图5-6所示,此时弹性件25上的约束力消失,弹性件25恢复带动内套和中束组件60下行,中束组件弹出 外盖10,如图7-8、12-13所示,此时中盖与外盖的下端相贴合,第二限位件与第四限位件相互卡合,用户取出中束组件60使用即可。
如图1-8所示,中束组件60包括中束芯61、锤重62和底座63,中束芯61可转动地安装于底座63内,中束芯61与底座63之间设有锤重62。中束芯61内放置口红、唇彩、唇膏等化妆品,通过转动底座63使化妆品伸出中束芯供用户化妆所用,此中束组件60为口红类化妆品常用结构,在此不作详细介绍。
本申请的操作过程:包括如下步骤:
步骤1:起始时,化妆品容器处于关闭状态,如图1-2、10-11所示,中盖50的下端伸出外盖10,联接杆30的第一侧连接于中盖的连杆51且该侧位于低位,内套40上的第三限位件41插入联接杆上的第二连接件33中且第三限位件41勾住内盖的第一限位件23;
步骤2:用户向内侧按压中盖50,中盖50带动联接杆的第一连接件32上行,使得联接杆的第二连接件33下行而给予第三限位件41水平方向的分力,使第三限位件向左弯曲而与第一限位件23脱离,如图5-6所示;
步骤3:此时弹性件25上的约束力消失,弹性件25恢复带动内套和中束组件60下行,使得中束组件弹出外盖10,如图7-8、12-13所示,此时中盖与外盖的下端相贴合,第二限位件24与第四限位件43相互卡合,用户取出中束组件60使用即可。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种弹跳式化妆品容器,其特征在于:包括盖组件、联接杆(30)、内套(40)、中盖(50)和中束组件(60),所述盖组件套设于所述中盖(50)外且所述中盖(50)的一端伸出所述盖组件,所述中盖(50)套设于所述内套(40)外,所述内套(40)套设于所述中束组件(60)外,所述联接杆(30)可转动地安装于所述盖组件内,所述联接杆(30)的第一侧连接于所述中盖(50),所述联接杆(30)的第二侧连接于所述内套(40)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹跳式化妆品容器,其特征在于:还包括弹性件(25),所述弹性件(25)安装于所述内套(40)与所述盖组件之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的弹跳式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述内套(40)连接于所述盖组件。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的弹跳式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述盖组件包括固定连接的外盖(10)和内盖(20),所述内盖(20)置于所述外盖(10)内,所述内盖(20)的下端沿轴向向下延伸形成凸耳(21),所述凸耳(21)上设有转轴孔(22),所述内盖(20)内设有第一限位件(23)和第二限位件(24),所述联接杆(30)上设有转轴(31),所述第一侧上设有第一连接件(32),所述第二侧上设有第二连接件(33),所述转轴(31)安装于所述转轴孔(22)内,所述第一连接件(32)连接于所述中盖(50),所述第二连接件(33)连接于所述内套(40)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的弹跳式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述联接杆(30)内部设有容置槽(34),所述转轴(31)、所述第一连接件(32)和所述第二连接件(33)皆沿所述联接杆(30)的径向方向 向外延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的弹跳式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述内套(40)上设有第三限位件(41)和第四限位件(43),所述第三限位件(41)能够卡入所述第二连接件(33),且所述第三限位件(41)能够与所述第一限位件(23)相互卡合,所述第四限位件(43)能够与所述第二限位件(24)相互卡合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的弹跳式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述内套(40)为下端开口、内部中空的筒状结构,所述内套(40)的上表面沿轴向向上延伸形成第三限位件(41)和筒体(42),所述第四限位件(43)设置于所述筒体(42)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的弹跳式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述第四限位件(43)插入所述容置槽(34)内,所述内盖(20)沿轴向方向延伸形成限位套(26),所述弹性件(25)的一端置于所述限位套(26)内,所述弹性件的另一端置于所述筒体(42)内。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的弹跳式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述中盖(50)为上下两端开口、内部中空的筒状结构,所述中盖(50)的上端沿轴向方向延伸形成连杆(51),所述连杆(51)上设有用于安装所述第一连接件(32)的安装槽(52)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的弹跳式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述中束组件(60)包括中束芯(61)、锤重(62)和底座(63),所述中束芯(61)可转动地安装于所述底座(63)内,所述中束芯(61)与所述底座(63)之间设有锤重(62)。
