背景技术
适配器是一种接口转换器,在光传输领域,具有广泛的应用。适配器在应用过程中,灰尘对光传输会产生影响,且光传输过程中存在的不可见光可能对操作人员造成伤害,因此其防尘遮光性就显得非常重要。
相关技术中,适配器包括壳体、设置在壳体内用于供连接器插接的卡套以及铰接在壳体内的遮光板。通过连接器插入壳体内即可顶开遮光板,再将连接器插入卡套内即可完成连接。
但是壳体整体的厚度有一定的要求,也就是必须满足一定厚度,而壳体整体尺寸也不会太大,导致壳体内部的空间十分有限。则遮光板在安装时,既要能够对壳体的插口实现封闭遮光,还需要翻转以打开插口供连接器插入。因此卡套与遮光板之间必须预留出充足的空间,以确保遮光板能够顺利翻转,为了确保遮光板的翻转,壳体的外侧面就需要具备向外的凸起,使得其内部空间增大,导致壳体一侧、装配遮光板的位置高度增高,,使得多个适配器只能沿左右方向进行并排安装,限制了适配器的应用场景。
发明内容
本申请提供一种LC适配器,解决了相关技术中为了确保遮光板的顺利翻转而改变了适配器的外形尺寸使得适配器只能并排安装,限制了适配器的应用场景的问题。

图1所示为本申请一些实施例中LC适配器的轴测图。图2所示为本申请一些实施例中LC适配器的剖视图。参照图1和图2所示,本申请提供一种LC适配器。该LC适配器包括:壳体100、卡套200以及遮光组件。壳体100上具有供连接器插入的插孔110;卡套200设置在壳体100内且与插孔110相对应,以供连接器的插芯插入。遮光组件包括连接件300和与连接件300连接的抵接件400。连接件300转动连接在壳体100内,抵接件400与壳体100的内壁滑动贴合,连接件300的顶壁设置为与连接器抵接以带动抵接件400转动,抵接件400与卡套200相抵接,使得抵接件400相对于连接件300弯折以露出或遮挡卡套200。
示例性地,壳体100整体可以呈长方体形,其前后两端均开口,前端的开口作为插孔110,且壳体100的外侧前后两端的尺寸保持一致,也就是前端的尺寸与后端的尺寸相同。卡套200固定在壳体100内,固定方式可以为卡接、焊 接或者粘接等。卡套200的朝向插孔110的一端具有供连接器的插芯插入的插口。应当理解的是,壳体100的外形还可以为其他形状,比如六边形等,只要能满足多个壳体100之间相互上下或左右贴紧,实现并排分布即可,本申请不对其作限定。
而遮光组件则设置在壳体100内且靠近插孔110的一侧,连接件300可以通过扭簧、弹簧等弹性结构转动连接在壳体100内,且连接件300的侧面可以与壳体100的内侧壁滑动贴合。抵接件400设置在连接件300的侧面上,且抵接件400的侧面也与壳体100的内壁滑动贴合,同时抵接件400远离连接件300的一侧与壳体100内部选择性地抵接,从而实现对插孔110的封闭。
在应用该适配器时,通过设置遮光组件,在连接器没有插入插孔110内前,抵接件400与壳体100内部抵接,遮挡卡套200,保持壳体100内密封,起到防尘的作用。而在连接器插入时,连接器就会挤压连接件300,使得连接件300带动抵接件400朝向靠近卡套200的一侧翻转,抵接件400与卡套200抵接后,其自身会相对于连接件300弯折,从而使得抵接件400与卡套200错开以打开插孔110,连接器就可以顺利插入卡套200内。以此通过抵接件400相对于连接件300的弯折来实现遮光组件对插孔110的打开或封闭,不需要调整壳体100的尺寸,有利于壳体100两端高度一致,则多个壳体100就能够沿上下或左右密排并列,以提高适配器的组装密度,扩大应用场景。同时在安装时,只需要对连接件300进行安装固定,即可完成对遮光组件整体的安装,有效降低了组装难度,便于快速完成生产。
参照图2所示,在本申请一些实施例中,壳体100包括:插接套120和盖板130。插孔110开设在插接套120的端面上,且插孔110设置多个,插接套120的侧面上设有与卡套200相对应的缺口121。盖板130卡接在插接套120上,且盖板130封闭缺口121。
