일반적으로 속옷은 신체 주요 부위를 가리고 보호 및 보온해주기 위한 목적으로 착의하는 경우가 대부분이지만, 근래에 들어서는 다양한 옷감과 무늬를 이용하여 보다 세련되게 디자인됨으로써 미관에 중점을 둔 속옷들이 속속 개발되고 있는 상황이다.
그리고 이와 같이 외관을 중시하는 경향을 넘어서, 속옷에 체형보정 기능을 부가함으로써 착의감을 좋게 하는 동시에 겉옷을 입었을 때 외관을 보기 좋게 하고자 한, 소위 파운데이션(Foundation)으로 불리는 거들, 웨이스트니퍼, 올인원(바디슈트) 등의 기능성 속옷들에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다.
이러한 연구 개발에 따라 본 출원인이 등록한 특허 제10-1027396호 발명의 명칭 "올인원"이 공지되어 있는바, 브래지어부와, 니퍼부 및 거들부가 일체형으로 형성되되, 이 니퍼부의 뒷면에서 인출되어 어깨를 따라 연장된 다음 상기 브래지어부로 이어지는 탄성과 복원력이 좋은 원단이 니퍼부의 뒷면에서 이음매가 없이 연장된 상태에서 브래지어부의 하부를 감싸면서 브래지어부의 하부와 니퍼부의 전면 상부에서 바느질로 연결되어 있다.
따라서 거들부와 니퍼부에서어깨로 이어지는 원단이 이음매가 없이 브래지어부의 하부에서 연결되어 가슴을 더욱 볼륨있게 받쳐줌으로써 지게나 배낭을 메는 느낌을 갖도록 하여 굽은 등을 바르게 하여 자세를 교정할 수 있다.
그러나 이러한 올인원을 착용시 엉덩이 부분의 하부에 해당하는 허벅지와 무릎 및 종아리에 해당하는 다리 부분에는 체형을 개선하기 곤란한 문제점이 있었다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 제반 요구사항들을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 뒤쪽의 좌우측 패턴이 발목부터 엉덩이와 등쪽과 어깨를 지나서 앞쪽 상부 패턴의 상부 좌우측에 재봉되어 지게나 배낭을 메는 효과로 굽은 등을 바르게 하여 자세교정 및 불필요한 군살을 제거할 수 있음은 물론, 허벅지와 무릎 및 종아리도 동시에 체형을 잡아 줄 수 있도록 된 레깅스 올인원을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.

여기서 상기 하의부(1200)중에서 전면을 구성하는 좌,우측에는 가랑이부터 허벅지와 무릎 및 정강이와 발목을 감싸도록 된 앞쪽다리패턴원단(1210)과, 이 앞쪽다리패턴원단의 허벅지부위에 내측면에서 재봉되는 앞쪽허벅지보강패턴원단(1220)과, 이 앞쪽허벅지보강패턴원단의 하부에 소정형상으로 분리되어 위치하면서 앞쪽다리패턴원단의 무릎부위에 내측면에서 재봉되는 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)과, 이 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단의 하부에 소정형상으로 분리되어 위치하면서 앞쪽다리패턴원단의 정강이부위에 내측면에서 재봉되는 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)과, 상기 상의부(1100)와 하의부(1200)중에서 후면을 구성하는 좌,우측에는 상의부(1100)의 앞가슴쪽에서 재봉으로 연결되어 이음매 없이 어깨와 등쪽 및 엉덩이를 지나서 발목까지 일체로 구성됨과 더불어, 상기 앞쪽다리패턴원단(1210)과 발목이 일치되도록 재봉되는 뒤쪽패턴원단(1250)과, 이 뒤쪽패턴원단의 내측면에 상의부와 하의부의 허벅지까지를 보강하도록 재봉된 뒤쪽패턴상의부및허벅지보강원단(1260)과, 이 뒤쪽패턴상의부및허벅지보강원단의 하부에 소정형상으로 분리되어 위치하면서 뒤쪽패턴원단의 무릎뒷쪽 내측면에 재봉됨과 더불어, 상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단부와 동일한 위치에 재봉되는 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)과, 이 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단의 하부에 소정형상으로 분리되어 위치하면서 뒤쪽패턴원단의 내측면 종아리부위에 재봉됨과 더불어, 상기 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단부위의 높이 위치에 재봉되는 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)을 포함한다.
