Description
本申请涉及医疗辅助器械,更具体地说,涉及一种活检针。
近几年,肿瘤潜伏在人类身边,且发病率逐渐上升。早期发现、及时治疗可以大大预防肿瘤的病变,这就需要在超声引导下对病灶细胞或组织进行穿刺取样,用于病理分析诊断。穿刺取样要用到的一个非常重要的工具就是活检针,其中比较常用的是半自动活检针。例如,授权公告号为CN213075849U、名称为“一种操纵结构和活检针”的中国实用新型专利便公开了一种半自动活检针。但是,这种半自动活检针的外针座没有充分的上下左右移动限位结构,稳定性较差。而且,这种半自动活检针在使用时通过拉动拉手上膛,然后向前推动拉手进行击发,但是没有设置针对拉手的安全锁定装置,在手术过程中可能导致活检针的误击发。为此,授权公告号为CN113303839A、名称为“半自动活检针的安全锁定装置”的中国发明专利申请便公开了针对拉手的安全锁定装置,在拉手的过渡段通孔内插设锁定件,通过沿通孔移动锁定件可以根据需要对锁定状态和非锁定状态进行切换,锁定状态下拉手的行程会被锁定件阻碍而无法击发。但是,这种插设在壳体外的拉手上的锁定件仍然存在容易脱落的风险,无法有效杜绝活检针的误击发。
发明内容
本申请要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种能够有效实现安全锁定而避免误击发的活检针。
本申请解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提出一种活检针,包括上盖、底座、外针组件和内针组件,所述上盖和底座相互扣合包围形成内部空间并在进针端形成进针口、在出针端形成出针口,所述外针组件包括外针座和固定连接于外针座的外针管,所述内针组件包括内针座和固定连接于内针座的内针杆,其中:
所述外针座沿进针方向往复滑动安装于上盖和底座的内部空间中,所述外针座与上盖和底座的内部空间还设有在往复滑动方向上相配合以提供至少一个扣合档位的弹性扣合结构,所述外针管穿过所述出针口伸出;
所述内针杆穿过所述进针口后插设于外针管,所述内针座设有沿与进针方向平行的方向延伸并滑插入上盖和底座的内部空间中的加载杆和导向杆,所述加载杆和导向杆中至少一者与外针座设有相配合以在拉动内针座在进针方向上向后移动的同时带动外针座向后移动的卡合结构,所述加载杆还设有在推动内针座在进针方向上向前移动的过程中解除所述弹性扣合结构的扣合的击发结构;
所述活检针还在上盖和底座扣合而成的进针端设有保险扣,所述保险扣具有同轴转动安装于所述进针口的安装柱,所述安装柱开设有沿轴向贯通的内针孔以供内针杆穿过,所述安装柱的外周与所述进针口设有相配合以限制安装柱轴向向后移动的后移限位结构,所述安装柱还设有露在进针口外侧以操作安装柱转动的转动操作部,所述转动操作部设有卡位凸起在转动一角度后可卡入所述加载杆和导向杆中至少一者上开设的与所述至少一个扣合档位相对应的至少一个卡位槽中的一个卡位槽内以阻止内针座在进针方向上的前后移动;
所述外针座与所述保险扣之间还抵接一在进针方向上弹性变形的弹性件,所述弹性件在拉动内针座同时带动外针座向后移动至所述弹性扣合结构扣合于一个扣合档位时被压缩,所述弹性件在推动内针座向前移动至解除所述弹性扣合结构的扣合时弹性复位带动外针管被击发。
根据本申请所述的活检针的一个实施例中,所述安装柱的外周与所述进针端之间设置的后移限位结构包括形成于所述安装柱的外周的环形凸缘和进针端的上盖和底座共同开设围成的环形凹槽,所述环形凸缘安装于所述环形凹槽内以限制安装柱轴向向后移动。
根据本申请所述的活检针的一个实施例中,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧的后端套设于所述安装柱上与所述环凸缘的前端面相抵,所述弹簧的前端安装于外针座开设的弹簧安装孔内。