示例性地,插接套120呈长条形,其内部设有一个纵向隔板,纵向隔板将插接套120内部分隔为两个空间,以形成两个插孔110和与插孔110对应的空 腔,两个空腔内均设置一个卡套200和一个遮光组件。应当理解的是,纵向隔板也可以设置多个,以将插接套120内部分隔为多个空腔,而纵向隔板的数量可以根据插接套120的尺寸来设计,本申请不作限定。缺口121位于插接套120的侧面且靠近插接套120的前端(即插孔110所在端面)一侧设置,缺口121与卡套200相对应,而盖板130则可以呈U形封闭缺口121,盖板130的横截面积大于两个缺口121的横截面积,盖板130两侧可以通过卡扣和卡孔配合卡接在插接套120的两侧。应当理解的是,盖板130还可以通过螺栓等紧固件与插接套120固定连接,盖板130的固定方式可以根据实际的应用需求来设计,本申请不作限定。
在该适配器组装时,就可以通过打开盖板130,露出缺口121,利用缺口121实现遮光组件进行安装,安装完成后再将盖板130快速卡接在插接套120上以封闭缺口121,以降低遮光组件的安装难度。而在连接器与卡套200插接配合时,也可以打开盖板130,通过缺口121对二者的连接进行维护。
图3所示为本申请一些实施例中LC适配器的卡板位于上下两侧时的轴测图。参照图1和图3所示,本申请一些实施例中,LC适配器还包括:弹片140和卡板141。弹片140设置在壳体100的外侧壁上。卡板141设置在弹片140上。示例性地,弹片140环绕覆设于插接套120远离前端的一侧,在插接套120的外侧壁上可以对应设置安装槽,弹片140就镶嵌在该安装槽内。卡板141可以倾斜设置在弹片140上,二者可以一体成型,以提高整体的连接强度。卡板141与插接套120外侧壁之间的距离从插接套120的后端(即与插孔110所在端面相对的端面)向插接套120的前端递增。卡板141可以设置两个,每个卡套200对应一个卡板141。而卡板141可以位于弹片140的上下两侧,也可以位于弹片140的左右两侧,而卡板141设置在弹片140左右两侧时,位于插接套120左右两侧的弹片140的靠近插孔110的一侧也可以局部翘起,弹片140局部翘起的部分和安装板抵接,以便于进行并列分布。应当理解的是,卡板141的位置和数量均可以根据实际的应用场景来设计,本申请不作限定。
在多个适配器进行排布时,因为适配器外形尺寸相同,不存在明显的突出结构,因此可以根据应用场景,将多个适配器按照上下叠放或者左右并排的方式,通过卡板141和安装板的相互卡接来固定连接,以将适配器固定在安装板上,以此来使得适配器能够在各种不同的场合下形成不同的排列组合,使得适配器能够适应不同的应用场合,以提高适配器的应用范围,示例性的,当多个适配器上下叠放时,卡板141可以位于弹片140的左右两侧,当多个适配器左右并排时,卡板141可以位于弹片140的上下两侧。
图4所示为本申请一些实施例中LC适配器的连接件的结构示意图。参照图4所示,在本申请一些实施例中,连接件300包括:连接板310和压块320。连接板310转动连接在壳体100的内壁上。压块320固定在连接板310的顶壁上,压块320设置为与连接器相抵接。
示例性地,连接板310通过扭簧与壳体100的内壁转动连接,扭簧可以设置一个,其两端通过缺口121伸入两个空腔内,两个连接板310上均设置一个连接杆311,扭簧的两端就套设在该连接杆311上,连接杆311转动连接在壳体100的内壁上。应当理解的是,扭簧也可以设置两个,即每个连接板310对应一个扭簧。扭簧也可以替换为弹簧,比如在壳体100内壁上设置弧形槽,连接板310上固定一个能够在弧形槽内滑移的滑块,弧形槽内设置弹簧限制滑块的滑移,以此也可以实现对连接板310转动的限制。连接板310的连接结构可以根据实际的安装要求来设计,符合结构简单,且运行可靠即可,本申请不做限定。
