为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种多功能健身器,其包括滑轨件、支撑件和扶手支撑件;所述滑轨件上配合有可沿滑轨件滑动的滑动组,该滑动组上安装有坐垫;所述滑轨件一端固定有与支撑件枢接的第二连接件、以及与扶手支撑件枢接的第一连接件,所述第一连接件和扶手支撑件上均设有相互配合的第一旋钮孔,该第一旋钮孔上安装有可拆卸的第一旋钮;所述第二连接件上设有调节槽,该调节槽上形成有第一定位点和第二定位点,所述支撑件上设有与调节槽配合的插销孔,调节槽和插销孔中安装有拉销,该拉销在调节槽中转动且于第一定位点或第二定位点处固定;当拉销固定在调节槽的第一定位点时,所述支撑件与滑轨件平行;当拉销固定在调节槽的第二定位点时,所述支撑件与滑轨件之间形成小于180°的夹角;所述扶手支撑件上连接有扶手;所述支撑件上安装有脚踏板,所述支撑件上还安装有阻尼件,所述阻尼件一端连接在支撑件上,另一端可拆卸地与扶手支撑件连接。
所述第二连接件的调节槽上还设有第三定位点,当拉销固定在第三定位点时,支撑件收折于滑轨件下方。
所述扶手支撑件上设有第三连接件,该第三连接件与阻尼件上设有相互配合的第二旋钮孔,该第二旋钮孔中安装有可拆卸的第二。
所述支撑件上设有用于固定阻尼件的卡槽。
所述扶手通过第四连接件与扶手支撑件连接,所述扶手支撑件上设有第一固定孔和第二固定孔;所述第四连接件上设有第三固定孔以及可拆卸地穿设在第三固定孔的旋钮,所述旋钮还穿设在第一固定孔或第二固定孔中。
所述滑轨件靠近第一连接件的位置处设有泡棉管,所述泡棉管上设有泡棉。
所述滑轨件另一端设有第一支撑架,所述支撑件安装有脚踏板的一端设有第二支撑架,所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架上设有防滑套。
所述滑轨件的两端还设有第一缓冲垫和第二缓冲垫,该第一缓冲垫和第二缓冲垫位于滑动组下方,且滑动组的滑动范围在第一缓冲垫和第二缓冲垫之间。
所述支撑件连接滑轨件的一端设有第一支撑脚,该第一支撑脚设于支撑件下方;当拉销位于第一定位点时,所述第一支撑脚的下端面与第二连接件的下端面平齐,或者第一支撑脚的下端面位于第二连接件下方。
所述滑轨件连接扶手支撑件的一端设有朝向支撑件设置的第二支撑脚,当拉销位于第二定位点时,第二支撑脚压抵支撑件。
有益效果
采用上述方案后,本发明通过第一连接件实现扶手支撑件与滑轨件之间固定连接或者摆动连接,通过第二连接件可以调节支撑件与滑轨件之间的连接角度,同时将阻尼件设置在支撑件上,并且将阻尼件的一端可拆卸的连接扶手支撑件上,使得健身器可以调整成为健腹运动模式、划船运动模式和收折模式,使得一个运动器材可以支撑多种类型的运动。同时,本发明结构简单、紧凑,体积小,在不使用时还可以将其收折起来,方便收纳。

本发明的实施方式
如图1-11所示,本发明揭示了一种多功能健身器,其包括滑轨件10、支撑件30和扶手支撑件50,支撑件30、扶手60均与滑轨件10进行活动连接,通过调整支撑件30、扶手支撑件50与滑轨件10的配合方式,使得健身器呈现出健腹模式和划船模式,从而可以一种健身器上进行多种类型的健身运动。
上述滑轨件10上配合有可沿滑轨件10滑动的滑动组20,该滑动组20上安装有坐垫21;所述滑轨件10一端固定有与支撑件30枢接的第二连接件12、以及与扶手支撑件50枢接的第一连接件11,所述第一连接件11和扶手支撑件50上均设有相互配合的第一旋钮孔111,该第一旋钮孔111上安装有可拆卸的第一旋钮112;所述第二连接件12上设有调节槽121,该调节槽121上形成有第一定位点122和第二定位点123,所述支撑件30上设有与调节槽121配合的插销孔31,调节槽121和插销孔31中安装有拉销125,该拉销125在调节槽121中转动且于第一定位点122或第二定位点123处固定;当拉销125固定在调节槽121的第一定位点122时,所述支撑件30与滑轨件10平行(该平行是指两者的夹角为180°,但在实际应用过程中,一般无法保证一定会精确到180°,所以,两者夹角在175°-180°均视为平行);当拉销125固定在调节槽121的第二定位点123时,所述支撑件30与滑轨件10之间形成小于180°的夹角。所述扶手支撑件50上连接有扶手;所述支撑件30上安装有脚踏板,所述支撑件30上还安装有阻尼件40,所述阻尼件40一端连接在支撑件30上,另一端可拆卸地与扶手支撑件50连接。