根据本申请所述的活检针的一个实施例中,所述外针座在进针方向上的第一侧开设第一卡槽,在进针方向上的第二侧开设第二卡槽,所述内针座的加载杆和导向杆的前端分别设有向所述第一卡槽和第二卡槽凸伸的第一凸台和第二凸台,所述第一凸台和第二凸台分别置入所述第一卡槽和第二卡槽内构成卡合结构;拉动内针座向后移动至所述第一凸台和第二凸台分别与所述第一卡槽和第二卡槽的前端相抵时带动外针座一起向后移动。
根据本申请所述的活检针的一个实施例中,所述外针座在进针方向上的第一侧所述第一卡槽的前部相对凸伸出与所述至少一个扣合档位相对应的至少一组档位凸块,所述上盖的与外针座的第一侧相对应的内侧壁形成一弹性卡勾,所述弹性卡勾与所述至少一组档位凸块相配合以构成所述弹性扣合结构。
根据本申请所述的活检针的一个实施例中,所述内针座的加载杆的击发结构为形成于所述加载杆前端的第一凸台的远离外针座的另一侧的击发斜面;推动内针座向前移动的过程中所述加载杆前端的第一凸台从所述至少一组档位凸块中每组档位凸块的中间通道通过,所述加载杆前端的击发斜面向外推挤所述弹性卡勾以解除弹性卡勾与档位凸块的扣合。
根据本申请所述的活检针的一个实施例中,所述导向杆和加载杆前端上部设置有导向凸筋,所述导向凸筋分别滑设于所述上盖内侧顶部对应形成的导向滑槽内。
根据本申请所述的活检针的一个实施例中,所述外针座在进针方向上的顶部设有上限位块,所述上限位块具有第一限位顶面、第一限位左侧面和第一限位右侧面,所述上盖的内侧顶部开设有用于安装所述上限位块的上限位滑槽,所述上限位滑槽具有与所述上限位块的第一限位顶面抵接配合的第二限位顶面已经与所述上限位块的第一限位左侧面和第一限位右侧面分别抵接配合的上限位滑槽左侧面和上限位滑槽右侧面;所述外针座在进针方向上的底部设有下限位块,所述下限位块具有第一限位底面、第二限位左侧面和第二限位右侧面,所述底座开设有用于安装所述下限位块的下限位滑槽,所述下限位滑槽具有与所述下限位块的第一限位底面抵接配合的第二限位底面以及与所述下限位块的第二限位左侧面和第二限位右侧面分别抵接配合的下限位滑槽左侧面和下限位滑槽右侧面。
根据本申请所述的活检针的一个实施例中,所述上盖开设有与所述外针座的至少一个扣合档位相对应的至少一个视窗,并对应每个视窗设置档位标识。
根据本申请所述的活检针的一个实施例中,所述底座在进针方向上的左右两侧还分别形成手持环,所述手持环的内周嵌装橡胶护垫。
实施本申请的活检针,具有以下有益效果:根据本申请实施例的活检针在上盖和底座扣合而成的进针端设置可以转动但不可以轴向移动的保险扣,通过保险扣的转动操作部上的卡位凸起转动一定角度后卡入内针座的加载杆或导向杆上的卡位槽中将内针座锁定,从而防止误击发,反向转动该保险扣使卡位凸起从卡位槽中脱出便可解除对内针座的锁定。由于保险扣限位在上盖和底座扣合而成的进针端不能轴向移动,便不存在脱落的风险,有效实现活检针的安全锁定。此外,根据本申请实施例的活检针还可通过上盖和底座的扣合使得外针座仅能轴向移动,不能上下左右移动,从而提高活检针的稳定性。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。并且,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
图1和图2分别示出了根据本申请一个实施例的活检针100的整体结构和分解结构示意图。如图1和图2所示,活检针100主要由上盖10、底座20、外针组件30、内针组件40、保险扣50和弹簧60构成。上盖10和底座20相互扣合包围形成内部空间并在进针端形成进针口(图1中不可见),在出针端形成出针口80(参见图1所示)。具体如图2并结合图3和图8所示,上盖10在进针方向上的左右两侧分别向下伸出两个卡扣111和112,在进针方向上的前端左右两侧设有向下凸伸的安装导向定位柱182a和182b;对应地,底座20的左右两侧对应开设有与卡扣111和112卡扣配合的卡槽221和222,和供安装导向定位柱182a和182b插置的安装导向定位孔242a和242b。