压块320则呈片状立于连接板310的顶壁上,且每个连接板310的顶壁上可以设置两个压块320,两个压块320相对设置分别位于该连接板310的两侧。可选地,压块320的顶壁上具有与连接器相抵接的挤压弧面321。压块320的顶壁可以设置挤压弧面321以与连接器的外壳外形相适配。应当理解的是,挤压弧面321可以为一段完整的弧面,也可以由几段弧面依次连接形成,以便于与连接器的外形适配。
参照图2所示,插孔110的孔壁上还可以固定卡条150,卡条150的底壁与 连接板310的顶壁选择性抵接,以限制连接板310的移动范围。卡条150设置两个,两个压块320就位于两个卡条150之间。应当理解的是,卡条150也可以只设置一个,且其形状可以呈长条形或者矩形凸起或者半圆形凸起等,本申请不对卡条150的形状作限定。
在插入连接器时,连接器先抵紧在挤压弧面321上,以通过压块320推动连接板310板转动,连接板310带动连接杆311转动,同时拉动扭簧发生弹性变形,随着连接板310的转动,就会带动抵接件400发生转动,使得抵接件400抵紧在卡套200上,随着连接板310的继续翻转,卡套200就能够挤压抵接件400,使得其相对于连接板310翻转。同时在连接器插入后,连接器的外壳会率先与压块320抵接,随着连接器的不断插入,抵接件400也会相应向下翻转,以此使得连接器的插芯不会与抵接件400接触,减少插芯损坏的可能性。
参照图4所示,在本申请一些实施例中,抵接件400包括折弯部410和抵接部420。折弯部410与连接件300固定连接,折弯部410可相对于连接件300折弯以使得折弯部410远离连接件300的一侧弯曲。抵接部420固定在折弯部410远离连接件300的一侧,以随着折弯部410的弯曲而转动。
示例性地,折弯部410可以由具有一定弹性的结构构成,其能够沿中间部分弯折,以使得其两侧相对折弯,折弯部410的一侧与连接板310固定连接,另一侧则与抵接部420固定连接,从而使得抵接部420相对于连接板310转动。抵接部420远离连接板310的一侧则可以设置抵接弧面421,抵接弧面421与壳体100内侧壁抵接,使得抵接部420能够与壳体100内壁相对滑动。抵接部420的厚度从靠近折弯部410的一侧向远离折弯部410的一侧递增,以增大其与壳体100内壁的接触面积,提高密封性。折弯部410包括弹性板411,可选地,抵接部420远离弹性板411的一侧具有与壳体内部抵接的抵接弧面420;和/或抵接部420远离折弯部410一侧的厚度大于抵接部420靠近折弯部410一侧的厚度。
当连接板310转动而带动折弯部410和抵接部420同步旋转时,抵接部420 的底壁会与卡套200相抵接,此时卡套200会带动折弯部410折弯,使得抵接部420能够相对于连接板310翻转,随着连接板310的继续翻转,抵接部420就会与卡套200相错位,从而顺利露出卡套200。而当连接器抽出时,扭簧会带动连接板310复位,此时抵接部420的顶壁会与卡套200抵接,带动折弯部410朝向另一侧弯折,随着连接板310的复位,抵接部420会再次与卡套200错开,从而使得抵接部420与壳体100内部抵接,完成复位。
参照图4所示,在本申请一些实施例中,折弯部410包括弹性板411,弹性板411的中部具有弯折线412,使得弹性板411能够沿弯折线412弯曲。示例性地,在连接板310的侧面和抵接部420的侧面均开设镶嵌槽,弹性板411的两侧就镶嵌于该镶嵌槽内。弹性板411采用弹性金属片,该弹性金属片的中部形成一条线以作为弯折线412,该弯折线412介于连接板310和抵接部420之间,使得弹性板411的两侧绕弯折线412弯曲。连接板310还可以采用弹性铰链,比如弹簧合叶,其两侧的板状结构构成折弯部410,中间的转接轴的轴线就可以作为折弯线。应当理解的是,弹性板411的结构可以根据实际的应用场景来设计,满足带动连接板310复位的力度大于弹性板411的弹力即可,也就是扭簧或者弹簧的弹力大于弹性板411的弹力。在抵接部420受到卡套200的挤压后,抵接部420就会带动弹性板411沿弯折线412弯折,使得抵接部420与卡套200错开,抵接部420从而能够顺利打开或者封闭插孔110。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LC适配器,包括:
