Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de traite (1) comprenant un dispositif de traite (10) conçu pour extraire du lait d'un animal laitier (17), et un système de manipulation de lait (100) relié au dispositif de traite et comprenant une pluralité de modules formant un dispositif de transformation de lait (200) pour transformer au moins une partie du lait extrait et un module comprenant une unité tampon (300) avec au moins un réservoir tampon (301) pour le stockage temporaire de ladite partie du lait extrait avant qu'elle entre dans le dispositif de transformation de lait. Le dispositif de transformation de lait comprend une unité de transformation (201) pour transformer le lait provenant dudit réservoir tampon en un produit laitier, une unité de produit (202) pour stocker temporairement le produit laitier, et une unité d'emballage (203) pour emballer le produit laitier dans des contenants. Chaque unité parmi l'unité de transformation, l'unité de produit et l'unité d'emballage est montée sur un corps de cadre individuel (207, 208, 302). Chaque unité forme un module du dispositif de traitement de lait.