따라서 상기 뒤쪽패턴원단(1250)에 의해 지게나 배낭을 메는 느낌을 갖도록 하여 굽은 등을 바르게 하여 자세를 교정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 앞쪽허벅지보강패턴원단(1220)과 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230) 및 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)을 내측면에 2중 파워넷 원단의 형태로 재봉한 앞쪽다리패턴원단(1210)이 상기 뒤쪽패턴상의부및허벅지보강원단(1260)과 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270) 및 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)을 내측면에 2중 파워넷 원단의 형태로 재봉한 뒤쪽패턴원단(1250)의 하부에 재봉하여 허벅지는 물론 무릎과 종아리부위를 탄력적으로 가압하여 맵시가 아름답게 되게 된다.
여기서 보강을 위한 2중 파워넷 원단인 상기 앞쪽허벅지보강패턴원단(1220)의 아래쪽 단부와, 상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)의 양단부와, 상기 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)의 양단부가 오목한 홈(1221,1231,1241)모양으로 절단되고, 상기 뒤쪽패턴상의부및허벅지보강원단(1260)의 아래쪽 단부와, 상기 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)의 양단부와, 상기 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)의 양단부가 오목한 홈(1261,1271,1281)모양으로 절단되어 이루어진다.
본 발명의 실시예에서는 보강을 위한 2중 파워넷 원단에 형성된 오목한 홈 형상은 호형으로 도피부가 형성되어 있다.
따라서 2중 파워넷 원단인 상기 앞쪽허벅지보강패턴원단(1220)의 아래쪽 단부와 상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)의 사이에 형성된 홈(1221,1231)으로 이루어진 도피부와, 상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)의 아래쪽과 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)의 위쪽의 사이에 형성된 홈(1231,1241)으로 이루어진 도피부 및 상기 뒤쪽패턴상의부및허벅지보강원단(1260)의 아래쪽 단부와 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)의 위쪽의 사이에 형성된 홈(1261,1271)으로 이루어진 도피부와, 상기 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)의 아래쪽과 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)의 위쪽 사이에 형성된 홈(1271,1281)으로 이루어진 도피부쪽에는 한 장의 파워넷 원단으로 이루어지게 되므로, 2중 파워넷 원단이 있는 쪽에만 손으로 주무르는 것과 같이 일부분만 지압효과가 있게 됨과 더불어 2중 파워넷 원단이 없는 곳에서는 압력을 분산시켜 압력의 조절이 이루어져 오랜 시간동안 착용하게 되어도 착용감이 우수하게 된다.
그리고 상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)의 양측면 중 어느 한 측면에 형성된 호형홈(1232)과, 상기 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)의 양측면 중 상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)에 형성된 호형홈(1232)과 일치하도록 형성된 호형홈(1272)이 형성되는 한편, 상기 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)과 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)의 양측면에 일치하도록 형성된 호형홈(1242,1282)이 구비된다.
따라서 상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)과 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)의 측면에 형성된 호형홈(1232,1272) 및 상기 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)과 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)의 측면에 형성된 호형홈(1242,1282)에 의해 한 장의 파워넷 원단으로 이루어지게 되므로, 2중 파워넷 원단이 있는 곳에서만 손으로 주무르는 것과 같이 일부분만 지압효과가 있게 됨과 더불어 2중 파워넷 원단이 없는 곳에서는 압력을 분산시켜 압력의 조절이 이루어져 오랜 시간동안 착용하게 되어도 착용감이 우수하게 된다.
또한, 상기 앞쪽다리패턴원단(1210)에 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)과 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)의 외곽모서리가 재봉됨과 더불어, 상기 앞쪽다리패턴원단(1210)에 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)과 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)이 엑스(X)자 모양의 엑스자재봉선(1211)으로 재봉됨은 물론, 상기 뒤쪽패턴원단(1250)에 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)과 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)의 외곽모서리가 재봉됨과 더불어, 상기 뒤쪽패턴원단(1250)에 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)과 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)이 엑스(X)자 모양의 엑스자재봉선(1251)으로 재봉된다.
본 실시예에서는 엑스(X)자 모양으로 재봉된 것은 2열로 재봉되어 따로 움직이지 않고 고정되게 됨과 더불어, 2중 파워넷 원단이 늘어나는 것을 일부 제한하여 가압력을 향상시키게 되는 한편, 미적감을 향상시켜 상품성을 증가시키게 되는 한편, 상술한 바와 같이 부분적으로 복원력이 우수한 2중 파워넷 원단으로 구성되어 상기 하의부(1200)가 무릎과 종아리부위까지 무릎의 흔들림방지 및 알통근육을 부드럽게 만들기 위해 살을 탄력적으로 감싸서 무릎과 종아리의 맵시가 아름답게 보이게 된다.