    壳体(100),所述壳体(100)上具有供连接器插入的插孔(110);
    卡套(200),设置在所述壳体(100)内且与所述插孔(110)相对应,以供所述连接器插入;以及
    遮光组件,所述遮光组件包括连接件(300)和与所述连接件(300)连接的抵接件(400),所述连接件(300)转动连接在所述壳体(100)内,所述抵接件(400)与所述壳体(100)的内壁滑动贴合,所述连接件(300)的顶壁设置为与所述连接器抵接以带动所述抵接件(400)转动,所述抵接件(400)与所述卡套(200)相抵接,使得所述抵接件(400)相对于所述连接件(300)弯折以露出或遮挡所述卡套(200)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LC适配器,其中,所述抵接件(400)包括:
    折弯部(410),与所述连接件(300)固定连接,所述折弯部(410)可相对于所述连接件(300)折弯以使得所述折弯部(410)远离所述连接件(300)的一侧弯曲;以及
    抵接部(420),固定在所述折弯部(410)远离所述连接件(300)的一侧,以随着所述折弯部(410)的弯曲而转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LC适配器,其中,所述折弯部(410)包括:
    弹性板(411),所述弹性板(411)的中部具有弯折线(412),使得所述弹性板(411)能够沿所述弯折线(412)弯曲。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LC适配器,其中,所述弹性板(411)为弹性金属片或弹性铰链。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的LC适配器,其中,所述抵接部(420)满足以下至少之一:
    所述抵接部(420)远离所述弹性板(411)的一侧具有与所述壳体(100)内部抵接的抵接弧面(421);
    所述抵接部(420)远离所述折弯部(410)一侧的厚度大于所述抵接部(420)靠近所述折弯部(410)一侧的厚度。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的LC适配器,其中,所述连接件(300) 包括:
    连接板(310),转动连接在所述壳体(100)的内壁上;以及
    压块(320),固定在所述连接板(310)的顶壁上,所述压块(320)设置为与所述连接器相抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的LC适配器,其中,所述压块(320)的顶壁上具有与所述连接器相抵接的挤压弧面(321)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的LC适配器,其中,所述连接件(300)通过扭簧与所述壳体(100)转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的LC适配器,还包括:
    弹片(140),设置在所述壳体(100)的外侧壁上;以及
    卡板(141),设置在所述弹片(140)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的LC适配器,其中,所述壳体(100)包括:
    插接套(120),所述插孔(110)开设在所述插接套(120)的端面上,且所述插孔(110)设置多个,所述插接套(120)的侧面上设有与所述卡套(200)相对应的缺口(121);以及
    盖板(130),卡接在所述插接套(120)上,且所述盖板(130)封闭所述缺口(121)。