将上盖10的两个安装导向定位柱182a和182b插入底座20的两个安装导向定位孔242a和242b,并将上盖10两侧的卡扣111和112卡入底座20两侧的卡槽221和222内,便可将上盖10和底座20扣合。外针组件30包括外针座31和固定连接于外针座31的外针管32。外针座31沿进针方向往复滑动安装于上盖10和底座20的内部空间中,外针管32穿过出针口80伸出。内针组件40包括内针座41和固定连接于内针座41的内针杆42,内针杆42穿过进针口
后插设于外针管32中。内针杆42的前端开设有取样槽421。保险扣50安装在上盖10和底座20扣合而成的进针端,用于对内针座41在进针方向上的前后移动进行锁定和解锁。弹簧60抵接于外针座31与保险扣50之间以提供进针方向上的弹性变形。
具体结合图3、图4、图5和图8所示,外针座31在进针方向上的顶部设有上限位块311,上限位块311具有第一限位顶面3113、第一限位左侧面3111和第一限位右侧面3112。对应地,上盖10的内侧顶部开设有用于安装上限位块311的上限位滑槽17,上限位滑槽17具有第二限位顶面173、上限位滑槽左侧面171和上限位滑槽右侧面172。当上盖10与底座20扣合后,上限位滑槽17的第二限位顶面173与上限位块311的第一限位顶面3113抵接配合,上限位滑槽17的上限位滑槽左侧面171和上限位滑槽右侧面172分别与上限位块311的第一限位左侧面3111和第一限位右侧面3112抵接配合。此外,外针座31在进针方向上的底部设有下限位块313,下限位块313具有第一限位底面3133、第二限位左侧面3131和第二限位右侧面3132。对应地,底座40上开设有用于安装下限位块313的下限位滑槽25。当上盖10与底座20扣合后,下限位滑槽25的第二限位底面253与下限位块313的第一限位底面3133抵接配合,下限位滑槽25的下限位滑槽左侧面251和下限位滑槽右侧面252分别与下限位块313的第二限位左侧面3131和第二限位右侧面3132抵接配合。如此,外针座30在上盖10和底座20扣合而成的内部空间中只能沿进针方向前后往复滑动,不能上下左右移动,确保活检针100在上膛和击发过程中都非常稳定。
再结合图3和图8所示,上盖10在出针端设有第一T形半柱状凹槽16,底座20在出针端设有第二T形半柱状凹槽23,上盖10和底座20扣合后二者在出针口80包围出一个T形柱状空间,其内安装T形柱状件321以引导外针组件30的外针管32穿出,保证穿刺的同轴度。同时,上盖10在进针端设有彼此连通的第一弧形凹槽181和第二弧形凹槽183,底座20在进针端对应第一弧形凹槽181设有第三弧形凹槽241,上盖10和底座20扣合后包围出一个进针口,用于安装保险扣50以供内针组件40的内针杆42穿入。
再参见图4所示,外针座31开设有在进针方向上从后端向前端延伸的弹簧安装孔312,用于安装弹簧60,弹簧60的前端与弹簧安装孔312的前端面相抵接。再参见图9所示,弹簧60的后端套设在保险扣50的安装柱51上与环形凸缘52的前端面相抵接。如此,当外针座30在上盖10和底座20扣合而成的内部空间中向后滑动时,弹簧60被压缩。
再参见图4和图5所示,外针座31在进针方向上的第一侧(即右侧)开设有沿进针方向延伸的第一卡槽318,在进针方向上的第二侧(即左侧)开设有沿进针方向延伸的第二卡槽314,该第一卡槽318和第二卡槽314用于分别与内针座41上的第一凸台414b和