无论是健腹模式还是划船模式,滑动组都会在滑轨件上来回滑动。为了避免滑动组20滑动至滑轨件10两端时产生过大冲击力,本实施例在滑轨件10的两端设置了第一缓冲垫13和第二缓冲垫14,该第一缓冲垫13和第二缓冲垫14位于滑动组20下方,且滑动组20的滑动范围在第一缓冲垫13和第二缓冲垫14之间。当滑动组20滑动至滑轨件10两端时,第一缓冲垫13和第二缓冲垫14会对滑动组20进行一定的缓冲,避免滑动组20在滑轨件10两端产生过大冲击力。
在上述基础上,为了方便健身器材的收纳,本发明在调节槽121上设置了收纳档位,即第三定位点124。具体地,第二连接件12的调节槽121上还设有第三定位点124,当拉销125固定在第三定位点124时,支撑件30收折于滑轨件10下方。为方便用户操作,本实施例中,拉销125为弹性拉销。
本实施例中,阻尼件40与扶手支撑件50通过第三连接件51进行连接,具体地,扶手支撑件50与阻尼件40的可拆卸连接扶手支撑件50上设有第三连接件51,该第三连接件51与阻尼件40上设有相互配合的第二旋钮孔52,该第二旋钮孔52中安装有可拆卸的第二旋钮53。本实施例中,阻尼件40为油压缸,而支撑件30上设有用于固定阻尼件的卡槽32。当然,阻尼件40也可以选用其他的弹性阻尼,如拉力绳、弹力带等。
本发明将扶手设置为可调整结构。具体地,扶手60通过第四连接件61与扶手支撑件50连接,所述扶手支撑件50上设有第一固定孔54和第二固定孔55;所述第四连接件61上设有第三固定孔62,该第三固定孔62上配合有锁接件56,所述锁接件56根据使用需求穿设在第一固定孔54或第二固定孔55中。在健腹运动模式下,锁接件56穿设在第一固定孔54和第三固定孔62中。在划船运动模式下,用户可以将扶手60移动至第二固定孔55处,使第二固定孔55与第三固定孔62对应,然后将锁接件56穿过第二固定孔55和第三固定孔62锁紧扶手60与扶手支撑件50。
为了用户的使用舒适性,所述滑轨件10靠近第一连接件11的位置处设有泡棉23管22,所述泡棉23管22上设有泡棉23。
同时,为了使用健身器材时的安全性,防止健身器材打滑,本发明设置了防滑结构。具体地,滑轨件10另一端设有第一支撑架71,所述支撑件30安装有脚踏板的一端设有第二支撑架72,所述第一支撑架71和第二支撑架72上设有防滑套73。
基于上述结构,本发明的多功能健身器存在三个模式,即健腹运动模式、划船运动模式和收折模式。
健腹运动模式下,需要将拉销125固定在调节槽121的第二定位点123处,使得支撑件30与滑轨件10之间形成一定夹角(小于180°),同时,第一旋钮112将穿过第一连接件11和扶手支撑件50的第一旋钮孔111,将扶手支撑件50与滑轨件10之间设定为固定关系,然后将阻尼件40固定在支撑件30的卡槽32上即可。用户双膝跪在坐垫21上,双手握持在扶手60上,施力使坐垫21沿着滑轨件10滑动,从而锻炼用户的腹部肌肉。此时,锁接件56穿设在第一固定孔54和第二固定孔55中。
划船运动模式下,需要将拉销125固定在调节槽121的第一定位点122处,使得支撑件30与滑轨件10相互平行(即形成180°夹角),同时,将阻尼件40从卡槽32中取出,并通过第二旋钮53将阻尼件40一端连接在扶手支撑件50上,并且将第一旋钮112取出,使扶手支撑件50与滑轨件10之间的连接关系变为枢接。用户坐在坐垫21上,且双脚踩在脚踏板上,双手握持在扶手60上,克服阻尼件40的拉力将扶手60在一定范围内拉动,同时,坐垫21也会在滑轨件10上来回滑动,从而实现划船运动。此时,锁接件56穿设在第二固定孔55第三固定孔62中。
收折模式下,需要解除阻尼件40与扶手支撑件50之间的连接,即将第二旋钮53取出,同时,将拉销125固定在调节槽121的第三定位点124处,使得支撑件30收折在滑轨件10的下方。
因为第一旋钮112和第二旋钮53分别在健腹运动模式和划船模式下使用,并非两者同时使用,所以,第一旋钮112和第二旋钮53可以采用同一旋钮实现。即功能健身器只有一个旋钮,当处于健腹运动模式时,该旋钮充当第一旋钮112,固定在第一旋钮孔111中;当处于划船运动模式时,该旋钮充当第二旋钮53,固定在第二旋钮孔52中。
本实施例还在支撑件30连接滑轨件10的一端设有第一支撑脚33,该第一支撑脚33设于支撑件30下方;当拉销125位于第一定位点122时,所述第一支撑脚33的下端面与第二连接件12的下端面平齐,或者第一支撑脚33的下端面位于第二连接件12下方。在划船模式下,支撑件30与滑轨件10的连接处(即第二连接件12)受力较大,所以,本实施例通过第一支撑脚33分散第二连接件12的受力,可以在一定程度上保护第二连接件12。
