本实用新型涉及拉链技术领域,具体为一种具有打四点直弹片的拉链头。
背景技术
拉链是依靠连续排列的链牙,使物品并合或分离的连接件,现大量用于服装、包袋、帐篷等,由两条带上各有一排金属齿或塑料齿组成的扣件,用于连接开口的边缘,有一滑动件可将两排齿拉入联锁位置使开口封闭。
现如今大部分的拉链头内部结构固定,自锁强度较差,使用时,拉链头容易发生滑动,无法有效达到锁死的目的,拉链头的稳定性得不到进一步的提升。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有打四点直弹片的拉链头,以解决上述背景技术中提出的大部分的拉链头内部结构固定,自锁强度较差,使用时,拉链头容易发生滑动,无法有效达到锁死的目的,拉链头的稳定性得不到进一步的提升的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种具有打四点直弹片的拉链头,包括顶板,所述顶板的下端固定安装有连接件,所述连接件的下端固定安装有底板,所述顶板的上端开设有滑槽,所述顶板的上端设置有帽盖,所述帽盖的外侧设置有拉片,所述顶板的上端固定安装有固定座一和固定座二,所述固定座一的外侧固定安装有第一复位弹片的一端,所述固定座一和固定座二的内侧开设有卡槽,所述卡槽的内部设置有直弹片,所述固定座一的内部开设有安装槽,所述顶板的内部开设有通孔,所述顶板的内部 设置有马钩和第二复位弹片,所述帽盖的内侧固定安装有挡块,所述顶板的上端开设有打孔点,所述打孔点对称设置有四个。
优选的,所述拉片通过连接轴转动连接在帽盖的外侧,所述滑槽在靠近固定座一和固定座二外侧分别设置有一个,拉片带动帽盖沿着滑槽移动。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该具有打四点直弹片的拉链头,内部设置直弹片,上端设置可滑动的帽盖,静止时,帽盖内侧的挡块抵住直弹片,直弹片对马钩进行压紧,拉动拉片带动帽盖移动,挡块从马钩上方移开,马钩底部的第二复位弹片通过弹力将马钩向上顶起,从而实现拉链的解锁,使用方便,且通过在顶板上打四点,来提高了拉链头的自锁强度,进一步避免拉链头发生滑动,提高了稳定性。

请参阅图1-4,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种具有打四点直弹片的拉链头,包括顶板1,顶板1的下端固定安装有连接件2,连接件2的下端固定安装有底板3,顶板1的上端开设有滑槽4,顶板1的上端设置有帽盖5,帽盖5的外侧设置有拉片6,顶板1的上端固定安装有固定座一7和固定座二8,拉片6通过连接轴转动连接在帽盖5的外侧,滑槽4在靠近固定座一7和固定座二8外侧分别设置有一个,固定座一7的外侧固定安装有第一复位弹片9的一端,第一复位弹片9的另一端与帽盖5的内侧贴合,第一复位弹片9为“M”型结构,拉动外侧的拉片6带动帽盖5移动,向固定座一7方向移动时,拉链头随帽盖5移动,对拉链进行闭合,向固定座二8方向移动,帽盖5沿着滑槽4移动,接着再带动拉链头移动,松开拉片6后,第一复位弹片9通过弹力对帽盖5进行复位;
固定座一7和固定座二8的内侧开设有卡槽10,卡槽10的内部设置有直弹片11,固定座一7的内部开设有安装槽12,顶板1的内部开设有通孔13,顶板1的内部设置有马钩14和第二复位弹片15,直弹片11的两端与卡槽10 为卡合连接,直弹片11的下端与马钩14的上端贴合,马钩14的一端位于安装槽12的内侧,马钩14的另一端穿过通孔13延伸至顶板1的下方,拉链头处于静止不动状态下,直弹片11对马钩14的上端进行限位,马钩14的底部对拉链头进行锁死;
帽盖5的内侧固定安装有挡块16,挡块16与直弹片11的上端贴合,挡块16位于马钩14上方靠近固定座二8的一侧,顶板1的上端开设有打孔点17,第二复位弹片15的一端与连接件2的上端固定连接,第二复位弹片15的另一端与马钩14固定连接,挡块16对直弹片11的上端进行限位,当帽盖5沿着滑槽4移动后,挡块16从马钩14的上方移开,第二复位弹片15的弹力大于直弹片11的弹力,第二复位弹片15回复并向上移动,将马钩14向上顶起,马钩14的底部随之向上移动,对拉链头进行解锁。
工作原理:首先,拉动外侧的拉片6带动帽盖5移动,向固定座一7方向移动时,拉链头随帽盖5移动,对拉链进行闭合,向固定座二8方向移动,帽盖5沿着滑槽4移动,接着再带动拉链头移动,松开拉片6后,第一复位弹片9通过弹力对帽盖5进行复位,拉链头处于静止不动状态下,直弹片11对马钩14的上端进行限位,马钩14的底部对拉链头进行锁死,挡块16对直弹片11的上端进行限位,当帽盖5沿着滑槽4移动后,挡块16从马钩14的上方移开,第二复位弹片15的弹力大于直弹片11的弹力,第二复位弹片15回复并向上移动,将马钩14向上顶起,马钩14的底部随之向上移动,对拉链头进行解锁,四个打孔点17提高了拉链头的自锁强力。