第二凸台414a配合以带动外针座31随内针座41一起向后移动。并且,外针座31在进针方向上的第一侧(即右侧)还在第二卡槽318的前部相对凸伸出第一组档位凸块315a和315b以及第二组档位凸块316a和316b,第一组两个档位凸块315a和315b之间以及第二组两个档位凸块316a和316b之间形成与第二卡槽318正对的通道317。该第一组档位凸块315a、315b和第二组档位凸块316a、316b分别对应于外针座31从初始状态向后移动的两个行程,也即活检针100的两个扣合档位。再参见图3所示,上盖10的与外针座31的第一侧(即右侧)相对应的内侧壁形成一弹性卡勾19。该弹性卡勾19可在外针座31相对于上盖10向后移动的过程中越过第一组档位凸块315a、315b或第二组档位凸块316a、316b后与第一组档位凸块315a、315b或第二组档位凸块316a、316b相抵限位,以阻止外针座31向前移动,确保外针座31处于第一组档位凸块315a、315b或第二组档位凸块316a、316b所对应的第一扣合档位或第二扣合档位上。如此,外针座31在上盖10和底座20扣合而成的内部空间中便通过弹性卡勾19与第一组档位凸块315a、315b和第二组档位凸块316a、316b构成的弹性扣合结构实现往复滑动方向上的两个扣合档位设计。
再参见图6所示,内针座41包括手持部411,内针杆42与手持部411固定连接。内针座41还从手持部411的前端沿与进针方向(亦即内针管42的轴向)平行的方向延伸出导向杆413和加载杆412,导向杆413和加载杆412分设于内针管42的左右两侧。上盖10亦在进针口的左右两侧对应开设有第一导向槽185和第二导向槽184,以供内针座41的加载杆412和导向杆413插入,为内针座41的前后移动提供导向作用。进一步如图6所示,加载杆412的前端设有向外针座31右侧的第一卡槽318内凸伸的第一凸台414b,导向杆413的前端设有向外针座31左侧的第二卡槽314内凸伸的第二凸台414a。第一凸台414b和第二凸台414a分别置入第一卡槽318和第二卡槽314内与第一卡槽318的后端面3181和第二卡槽314的后端面3141相抵,便构成可以在拉动内针座41在进针方向上向后移动的同时带动外针座31向后移动的卡合结构。同时,导向杆413和加载杆412前端上部设置有导向凸筋416a和416b,导向凸筋416a和416b分别滑设于上盖10内侧顶部形成的导向滑槽186a和186b内,可以为内针座41的前后移动提供进一步的导向作用,减小内针座41拉出加载后的晃动,增强活检针100的稳定性。同时,导向凸筋416a和416b与导向滑槽186a和186b的配合还能防止内针座41从后端完全被拉出。进一步,加载杆412前端的第一凸台414b的远离外针座31的另一侧形成击发斜面417。推动内针座41向前移动的过程中,加载杆412前端的第一凸台414b沿外针座31上的第一卡槽318进入第一组档位凸块315a、315b和第二组档位凸块316a、316b的中间通道317并可从通道317通过,同时,加载杆412前端的击发斜面417可向外推挤弹性卡勾19,使弹性卡
勾19脱离与第一组档位凸块315a、315b或第二组档位凸块316a、316b的抵接,从而解除弹性卡勾19与第一组档位凸块315a、315b或第二组档位凸块316a、316b的扣合。这样,外针座31便可在被压缩的弹簧60的弹力作用下被瞬间向前推,从而带动外针管32被击发,刺入目标位置。根据本申请的不同实施例中,击发斜面417也可以用其它能同样在推动内针座41向前移动的过程中解除弹性扣合结构的扣合的击发结构来代替。