同样,在划船运动模式下,扶手支撑件50与滑轨件10之间的受力也比较大。所以本实施例将滑轨件10连接扶手支撑杆50的一端设有朝向支撑件30设置的第二支撑脚15,当拉销125位于第二定位点123时(即处于划船运动模式下时),第二支撑脚15压抵支撑件30。
为了方便用户了解运动情况,健身器上还安装有电子表80,该电子表80具体安装在扶手支撑件50上。
综上,本发明的关键在于,本发明通过第一连接件11实现扶手支撑件50与滑轨件10之间固定连接或者摆动连接,通过第二连接件12可以调节支撑件30与滑轨件10之间的连接角度,同时将阻尼件40设置在支撑件30上,并且将阻尼件40的一端可拆卸的连接扶手支撑件50上,使得健身器可以调整成为健腹运动模式、划船运动模式和收折模式,使得一个运动器材可以支撑多种类型的运动。同时,本发明结构简单、紧凑,体积小,在不使用时还可以将其收折起来,方便收纳。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能健身器,其特征在于:包括滑轨件、支撑件和扶手支撑件;
    所述滑轨件上配合有可沿滑轨件滑动的滑动组,该滑动组上安装有坐垫;所述滑轨件一端固定有与支撑件枢接的第二连接件、以及与扶手支撑件枢接的第一连接件,所述第一连接件和扶手支撑件上均设有相互配合的第一旋钮孔,该第一旋钮孔上安装有可拆卸的第一旋钮;所述第二连接件上设有调节槽,该调节槽上形成有第一定位点和第二定位点,所述支撑件上设有与调节槽配合的插销孔,调节槽和插销孔中安装有拉销,该拉销在调节槽中转动且于第一定位点或第二定位点处固定;当拉销固定在调节槽的第一定位点时,所述支撑件与滑轨件平行;当拉销固定在调节槽的第二定位点时,所述支撑件与滑轨件之间形成小于180°的夹角;
    所述扶手支撑件上连接有扶手;所述支撑件上安装有脚踏板,所述支撑件上还安装有阻尼件,所述阻尼件一端连接在支撑件上,另一端可拆卸地与扶手支撑件连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能健身器,其特征在于:所述第二连接件的调节槽上还设有第三定位点,当拉销固定在第三定位点时,支撑件收折于滑轨件下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能健身器,其特征在于:所述扶手支撑件上设有第三连接件,该第三连接件与阻尼件上设有相互配合的第二旋钮孔,该第二旋钮孔中安装有可拆卸的第二旋钮。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能健身器,其特征在于:所述支撑件上设有用于固定阻尼件的卡槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能健身器,其特征在于:所述扶手通过第四连接件与扶手支撑件连接,所述扶手支撑件上设有第一固定孔和第二固定孔;所述第四连接件上设有第三固定孔以及可拆卸地穿设在第三固定孔的旋钮,所述旋钮还穿设在第一固定孔或第二固定孔中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能健身器,其特征在于:所述滑轨件靠近第一连接件的位置处设有泡棉管,所述泡棉管上设有泡棉。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能健身器,其特征在于:所述滑轨件另一端设有第一支撑架,所述支撑件安装有脚踏板的一端设有第二支撑架,所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架上设有防滑套。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能健身器,其特征在于:所述滑轨件的两端还设有第一缓冲垫和第二缓冲垫,该第一缓冲垫和第二缓冲垫位于滑动组下方,且滑动组的滑动范围在第一缓冲垫和第二缓冲垫之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能健身器,其特征在于:所述支撑件连接滑轨件的一端设有第一支撑脚,该第一支撑脚设于支撑件下方;当拉销位于第一定位点时,所述第一支撑脚的下端面与第二连接件的下端面平齐,或者第一支撑脚的下端面位于第二连接件下方。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能健身器,其特征在于:所述滑轨件连接扶手支撑件的一端设有朝向支撑件设置的第二支撑脚,当拉销位于第二定位点时,第二支撑脚压抵支撑件。