상기 각각의 원단에는 자석이 수용되도록 재봉할 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 10은 본 발명의 다른 실시예로서, 남성용 레깅스 올인원(2000)을 도시한 것으로, 여성용 레깅스 올인원(1000)과 같이, 상의부(2100)와 하의부(2200) 및 지퍼부(2300)로 이루어짐과 더불어, 상기 상의부(2100)가 여성용 레깅스 올인원(1000)과 달리 브레지어부의 형상만 없는 앞가슴의 형태로 이루어 질 수 있음은 물론이다.
이상과 같이 설명되고, 도면에 도시된 본 발명의 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 한정하는 것으로 해석되어서는 안 된다. 본 발명의 보호범위는 청구범위에 기재된 사항에 의하여만 제한되고, 본 발명의 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 다양한 형태로 개량 변경하는 것이 가능하다. 따라서 이러한 개량 및 변경은 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 자명한 것인 경우에는 본 발명의 보호범위에 속하게 될 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 상의부(1100)와, 이 상의부에 일체로 연결되어 다리끼움부를 갖춘 하의부(1200)와, 이 하의부의 가랑이 부위에는 전면에서 후면방향으로 이르는 지퍼부를 포함하는 레깅스 올인원에 있어서,
    상기 하의부(1200)중에서 전면을 구성하는 좌,우측에는 가랑이부터 허벅지와 무릎 및 정강이와 발목을 감싸도록 된 앞쪽다리패턴원단(1210)과,
    상기 앞쪽다리패턴원단의 허벅지부위에 내측면에서 재봉되는 앞쪽허벅지보강패턴원단(1220)과,
    상기 앞쪽허벅지보강패턴원단의 하부에 소정형상으로 분리되어 위치하면서 앞쪽다리패턴원단의 무릎부위에 내측면에서 재봉되는 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)과,
    상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단의 하부에 소정형상으로 분리되어 위치하면서 앞쪽다리패턴원단의 정강이부위에 내측면에서 재봉되는 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)과,
    상기 상의부(1100)와 하의부(1200)중에서 후면을 구성하는 좌,우측에는 상의부(1100)의 앞가슴쪽에서 재봉으로 연결되어 이음매 없이 어깨와 등쪽 및 엉덩이를 지나서 발목까지 일체로 구성됨과 더불어, 상기 앞쪽다리패턴원단(1210)과 발목이 일치되도록 재봉되는 뒤쪽패턴원단(1250)과,
    상기 뒤쪽패턴원단의 내측면에 상의부와 하의부의 허벅지까지를 보강하도록 재봉된 뒤쪽패턴상의부및허벅지보강원단(1260)과,
    상기 뒤쪽패턴상의부및허벅지보강원단의 하부에 소정형상으로 분리되어 위치하면서 뒤쪽패턴원단의 무릎뒷쪽 내측면에 재봉됨과 더불어, 상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단부와 동일한 위치에 재봉되는 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)과,
    상기 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단의 하부에 소정형상으로 분리되어 위치하면서 뒤쪽패턴원단의 내측면 종아리부위에 재봉됨과 더불어, 상기 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단부위의 높이 위치에 재봉되는 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레깅스 올인원.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    보강을 위한 2중 파워넷 원단인 상기 앞쪽허벅지보강패턴원단(1220)의 아래쪽 단부와, 상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)의 위아래 양단부와, 상기 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)의 위아래 양단부가 오목한 모양으로 절단되어 재봉되고,
    상기 뒤쪽패턴상의부및허벅지보강원단(1260)의 아래쪽 단부와, 상기 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)의 위아래 양단부와, 상기 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)의 위아래 양단부가 오목한 모양으로 절단되어 재봉된 것을 특징으로 하는 레깅스 올인원.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)의 양측면 중 어느 한 측면에 형성된 호형홈(1230a)과,
    상기 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)의 양측면 중 상기 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)에 형성된 호형홈(1230a)과 일치하도록 형성된 호형홈(1270a)을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 레깅스 올인원.
  4. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)과 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)의 양측면에 일치하도록 형성된 호형홈(1240a,1280a)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 레깅스 올인원.
  5. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 앞쪽다리패턴원단(1210)에 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)과 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)의 외곽모서리가 재봉됨과 더불어, 상기 앞쪽다리패턴원단(1210)에 앞쪽무릎보강패턴원단(1230)과 앞쪽정강이보강패턴원단(1240)이 엑스(X)자 모양으로 재봉되고,
    상기 뒤쪽패턴원단(1250)에 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)과 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)의 외곽모서리가 재봉됨과 더불어, 상기 뒤쪽패턴원단(1250)에 무릎뒷쪽보강패턴원단(1270)과 종아리보강패턴원단(1280)이 엑스(X)자 모양으로 재봉된 것을 특징으로 하는 레깅스 올인원.