以下结合图9、图10和图11详细介绍根据本申请一个实施例的活检针的上膛和击发的具体实现过程:首先如图9所示的初始状态下,上盖10的弹性卡勾19位于外针座31的第一组档位凸块315a、315b的后方,弹簧60处于初始状态,内针座41的加载杆412和导向杆413前端的第一凸台414b和第二凸台414a伸入外针座31的第一卡槽318和第二卡槽314内与分别与第一卡槽318和第二卡槽314的后端面抵接。然后如图10所示,向后拉动内针座41的手持部411,通过加载杆412和导向杆413前端的第一凸台414b和第二凸台414a与第一卡槽318和第二卡槽314后端面的抵接同时带动外针座31向后移动进行上膛操作,弹簧60被逐渐压缩。当外针座31向后移动至弹性卡勾19越过第一组档位凸块315a、315b时,弹性卡勾19与第一组档位凸块315a、315b相扣合,阻止外针座31在弹簧60的弹力作用下向前移动。此时,活检针100处于上膛的第一扣合档位。然后如图11所示,继续向后拉动内针座41的手持部411,通过加载杆412和导向杆413前端的第一凸台414b和第二凸台414a与第一卡槽318和第二卡槽314后端面的抵接同时带动外针座31继续向后移动,弹簧60进一步被压缩。当外针座31向后移动至弹性卡勾19越过第二组档位凸块316a、316b时,弹性卡勾19与第二组档位凸块316a、316b相扣合,阻止外针座31在弹簧60的弹力作用下向前移动。此时,活检针100处于上膛的第二扣合档位。手术中需要击发活检针100时,无论活检针100是处于图10所示的第一扣合档位,还是处于图11所示的第二扣合档位,向前推动内针座41的手持部411,使加载杆412前端的第一凸台414b沿外针座31上的第一卡槽318向前移动进入第一组档位凸块315a、315b和第二组档位凸块316a、316b的中间通道317,同时,加载杆412前端的击发斜面417向外推挤弹性卡勾19,使弹性卡勾19脱离与第一组档位凸块315a、315b或第二组档位凸块316a、316b的抵接,从而解除扣合,这样,外针座31便在被压缩的弹簧60的弹力作用下被瞬间向前推,从而带动外针管32被击发。
进一步参见图1和图7所示,活检针100还设有保险扣50。保险扣50安装在上盖10和底座20扣合而成的进针端,用于对内针座41在进针方向上的前后移动进行锁定和解锁,以防误操作。具体如图7所示,保险扣50具有安装柱51,安装柱51开设有沿轴向贯通的内针孔511以供内针杆42穿过。安装柱51的外周形成有环形凸缘52,对应地,
上盖10和底座20分别在进针端开设有第一弧形凹槽181(参见图3)和第三弧形凹槽241(参见图8),二者在上盖10和底座20扣合后共同围成与进针口同轴的环形凹槽,保险扣50的环形凸缘52安装于该环形凹槽内,从而被限制沿轴向向后移动,同时弹簧60套设在安装柱51上与环形凸缘52的前端面相抵接能限制环形凸缘52沿轴向向前移动,如此,环形凸缘52便只能在第一弧形凹槽181和第三弧形凹槽241围成的环形凹槽内绕轴向转动,整个保险扣50便不能从进针端脱出。再如图7所示,安装柱51的后端设有露在进针口外侧的转动操作部53,转动操作部53上设有操作凸起531和卡位凸起532。同时,内针座41的加载杆412上对应于初始位置、第一扣合档位和第二扣合档位分别开设有第一卡位槽415a、第二卡位槽415b和第三卡位槽415c(参见图6所示)。活检针100在插入病灶位置处于图9所示的初始状态下时,通过手持保险扣50的操作凸起531带动保险扣50转动一定角度将卡位凸起532卡入对应的第一卡位槽415a内(参见图13所示),便可阻止内针座41在进针方向上的前后移动,方便继续调整活检针100的方向,以便达到最佳状态下取样。活检针100上膛时,向后拉动内针座41使活检针100上膛至第一扣合档位或第二扣合档位后,通过手持保险扣50的操作凸起531带动保险扣50转动一定角度将卡位凸起532卡入对应的第二卡位槽415b或第三卡位槽415c内,便可阻止内针座41在进针方向上的前后移动,防止出现误击发。此外,由于弹簧60的后端抵接于保险扣50的环形凸缘52的前端面,弹簧60受压产生的向后的作用力推抵圆形凸缘52,使环形凸缘52在环形凹槽内具有一定的转动摩擦力,不会自由转动,需要使用者通过操作凸起531向保险扣50施加一定的转动作用力,才能带动卡位凸起532卡入第一卡位槽415a、第二卡位槽415b或第三卡位槽415c内或从中脱出,确保保险扣50将内针座41有效锁定。
根据本申请上述实施例的活检针100在上盖10和底座20扣合而成的进针端设置可以转动但不可以轴向移动的保险扣50,通过保险扣50的转动操作部53上的卡位凸起532转动一定角度后卡入内针座41的加载杆412上的第一卡位槽415a、第二卡位槽415b或第三卡位槽415c中将内针座41锁定,从而防止误操作。反向转动该保险扣50使卡位凸起532从第一卡位槽415a、第二卡位槽415b或第三卡位槽415c中脱出便可解除对内针座41的锁定。由于保险扣50限位在上盖10和底座20扣合而成的进针端不能轴向移动,便不存在脱落的风险,有效实现活检针100的安全锁定。
进一步地,参见图2所示,上盖10开设有与外针座31的第一扣合档位和第二扣合档位相对应的第一视窗131和第二视窗132,并对应第一视窗131和第二视窗132分别设置第一档位标识141和第二标识142,以便于操作区分和核对。例如,通过外针座31相对于上盖10的移动,外针座31的颜色在第一视窗131和第二视窗132中显示出来,同步
对应加载的扣合档位。上盖10的顶部还可设置凹槽15,用于粘贴针型标签,用于分区活检针的针型规格。
进一步地,参见图2和图8所示,底座20在进针方向上的左右两侧还形成两个手持环21a和21b,以方便操作活检针100。并且,两个手持环21a和21b的内周分别嵌装橡胶护垫70a和70b,以增强使用的舒适度。具体如图8所示,每个手持环21a、21b的内周凸设一圈限位筋211,该一圈限位筋211在靠近底座本体的部分形成缺口212,并在缺口212中设置条形凸台213。橡胶护垫70a、70b具有与手持环21a、21b内周相配合的外形轮廓,其外周开设一圈凹槽71用于和手持环21a、21b的限位筋211装配,限制橡胶护垫70a、70b的上下移动。橡胶护垫70a、70b还对应手持环21a、21b的条形凸台213设置开口72以供条形凸台213插装,并在开口72的内侧形成更宽的开放槽73,用于和上盖10的两侧对应向下伸出的包裹片12装配。当上盖10和底座20扣合后,包裹片12插入橡胶护垫70a、70b的开放槽73内将开放槽73封闭(参见图1所示),从而防止橡胶护垫70a、70b从手持环21a、21b中脱落。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种活检针,包括上盖、底座、外针组件和内针组件,所述上盖和底座相互结合包围形成内部空间并在进针端形成进针口、在出针端形成出针口,所述外针组件包括外针座和固定连接于外针座的外针管,所述内针组件包括内针座和固定连接于内针座的内针杆,其特征在于:所述外针座沿进针方向往复滑动安装于上盖和底座的内部空间中,所述外针座与上盖和底座的内部空间还设有在往复滑动方向上相配合以提供至少一个扣合档位的弹性扣合结构,所述外针管穿过所述出针口伸出;所述内针杆穿过所述进针口后插设于外针管,所述内针座设有沿与进针方向平行的方向延伸并滑插入上盖和底座的内部空间中的加载杆和导向杆,所述加载杆和导向杆中至少一者与外针座设有相配合以在拉动内针座在进针方向上向后移动的同时带动外针座向后移动的卡合结构,所述加载杆还设有在推动内针座在进针方向上向前移动的过程中解除所述弹性扣合结构的扣合的击发结构;所述活检针还在上盖和底座扣合而成的进针端设有保险扣,所述保险扣具有同轴转动安装于所述进针口的安装柱,所述安装柱开设有沿轴向贯通的内针孔以供内针杆穿过,所述安装柱的外周与所述进针口设有相配合以限制安装柱轴向向后移动的后移限位结构,所述安装柱还设有露在进针口外侧以操作安装柱转动的转动操作部,所述转动操作部设有卡位凸起在转动一角度后可卡入所述加载杆和导向杆中至少一者上开设的与所述至少一个扣合档位相对应的至少一个卡位槽中的一个卡位槽内以阻止内针座在进针方向上的前后移动;所述外针座与所述保险扣之间还抵接一在进针方向上弹性变形的弹性件,所述弹性件在拉动内针座同时带动外针座向后移动至所述弹性扣合结构扣合于一个扣合档位时被压缩,所述弹性件在推动内针座向前移动至解除所述弹性扣合结构的扣合时弹性复位带动外针管被击发。
- 根据权利要求1所述的活检针,其特征在于,所述安装柱的外周与所述进针端之间设置的后移限位结构包括形成于所述安装柱的外周的环形凸缘和进针端的上盖和底座共同开设围成的环形凹槽,所述环形凸缘安装于所述环形凹槽内以限制安装柱轴向向后移动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的活检针,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧的后端套设于所述安装柱上与所述环凸缘的前端面相抵,所述弹簧的前端安装于外针座开设的 弹簧安装孔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的活检针,其特征在于,所述外针座在进针方向上的第一侧开设第一卡槽,在进针方向上的第二侧开设第二卡槽,所述内针座的加载杆和导向杆的前端分别设有向所述第一卡槽和第二卡槽凸伸的第一凸台和第二凸台,所述第一凸台和第二凸台分别置入所述第一卡槽和第二卡槽内构成卡合结构;拉动内针座向后移动至所述第一凸台和第二凸台分别与所述第一卡槽和第二卡槽的前端相抵时带动外针座一起向后移动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的活检针,其特征在于,所述外针座在进针方向上的第一侧所述第一卡槽的前部相对凸伸出与所述至少一个扣合档位相对应的至少一组档位凸块,所述上盖的与外针座的第一侧相对应的内侧壁形成一弹性卡勾,所述弹性卡勾与所述至少一组档位凸块相配合以构成所述弹性扣合结构。
- 根据权利要求5所述的活检针,其特征在于,所述内针座的加载杆的击发结构为形成于所述加载杆前端的第一凸台的远离外针座的另一侧的击发斜面;推动内针座向前移动的过程中所述加载杆前端的第一凸台从所述至少一组档位凸块中每组档位凸块的中间通道通过,所述加载杆前端的击发斜面向外推挤所述弹性卡勾以解除弹性卡勾与档位凸块的扣合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的活检针,其特征在于,所述导向杆和加载杆前端上部设置有导向凸筋,所述导向凸筋分别滑设于所述上盖内侧顶部对应形成的导向滑槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的活检针,其特征在于,所述外针座在进针方向上的顶部设有上限位块,所述上限位块具有第一限位顶面、第一限位左侧面和第一限位右侧面,所述上盖的内侧顶部开设有用于安装所述上限位块的上限位滑槽,所述上限位滑槽具有与所述上限位块的第一限位顶面抵接配合的第二限位顶面已经与所述上限位块的第一限位左侧面和第一限位右侧面分别抵接配合的上限位滑槽左侧面和上限位滑槽右侧面;所述外针座在进针方向上的底部设有下限位块,所述下限位块具有第一限位底面、第二限位左侧面和第二限位右侧面,所述底座开设有用于安装所述下限位块的下限位滑槽,所述下限位滑槽具有与所述下限位块的第一限位底面抵接配合的第二限位底面以及与所述下限位块的第二限位左侧面和第二限位右侧面分别抵接配合的下限位滑槽左侧面和下限位滑槽右侧面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的活检针,其特征在于,所述上盖开设有与所述外针座的至少一个扣合档位相对应的至少一个视窗,并对应每个视窗设置档位标识。
- 根据权利要求1所述的活检针,其特征在于,所述底座在进针方向上的左右两侧还分别形成手持环,所述手持环的内周嵌装橡胶护垫。
